Transaction Processor Error in View Pending Transactions

Dear All,
I am getting the Error: "Transaction Processor Error" in View Pending Transactions.
How can I identify due to what reason, this error had occured
because of this I am not able to close the inventory period for these transaction months..
and also I am having the following Error msg for another item in view Pending Transactions..,
How can I clear this ..?

Hi,
This is not really and error. Oracle processes transaction in a batch. If one record will fail because of some error, other records/transaction in the batch fails with this error. For this error you really need to get the ERROR_EXPLANATION to find out the exact message as to why it is possibly failing. These can usually have their three flags reset and re-submitted as this error is usually attached to those records in a group where one of the records has been erred with one of the more severe errors.
I believe you can resubmit the transactions which are failed with the below script
Update mtl_material_transactions_temp
set      process_flag = ‘Y’,
     lock_flag = 'N',
     transaction_mode = 3,
error_code = NULL
Where organization_id = &org_id

Thanks for the note ids.
I have read all 3 metalink notes & solution written in note id: 412110.1 is applicable but that is for 11i and i am working in R12.0.4. It is some sort of bug.
i.e "the existing items can be fixed by unchecking and checking again the costing enabled flag and the inventory asset value flag."
But there is one problem with the solution that when i try to uncheck both flags system shows error:
"APP-INV-0557: You can't update this field when:
- On-hand quantities, pending & uncosted transactions exists"
Now there are onhand quantities exists for the item and i cannot uncheck or check the costing and asset value flag. Its working only for items with no onhand quantities as number of items are increasing and i can't clear on-hand quantities for every item.
Plz guide if i can avoid error and process misc. transactions without removing onhand quantities.

Transaction processor error

Hi all,
Appreciate your help in resolving the below issue.
I'm trying to use the MTL_TRANSACTIONS_INTERFACE table for issuing an inventory item with lot & serial control as disabled. I had tried the same earlier and found to be working fine but now the "Inventory transaction worker" (INCTCW) request is giving me status=Error. The interface record gives Error Code as Transaction processor error and Error explanation is null. The concurrent request log file doesnt provide any specific info and just shows "No completion options were requested.". I know if there was any record related error then error code and error explanation would be clear enough to have a resolution but here i cant find where to get the hint on resolving the issue. The request "Process transaction interface" works as per defined in set up.

I have inserted data into rcv_headers_interface and rcv_transactions_interface to import the PO receipts into the RCV base tables. After executing 'Receiving Transaction Processor' , I am getting below given error , unable to get the trace of this Issue. Please help me in understanding this.
My requirement is to load the PO receipts from the external system into oracle database. Please help me with any piece of information you have.

See if you have data in po_interface_errors for that transaction

How to view pending transactions?

I have a problem where for some reason, things that should be rolled back when ocirollback is called, aren't. I'd like the user to be able to see a list of pending transactions, on that connection, but I haven't had any luck. All I find are posts about tables that I don't have.
I wish I could tell you what version of Oracle I have, but I don't even know. rpm -qa | grep -i oracle turns up empty. I can tell you that lsb_release -a gives

Make sure that every ociexecute call uses OCI_DEFAULT, else the active transaction in the connection will be committed.
Make sure that your application isn't doing DDL, e.g. CREATE TABLE, since this will commit the active transaction.
Pending transactions are shown in v$transaction, which may (or should) not be visible to normal users.
By "list of pending transactions, on that connection" do you means list of SAVEPOINTS, or are you suspending transactions via
a transaction manager or even by DBMS_XA?
Use <?php phpinfo(); ?> and check you have a recent version of the PHP OCI8 extension. 1.3 onwards is OK, 1.4 onwards is good.

Business Transaction Profile - Error when using Z-Transaction Type

Dear Experts,
we are using SAP CRM 7.0 (Support Level 0007 - SAPKU70007). I have created a Z-Business Transaction Profile Z_IC_SERVICE.
SAP Help says:
Enter the transaction type to be used as a default in your scenario in the IC WebClient. For example, choose the transaction type 0010 (Interaction Record) if an interaction record is to be created automatically. The system creates this interaction record automatically after the interaction has started (for example, after accepting a call). During this, the activity clipboard in the interaction record is filled with the relevant data.
So when I am using the transaction type 0010 (Interaction Record) in my Business Transaction Profile all is OK that means I can search for accounts and I can confirm them to go on with the process.
BUT: When I entering here a Z Transaction Type (Z000) the systems shows the errors:
- Error occurred in class CL_ICCMP_CUCOIREC_IMPL, event InteractionStarted.
- Error occurred in class CL_ICCMP_CUCOIREC_IMPL, event BPConfirmed.
Then I have made a copy of the transaction type 0010 (Name of copy: Z010) and tried to use it in my Business Transaction Profile the system says:
Customizing settings missing. Assign partner functions to Z010
Anybody know what to do and where to avoid errors? Note 1346892 is obsolete in this case because we already have the highest Support Package Level.

