Trip schema when creating a travel request

Hello,
Is it possible to choose a trip schema(table V_T706S) when creating a new travel request in transaction TRIP?
Regards,
K.

Hi Karim,
While creating travel request, you wont get an option of selecting trip schema. Because you are mapping the trip schema to the trip activity type, so that it automatically picks the respective trip schema mapped to the activity type.
Only when you are creating an expense report, the system will ask to choose trip schema and not while creating travel request.
Hope this helps.

  • How to add Trip reason while creating a Travel request

    Hi,
    I want to add Trip reason while creating a Travel request . I have not been able to maintain FTPT_REQ_HEAD through sm30. Urgent help required

    Hi,
    There is no customizable table for travel reason
    FTPT_REQ_HEAD is not maintanable
    This is standard SAP, and in field REQUEST_REASON you can enter the description that you want and system will allow you do that. The same thing with field " 1st destination"
    You add any description and it will be recorded and available for next entries in TP04
    Hope this answer to your question

  • Error when creating a travel request with Advance amount

    Hi Gurus,
    When I create a travel request with an Advance amount and try to save the same, the system throws up an error msg : "Trip country does not exist in the system (T005).
    However, it allows me to create the travel request without this error if i dont enter any advance amount in the travel request.
    I checked the tables V_T706L and V_T706O and found my trip county to be existing.
    Regards
    Prakash

    Hello Prakash,
    The following are the prerequisites for transferring trip costs to accounting.  In other words when you try to create and save a travel request with advance you are involving accounting entries and therefore the following needed to be checked:
    1.Travel Management and Accounting are both at Release 4.5A. If at least one of the systems
    has a release level lower than 4.5A, follow the instructions in Customizing for ALE.
    2. For payment to be effected, vendor accounts must exist in Accounting for the respective
    personnel numbers.
    3. The following Accounting tables must be replicated in the Travel Management System using
    Customizing transports:
      Company Codes (T001)
      Countries (T005)
      Input Tax Codes (T007A, T007S)
      Document Types (T003)
    4. The transfer of settlement results
    More relevant in your case would be the point 3. Countries(T005) not defined in TM.
    Hope the above provided you more information.

  • Error while creating a Travel Request

    Hi All,
    EP 7,ESS/MSS 1.0
    We have a issue in Creating Travel Request in Portal.
    Once we fill all the required entries to create a travel request and click the review button it pops a message saying " Errors have been discovered when checking the Expense Report. Please correct them in order to proceed." .
    When i check the same in backend using the tcode- TRIP, we are able to create the travel request.
    Can some one tell me where we are going wrong and is there any configuration at backend to be done still.
    Thanks,
    NR

    Hi NR
    Ensure that all the variant are properly integrated between Travel & Expenses.
    Also, for testing, removing the integration and test if the pop-up comes back.
    If this helps, pl do reward.
    Thanks

  • When creating a travel expense, an incorrect input tax code is defaulted

    Dear experts,
    I'm new with SAP customizing in Travel Management. I have an issue that I cannot solve and I've tried almost all possibilities.When an employee tries to create a travel expense in PR05, him being from Belgium, the default input tax code for any expense type is, for example V3. This code exists in FI and will be transferred correct into accounting. But, if the employee wants to change the the country key in the field Country of Receipt (found in additional info section), anything other than the domestic country (BE) will automatically change the input tax from V3 to V0, which we don't even have in FI.
    I tried the following:
    - checked under global settings and for Belgian trip provision variant there was always Input Tax per Travel Expense Type flagged and V3 with cocd BE;
    - checked each and every expense type for the default input tax and all have V3.
    I had to create a country grouping EU for all European Countries. All maximum rates for different expense types have been defined using this EU code. Might it be this grouping?
    Any new expense type, similar to any of the ones I have problems with, will keep the default V3 tax code no matter if I change the country of receipt.
    Thank you in advance guys,

    No need anymore for an answer, I found out what I was looking for under Define Country-Dependent Default Values for Expense Types

  • [ICSS B2B] Problem  when creating a service request due to language

    Hi everyone.
    We have a web portal based on icss_b2b wich is linked with our backend (CRM).
    On the web portal, we should be able to create service requests and it works fine when we are using english.
    But if we log using german language, when we try to create a service request we have an error and creation ins't done.
    Do we need do to do any configuration in the xcm ? Crm ? to allow to create service request in a new language ?
    Thanks for your help.

    Hi,
    We are facing the same problem, were you able to solve this?
    Our Portal takes the language from the browser but we only want to allow people access to ICSS in French and English.
    Example:
    If browser language = French --> French ICSS
    If browser language = English --> English ICSS
    If browser language = Dutch --> English ICSS (English = default language)
    Many thanks for any feedback.
    Cheers,

  • Error when creating a transport request

    I have developed a process with GP and now I want to export it by creating a transport request. When I choose my process in the gallery, I get the following messages:
    Process "House Connection Request" refers to deprecated version of Callable Object "CO_InputRequest"; deprecated versions cannot be exported
    Process "House Connection Request" refers to deprecated version of Action "Input House Connection Request"; deprecated versions cannot be exported
    Both the action and its CO exist, but I don't understand why they are deprecated as they are activated and working.
    So I deleted them from the process and created them new, but I still get the same error message from above.
    Any help is greatly appreciated.
    Regards,
    Aydin

    Hi Experts,
    we are currently facing the same issue, that some Guided Procedures processes can not be added to transports, always throwing the same error messages:
    Process "xxx" refers to depricated version of Callable Object "zzz"; deprecated versions cannot be exported
    Can someone tell us if this is a technical issue or has object xxx been created/modified in the wrong way?
    Any help is greatly appreciated.
    Thank you very much.

