Vendor payment report

Hi gurus,
I have a smalll requirement that , my client want to see the vendors payments list on material wise.
I tried in FBL1N by selecting the cleared items. and also changed the layout by dragging the material field column in the report.
but for the material columns showing blank in the report.....
Is there any other way to see this type of report ( vendor payement list on matrial wise).... kindly suggest

Go to  the this t.codes.MB5S,ME2L,ME2M.May be you see the vendor payment list on meterial wise.

    Hi,
    You mentioned WBS Element is blank; so please check in any one sample payment documnet whetehr WBS is maintained and if yes find which field it is populated. For eg; sometimes people populate this information in the text or assignment field. If that is the case then change the layout accordingly in FBL1N.

  • Urgent: Regarding Vendor payment report

    Hi,
    I making a report in which i have to display the vendor payment is done or not?
    Curently i am using the 4 tables of Financial :-
    BSAK,BSIS,BSIK AND BSAS which gives the status of vendor whether it is paid or not .  1 thing i observed that data compared wit htew MKPF table among these tables(BSAS,BSIK N BSAK) is not coming right as i am taking common field XBLNR among them all .
    One more thing i observed that BLART is getting changed in each table.
    for instance,
    if the BLART is WE for material document and i am taking XBLNR filed from this table MKPF and den looking XBLNR in BKPF where the entry consist of BLART -  RE n WE and finally when i look up in the BSAK table the field consist of RE .
    How can i see that it is being paid or not the BLART is keep on changing.
    Plzz proivde me guidelines as how to rectify the problem?

    May be the report also included the PO / Invoice details.
    BSIK - Vendor open items
    BSAK-Vendor cleare items
    When the invoice is created one entry creates in BSIK - once it is cleared (either through the payment/credit memo/reverse) that entry along with the cleared entry goes to BSAK.
    Above two entries 'll have unique data in the field BSAK-AUGBL - with that link you will get the BLART field link.
    As you are telling about the RE document type.....there are different types of document types like - FI Document types & MM Document types. RE is the FI document type
    As a linking part to get the PO details using the FI data only available field is BKPF-AWKEY data in that field is used in RSEG-BELNR along with Fiscal year.

  • Vendor payments report for a month

    Dear all,
    is there any built report that would show all the vendor payments in a month with the date it has been debited our account?
    I tried with FAGLL03, but the date of the ZP document created by F110 can be different from the date of the ZR docs, that show the value date of the transaction.
    I would need this report for tax calculations, but if I filter for ZR doc types, the vendor name won't be populated and I can't VLOOKUP for it as it has different clearing number.
    Any ideas?

    You would need to have Bank recon in place on realtime basis. So at the end of day, the bank sends you the statement file. Now you will probably need to build in a custom report which will check that for a payment document, if the entry has been posted in the main Bank GL, which will happen only once the bank statement file is uploaded in SAP.

              Although FBL1N shows you line item wise payment made invoicing done or credit memos e.t.c but still you can use it to know the total amount of payment done against a vendor with the following criteria. I hope you will be familiar with concept of document types. In standard KZ is for payment and KA is for its reversal. Execute FBL1N with all item selection giving a particular date range ..Once you done with execution. Filter the document type with document type KZ and KA ( or whatever document type you use for payment and its reversal). Once these document type gets filtered and apply subtotal and collapse it. This will show you net payment made during a time period.

    Try in dis way....I think it may work
    select <fld1> <fld2>....from BKPF into corresponding fields of table t_bkpf
    where <condn>.
    if not t_bkpf[] is initial.
    select <fld1> <fld2>....from MKPF into corresponding fields of table t_mkpf
    for all entries in t_bkpf where xblnr = t_bkpf-xblnr.
    try in such a way n see.........

  • Vendor Payment Performance Report

    Hi,
    I am in the process of developing a report which should show details of Project, Service orders and purchase orders information. If end user inputs project/SO/PO/Vendor in the selection screen of the report, they are expected to see service orders and their related costs information. In the drill down they would like to see related Purchase orders information of the service orders including PO Quantity, PO Value, Invoiced Quanity, Invoice value, Invoice creation date, Invoice posting date, Invoice due date(Invoice date + Vendor Payment terms), Actual payment date to Vendor, Blocked invoices, Reason for blocking, Vendor info. Is there any Business Content reports, cubes, extractors availabe to serve my purpose ?  If this requirement can't be developed in one report please suggest what is the best way of doing.
    Eg of Report Result data:
    Selection screen can have Project, Service Order, PO, Vendor, Year & Month
    Report Results:
    Project     SO         PlannedCost
    WBS1      1001      5000 GBP        
    (5000 GBP contains 2000 GBP spent on labour cost + 3000 GBP spent on material which will  be paid to different vendors)
    If we drill down using Purchase Order it should show PO details for 3000 GBP and show blank for 2000 GBP
    Project    SO        PO     POValue   InvoiceValue    IVdate   IVPaiddate    IVDuedate    Vendor
    WBS1     1001    2000   -

