UOM service level view

Hello,
I had installed Unified Operations Manager 9.1.1 on a customer site.
the problem is that I cant see the presence cluster & cube router (they are monitored on the system) on the service level view.
all the other systems are monitored and displayed on the service level view successfully.
any help ?
BR,
Liran.

I don't think you can change much there.
You see the map display pane if you have mutiple clusters managed, or the just the cluster if you have only one cluster.
I'm not 100% sure, but if you have multiple clusters you can do a rightclick on the cluster in the left pane and make it the default view to make it show that cluster by default.
Cheers,
Michel

  • Unified Communications Operations Manager 8.0: How can I get rid of exlamation marks in Service Level View?

    Hi all,
    In Operations Manager I open the Service Level View and there are 3 exclamation marks visible for some devices. I acknowledged all alerts & events and they are already cleared now, but I'd like to know if I can get rid of the exclamation marks in Service Level View too. Is this possible?
    Kind regards,

    Nancy,
    You are God!
    It worked!
    Thanks.
    I have a dumb basic question which is sort of related to your shambles comment, which I don't deny is true.
    I am confused about whether style.css files get affiliated with each separate HTML page or whether there is just one style.css file that is affiliated with all my HTML pages. If they are separate CSS files, how do I separate each style.css file?

  • Cisco Prime Unified Operations Manager 9.0, "Service Level View" problem.

    Hello to all.
    Hope this mail finds all of you well.
    I have a problem with a CUOM Prime 9.0.
    The customer's infrastracture is a cluster CUCM (VM), 9.1.2.
    The CUCM cluster is up and running and all the cisco devices can be discovered.
    The customer wants to use a Cisco Prime Unified Operations Manager 9.0 in order to monitor all the Cisco devices.
    Also, in the CUOM server have been installed the browser "I.E 8.0" and the browser "Firefox Mozila" (Firefox Setup 10.0.5esr).
    The problem that I faced is that the page "Service Level View" can not be displayed.
    When I try to use the "Internet Explorer" the loading bar is being displayed, but can not be completed.
    When I try to use the "Firefox Mozila" a message is being displayed and prompt me to install the last Flash Player,
    which is already installed.
    Can anybody help me on that  problem?
    Thank you very much in advance.
    Regards,
    Isidoros

    Finally, the solution of the problem was:
    1-stop the daemon manager “net stop crmdmgtd”
    2- Delete the xml files available under(please take backup from them) :
    CSCOpx\objects\sir\work
    CSCOpx\objects\topo\work
    3-Start the daemon manager  net start crmdmgtd  (wait for 20 minutes until all process are up )

  • MRP 2 view - service level field

    Hello colleagues.
    Can anybody explain me what's the usage of the field "service level (%)" in the MRP 2 view of the material master ?
    The SAP help does not help that much ...
    Regards,
    Fernando

    Dear,
    In MRP2 view thers is field service level % where you can define the percentage of present stock will be in safety stock.
    hope it will works for u
    Service level
    Percentage specifying what proportion of the requirement is to be covered by the warehouse stock.
    Use
    The system uses the service level to calculate the safety stock.
    The higher the service level, the higher will be the safety stock calculated by the system to compensate for additional consumption or delays in delivery.

  • Auto.Reorder point calculation based on service level-calculation incorrect

    Hi
    I have gone through all the postings pertaining to this topic.Still I am not getting the calculation steps despite of using the same proposed in many of the threads.
    My calculation and system calculation as follows:
    Service level maintain in MRP2 view was 99.8, so R factor must be 4.00 as per the chart given in sap help.
    Planned delivery was 10 days. Material is externally procured. No GR processing time. Schedule margin key was also 000.
    Forecast was executed for next 3 months based on past history of 12 months. (Moving average method).
    Forecast values for 03.2010 = 140, 04.2010 = 140, 05.2010 = 140.
    MAD calculated by system and shown while executing forecast in material master was 48. Safety stock calculated by system was 108 and re-order point was 157.
    Since lead time is shorter than forecast period, SS = RWMAD = 4(10/31)48 = 61.94
    W = Lead time in days/Forecast period in days.
    LTC (Lead time consumption) = 140*10/31 = 45.16
    ROP = SS + LTC (lead time consumption) = 61.94 + 45.16 = 107.
    Where as system proposal was 157.
    Kindly throw some light where is the problem.
    Thanks in advance.

