Updates on online order ship times....

Thought I would share my experience.
Ordered a 5s 64gb online via AT&T.  At first they had a ship time of 7-14 days listed.  After placing the order, that ship time changed to a month from now, Oct. 20th to 30th.
Today I receive a message from AT&T stating that Fedex has picked up the package and will deliver it by Monday afternoon.
I did stop by a local AT&T store, (where I was able to purchase a 4S upon its release late in the afternoon), thought I would try my luck. They had run out 3 hours ealier.  No worries, ordered it online, glad I did not stand in line.
Anyone else have a similiar experience with their online order?

Weird thing  is idk if this is happening to me to because when I ordered my iphone 5s space gray it said 3 weeks shipping but I called sprint today and they told me they showed a delivery for the 25 of this month but I haven't got tent any information on it I have no tracking or shipping alert nothing but sprint told me they have a delivery for the 25 which is strange but I hope it does come on the 25 better then waiting 3 weeks

        I have just ordered an Ipad2 online (on apple store) at night on May 16th. Before I bought it( or you can say paid it), It didn't show any estimate delivery time byt only said that it would "ship in 1-2 weeks delivers within 5 bussiness days." But after I bought it, I checked my order status right away, and It showed it would be "ship:May 31 and deliver: June 6". So my question is, are those dates accurate? Cause it didn't give me a range, you know, like "before XXX" or "XXX - XXX". But It gave me a specific time. Will those dates change as time moving on? Actually this is not the real issue
        The real issue is that I had and international flight on June 5th, and I must leave with my Ipad by that day. Of course, there will be somebody signning it for me if I am already gone. But It would cost much more to send across countries and makes it much more complicated. A lot people may suggest that I should chose a faster shipping method or delivery method. But in fact, I didn't see any other choices. The only choice I got was standard shipping, there was no other choices. So I aasking if there is any ways to make it faster( just one day faster) to arrive, or change the delivery method( like using FedEX or UPS, cause standard shipping assuming delivering by via American Postal Service), I don't care of adding money. I just wanted in my hand by June 3rd( the last business day before June 6th,) PLEASE HELP!!!!

    Sorry, but there's no way anyone here can tell you whether Apple will be able to make those dates. Your iPad may ship earlier, it may ship on that date, or the date may slip. All of those possibilities have happened for iPad 2 shipments.  There's no way anyone, probably not even Apple at this point, can guarantee that you'll have your iPad in hand by June 3rd. You can try to pick up one from an Apple Store or dealer in your area, but due to demand iPads sell out quickly after a new shipment, so it's iffy even that way.
    As to faster shipment, you can call the Apple Store and ask if you can specify expedited shipping, but most iPads seem to be going via expedited FedEx anyway, so there may just not be a faster shipping method. Talk to the Apple Store.

  • Verizon Online Order Processing Times

    I probably made the mistake of finally upgrading from the original Motorola Droid to the HTC Thunderbolt (as well as the extended battery, case, and screen protectors) via verizonwireless.com on "Cyber Monday" (11/28).  I keep checking back to the Order Status page since Monday, but the same "Your order is currently being processed. Please check back tomorrow." message still displays.
    I did receive a follow-up e-mail order confirmation, and I found my account shows record of purchasing a phone that has yet to be activated when in the 'activate/switch devices' area, so the order appears to have went through.  I have received no e-mails from Verizon since the intial confirmation, which is good and bad.
    The big question:  Is Verizon experiencing higher order volumes and therefore delays in processing?  Should I just contact their Customer Service number and inquire about the order? 
    I don't mean to be pushy about this, and normally I wouldn't even care, but my original Motorola Droid finally died after 2 1/2 years (the charge port won't work anymore, doesn't charge the phone).  So now I need that Thunderbolt sooner than expected!!!

    Update:  called the number listed above, was on hold for maybe a minute or less, then spoke to a nice rep. who verified my account and that I was the acct. holder. 
    She indicated that my order was being completed today and would ship tonight.  We'll see if that rings true.

  • Statistic condition values not updated during Sales order Settlement

    Hi,
    In our client we have different Price condition types for based on scenario wise. Ex: Domestic Sales (ZPR1) and Export Sales ZPR2. I have maintained separately value fields for each price condition types.
    We are booking some financial charges, and interest on working capital etc., this cost we need to transfer to COPA each Material wise based on sales revenue.
    For this purpose we have created one COPA Assessment Cycle.  Tracing factor is Sales Revenue and receiver is Materials.
    In COPA Assessment cycle we can give only one base means ZPR1 related value field or ZPR2 related value field.
    For this reason we have created one new statistic condition type,  what is amount there in ZPR1 that amount will updated automatically in statistic condition place and so that we can give once one trance factor in COPA Assessment Cycle. We have assign this statistic condition all pricing procedure
    Now my problem is in MTS scenario statistic condition values updated correctly. But in MTO scenario sales order settlement time statistic condition values not updated.
    So is it possible update during sales order settlement time statistic condition values.
    Please give me suggestion.

