User is in team state but not in team summary - Cisco supervisor desktop

We have Cisco supervisor desktop where supervisor can see user in team state but not in team summary?? Any clue why is could be happening??

Not sure of setting an alert but Supervisor can use "Table 17. Summary display data"
Agents Not Ready : The number of agents in this CSQ who are currently in the Not Ready state.
And "Table 12. Team Summary display data (cont’d)"
Max Not Ready : The longest time the agent spent in the Not Ready state today.
And also refer the section "Creating Supervisor Work Flows"
Using the Supervisor Work Flow Administrator feature, you can configure your desktop to perform certain actions based on queue statistics for calls waiting and calls in queue for specified skill groups.

    I have a function in Access that calls a stored procedure to update a table. When I run it, it works fine but when the users try to run it, they get an error.
    If I change it run the actual SQL syntax that is in the stored procedure then the users can run it and update the table without any problems, which makes no sense to me. It's doing the same exact thing as the stored procedure. I'd much rather have them be
    able to run the procedures then writing the SQL in VBA modules because that's going to end up being a lot of code.

    When you give a user permission to run a stored procedure, everything on that procedure but Dynamic SQL will be executed
    without evaluating user permissions on the objects the stored procedure deals with.
    On the link I provided above, you will see how to provide permissions to stored procedures. Try creating database roles, add user to database roles, then assign permissions to database roles.

    Hi Guru,
    If you have created an implicit enhancement point you need to make sure that enahncement point is active and as well the Function Module is also Active.
    Second thing is that if you have written any code inside the enhancement point, then make sure that you are entering the Ehancement point coding block.
    For this do put a break point and do a debug test the coding - what exactly happens through the Coding.
    It may be that the Coding Block inside the Enhancement point is not getting executed or the ehancement point is not getting executed(chekc for what reason ?)
    Based on the abvove inputs hope you would have got some clue or would have got the solution.

    If the user logs on to office365 web - I can see the 3 shared folders- but if when she opens Outlook she is not able to see them-
    Do they - should they be manually added ? How ?

    Thanks for your question.
    Not sure what exactly you mean by "created shared mailboxes for a user", by default, Outlook automatically loads all mailboxes to which the user has "Full Access" permission. So please first check if you have granted the right permissions
    for that mailbox to the user.
    When I say "By default", I mean you didn't disable the Outlook Auto-Mapping service. If you did, then the shared mailbox will not be automatically added to the user's Outlook profile. So please have a check on this:

    Also, please note if the shared mailbox was just created, or the user was just added as a member of that shared mailbox, you probably will need to wait for a few hours for the shared mailbox to appear in the user's Outlook folder.

    On your Mac open System Preferences > iCloud
    Deselect the box next to Calendars & Reminders then reselect it.
    Do the same for Notes
    On your iPhone and iPod. Tap Settings > ICloud
    Switch Calendars off then back on. Same for Notes.
    Give iCloud a few minutes to sync data.

    Did you click or selct the Specific Agent\Inbound call which is currently being handled by the Agent. From the Screenshot you have attached (first one) doesn't look like the call has been selected.
    Please select or click on that Specific Agent\Inbound call from CSD and check these values.

  • UCCX 8.5.1 - Cisco Supervisor Desktop not showing Caller Names

    I have recently done a deployement for UCCX 8.5.1. I have been made aware of an issue where iif a Cisco Supervisor Desktop is looking at a Agent that is on a call, the Callers name is not bening shown in the Caler Name field, instead the callers extension is being displayed. Has anyone else experienced this or is this one for TAC?
    Here is an example of what I mean.
    This is the view on the UCCX Supervisor screen when an agent is taking a service desk call.  How can we configure it to display the name alongside the number?  I know that 1380 is Paul A Smith, and 1552 is Nicola Turvill?

  • User showing locked in SU01 but not in BP-Internet User and vice versa

    Why is it when when a user is locked in their CRM SU01 it won't show that that same user is locked on their BP-Internet User Tab and vice versa. We are eexperiencing issues where our web users are getting locked out. Are support team only has access to the web users BP-Internet User tab. When the suport team goes to unlock the user the lock check box is not checked in the BP. But when you go to the SU01 the account is showing as locked and vice versa, we're seeing the BP lock box checked but on the SU01 it says the account isn't locked. Isn't the BP-Internet User tab reading off of the SU01 account?

