Worst customer care centre of Nokia is in noida Se...

My name is rajendra Singh and I have nokia 5800 xm.
I want to say that I had very bad experience with Nokia service centres at Noida.
The service centre located at sec-2 Noida is the worst centre of Nokia.
My phone has some network poblem so today I went to centre I show my phone there and without checking any parts They told me that your phone is liquid affected so your warranty has over and you have to pay money. I told them please check and show me where is liquid but they denied and told me to submitted money I went to owner of service centre and he told me same .A person in the center told me that they do it regularity and asked money from the customer even phone is in wareenty. They have disgusting service and just making money ,
Whenever you go center they always say that your phone is liquid affected and your wareenty is over and you have to pay charge.
Now I feel that I have wasted my rs 15000 to buy nokia phone .
Please do something someone.
this Service center is just making money and 90% customer are not happy with their service.
Please somebody take action against them.
Rajendra Singh
Noida
I am waiting.
Please give me some feedback .

btw  u have not clearly mentioned when you bought this phone and whether warranty on it is stll valid SEEMS YOU HAVE VERY CONVENIENTLY SKIPPED THIS PART
i own an n8 and i went to a nokia service center regarding the headphones in the box
they checked the bill took a photocopy of it and promised me to replace the headphones
i got the replacement  NO QUESTIONS ASKED
must say i saw a few customers  asking them to do something ...when they were politely told that it is not poosible   they just got angry and threathned to file complaints
 it happens all the time...:

  • Changing customer contact information and seeking help from customer care centre

Over the past few days I have tried to change my email contact address for CC.  Have made the change and pressed the button to have a verification email sent.  Nothing gets to me.  The account works and nothing is showing up even in my junk box.  Have then tried to contact the Customer Care Centre...  What product? Adobe Creative Cloud.  What topic do you need help with? > Sorry. No data available for this product at this time.  Catch 22.  One might be tempted to say "typical".  Not that tempted yet.

    Hi Kelli,
It was wonderful of your mother to purchase a Samsung Smart TV for you and I hope that you had a wonderful trip! It is truly disheartening to hear of the damage you state you found when you returned from your trip out of the country.
Per our Return & Exchange Promise and assuming your mother falls under the standard 15 day return and exchange period, unfortunately we wouldn't be able to exchange this TV due to it being beyond the 15 day timeframe, but also as damaged items are considered nonreturnable. I apologize if this news causes you any dismay.
With that said, if your mother should like to reach out as she is the original purchaser, I would be delighted to discuss this further with her. She may either register with the forum to either send me a private message or by sending an email to [email protected] with "Attn: Tasha" in the subject to ensure it reaches me in a timely manner.

  • Canon: Best Cameras, but Worst Customer CARE?

