Recently i was moved from Tmobile to Verizon Edge plan. i am totally restless from last two weeks because of Wayne(Totwa)-NJ corporate store manager and Sales Teams Behaviour .if some one  from verizon wirless greivence department should call me to Fix my issues is highly appreciated.Otherwise i have to thing about taking it to  Legal Advise from My Attorney.
I Like Verizon Wirelesss Network Connectivity But i HATE Sales Teams Behaviour and commitment

  • VERY UNHAPPY with multiple issues concerning my account.

    I have been a Verizon customer for about 3 years now, and I was out of contract after my first two years, and when my iPhone started having issues last month, I took the plunge and purchased another phone, a Galaxy s5, last month, and went back in contract. I am unhappy with MANY things right now:
    ~When I took in my iPhone, no one in the store could help me as far as knowing anything about the issues my out of contract phone was having. They just wanted to sell me a new phone.
    ~When I decided to purchase a new phone, I told the salesgal that I didn't want the payment plan/Edge, that I wanted to pay for the phone straight out, I didn't want to pay for insurance, and I did not need a car charger. She said okay. I also purchased a screen saver while I was there, and a phone case, so I had multiple items purchased. My s5 was supposed to be eligible for a $50 rebate, so she started putting stuff in the big Verizon bag, and told me she was printing out my rebate form. I get home (I do not live in the city where I purchased the phone) and guess what? She didn't put in my $50 rebate form that she printed out, and there is a car charger in the bag that she charged me for, which I told her I did not need.
    ~The next day, an area managerial type of rep from Verizon calls to ask me how my experience was, and I told her. She informs me that I cannot take back the car charger at the Verizon store in my hometown, that I would have to take it back to the store where I purchased it, even though I do not live in that city, and I work two jobs (can't get there). I told her the sales gal did not put my rebate form in the bag that she printed out, and she said that SHE would send me one in the mail, and took my information.
    ~Guess what? SHE didn't send me the form, either.
    ~This coincides close to the time where I get my new Verizon bill in the mail...guess what? They added insurance to my account, even though I told them at the store that I didn't want it. I spent 20 minutes on the phone with Verizon getting credited and the insurance taken off.
    ~I finally get on Verizon chat this week, and the chat rep tries to help me with the rebate form, since two other people obviously can't get it to me. He gets me the information, I enter it in...and now the $50 rebate promotion is saying that it is no longer valid.
    ~I also find out at work this week, that my company has employee discounts through Verizon. I have worked for this company for a year and a half. This is a 17% discount on my bill, and also on phone purchases, etc. I get on Verizon chat again, and try to see if there is any way my discount could be backdated, since I was never aware of eligibility. I told them I could provide any form of proof of employment they may need. Not only could I have saved 17% for the past 18 months, but I could have just gotten my new phone for $50 cheaper. I was told by the Verizon rep that they couldn't help me, and they could give me a "$5 credit". No offer of compromise, backdating a month or two-nothing.
    If you are adding all of this up, here is what I am currently out:
    ~$50 rebate because two people promised to give me something and didn't, and it ran out.
    ~$27 for a phone charger I said I didn't want, but was thrown in on the sly with my phone box/phone case/accessories last month with my phone purchase
    ~Insurance I said I didn't want (I did get this rectified)
    ~Approximately $324 in company discounts over the past year, and $50 company discount on my phone that I just purchased last month.
    This is at least $451 of charges that I have paid for, but shouldn't have...and I get no apologies...just the run around from customer service reps and reasons why they can't help/won't help me. The only person who has been helpful was the phone rep who removed the insurance I didn't want from my account.

    Any problems with an iPhone must be addressed to Apple.  Verizon can't touch your iPhone for service.

    Before you left the store you signed a receipt for the sale.  Why didn't you read it?

    I agree it's inconveinient, but I can't see a way around it.  You certainly should call and inform the store of the error and that when you can you will return the charger and expect credit.

    Rebates can be printed online.

    Also would have been fixed if your read your receipt.  Can also be removed from your account online with no need to call customer service.