    From your question, I infer that the BP and CRM are using multiple User Management Engines (UMEs). If you have a centralized UME, you should not experience this issue. Please post back with complete details.

  • User have authorization in Quality but not in PROD

    Dear All,
    We have a problem with a transaction code  PSV1 used for attendence maintanance and it is used by HR people of our org.
    Suddenly one day all the users were unable to change the attendence details of the users in the Production system, but they are succefully able to do in Quality. I have already checked the following to find whats the problem.
    1. I have already checked if the user ids have same authorization in both Quality and Prod in terms of roles , parameters.
    2.I already made sure that there is no SCUL error or IDOC flow from CUA to production.
    3. I checked, the roles which gives access to maintain this are same in both QUALITY and PROD sys.
    4. I looked for any change docs for the users for any changes as it stopped giving access suddenly one day that too only in PROD sys.
    5.I took trace in ST01 for the user in QUA and PROD and found that its checking for same authorization in both sys and both have same auth.
    6.Finally I approached ABAP team to Debug the program , but they came with no solution ( no prob with program).
    So can you please let me know if did I miss any thing else to check or how to resolve this issue.Users are able to do it succesfully in Q but in not in Prod :(...

    e.g. list the technical error message & the error number & describe what users can't do - like fields are greyed out etc
    Yes Actually I forgot to mention this in my Question. The Authorization error is unuusually showing in a Pop up window.
    Its Saying " You do not have authorization to do this" .Generally it should be in the bottom of screen right but it is showing in a popup window.
    And what HR associate is trying to Do is , they are going to PSV1 transaction and trying to create any new event and also maintain attendence for the event. they are not getting the change mode to update any detail.
    And regrading the Error number , there is no error number displayed ,, so I have no idea.

  • Save object state but not the data

    Hi Everyone,
    I'm trying to serialize a form so that I can recover the state information such as size of the form at close, size of splitpane separator, and size of each column of a JTable within the form.
    However, I don't want to save the JTable's data. Also, I'm not sure about the procedure for deserialization.
    For example if I have a line like:
    frame.getContentPane().add(new JTable(tableModel));
    next time I read the form, it already has the table within it so I shouldn't really create it or add the JTable to it, am I right?
    Any comment to clarify this is really appreciated.

    Ok here is what you got to do just like createing your own subclass of JFrame
    you should also create subclesses all the GUI componants you going to use in the application that need their state saved and restored.
    All those class should implement a comman interface which has getState and setState (Ex:- CJTextArea, CJTextField, CJTable, CJFrame, CJInternalFrame, CJPanel .....). and thos subclasses should be used to create the widows
    You will also need a several state classes for various types of components
    such as
    ComponentState -- Super class
    ContainerState -- to hold stateobjects given by the components in a perticuler Container (ex:- JPanel)
    FrameState
    TextCompState -- text components (JTextField,JTextArea)
    ListState
    TableState
    and the getStste and setSatate of the form should be written to return an object which contains the state of the form and all the other state objects returned by its nested components.
    This kind of thing is done in most of the software organization in (Not just to restor the state but for many different tasks) that develop large applications with complex user interfaces.
    Its worth spending some time to devalop such an API becouse it can be used in any programdeveloped after that.
    The company I work has done excatly that some time ago but I cant post any code here (You know why)

  • I create shortcut for user to get a cr but not working

    1. added report to Customer service folder
    2. created shortcut in closure group, which is attached to Customer service.
    the new report is not appearing when I login as that user. why? I can see the report shortcut when viewing in CMC but not when actual  logging in.

    1. Created a Report in Folder X
    2. Created a shortcut for the above report and placed in Folder Y
    User in Group A can view the report in Folder X but can't see the the shortcut in Folder Y, is that right?

    User in Group A can view the shortcut in Folder Y from CMC but not from BI Launchpad?