As a long-time lover of Canon's Powershot cameras, I've grown accustomed, and been quite willing to put up with, its user-unfriendly site, clunky software and various glitches and snags that come with getting set up.
With the new SX700, another amazing camera in the series, Canon Image Gateway ("CIG") sounded ready enough to take the time to set it up, along with the wireless CameraWindow app on mobile devices. I'd like to emphasize how many years of great photos Canon has given our family on vacations and special occasions, because the rest of this is not especially pretty.
Matters DID start well with the CameraWindow app. Installing it onto my S3 and Kindle Fire (side-loaded its apk) went smoothly. I can transfer images from camera to phone and tablet! Nice start, since it's a just a short hop from there to social-posting.
[[ By the way, for those who use Kindle, I highly recommend the APK Downloader extension for Chrome (for when an app is not available for Kindle directly). I found it while searching for the APK for this Canon app.
You enter the URL of the app (i.e., URL from Google Play). The app downloads the "official apk" to your desktop!
Transfer the apk onto your Kindle and then install it using a file manager.
You can count on the apk being virus-free since it comes from Google Play. Many apk sites don't have the more specialized-type of apps and there's always the worry about how clean their apks are. ]]
    But I digress...
Back to Canon's Image Gateway. I should have stopped with CameraWindow on mobile devices, but was tempted by the ability to upload directly to social media from the camera via Canon's site (although it's not clear if it can do that in one-step).
What a pain. Canon's site asks me (you, too?) to log in to CIG even though I've already logged in. I can access my account, see that my 700 is registered, etc., but I'm asked to login again.
This would normally be just another one of Canon's inevitable glitches/low-usability issues (ex., one of its certificates is questioned by both Safari and Chrome with worrisome "careful" language, some parts are ambiguous and need figuring out, etc).
But the really big issue is that when I DO try to login (when already logged in), I get this error page, no matter which browser I try...
    https://www.cig.usa.canon.com/error/general.html
I've tried many workarounds, looking for backdoors that take advantage of the fact that I'm already logged in, even downloaded their Gateway Album app to see if that might find a backdoor to login to Canon Image Gateway (desperate, I know). Same result - the app won't even login.
I finally(!) got the idea to see if was "just me" who couldn't figure this out. I did a search at Google for "cannot login to canon image gateway"...
    https://www.google.com/#q=cannot+login+to+canon+image+gateway
This is, it seems, a BIG problem, especially when you consider that most folks just give up rather than come to forums, making what we see (here and in the Google search) just the tip of the iceberg. And it's been happening for many months.
Canon gives a variety of excuses, ranging from "server down for weekend maintenance" to the user being in a foreign country (don't lots of people use their cameras when traveling? -- global access would surely be a big part of this?).
Canon's basic strategy seems to be to bury the problem by telling folks to contact Support (whether it's at YouTube, their social media locations or here). Canon looks good by replying (and they do it religiously). If the intent was genuine, it would be admirable. But folks seem to enter a black hole and never come out.
Where are the happy "thanks for fixing that for me" customers? Almost everyone complains that they wasted hours with Support, repeating the same troubleshooting that they'd already spent so much time on. Some report being told that they were the only ones with the problem, clearly not true.
So I have no interest in wasting yet more of my time on this by contacting Support. (I did find one person who later managed to login, but that did not seem to be connected to his contacting Support, given the delay and lack of on-point communication from Canon.)
This is a disrespectful-to-loyal-customers attitude, no way to handle what should be a very simple problem. It boils down to this...
    1) Logging into websites has been mastered by webmasters/sysadmins long ago.
    2) The Image Gateway is now an essential, core functionality, especially if this actually enables users to upload directly to Facebook from the camera (once all is set up).
    3) Even if it worked, there must be a faster way to set this up, to build the software into the camera? Canon could really use a Web-based UI-centric team that eliminates all the needless little barriers along the way. A customer CARE attitude starts well before having to post to a forum or contacting Support.
    4) I love the Powershot cameras. The SX700 makes up for the disappointing 280 (with its video-related battery problem and minor changes). For example, the image stabilization on the 30x zoom of the 700 is amazing (the 30x itself is fantastic). And low-light shots are better than ever. The hardware is why so many of us stick with Canon.
The software has always lagged, something Canon can't afford in the long run, not anymore. Before worrying about that, though, customer CARE starts with paying attention to all the complaints and prioritizing THIS particular issue so that everyone can login painlessly.
In SOFTWARE companies, bugs that are "total stoppers," frequent and simple-to-fix - they normally get prioritized to the top. It's hard to understand why this is still an issue.
It's time to stop sending us to Support and instead to just fix this problem. We should be able to...
Enter username and password. Get in. Set up what is now core functionality painlessly. Get out. Watch happily as it all works perfectly after that.
    With respect but frustration,
    Ken
P.S. A quick follow-up. Installing that Gateway Album app actually DID seem to help. Some 2 hours after the initial failure, I can now login using both Safari and Chrome! The timing is too tight to be coincidence, although I've no idea why it works now.. However <sigh>...
The camera can no longer find the mobile devices (a big step back) and it won't give me an authentication code. And so it goes... the temptation to lose yet more time. Must resist and move on.

    Hi KenE,
We're sorry to hear of the issues you've been having with our Canon Image Gateway.  The website is currently down for maintenance and will be back up once it is completed.  If you have any additional questions, feel free contact our Canon global support for your area here: http://www.canon.com/support.
Thanks and have a great day!