    As you said is correct.
    But in our client we have around 9 Plants and each plant manufacturing product are different. Client Requirement is in COPA Report they need see each product wise sales revenue. In this way we mapped product wise value field.  System already mapped one guy in this way earlier. Now I am doing some changes for relevant to month end activities.
    Some financial changes transfer to COPA each plant wise on Material. Here sender is cost center and receiver is Material. Base is Sales Revenue.
    Please suggest me is there any alternative.

  • 'Transit time' not updated in Sales orders.

    Dear Experts
    We have maintained '20.00' days for the Route.
    Then the Sales order got created and the same route has been determined.
    But while i checking the schedule line - shipping details.
    The Transit time not reflected in the Sales order...
    All those GI date/Loading date/MAD/TPD...etc, still the same date as Delivery date.
    Hope kindly advise, why the 20 transit days not updated in Sales order??

  • IPhone 6 plus shipping times Verizon PLEASE HELP

    OK, I am BEYOND frustrated.  Now I am being told the ship times for the iPhone 6+ were ALWAYS October 14.  No updated info available still on the status page, when I ordered at 3:35 AM EST on the 12th it said the 19th as a delivery, the confirmation screen once the order was complete was the 19th and now this online order dept is trying to tell me I am wrong??????  I have screen shots and emails from you.  I am a customer of almost 20 years and this is how I am treated?  I don't have one line, I have mutliple lines, bought multiple phones, bill is ALWAYS paid ahead of schedule and in full.
    I posted yesterday but did not get any joy from verizon rep responding, well I am asking now, I need someone who can provide correct answers and PROOF.  I want to see detailed accurate information.
    As you can tell I am angry, and rightfully so.

    I want to thank you for your responses.  I would like to be clear on both of your responses, to the first response I know it is just a phone, and the only thing my post has to do with a phone (iPhone in particular) is that I also pre-ordered and I happened to be preordering the same phone a few hundred thousand other people were ordering as well.
    To both your 1st and 2nd response, my post issue is about the lack of accurate information, the copious amount of inaccurate information and the inability to get a consistent explanation and understanding as to what is going on.
    It doesn't matter when the order process opened, how many people are completed before me or after me.  The system is automated (or at least it is suppose to be) and when your system provides information then it is inferred accurate and true.  When your system sends mixed messages, then trying to get the accurate information should not be subject to ridicule.
    This is a forum, where community members come to let out their mindset and that is all I did.

  • Buyer Beware - Horrible Production​/ Shipping Time for Lenovo ThinkPad

    I ordered my Lenovo ThinkPad T530 on January 27th, with the quoted estimated shipping time to be 02/08. I get an e-mail on 02/05 saying that my order would be delayed and shipped out within 30 days of this notification. This pushed my shipment date to 02/28 with expected arrival time for 03/04.
    Here's my timeline:
    01/27/13 - Placed order
    02/05/13 - DELAYED NOTIFICATION, expected shipment to be delivered within "30 days of this notice"
    02/08/13 - DELAYED NOTIFICATION, expected to be shipped on 02/28/13 arrival on 03/04/13
    03/04/13 (12:50PM) - Checked my order status and it said that my shipment won't be shipped until 03/13/13 arrival on 03/20/13. Sent an e-mail to Lenovo. e-mail included.
    03/04/13 (03:57PM) - DELAYED NOTIFICATION, expected to be shipped on 03/13/13 arrival on 03/20/13
    03/04/13 (04:23PM) - Received e-mail from Lenovo representative Shadiqulla *** - e-mail included.
    So my order has been delayed THREE TIMES. When was my laptop suppose to be shipped? 02/04/13
    As of 03/04/13, they told me my order has been DELAYED AGAIN. So forgive me if I don't take your generic copy and paste apology as a sign that you guys are actually doing something that actually helps the people who buy your product.
    I would love a refund, but at this point, what can I say, I'm an optimist, and I'm pretty *** patient, so I'll wait until the 13th, but I just wanted to warn the rest of you.
    This is ridiculous and highly inconvenient. I've waited over 36 DAYS for this product and it's still not even in production. You obviously don't care for your customers. This has been the worst experience I've ever had with a company and I hope everyone else is more cautious about purchasing anything from them. Because if this is the example of their customer service now, imagine what it's like when you have the computer down the line.
    I'm forwarding my experience to the BBB and I'll keep things updated.