    They are not responsible for you not taking the discount and they never discount phones, only service.
    One customer to another, you have no basis for these complaints.  I do applaud you for buying your phone outright.  That way you also can keep your line discount.  ( or have you requested the line discount?  It isn't automatic )

  • Awful and unprofessional sales team

    I am not even sure where to begin...worst experience ever! So bad, that even if the product will be super good, I will not choose Lenovo again. 
    I ordered a Lenovo Z50-70 laptop with a 2 yr warranty online on 15th March 2015 (order no.: 9479197362). When the laptop arrived within 5 working days, the security seal was open. As it was on a Friday (I realised it in the evening only when I opened the package), I had to wait till Monday to get in touch as Lenovo doesn't operate during weekends. As I needed a laptop urgently, I went and bought the same laptop instore from Currys (UK).
    When I called the Sales Team (I believe outsorced in Eastern Europe?) on Monday to tell them that happened and that I wanted to return the laptop ordered online, the lady said she would send me the return label (still waiting for it) and both, the laptop and the related warranty will be refunded. 
    I also bought a new warranty through the phone for the laptop bought in store and from this point everything was such a mess. I had to call again once I received the email confirmation for the new warranty as the lady helping me, registered the first laptop which is waiting to be returned.
    However when I called again, I have been told that the Sales Team cannot change the S/N for me, I had to call the Technical Helpdesk (it didn't work online).
    I called the Technical Helpdesk, however they said they deal with warranties where technical problems are experienced only. They advised me to call back the Sales Team again.
    It didn't seem that responsibilities are made clear between the two teams.
    Anyway, I called the Sales Team again and they said (again) that it's not their job to do it for me and they can't change the S/N for the warranty. I insisted and was very firm as I had enough by this time, that's when the lady said she would help me with the issue. She sent an email to another department to request the serial number to be changed for the correct one. When I received the confirmation from the Warranty & Registration Team it was still the old warranty details in the confirmation....Absolute nightmare!!!
    I sent another email to [email protected] and that's when someone actually understood what was going on and what the problem was /what had to be done by them. 
    It put me off so much, what's going to  happen if I actually will have some serious issues?!
    This simple problem cost me about £8 in phone costs, quite some time and lots of anger. 
    I seriously don't understand how can Lenovo have such an inefficient and unprofessional Sales Team! Please use complaints as a constructive criticism and learn from it!

    I cannot help with the warranty issue, but I do know about the security seal issue. Its not Lenovo's fault. They send out sealed units all the time, but when it gets to the destination country, chances are good that the customs officials open them up and verify that the contents match the airbill.

    I'm opening his thread on behalf of my colleague. This is whay he says:
    I need to add a field to the sales team view.It is a custom field called 'Manager value'. The view is SalesTeamList.htm view contained within Component BT111H_OPPT. I think we have to use EEWB to add the field. I wonder were the logic would go for the below:
    We have to make the field mandatory and if not a pop - up error should display with the error.
    Do we code this in the controller class or the implementation class and which method?

  • Advice on Retina Display buy after unhappiness with 13" MBP

    i am hoping to buy a new retina display macbook pro soon and would like to only get a 13" sized model but i was extremely unhappy with the performance of my 2009 13" which will be out of applecare warranty in about two months.
    is there any way to get a handle on "how high" i have to go with my purchase and what to focus upon? i mean, i understand that i want to get as many cores as possible and that i want to get as fast a processor as possible and that the independent graphics card is on the 15" and not on the 13" but i really don't work a lot on my laptop all that much or all that intensively. OTOH, the current lappy is not so happy for some reason.
    i have adobe creative suites 5.5 on my 2006 mac pro and i have parallels 8 and some CAD software that i need to use in windows on the mac pro but i really, really don't do a lot of work with my laptop and have still been quite unhappy despite putting a full 8 GB in this machine about a year or a year and a half into buying it.
    is there a way to make an intelligent decision on where to spend my money on a new machine without being totally paranoid and thinking i have to buy the top of the line 15" with respect to all of the above options (and spending 3K on a machine i don't use very intensively)? i mean, i may go to a conference once every two years and want to work in CAD in parallels but other than that i am almost strictly on the Mac Pro for anything moderately intense.
    fwiw, i would like to go with the retina display as it is the most current technology.

    Hardware does fail occasionally, but part of why I would take mine to an Apple Store would be for an opinion on whether the problem was hareware or software. Since it has been less than a year since your bought your MBP-R, it is still under warranty, just not eligible for free phone assistance. If you have neither an Apple Store nor a trusted repair facility available to you, that will make it tougher.
    Do I understand you to say this only happens after it has been asleep for a longish time? You can keep it from happening by waking it up sooner or by shutting down when you expect to be away for a longer time? I'm not sure what that tells us, but it in interesting.
    Do you by any chance have a bootable copy of your system on an external disk? Preferrably one that was made before you started experiencing the symptoms. If so, does the MBP-R present the same symptoms when booted from that copy?

