Which tuner? ExpressCard? or USB???

Just ordered my new laptop; the HDX 18T; should be here soon; comes without, however, the optional integrated TV tuner.
So I wish to get some tuner.
But I see there is this HP USB TV tuner .. and there also is the ExpressCard thing that goes in the slot.
Which does what? Which should I get? What's the difference?

usb defintly because u can use on other computers just not a laptop and dont go with any from hp because you can get one
for less and it will just work as great

An iPhone 5 comes with a single cable. It is a USB to Lightning connector cable that is used for charging, for syncing, and for transferring photos from the Camera Roll to your computer. There is no separate cable for charging.

Hold down the home button and the power button until the screen goes blank
Turn back on your phone.
Your phone has seemed to enter recovery mode, but its ok! The steps above should bring it out

The screen indicates that your device is in recovery mode. It has to be restored by connecting it to a computer with itunes. Restore to factory settings.
This happens sometimes. Hopefully you have a backup.

You need to connect the phone by its cable to your computer's iTunes, that should recognise the phone and let you reset it back to factory defaults - you can then restore/resync your content to it.

There is no such thing as "APPLESTORE" mode.
What you need to do is connect the iPod to the computer and restore via iTunes. If iTunes does not see the iPod try the following:

Welcome to the Apple Community.
If your problem persists get yourself a micro USB cable (sold separately), you can restore your Apple TV from iTunes:
    1.    Remove ALL cables from Apple TV. (if you don't you will not see Apple TV in the iTunes Source list)
    2.    Connect the micro USB cable to the Apple TV and to your computer.
    3.    Reconnect the power cable (only for Apple TV 3)
    4.    Open iTunes.
    5.    Select your Apple TV in the Devices list, and then click Restore.
(You may already have a micro USB cable if you have a camera or other digital device)

Between the Hybrid and the 250 plus, which one should I pick. I would go for Diversity, but I really want to hook up my XBOX 360 to my iMac.

If you want to use it for gaming, you want the eyetv 250 plus. It is a hardware encoder and therefore doesn't have the latency (delay) of the eyetv hybrid.

I bought the Complexity edition of the Sound Blaster Arena Surround USB Gaming Headset. After using it for months the USB connector part of the headset breaks and falls apart. Which app to sync by USB with Outlook

I need to synch my Droid4 with Outlook using a USB cable. From my browsing it seems that CompanionLink for Outlook, Android-Sync, and VCOrganizer are the top candidates. Can anyone comment for or against any of these, or recommend some other product?

Check Windows Device Manager for yellow cautions for all BB and Rim Drivers and try to update if so, try to update anyway if no cautions.
If the above does not help you should uninstall all drivers for BB or RIM listed in Device Manager, click View on the Menu in Device Manager then Show hidden devices.
The drivers are usually found in these places, BlackBerry, Disk drives, DVD/CD, Modems (Standard modem only), Network Adapters, Ports.
Once all are uninstalled unplug your phone if it was plugged in and power OFF your computer (not restart), power ON your computer and wait 5 to 10 minutes before plugging in your phone.
Once you plugin your device wait another 10 min. before doing anything, BB software is slow and Windows is slow to recognize it so time is needed for drivers to install properly.