    I ordered my laptop on 01/27 and not only has it been delayed TWICE, but I wasn't even notified when the THIRD delay occurred. If you truly "value" your customers, then you wouldn't continue to test their patience by giving a horrible estimate time of the shipment date, when you're short on parts. That way, I would have time to secure a different laptop from a different manufacturer. I had high hopes for Lenovo through personal recommendations, but no matter how good the product, the *** customer service can only go so far. Your company makes me feel like a dog.
    The order tracker provides practically provides ZERO tracking, because during the past month, nothing has been placed or updated except for how my laptop is continually delayed. This is ridiculous!
    For the sake of keeping my anger in check:
    What is the ACTUAL status of my order? Has it even been BUILT? It was suppose to arrive 2/4, then delayed shipping to 2/28 with 3/04 arrival, now delayed again to 3/13 arrival on 03/20.
    Give actual updates, what's the point of having an order status page - have something actually useful and reliable.
    Change the estimated shipping time for the other ThinkPads on your site. My same model and custom built is suppose to be shipped at the same time that someone else places an order for today - that's just ridiculous!
    I've been extremely patient when you said it would arrive a month after the quoted shipping time. Thank-you for providing me with the *** experience I've ever had with a company. I was suppose to have it shipped by 03/05 at the latest, and you just tried to sneak the last delay past me. Actually deliver on your word and deliver your product! This is beyond ludicrous I'm suppose to have my laptop already!

    I ordered my ultrabook  from Levono because we use (hundreds) of them in our organization and I wanted one for home to also do work related business on. When I ordered it, I was told by the salesperson that I would recieve it soon because I live a few miles from the US headquarters and not far from the NC warehouse. I then got an Email that contradicted what I was told;  my machine would be delivered 6 weeks later; shipped from China.  I ordered this unit because I am aware of Levono's reputation for quality and impressed by how soon they became big player in the USA laptop market.  Ir Levono wants to stay competative; they absolutely have to deliver, and deliver sooner. In today's world, people and businesses depend on laptops, and when they need them, need them right away. I would be happy to get this sooner, and much more likely to advertise Levono, and buy from them again, if I did.

  • Credit Check/Online Order Charges

    I just placed an order around 425pm pacific time for a new phone. I am a new user signing up for a brand new account. Shortly after I placed my order I noticed that they charged my debit card already. They also updated my order status to shipped, but do not show any tracking number.
    I called VZW and spoke to several customer service representatives, and also TeleSales department and they told me that my order could not be looked up due to the fact that it was placed online today. They also said that my order would not be in the system until monday, my card would not be charged until monday, and it would not be shipped until monday.
    I am concerned because I have a sketchy credit history with cell phone bills and a prior VZW account from several years ago.
    My questions are these two:
    1) Do they only charge your card if the phone ships the same day?
    2) I assume I passed the credit check for them to charge my card, or somehow there is an error in the system to let me get through
    I really did not think they would approve the credit but thought it would be worth a shot to try with the sales going on.

    Thanks for the insight. According to my bank, Bank Of America. It specifically lists the charge as an "Authorization". Not a hold. The money has been taken out of my account. Sure, if it never ships, they can reverse the transaction. But thats not the point.
    We can argue about words all day. All I posted was a question for some insight as to why they AUTHORIZED a charge and updated my order status to shipped without a tracking number. If they havent shipped it yet, they should not have authorized a charge on my account and updated its status to shipped. This is what VZW Customer Service Reps told me. They will not authorize a charge or update it to shipped until it ships. I was told twice from 2 different Reps, that if these two things happened then IT MUST HAVE SHIPPED.
    But, only time will tell. If they dont ship it until monday then I have no problem with it. I just need to know when to be home to sign for it. Or I need a tracking number so I can authorize FedEx to leave the package with no signature.

    Hi guys, I ordered my iPad 2 at 1am GMT on the day of release (yes, I'm sad) but I've still had no updates on my order. I know there have been delays to shipping in the US but the UK is whole different kettle of fish. Does anyone have any news on iPad 2 shipping times in the UK? I can't wait for the iPad 2, so if it's going to take a long time, I'll cancel my order and see if I can get the model I want in a store.

    I ordered mine online because I wanted the Personalised Engraving, & my Order Status updated yesterday to show that it is now 'Engraved' & not just Ordered...

    as for Dispatch date, that hasn't changed yet, from the Original order, but I have had things from them before which have actually arrived before they were stated as due for Dispatch...