    Hi
    It would be grateful if somebody throws light on the above scenario.

  • Help needed in Service Ticket view version CRM 2007

    Hi,
    We have a requirement to replace the Service Level Agreements with Location details screen (custom defined) in the Service Ticket View. I did this in 5.0 version,but couldn’t replicate it in the CRM 2007
    version.
    Here is how I proceeded in the new version.
    Instead of creating a new view, I approached the Adding required
    context node approach and populated the fields that we need.
    1. I enhanced the component ICCMP_BTCTR
    2. I added Context node BTActivityH ( I did not link it to any CutomController in the wizard, but defined dependency to Higher LevelContext node BTAdminH, with BOL relation, BTHeaderActivityExt, and
    activated the check box “Always Create Instance” and let the the wizard to finish off.
    3. Then using the UI Config tool, I copied the standard configuration to my custom config for changes, I removed all the 3 fields that are there in the standard configuration, and replaced with the attributes
    of BTActivityH using UI Config tool in the component work bench. All fields are Input ready fields (not set for Display only).
    4. When I open the Service Ticket view to access these fields, in the UI of Service Ticket, I realized that they are display only fields.
    5. Then I created the attributes, ( to access GET_I_S_*) methods of the attributes, and I externally set rv_disabled = ‘FALSE’ in the metod (say GET_I_S_CITY)
    6. Now I am able to input values for those fields, but still I am not able to save those entries that I entered in there.
    I guess I am missing some thing in the wizard, like linking custom
    controller or dependency relations.
    Is it mandatory for me to bound the context node to component
    controller Node (BTActivityH). If so how can I bound it.
    Please advice me.
    Thanks and regards,
    Sreekanth

    Hello Sreekanth,
    I think that the fields are read-only and not saved because your context node is not bound to a custom controller. (Even though your higher level node, BTAminH, is probably bound to a CuCo)
    The code to perform the CuCo binding is mostly coded in the CREATE_BTACTIVITYH (controller class->typed_context->create_btactivityh or check create_context_nodes to see how the method is called)
    like this:
      owner->do_context_node_binding( iv_controller_type = cl_bsp_wd_controller=>co_type_custom
                                      iv_name            =  <name of the CuCo>"#EC NOTEXT
                                      iv_target_node_name = '<the context node of the CuCo to bind to>'
                                      iv_node_2_bind = <your context node> ).
    Now, save yourself a headache and a lot of debugging time and just create a new context node through the wizard again, this is much easier than trying to 'fix' it yourself! Once you have created your new context node you can delete the old one by deleting the attribute in the typed_context class.
    Hope this helps!
    Reward points if useful!
    Kind regards,
    Joost

  • Service Level in the Material Master

    Hi -
    Can the service level field in the material master MRP view be used to drive additional demand independant of safety stock?  Meaning, is there any way I can enter a service level and have it increase demand even if I am not using it to calculate safety stock?
    Thanks

    I do not think this is possible. Service level is usually used for safety stock planning.

  • Caltyp24_Call Type Real Time All Fields Service Level Today discrepancy

    Hi All,
    During our initial phase of deployment to CUIC reporting tool we want to offer similar features to our team to ensure smoother transition. However, I'm seeing discrepancy in data pulled by two different reporting engines - Webview 7.5 and CUIC 8.x. I have attached the screen shot of both highlighted in red.
    Details:
    CUIC/WebView Report: caltyp24_Call Type Real Time All Fields;
    Version of CUIC: 8.5(4) build 1 (8_5_4_10000_99);
    ICM Version: Release 7.5.1.0, Build 23684;
    Column with Discrepancy: Service level today.
    Any help much appreciated.
    Thanks in advance,
    Ramchand

