thanks to all helpersThis would be something you would need to address with your credit card company. Apple cannot tell you who else might have used your card nor what purchases they might have made. Call your credit card company and report the charges as fraudulent. You'll probably need to have them cancel your existing card and issue you a new one.

I'm having trouble with my iPad 2 . I downloaded a new app for my daughter and it will not let me open or access any of the new apps! It says I downloaded them and all but will not let me open them ! I'm so lost . All my other apps are fine and they work fine. But the ones I've downloaded tonight will not open and it says I downloaded them. And then I tried to delete them because there not working and it's not letting me. Please someone help me. I don't understand why all of a sudden the new apps will not open but will download. And my iPad is up to date with iOS I checked and made sure. Please anyone help me

Can't download apps, iTunes is kicking back my credit card info!!!
When trying to install new apps on my
iPad 2 with my existing credit card info i get the error message that my CVV number is incorrect and to contact ITunes!! I have done that twice and they could not fix the issue plus I contacted my bank and there is nothing they can do either. I am really getting frustrated, I have only had my iPad since Nov 6th. iTunes told me there was a purchase made with my credit card when it was out of funds and that is why it is kicking back my credit card info?? Any one can help me, would restoring my IPad help any!!!I'm having the same problem on iPhone 5 and iPad.

hii i am using iphone 3g mobile i have some problem in downloading free apps here is asking an credit card details so i want to download with out entering credit cards details and here i have there is not havening an option "NON"
How did you create the account ? Unless you followed, exactly, the instructions on the HT2534 page that you posted from when creating an account then credit card details will need to be entered before the account can be used to download any item from the store.

You have to be in a country, and have a billing address in that country, to download from its store. You can try requesting that the app be added to the Slovenia store, but unless the app's developer/rights-holder agrees to it then Apple won't be able to sell it there : http://www.apple.com/feedback/itunes.html

I tried to download a Cisco website application. The app did not download and it is stuck on the window where it has the option of open.....it will not open. The problem is that I cannot get the window off the screen and I can't get back to the App Store home page! Help! Thanks
Try this.
Reset the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider if it appears on the screen - let go of the buttons. Let the iPad start up. -
Does anyone know how to solve this problem: I a trying to download a paid app but I cannot because the AppStore says that info not have enough space to download it even though I have more than enough space so if any of you know what can solve this problem then please let me know
The app is compressed and needs swap space to install. As a rule of thumb you need 3 times the listed size of the app available, or in your case 4.6GB. You only have 1.7GB.

Please if anyone can help apple doesn't seem to care?If you need to reinstall Mac OS X 10.8.x (there is no 10.8.6 yet, by the way), restart your Mac, hold down the Option key so you see all the bootable partitons, and boot to the Recovery Partition. From there you can reinstall Mountain Lion. You will need a good Internet connection.

On your profile, you say that you are using Mountain Lion. Is that correct? If you are using Mountain Lion, you don't have to download the Mountain Lion installer again.