Hi yes you were right. In the case of both transaction type I have corrected the customizing parameters in
SPRO -> Customer Relationship Management -> Interaction Center WebClient -> Business Transaction -> Assign Partner Functions to Business Transactions
In the case of Transaction Type Z010 I had Z-Partner Functions and and that leaded to the errors:
- Error occurred in class CL_ICCMP_CUCOIREC_IMPL, event InteractionStarted.
- Error occurred in class CL_ICCMP_CUCOIREC_IMPL, event BPConfirmed.
In case of the Transaction TYPE Z000 I forgot to assign the Partner Functions that is why this error appeared:
Customizing settings missing. Assign partner functions to Z010

Pending transaction

I am facing one problem here...i have one big sales order...with more than 1000 line items... out these items may items i have already transact move order...some of the items ... when i go in shipping transanction window ... it is showing me status "Released to Warehouse".... and these all the line items which i have transacted are stuck in pending trasanction window.... so is there any way out to handle this pending transactions.... so that i can ship confirm by lines items.

So Finally .... i have solved the issue myself...
Clearing Pending Transaction
1.Suppose you have Item no: 1390512 – Status = PO Received – but it is stuck in “Released to Ware house” status
2.Go to scheduling of this items and UN-schedule this particular item….from Tools OR by Right click on this item. – Then Un-Schedule this item.
3.Before this item is showing status … Pick Released --- but now it will show you the reservation … with the status – Not Pick Released.--
3a. Re-Schedule this item and then reserve it again.
4.Reserve this item again – from tools – scheduling --- reserve. OK
5.After viewing the reservation details... Go to Actions and Progress Order.
6.If DV number is there in shipping transaction window – note the DV number from there…you can release the specific item.
7.Go to Transact Move Order window …. Place your item number in the lines Tab.. then find and transact the particular item.
8.Go to Pending Transaction window and find the pending transaction of this item …Previously it is coming when this item stuck in the status of released to warehouse… but after following these all the steps… there is no pending transaction for this item.
9.Wait for about 5 – 6 minutes… the status of this item will get changed from “Released to warehouse” to “Staged/Pick Confirmed”
10.Then simply go to Actions – Ship confirms it.

Receiving Transaction Processor updates in rcv_transactions_interface

Hi,
We use an legacy inventory system to receive lots. Once received a custom program puts the records into rcv_transactions_interface table for interfacing and calls the Receiving Transaction Processor. Now, the Receiving Transaction Processor updates the rcv_transactions_interface with error. The error in po_interface_errors table is
The item id (NUMBER = **********) does not match the item_id in the Purchase Order.
But the item in present in the Purchase order which I have mentioned. Please help me in finding out the resolution for this issue.

Can you do this and let us know the results?
1. Change the Proflle value for RCV: Processing Mode to Batch
2. Change the profile value for RCV: Debug Mode to Yes
3. Perform transaction
4. Run Receiving Transaction Processor
5. Check the log file at the bottom.
6. If you can send the log file,. we can assist.
Also as a clue this error looks like is coming back from Inventory. Please check whether the item controls are correctly setup and item attributes are enabled correctly. Your code combinations are all still enabled that are used in the po distributions and so on.

Getting error after enabling the Transaction in SSIS package in Windows Server 2008 R2 Standard machine

Hi,
I created a package with "Execute SQL Task and Data Flow Task". I am able to execute successfully in my server having
"Windows Server 2008 R2 Standard" Operating System.
But after enabling the Transaction in my SSIS Package I am not able to execute it. It is giving error. The same package is running in my local machine with Transaction enabled on
Windows 7 Operation System.
The error which I got in my server after enabling the Transaction is
"The SSIS Runtime has failed to enlist the OLE DB connection in a distributed transaction with error 0x8004D025
"The partner transaction manager has disabled its support for remote/network transactions.". End Error "
I search with this error message in google and found some solutions in the following links

Please compare the DTS settings on the Windows 7 computer and the Windows Server 2008 R2 computer and make sure they are identical. Make sure the “Allow Inbound” and “Allow Outbound” options are check, and pay attention to the authentication mode as
well.
Besides, make sure both Distributed Transaction Coordinator (TCP-In) and Distributed Transaction Coordinator (TCP-Out) rules in Firewall are enabled.
If the issue persists and there are any security/anti-virus software, temporarily disable the security/anti-virus software and check the issue again.

We are having unit testing going on during ECC6.0 upgrade.I am getting following error while posting Asset Depreciation -AFAB.

Diagnosis
A balance has occurred in transaction currency 'AUD' with the following details:
Exchange rate '00', amount ' 467.00-' and currency key 'AUD'.
The data in the transaction currency were transferred from the calling application.
System Response
Your data cannot be processed in FI.
Procedure
The error is probably in the calling application.
Please advise what can be the reason of this issue.

Receiving Transaction Processor not processing PENDING records

Good day,
I have pending records sitting in the RCV_HEADERS_INTERFACE, RCV_TRANSACTIONS_INTERFACE and MTL_SERIAL_NUMBERS_INTERFACE. The PROCESSING_STATUS_CODE is set to "BATCH". But when I run the Receiving Transaction Processor nothing happens. The records are still in the interface tables as pending and the PO_INTERFACE_ERRORS table does not get populated with errors.
Kindly help by suggesting what I'm doing wrong. Why is the processor not picking up the records?

How are you trying to receive the items. Is it through iProcurement or Core Purchasing Forms?

There are several notes on metalink for "RVTBM-007: Subroutine rvtbm_batch_mngr() returned error".
Take a look at those.
Also if you are using dual uoms, make sure that setup and conversion is setup correctly.