    Hi Ankitha,
    Your scenario is very vague.
    You have got the PO in the client 130 system and you wanted to created a SO in the same client 130 system.
    Usually we don't create a SO using the PO from the same system. Instead of using an IDOC concept, Call the BAPI BAPI_SALESORDER_CREATEFROMDAT1 or BAPI_SALESORDER_CREATEFROMDAT2.
    You can use any of the 2 BAPI's to create the sales order.
    Write a custom program to call the BAPI and assign that custom program as a driver program to your output type which is being triggered in the PO document, then as soon as that output type is triggered it creates the sales order for you.
    My sincere suggestion just counter check your requirement with the concerned persons as we don't generally create a sales order by referencing the po in the same system, but we create a po by referencing a so in the same system for Third party sales orders.

  • How to calculate "same store sales"

    What's the best way to do "same store sales" type calculations in OBIEE? The star schema I'm working from has a "sales" fact that just includes sales per product per store per day. And our "store" dimension includes a "store open date".
    I'm just not sure of the best / fastest / easiest way to do same store sales in OBIEE. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!

    I assume you have a sales date in your fact ... you could alias your fact table to have Fact-Sales and Fact-Sales(YAGO) and then you could have Sales and Sales YAGO columns ... then in your Request select Store and Sales where Sales YAGO > 0 ... I work for a Grocer and our same store sales is a little more complicated where the actual definition of the same store can be overriden so we have a store/week/flag dimension table in addition to the Store dimension and Sales fact tables. We then select Store, Sales, Week where flag =Y ... this gets us the stores designated as same stores and not just stores with sales for the corresponding week(s) last year. We also put the current year and ly sales in columns on one row in the sales fact table so we can do a few different things such as the stores with sales last year (though that isn't the norm).

    I received my new Verizon Edge bill in the mail and it is $80 higher than my old plan.  I have been so unhappy with this change over.  Went through hell getting our second phone activated because of a weird computer glitch and when we asked if we would receive any consideration for the time, travel, and money we put into getting the phones the way they were supposed to be, we were told to wait until the bill came and then they could make adjustments.  Now I have the bill and have no idea "who" the we would be that could make adjustments.  To top it off, the only way I know my account will get any attention is to post this in chat.  I am so disappointed and will be counting the months until our phones are paid off and we can change companies.

  • Unhappy with iPod experiance

    Let me tell you about my week of iPod troubles, I bought an 80GB Classic from a retailer on Monday May 12, 2008 from day one It kept locking up, and I never even got to use it. I returned it to the store and got a refund because they had none to exchange it with, so I decided to drive the 40 minutes to the Apple store to get a new one, this was on Weds May 14th 2008. I successfully bought another at the apple store and brought it home, everything was fine for a few days until the click wheel stopped working so today I made the long drive back to the apple store and had an exchange done, as soon as I got home and connected the new ipod to my computer, it was making loud knocking noises, so once again I drove back (2nd time today, 3rd exchange this week) and got another replacement. I am thoroughly unhappy with my experience with your product, and was originally thinking of buying another Apple product this summer, but will be thinking again because of my recent horrible experience with your product. You should really better check your products before they are shipped to stores.
    Where can I contact someone regarding this issue?

    Hiya, the 80 gB ipod should be pretty sound. it's the 160 gb that's more fickle.

    2) If you can get to an Apple Store (you can book the "genius bar" online in advance), they are EXCELLENT and very helpful.
    I converted from Windows/PC to Apple in 2004 and have not looked back once. Your ipod might just simply be faulty (the new ones do not like to be knocked about, expecially not the 160 gb, as it's got two thin layers of harddrive).

    The opportunity BO BOR Object type is BUS2000111.
    Within this object if I click the workflow container is another container for EmployeeResponsibleUser and here I was able to get the "Employee Responsible" by specifying "NameWithLeadingUS". This grabbed the email and sent it to the email address of the employee responsible.
    This works great, but along with the employee responsible (which is just a partner function) I need to send the email to other Sales Team members (other partner functions defined in SPRO).
    These members are defined as "Partner Functions".
    Here is a screen shot of our SAP CRM 7.0 system with the partner functions:

    Right now in the container of BUS2000111 I can only see the employee responsible. How would I be able to see the other Partner functions like "Business Account Manager" or "Local Account Manager" etc...

    SPRO->CRM->Basic Functions->Partner Processing->Define Partner Determination Procedure
    I need these objects to be able to send email to these guys as well...So my question is what BOR object are these members stored in?