    Since a couple of days, I have a problem concerning authentication to the java apllication on a SAP Netweaver 2004s.
    Using the user ‘Administrator’, I CAN logon the Visual Administrator tool, with the same user I tried to logon via http://host:port/nwa without success.
    At the beginning, I was thinking about a problem of password then I enabled the emergency user SAP*, the problem was the same. Ok with Visual Administrator but not via http.

    This behavior let's thinking to a problem of authentication.
    But the problem was in SQL, an index was missing in table J2EE_CONFIG, called J2EE_CONFIG_I3

  • User account seen in finder, but not in Accounts System Preferences!

    I just had a weird crash using Quicktime. When my Mac rebooted, it booted into a brand new user account (empty docs folder, clean desktop, etc.), but under the same name as my previous main user account.
    The old main user account folder can be seen in the Users folder, but not in the Accounts System Preferences.
    How do I get back to my previous main user account?

    Then Safe Boot from the HD, (holding Shift key down at bootup), run Disk Utility in Applications>Utilities, then highlight your drive, click on Repair Permissions, reboot when it completes.
    The usual reason why updates fail or mess things up, is if Permissions are not fixed before & after every update, with a reboot... you may get a partial update when the installer finds it doesn't have Permissions to change one obscure little part of the OS, leaving you with a mix of OS versions.
    Some people get away without Repairing Permissions for years, some for only days.
    If Permissions are wrong before applying an update, you could get mixed OS versions, if Directory is the slightest messed up, who knows!
    If many Permission are repaired, or any Directory errors are found, you may need to re-apply some the latest/biggest updates.

  • Document library: user can see the metadata but not the file itself

    For a specific document library certain users will have the right to see the metadata but not the file itself. The only solution I can  think of is using a http handler. But I don't know if I can get the user that requests the document.
    Are there any other approaches to this requirement?
    Can I get the username of the user that makes that request?
    I guess that http handler is deployed at the Web application level - am I right?

    I think this this is not a strong protection. Everybody can istall sp designer or go through UNC path, like \\myserver\documentlibray or \\myserver\lists\mylist and see the documents- and we use unc paths a lot. I don't want to get into trouble when a (wiki)
    leak is made.

    at a customer's site, there is SharePoint Foundation 2013 SP1 running, bound to both http and https. Seeminlgy out of nothing, a strange behavior occurred: Visting
    http://intranet/subsite showed the page headers (logo, global navigation etc.), but no content. The welcome text was missing as well as the links to the document libraries which should appear in the left navigation.
    After explicitely adding http://intranet as an alternate name (https://intranet was active only, don't know why), we can again reach content via http. Still strange appears, that
    http://intranet global navigation links get redirected to https (fine, but unexpected). If we change a deep link to a document library from https to http in the browser's address bar, we can reach the content fine.
    However, one problem still exists: This site gets published via TMG 2010 via https, and that also worked just fine for many months. But now, I can try what I want in TMG, valid authenticated users see only the top navigation, but no content at all.
    Can anyone give me a hint about what to check? Of course, I will provide any info you may need.

    Thank you for your response. As to your questions:
    I just added http://intranet to the alternate access mappings of the intranet zone and did not extend a website.
    Besides SharePoint Central Administration, there is no other SharePoint web site collection on this server, and no other non-SharePoint-IIS-Site. This is a VM for nothing else than hosting this single intranet site collection.
    We do see the same issue under two sub-websites underneath
    http://intranet, namely http://intranet/Datenaustausch and
    http://intranet/Protokolle. In both sub-sites, there is some welcome text on the home page and there are several document libraries, each with permissions not interited, but explicitely granted to specific users.
    The first (solved) issue was, that we could not see the document libraries when using http, but could see them using https. This was solved by adding the alternate access mapping for
    http://intranet explicitely.
    We can successfully browse the sites (using http and https now) from the internal network. The one issue left is that the same does not work through TMG, that is, coming from the external network, we can see and call up the sites in a browser, but not any
    content in them. We do see the site title and logo, and the global navigation at the top of the page, but we do not see the welcome text, nor the document libraries. This did work last week, and we do not know nor could find, why it stopped working. The issue
    persists regardless of whether we use bridging to https or to http between TMG and SharePoint.
    We have already restarted the SharePoint box, with no success.
    If I can provide any further information needed, I will be glad to do so.
