Unable to set message list column headers

(ref: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/message-list-columns) Is anyone else seeing this ... I am trying to use "apply colums to folder and its childern" but it simply does not work (maybe a bit random). I know it used to work but something recently reset a lot of my feeds to default columns and I need to get them back to the (uniform) setting I use for them all. Doing them all manually without the assistance of "apply colums ..." is not something I want to do! thanks. (latest Thunderbird on Windows 7 / 64)

As a test; I added a column header 'Size' to my Inbox folder.
click on icon and selected :
'Apply columns to' > 'folder and it's children' > 'mail account name' > 'mail account name'.
(I did not select an individual folder - just the mail account name)
I then refreshed all folders by collapsing and reopening or selecting folder to refresh it.
All folders in that account were changed to exactly what was selected in the inbox.

Is there any data in list? It seems there is content type in list, which is referring this column, that's why you are not able to delete it. Could you please verify. If column added in content type then delete column from content type.

How to show the tooltip only on the column headers(not on other cells) of a datagridview, when the datagridview is databound?

In order to display the tooltip only in the header cells but not other cells, you need to disable the built-in tooltip showing functionality, and defines a new tooltip and show it when your mouse enters into the column header cells.
The following is steps and code:
1.       Disable built-in tooltip by setting the showcelltooltip property of DataGridView to false.

Unable to rearrange event list columns

I ran into this issue a while back, it fixed itself but now with upgrading to 10.03 it's back. I'm an experienced editor but FCPX is still new to me. The event list columns will not move. Clicking and dragging a column heading is not working. I have trashed preferences to no avail. I'm also unable to type into the Notes column. Also selecting a different event clip does not change the clip in the "viewer". If I relaunch FCPX I can select different clips successfully but if I try to rearrange the column headings then the selection of a different clip will not change the cllp in the viewer. I posted on COW when I originallly had this issue and another poster said he was having an identical problem so it's not just my system.
For other folks who can successfully rearrange the event columns does the arrow turn into a hand when you click on a column heading to drag it?

Yes, my pointer will turn into the hand but it reverts to the pointer as soon as I attempt to drag it.

JTable Tutorial didn't specify how to add columns names when using the constructor:
JTable(int numberofRows,int numberofColumns) Well then use another constructor. For example:
DefaultTableModel model = new DefaultTableModel(...);
JTable table = new JTable( model );Also, I forgot to mention don't use AWT components in a Swing application. Canvas is an AWT component. Use JPanel instead.

Unable to turn column headers bold in Word table using VB Script

I have created a table in Microsoft Word 2010 using VB Script (this is via the script engine that forms part of HP Quality Centre functionality). The table itself is OK, 2 columns with centred headers. However, I am unable to make the column

I haved noticed that you used objTable.AutoFormat to format the table. Based on my understanding, this fuction will applie a predefined look to a table.
After I move the code which bolder the text behind this line of code, it works well for me.

No it's not stealing. They have an allowance that you can share with so many computers/devices. You'll have to authorize her computer to play/use anything bought on your acct. You can do this under the Store menu at top when iTunes is open on her computer.
As far as getting it all on her computer....I think but I am not sure (because I don't use the feature) but I think if you turn on Home Sharing in iTunes it may copy the music to her computer. I don't know maybe it just streams it. If nothing else you can sign into your acct on her computer and download it all to her computer from the cloud. Not sure exactly how to go about that, I haven't had to do that yet. I wonder if once you authorize her computer and then set it up for automatic downloads (under Edit>Preferences>Store) if everything would download. Sorry I'm not much help on that.

Sharepoint Error Message "Configuring column based defaults is only allowed in document library lists"

We set up a SP 2010 site with several document libraries. Library A works fine only when I click on column default value settings I get the following error message:
"configuring column based defaults is only allowed in document library lists"
This list is a normal document library and all other settings work fine. If I create a new document library or go to the settings of document library B I don't see this problem and the feature works fine.
How can I solve this problem within this library since I cannot delete the library and replace it by a new one.

According to your post, my understanding is that
when you clicked on column default value settings you got the error message.
What are the column types in the library?
It seems that some column types don't support default value settings.
I recommend to create a new library with the same columns to check whether you can set
default values.
If so and the error message persists, please check the SharePoint ULS log to find more information about this error, the ULS log file is in the location: C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft
Shared\Web Server Extensions\14\LOGS

Unable to open windows using boot camp. Get message "The bless tool was unable to set the current boot disk." I am using an Imac , Lion operating system, and Windows 7. It worked a few days ago. Any thoughts, Thank you.

Note that nowhere in the Boot Camp instructions does it tell you to use Disk Utility to format the Windows partition. The Boot Camp Assistant program creates the partition & sets the +partition scheme info+ of the disk as appropriate for the Windows installer but the Windows installer itself is responsible for formatting the new partition with the appropriate +file system scheme+ (NTFS for Windows 7).
If you follow the instructions in the Boot Camp Installation & Setup Guide to the letter you should have no problems installing Windows.

labelFunction is the best way to do this. The attached code also shows how to do it with an itemRenderer, though that would not be as efficient.

Unable to set columns under Layout Margins and Columns

On certain pages in my 40 page document, I am unable to set the number of columns by using Layout>Margins and Columns. The columns option is dimmed out. I have tried to set them on a blank page and pages where columns were previously set (I can see the guides). I am using a single Master for page numbering and it is applied to every page in the document. There are pages where I can set the columns. I've done some page comparison and can't find the setting that might control this. Using InDesign CS6 on Windows. Thank you.

Why are you not using multiple column text frames instead of 2 text frames with columns on the master page? This would give more flexiblity.

How to change the order of the columns in the Message List in Mail?

In Mail, in the Message List, is it possible to rearrange the column order of Subject, From, Date, Attachments, etc?
The upgrade to Snow Leopard changed the order of the above and I want to keep the old order that I had with Leopard.
Also, there is a column which has a black circle in it. What does it mean? I don't mean the smaller black circle, because that shows which emails been read and which are not yet read.

To arrange columns, click on column title (To or From) and drag right or left.
The black dot column shows the type of message. There will be a counterclockwise arrow if the email is a response to a previous email or there will be an icon of a note if the message is a note

How to have sticky column headers in a large list?

I have a list in sharepoint 2013. It was created from a Microsoft Access database and so it displays like a spreasheat type list. It is quite large and it would be nice to make the column headers "sticky" so that when you scroll down
the page/list you can tell what the data type (header) is for the data you are looking at.
Kind of like in excel when you do a "split" is what I am looking for .....
Any help greatly appreciated.

I am displaying a list by using REUSE_ALV_LIST_DISPLAY.
It works fine.Now i import this List to Excel sheet by custom program to set the formatting part and for color prospect which is not working with standard Import functionality.I am using the Methods of Interface I_OI_SPREADSHEET.
Now my query is that how to set a particular column's Color ?
And how to set the width of a particular column ?

Hi Tom,
you must edit the font of the column header in the CSS of your theme!
Look at the HTML Code in the Template of your tabular form, which CSS Class du you have to change!