    Thanks very much for responding so quickly Kartik. The data is pulled from the ServiceLevelToday column in Call_Type_Real_Time table. Here is the query; I have truncated some columns for brevity:
    SELECT Call_Type.EnterpriseName,
    Call_Type_Real_Time.CallTypeID,
    Call_Type_Real_Time.ServiceLevelCallsToday,
    Call_Type_Real_Time.ServiceLevelToday,
    Call_Type_Real_Time.TalkTimeToday,
    Call_Type_Real_Time.ReturnReleaseHalf,
    RouterCallsAbandToAgentTo5 = Call_Type_Real_Time.RouterCallsAbandToAgentTo5,
    RouterCallsAbandToAgentHalf = Call_Type_Real_Time.RouterCallsAbandToAgentHalf,
    CallsAtVRUNow = Call_Type_Real_Time.CallsAtVRUNow,
    CallsAtAgentNow = Call_Type_Real_Time.CallsAtAgentNow
    FROM Call_Type, Call_Type_Real_Time
    where Call_Type.CallTypeID = Call_Type_Real_Time.CallTypeID
    Order BY Call_Type.EnterpriseName, Call_Type_Real_Time.DateTime
    We used the templates through CDN that mimic the real time and historic reports from Web View. This is the only real time report where we noticed the discrepancy in service level today column. We have the Standard CUIC license so I am unable to verify the report definition through CUIC. However, I should assume that both reports are referring to the same columns and tables. Do we have any alternatives? Please suggest…thanks

  • SCOM 2012 Service Level Dashboard

    I have been tasked with creating a Service level dashboard for SCOM 2012. After reading up on various blogs and sites around methods and BI / reporting tools I am no closer to knowing what would be the best solution, and would appreciate some guidance.
    I want to create SLO groups for applications - Exchange, AD, SQL, SCCM etc. and have a high level heat map with measures like CPU util, Disk space %, latency etc. updated every minute and displayed in each block (preferably using corners of a single block),
    and if possible to add a bootstrap style icon into each block.
    I would like drill down functionality on each group that then breaks down into another heatmap (per server).
    And then to drill down further which displays a SLD type dashboard on that instance.
    I am comfortable with creating the final level SLD using widgets, would it be possible to use Visio for the heatmaps ?
    I have looked into using Power View, would conditional formatting be a better option ?
    Id like to publish the dashboard into Sharepoint.
    Would appreciate your feedback. Once i know which solution to look into, it would become much easier to focus my attention.

  • Service Level Objectives failing

    Hi,
    I have created a number of Service Level Objectives for incident resolution times based on priority (in SCSM 2012 sp1).  They were all working fine but some thing has happened and now they are not being applied to the incidents that should be getting
    them.  When I look at the Service Level Objectives they show in the list as not enabled and when i try to view the properties of any of them i get the following error:
    Date: 19/12/2013 3:43:27 PM

    Does anyone have any suggestions what may be causing this?

    The problem is that SLO notifications are part of the Service Level Instance Time Information class, and your queues are members of the Incident class. You can't filter a notification based on a queue in a different class. If you want to filter the
    SLO notification based on the actual SLO you can use the ID of the Service Level Configuration. For example to send one of breach you can use the following additional criteria
    Changed From
    [Service Level Information]Status does not equal Breached
    Changed To
    [Service Level Information]Status equals Breached
    AND Service Level Configuration[System.AdminItem.SLABase]Id equals SLAConfiguration_<your unique GUID>
    To find the what this SLAConfiguration ID should be you can use the below PowerShell script
    Get-SCSMClassInstance -Class (Get-SCSMClass -Name "System.AdminItem.SLABase") | ?{$_.DisplayName -eq "Your SLO's Name" -and $_.Id -like "SLAConfiguration_*"} | FT DisplayName, Id

  • Set notifications when the time defined in Service Level SLA is exceeded

    Hello everyone,
    I am looking for ways how to in OSM set a time - service level (*SLA*) for each function of the orchestration.
    If time is exceeded for each function, Make a notification to an external system.
    You can do things like this at Order and Task Levels, but I do not know how to do this at the level of each function.
    Does anyone know how I could solve this issue.
    Best Regards,
    David Alejandro Leon H.