  • Worst customer care service

i recently gave a c1 phone for service in chennai. They returned my phone saying that it could not be serviced and the phone is gone waste. Luckily i gave my phone for service to another normal service centre. They repaired the phone and it is working properly. I was astonished. Is nokia's service centre is making fool with thier customers? Will nokia take action on this issues

Their service centres at gujarat and toll free no.s customer care executives are non responsive and indifferent to issues/problems of customer. they dont pick the phone, If once the call is attended the call is disconnected after giving uncooked anwers and take no liability and in opposite they direct me to do things which are supposed to be in their domain.

first of all , their all contacts no.s are dead, not working. The same no.s are also given by customer care executive .  They refused to give verified current no. and do not feel the responsibilty to provide working nos.Any how I managed to get the current working no. The person responding Mr. sanjay outrightly rejected my service request on the ground that I have purchased the blackberry Z10 through online retail portal. They did not even pay attention about to check IMIE no. to verify whether it comes under Redington India perview. My series of conversation with various people on customer care centre and service centre made them realise that their notion of not providing service to a online purchased phone is not correct. They realised , even after they not attend to our problem and issues.
Even my blackberry phone, the worst phone I purchased is in dead condition , it is under warranty , still no people of the service centre or toll free people show any concern or directed the path to follow.
pl. take time to call me , if you people are little bit sensitive for a loyal customer  of yours.

  • Nokia 5530 & customer care

my daughters 5530 started palying up, shutting down when making calls, texting or just randomly shutting down.Googled the problem and seems it was apparent that many others users had same problem and had to have handset replaced
Put phone in my local nokia repair centre and received it back after nearly a week, took it home and was just  the same. Took it back to the repair center and got it back 3 weeks later after according to the nokia technician it had been sent away 3 times and came back faulty. Took the phone home and it was still not working correctly.
So I decided to contact nokia myself and sent phone away using their freepost for phone to be repaired again. Recieved the phone back and lo & behold still not working correctly. I think i had been patient and phoned to ask for a replacement  as their service had been appaling. They are starting to look as bad as ACER customer support.I was told my request would be forwarded. I did actually get a phone call to say my mobile would be replaced and If I packaged it up it would be collected mon 29th Nov.and as of yet it still has not been collected. Until it is collected they wont send the replacement. I know we've had bad weather but i ordered something from hong kong on sat 27th nov and was delivered fri 3rd december. These clowns cant even organise a pick up in the UK. When will these people realise customer care and after sales help is an important fact for people to continually buy their brands?

Hi, thanx for reply. What would a local Nokia Care services in my area be able to do? I have been on the phone tonight and these people are an absolute joke. They now say they have no information about the person contacting me to send the phone back in for replacement. I now have to re submit phone for repair, include details of what has happened in the past and phone will be assessed by an engineer. I have told them I want a replacement not a repair. Lets see if they can redeem themselves, personally I think I have more chance seeing father christmas first.

  • Complaint of nokia care centre in punjab india

i bought a nokia c5 mobile fone in feb 2012. after 6 months its charging port got damaged. when i showed it to nokia care in my district in sangrur (punjab) , they repaired it out of warrantee and took 1000 rupees. after this in december 2012 its display got damaged.  this time people at this care centre were not able to make out what actually went wrong with the fone. they said that a new display will cost me 1600 rupees (again out of warrantee).  they kept my fone for two days and after two days they said that the fone cant be repaired.  then i took my fone to a nokia care centre at chandigarh.  they said that TWO IC's have been taken out from the mobile by someone and now the fone is a mere garbage !!!!
moreover folks at chd centre told me that the earlier repair of the charging port is not present anywhere in the records of nokia.
i am totally disappointed with this dishonesty of nokia
and i will not think twice before going to consumer forum

  • Nokia Care Centre in London that can help reinstal...

I have a "3" phone that I unlocked officially by 3.  OS updated on 2nd Feb but Firmware isnt updated and I am tired of waiting, especially that I have intermittent problems that I've described in "100% correlation with main instability and battery problem of Lumia - Current higher than 160 mAh" post.
In Jan, a helpful contributor to the forum (metalman) suggested to take the device to a "Nokia Care Centre" so that they will install a generic (ie not "3" branded) OS, but in finchley Road Carphone Warehouse where they do have a Nokia Care Centre told me today that they still dont have the knowkedge on how to work with the Lumia.
Is there any other Nokia place in London where I can take the device and get on the spot advice?  I cud not find anything on Nokia site.