    With the above info 100% ontime payment made to vendor BP, for CP it is not, Customer is interested to see this level of information.
    For 3000 GBP , for  all the purchase orders we need to show PO Quantity, PO Value, Invoiced Quanity, Invoice value, Invoice creation date, Invoice posting date, Invoice due date(Invoice date + Payment terms), Actual invoice payment date, Blocked invoices, Reason for blocking, Vendor info details

    You can create a report on this, but first have to findout in which all the tables your fields existing. Based on this you can build a report in r/3 or a FM which you can use it in Generic DS.
    Hev you gone thru standard Purchase DS which available in r/3 side. Just check them it might suits your requirement.

    To my knowledge, there is no standard report available for this.
    You can use the tables BKPF, BSEG, MKPF and MSEG for creating a report.

  • Vendor ageing report for down payment bucketwise

    Hi
    I have paid many downpayment to various vendors. Now i want the ageing report for the same (i.e. bucket wise i.e. 0-30 days, 31-60 days and so on).
    This i am getting for vendor invoices in TCode: S_ALR_87012085 (Vendor payment history with OI sorted list).
    Please let me know if the bucketwise report is possible for the downpayment too.

    Vendor ageing for down payments as well as invoice i use to see from T.code FBL1N by creating layouts.
    Choose Arreas after net due date from layout and for that column you can apply a rule that from 0 to Lessthan or equal to 30.
    Like that you can create the layouts. In FBL1N you can give this layout (down) so information come in that format.
    The one disadvantage is that you have to select manually the layouts and you can see only one ageing information at a time.

    The simplest I Could think of is FBL1N itself with cleared Items. You can always subtotal on Vendor No and Payment Document type. There are other std reports like S_ALR_87012085, S_P99_41000099. It also depends on what kind of information you want from the payment report

    I am working on developing a quaterly vendor spend report with some additional custom fields to narrow down the custom report. I am looking at table LFC1. I want to know if that is the right table for payment information for quaterly purpose. Also, please throw in your logic to calculate the quaterly amount .
    Also, suggest me if there are any other tables i should be taking into picture for vendor quarterly spend report .

    The table you are looking into is the perfect table.
    The only problem in this table is it will be the transaaction figure total table, which will take your invoice booked, credit memo booked & the payment made also.
    So i feel that this table will not solve your requirement.
    Better take the table BSIK & check with your FI team & exclude the document types that are used for the payment to the vendor
    To arrive at the quarterly spend check the fiscal year variant attached to the company code & map the no of the periods to the quarter (Posting period in BSIK - MONAT)
    Hope this will fulfill your requirement

    Hi All
    i am trying to get a legitimate vendor Aging report from within SAP
    The 2 reports that I am currently looking at are:
    S_ALR_87012085 - Vendor Payment History with OI Sorted List
    S_ALR_87012084 - Open Items - Vendor Due Date Forecast
    But both these do not bring out the output the way i want it - and i tried changing the output control and it still doesnt bring out the report as i want it - I want a report like the S_ALR_87012178 for customers, with output control 1, 6 and a 0 - which gives me a logical list of the aged customers.
    Is there one like this for vendors too? Any suggestions?

    Hi Ruksaana,
    You can customize the vendor report to show the items overdue per vendor by using the following steps
    1. Create a form using T Code - FKI4
        In this form ( two-axis structure) provide the details for each column as per your Client requirement - Due from 0 - 30 days
        etc. You can create a column (using formula method) at the end by adding the previous columns, this will give you total     
        amount of overdue items for each vendor
    2. Create a report using T Code - FKI1
        Based on the Form created in the above step. Make additional selections based on  client  requirements like document type,
        company code, account type, currency etc. Execute the report.
    The following link will give provides detail steps for the creation of the aforementioned form and report.