  • Problem when creating a transport request

    Hello
    I copied productive BR3 to test BR1 system(it is a BW3.5 system). Test BR1 existed also before(only the main client was 003).
    Now main client is on both 001(I do not know if this matter). I replicated with transport controller and everything went fine.
    When I want to create a transport request I have problem "Extended transport contrl is not active . Cannot specify target client". when I wannt further explanation I get:
    "Extended transport control is not active: Cannot specify target client
    Msg.nr.TR067
    Diagnosis
    Extended transport control is not active. This means that you can only release transport requests for the following transport targets:
    Target group
    R/3 System without specifying a client
    Procedure
    Change the transport target of the request by removing the client (for example, "C11" instead of "C11.010").
    The simplest way of doing this is to use F4."
    When I use F4 for "Target" field I get "BR3.001" as only option. If I choose BR3.001 I get above message. If I use "BR3" I get "BR3 is not a consolidation target". For further explanation I get :
    "BR3 is not a consolidation target
    Msg.nr TK658
    Diagnosis
    Transport target BW3 is not configured as a consolidation target of this SAP System. If you do not stick to configured transport routes, you may cause inconsistencies between the SAP Systems in the system landscape.
    If you use extended transport control, you also need to specify a configured target client.
    If the configured consolidation target is a target group, you also need to specify the target group as the transport target, if the target group consists of a single target system, or a single target client.
    Procedure
    Choose a configured transport target, or change the transport route configuration in the Transport Management System.
    What to do?

    Hi Jan,
    Please check whether parameter CTC=1 has been set in Transport tool,If not set it.
    Also check whether your transport group is configured properly
    regards,
    Jai

  • How to see structure under schema when Create External Definition

    Hi ...we have scenario like RFC<>XI<>SOAP
    The request payload(SOAPIN) for SOAP is:
    <?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?>
    <soap:Envelope xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance" xmlns:xsd="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema" xmlns:soap="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/envelope/">
      <soap:Body>
        <AddressValidator xmlns="http://tempuri.org/geostan3/AddressValidator">
          <LicenseFile>string</LicenseFile>
           <Z9Path>string</Z9Path>
          <House>string</House>
          <Street>string</Street>
            </soap:Body>
    </soap:Envelope>
    and we are expecting response message from SOAP:
    diffgr:diffgram xmlns:msdata="urn:schemas-microsoft-com:xml-msdata" xmlns:diffgr="urn:schemas-microsoft-com:xml-diffgram-v1">
    - <AddressCheck xmlns="">
    - <Address diffgr:id="Address1" msdata:rowOrder="0" diffgr:hasChanges="inserted">
      <Addline1>220 W MAIN ST</Addline1>
      <Addline2 />
      <URB />

      <FootNote1 />
      <FootNote2 />
      <FootNote3 />
      <Msg>OK</Msg>
      </Address>
      </AddressCheck>
    so when we created external definition  using  wsdl file into XI, it showing only schema as SOAPOUT  (I couldn't see those fields in XI/under schema).
    <?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?>
    <soap:Envelope xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance" xmlns:xsd="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema" xmlns:soap="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/envelope/">
      <soap:Body>
        <AddressValidatorResponse xmlns="http://tempuri.org/geostan3/AddressValidator">
          <AddressValidatorResult>
            <xsd:schema>schema</xsd:schema>xml</AddressValidatorResult>
        </AddressValidatorResponse>
      </soap:Body>
    </soap:Envelope>
    SXMB_MONI showing(Response):
    <?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8" ?>
    - <ns0:AddressValidatorResponse xmlns:ns0="http://tempuri.org/geostan3/AddressValidator">
    - <ns0:AddressValidatorResult>
      <ns1:schema xmlns:ns1="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema" />
      </ns0:AddressValidatorResult>
      </ns0:AddressValidatorResponse>
    So my question is how do I map response fields to RFC response? Auctully this schema is like table structure which is having all response fields.
    I could see all response structure with data in sxmb_moni-->Response Msg ID > inbound message>payloads(main document). Is there any way to send this response to RFC ?
    or can you suggest me any other way to send this response to RFC.
    Thanks,

    Good Day,

    In the Exchange EMC I have setup the everything as per the following link:
    http://exchangeserverpro.com/exchange-server-2010-room-mailboxes-step-by-step-guide/
    I have also use created a room list and added the rooms to it. They show upo in my outlook.
    I have rebooted the server and tried various permissions and option settings in Outlook with no luck. I even tried enabling the user account in AD. Nothing works and the email always comes back undeliverable.
    One post I read suggested that In the Resource General tab that Enable the Resource booking attendant be ticked. Either way it doesn't get right of the problem.

    Ok I see from the output below there were two problems fixed the first one, but I can't figure out how to correct this one:
    The forwardingAddress is wrong. But I also do not know what it should be

    Alias                         : principalsoffice
    ForwardingAddress             : ourdomain.LOCAL/Admins/John H. Robertson

  • A question about database schema when creating JClient Form

    Sir,
    I created a JClient Form application using the wizard, in which a JCLoginDialog was generated. Then I modified the JCLoginDialog.java file so that it works with JDBC instead of with the OracleAS JAAS Provider. My name is the database schama name, and I created the form using my name.
    When I log in using my name, It is fine. But when my colleague log in using her name, it is failed. The error message said that the table is not found. My colleague has access of the related database table through a database role.
    I think it is the schema problem when I create the model project. I do not know how to add the schema name before the table name, such as stephen.mytable .
    Please help me. Thanks
    Stephen

    I have solve the problem. That was a mistake I made.