    Hi David,
    you have the option of defining a jeopardy on the order based on the expected process duration, which is an attribute of each process.
    Go to Order editor, jeopardy tab, conditions and check the third checkbox and leave the first radio button below. Then you would set the desired duration on the process executing your component. You could also link an automator to the notification and do whatever you want.
    Now the problem is the Design studio does not let you set the expected duration for a process through the process editor nistead it populates 86400 seconds every time, but if you open the file in the Package Explorer view, you should be able to modify this by editing the file (haven't tested it though), but I believe it should deploy and once it is in the DB model, it should work since this is old 6.3 functionality. Try it andd let me know!
    I believe you could even create an SR for the fact the DS does not alloow to set the duration on a process on the grounds of missing functionality which was previously available, unless it was officially deprecated (I am not aware of that), or, unless there is a way to do this with the Studio of which I am not aware.
    If this does not work for whatever reason the only way I can think of is declaring the jeopardy notification on the Order and linking a custom rule created for the purpose which would need to be a sql based rule where the PL / SQL would evaluate the duration of the process executing your function. Would be a bit of coding, but I believe you could make it work.

  • Service Level Accounts (error 500)

    Hi experts,
    We have performed a BPC7 installation at a client but it seems we are having some trouble, not with the install process itself but with client access (we are getting http error 500).
    The problem seems to be linked with the service level accounts that the company has set-up for the BPC server. The company is very security-concerned so the system-admin account that has been provided has reduced rigths. The installl guide states that BPC sysadmin should be:
    - Member of the Local Administrators group
    - Member of the SQL Administrators group
    - Preferably be member of the domain users group (we're on a monoserver environment)
    We meet all three requirements but obviuosly we are missing something as we cannot access te server. The client web component works if we connect from the server.
    Does anybody know what these service-level-accounts minimum requirements are? The client is very security-aware and would like to keeep this account as restricted as possible
    Kind regads,
    Ibai Madariaga

    Hi Ibai
    From my understanding, HTTP 500 means internal server error, Have you tried modified your web.config file and chaning custom errors to off. This will provide you with a details exception message, which should hopefully point you in the right direction, also in your servers event log, are there any authentication failure events for the user which is running the Osoft components and services?
    You mentioned that that the client web component works if we connect from the server. do you mean when using the server console . i.e. Http://localhost/osoft ?
    If you are able to view the SAP BPC landing page from the server itself, and are only experiencing the issue from the clients connecting to the server, are you sure that the users have the neccesary rights on their local machines, has the server been added to the local users machines trusted sites configuration in IE?
    Kind Regards

  • Compare service level reports between differnce systems

    hallo,
    I´m wondering if there are a' useful way to compare a bulk of service level reports between other sap systems in one view without having it exported.
    so let see  you have service level report system A > and you want to compare with sap system B without to export the files and to compare it manually.
    looking forward and thanks in advanced ...

    hi,
    Yes,  go to tcode SCOT ---> double click on SMTP (it should be green)  under Supported address types  -- click on internet set button.
    There you can see the output formats. Choose the appropriate SAP documents  and select your desired output format.

  • Unable to insert sql server reporting services report viewer webpart

    Hello,
    We are trying to add a SQL Server Reporting Services Report Viewer and when we click add we get the following error message
    The file you imported is not valid. Verify that the file is a Web Part description file (*.webpart or *.dwp) and that it contains well-formed XML.
    Does anyone know what the fix to this is?

    Hi,
    The Report Viewer Web Part is a custom Web Part that is installed by the Reporting Services Add-in for SharePoint Products and associated with report definition (.rdl) files that are processed by a Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services report
    server.
    To install the Web Part, you must run Setup for the Reporting Services Add-in. You should not install or uninstall the Web Part independently. It is part of the add-in and can only be installed through the add-in setup package. The Report Viewer Web Part
    file name is ReportViewer.dwp. It is located in the Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\web server extensions\15\template\features\reportserver folder and should not be moved to other folders.
    To use the Web Part, you must have installed and configured the Reporting Services Add-in and configured the report server for SharePoint integration.