    First of all I cannot believe how fast your response time is on the SAP Forums, you are outstanding, I just wish you sat next to me so you can help me solve this issue :).
    In all seriousness, let me ask or tell what I was going to say...
    That is exactly where I tested that method.  Let me be more descriptive
    Inside of SW01 I had an object BUS2000111 and I created a sub type ZBUSCRMOPP
    I delegated this in SW06 so that now I can add attributes.
    Upon expanding the attributes I noticed an area called methods in which there was a method called GetDetailMultiple.
    If I right click this method (inside of SWO1) then I can do a "Test / Execute".
    When I do that I get a screen that says ZBUSCRMOPP <not instantiated> so I click on "Instance" button.
    Its looking for a GUID so I put in a GUID for an opportunity that I have...and execute.
    As soon as I do that I can see all the relevant data for my opportunity, such as the description, the status, all the attributes have nice values.
    So I look at the bottom of this screen and I see methods GETDETAILMULTIPLE I click the green check mark next to this method name.  And it shows a test method with the import parameter GUID (currently with 0 entries).  If I click that button that shows one blue bar and 2 gray bars (edit table) it allows me to put in my GUID (the id of the opportunity number, I guess it is asking for it so that you can see the business partners).  I enter my GUID here and hit enter then back out.  Now I see my GUID has 1 entry and now I can click the execute button.
    Upon doing this I get a screen called "Test Method GETDETAILMULTIPLE: Display Results" showing the import parameter (GUID)
    and the export parameters HEADER, ITEM, OPPORTUNITY, and PARTNER.
    Next to partner it says 6 entries, so if I clcik that blue button again (the edit table button) next to the PARTNER word it shows me the business partners.  I see the PARTNER_NO's that I am interested in.  For instance I see the local account manager, the employee responsible, the BDM, etc.
    So now this is cool i have the data, but in what way will this ever help me out.  The point is I need to send an email to these people....and the Business Partner number just have the user ID of the local accoutn manager for instance 10000012.  That number is the user id of one of our people here for instance.  We use an 8 digit unique IDentifier for our users.  So how will this help me though to send an email to them ?

  • Unhappy with laptop

    I purchased a HP laptop, lower end model (Envy) on 3/9. At the time the sales rep said I could return it within 15 days. I've been very unhappy with it - very slow, freezes up a lot and won't fully load pages, and think I need to go up a few notches, maybe even switch to MacBook. Can I really return this? I don't want to remove all of my programs and then not be able to. I also purchased MS Office (download) and not sure what will happen with that. So frustrating. I need a computer to be quicker than this. Also didn't have CD/DVD drive which I didn't even notice at the time, because last time I bought a laptop they ALL had them.

    As Neihn has stated cd/other optical drives have become nonexistent norm these days to conserve power.
    As George said if you can list us the top budget you are willing to spend there are several of us who would be more than willing to lead you int eh right direction. I myself, I probably would shy away from the macbooks as it's more of a luxury in my opinion and not cost effective. (but it's to be debated so I won't start that one ... )
    As far as software goes it really depends on the software. Some things such as Microsoft Office have different types of licenses. Example: you may have a "1 time use key card " or you may have a retail license that allows you to use on two( or more ? ) computers.
    Without more information on the Office situation I couldn't tell you if you can transfer the software or not. As far as hard drive items such as pictures, videos, etc those are easily transferable via a usb drive or an alternative method.
    You mentioned you had other programs? What types of programs? Some programs are similar to the Microsoft Office while others shouldn't have an issue. If worse comes to worse ( and this includes the Office ) contact Microsoft/the program company and explain the situation to them. Normally contacting support services will result in high satisfaction for license transfers. (I.e. I transfer my zoomtext licenses occasionally due to my work base )

  • I am very unhappy with Verizon's service

    I'm so unhappy with Verizon. They offered to me "add a new line on verizon edge and get 100$ bill credit on you bill" and i got confirmed by two reps online that i could get it, i just had to go into the store and after a complete waste of an hour of my time, they turned me away. I'm constantly losing service, their customer service reps are rude and disrespectful. They always forward me to other reps who then forward me to other people. I am about to switch to Sprint or AT&T, because it's getting to be too much of a hassle. They add on misc charges on my bill.
    It's sad that Verizon used to actually be number One, now they're just as poor and rude as T-Mobile.

    I agree ... their customer service has gone down the toilet to boot. Have you found an email address for customer service(?) as their live chat to india is useless. I often wonder if they money they save is equal to the customers they lose?? every email & text update i get from them is also in spanish which is like salt to my wounds...

  • TS1398 I did everything you are recommend to do and still cannot connect to the network. "Unable to join network" shows up even that is a university network working for other users - students and staff. I am very unhappy with my new iphone 5 :(

    I did everything recommended on apple store support site and still cannot connect to the network with my new iphone 5 but my co-workers and students (I work for the university) can keep connectivity all the time. I am very unhappy with my new phone

    Be patient, Apple is coming out with a update soon, its been reported that they have sent the update to the carriers to test, which means it will be soon. And is suppose to address this issue.