  • AT&T - Instore and Online Ordering (Some Questions Answered)

    I ordered (upgraded) 3 existing 3g iphones on a family plan on June 15 around 5:45 EDT, and printed out an order number and receipt. All three show up in "order status" at AT&T if you log in and use the main wireless number on the account and the zip code of your shipping address (home).
    I just last night, about 36 hours later, received 3 separate email confirms with the 3 phone numbers and 3 separate confirm numbers. I assume all will be shipped by June 24 given the early order time, but the emails said essentially "more to come" on shipping info.
    I ALSO ordered an iPhone 4 in an AT&T store around 12:15 pm EDT on June 15 because the AT&T site that morning would not allow me to add a new line to the account. My son is getting his first phone for his birthday and I would never hear the end of it if the rest of the family got new iPhones and he was left in the cold. The AT&T computers were down, but they charged my CC, I bought 4 apple cares in store, and gave me a paper receipt.
    Yesterday, I emailed the instore rep (very very nice by the way) and she confirmed that they were able to process my instore purchase at 3:46 pm on the 15th, and that AT&T said "all orders processed BEFORE 4:30 EDT on June 15 would be delivered on June 24 or 25th at the latest. Everything processed after 4:30, who knows. However, I have not received an email generated automatically on this instore purchase, and it doesn't show up in "order status". She said it won't show up there because it is a 'direct fulfill" at the ATT store even though it will be shipped to my house. She gave me a receipt number (which isn't an "order number" apparently), but the CC has been charged.

    Not sure why. Apple probably has more online orders than AT&T. AT&T may have committed to a large bulk order already recieved from Apple and being stored in the U.S. to fulfill their online orders. I think total demand caught Apple by surprise. When the 3GS was announced last summer, there were 60,000 pre-orders. There were over 600,000 pre-orders for the iPhone 4 along with Apple releasing the iPhone 4 in all 88 countries by the end of September.

    I am having the same issue. When I try to update my payment information I receive an error that states, "We're sorry, something seems to be wrong on our end. Please try again later.
    After Adobe's servers were breached I received a phonecall from my bank, stating that someone had used my credit card at a hotel in Mexico (I live in Ohio). I closed that credit card and was issued a new card. I want to update my card information on my Creative Cloud subscription. I chatted via the web with a customer service rep today. He was anable to help me. He suggested I call the Care Center. The hold was estimated at 2 hours. All I want to do is update my card information so the next time Adobe automatically bills for my subscription the transaction doesn't bounce.

  • Shipping time for new iMac i7 -- SEVEN WEEKS??!!

    Yesterday (June 8) I ordered my new iMac at the online Apple store.  I ordered th i7 with everything maxed out except I stayed with 8GB RAM.
    I thought the shipping time would be 4-6 weeks.  The order confirmation came back as delivery on July 27! That is SEVEN WEEKS!
    Does anybody know why it takes seven weeks to get this?  Granted I'm not the most patient person anyway- but this hurts!

    Let me guess: you included an SSD, too?  When I checked the store a week ago, it was that addition, and that alone, that bumped the shipping delay up to 4-6 weeks (and then 5 days, at least to hear on the East Coast) for delivery.

    Hi. I recently ordered a MacBook with 4GB of RAM online. I have some free time tomorrow and would rather cancel the online order (which has not yet shipped) and go to the Apple store 45mins from me and buy it there. I have some questions:
    1. Can you buy the 4GB RAM MacBook in the store, or is it online only?
    2. Can I use the financing card (Baraclay, I think?) to purchase the MacBook in person even if I do not have a physical copy? If so, how?
    3. How long will it take to erase the credit charge on the financing card if I do cancel my order?

    I'd much prefer to have correct answers in threads so I decided to do some detective work for you. I decided to make two phone calls this morning, one to the "manager on the floor" at an Apple Retail Store and the other to the Apple Online Store Sales & Support group. Both people I spoke with were aware of my intentions on the phone call and that I would be quoting them in this thread.
    If I buy a computer online, can I return/exchange it at the store?
    It depends. If the machine is a standard configuration (has a part number that starts with MBxxx/A) and is not damaged, then yes we can accept it as a return/exchange in store. If it has a customer configuration (has a part number that stars with Zxxx) then no, we are unable to offer an exchange/refund at the store for that unit. If it is DOA we can coordinate a service/replacement with AppleCare.
    Can I upgraded to 4GB of RAM in-store?
    Absolutely, we stock RAM specifically for this upgrade and charge the same price as online. You're responsible to buy the computer and the RAM upgrade first and then we will install it for you.
    Can I use the Barclay's card, even if I don't have it my possession?
    Unfortunately not, we must have the physical card in order to verify the legitimacy of the transaction.
    Are all sales final? (I asked anyways, despite the link provided was for an iTunes purchase and we're talking about MacBooks)
    Absolutely not, you have 14-days to return/exchange the product if you're not satisfied. Best part, we don't charge a restocking fee anymore.
    When does Apple bill my credit card? (phone call into AOS)
    We bill the card when the unit ships. However, the order must be cancelled prior to its status being changed into "prepared for shipment" as this means we've already allocated the part for shipment and at which point it cannot be cancelled.
    Hopefully that clears things up. I figured not much had changed since I use to work for Apple, but rather than being smug about it I wanted to hear it "from the staff at the Apple Store." As with anything you read on the Internet, take it for what it's worth.