    Sorry to hear ofyour complaint.
please remove your number and contact nokia here http://www.nokia.com/ie-en/support/contact/contact-us/

  • Worst nokia care and awesome nokia technicians

baught my lumia jus 1 month back...the screen was loosely fixed....and whenever i pressed a bit hard and swipe horizontally the screen would move.....
send it to nokia care (Country:india,
    `state:kerala,
    place:Thrissur)
on primary investigation from nokia care team, they told me that it was a feature of all lumia 800s.(damn good)
so i requested them to please show it to some one who has some technical knowledge.so they send it to nokia factory(DELHI(india))
After 15days, that is today, i received my lumia back in exactly the same condition i gave it.
The screen was still loosely fixed.
cheers to nokia technicians in the nokia factory.
Nokia care team told me they will again send it for 15days.i said enough.
Selling my nokia lumia 800 tomorrow....i dont know if anybody would wanna buy it.......

I had problems with my lumia 800, the first time I sent it in, it came back scratched etc, the display was just destroyed for a new phone, so I sent it bavk in again, and got a new device all together, it was some nokia certified warranty center that handled my case the first time.
I have to say though that these days such service is not common anymore, so I think nokias customer care is actually good.
And being a former iPhone user, and a long term nokoa user before that, I prefer the lumia over my iPhone hands down, the build quality and os, pretty much everything is just better.

  • How to Approach to Senior People Against Apple Service Centre in Delhi & Apple Customer Care Bangalore ?

I Had Iphone 5S and Display Issue is there.
Device is under warranty and opened by service centre without issuing a Job Card.
Apple Service Centre is out of Stock for Replacement and refer to other Service Centre.
After reaffixing my Device the Glass is Loose and Because of That next day while visiting other service centre My Device got Black Spot.
They Deny the replacement and Now it is almost 1 Month 7 Days.
No one is going to understand the real cause and deny the replacement due to pressure damage.

I tried Apple Care Centre and Speak to Many Senior Executive they closed my case and no written reply. By phone they mentioned the case is rejected due to Pressure Damage on the Display.
I Also Contact the Service Centre Manager he is saying the same.
Store Manager Goes through my problem he understand the case but denying to do that replacement.
Actual fault is done by there staff. I visited the Service Centre due to some Pinkish Color reflecting on Screen on 15 July they open my Device without issuing the Job Card in two minutes when my turns come they said the device can be replaced due to fault in Display but they refer me to another Service Centre Because they are out of Stock for 1 Week to 10 Days due to some account part in there centre.
They return my device but cannot reaffix my Glass properly I intimate them they said don't worry it will be replace tomorrow at other service centre. I approach next day and while waiting for my turn a black spot appears due to loose glass.
Other Service Centre Deny due to Black Spot & Refer me back to the same service centre. They told me to submit my device and they mention the situation of 16 July and don't mention the situation of 15 July.
I explained and send emails to ACC but no one explain the problem to Apple US they are considering the problem from 16 July onwards but the real fault is done by the employes of Service Centre and Closed my Case after just replying that it is due to pressure damage.
The actual mail is very long which i send it and how should I approach to Senior people they said there is no option after talking to senior executive in ACC INDIA
    Please Help and Suggest.

  • My Experience With Nokia Customer Care

    Hi Everybody,
I was looking to update my Nokia 6275 phone software, I needed to know "how can i?" after i exhausted every available option such as posts in forum, visited NOkia Web Site, etc finally i contacted Nokia CC two times. Firstly I was told to download updated latest version of PC Suit through which i can update my phone software(firmware). I tried that but it didn't work. Today for the second time i contacted again and upon asking them clearly that if there was any update for my Nokia?? i was put on hold for almost 4 to 5 mins and to my surprise NOkia CC executive told me honestly that they (Nokia CC guys) themselves doesn't know what is current version and they do not know if there was any new update released. How Ridiculous??? I questioned him why is it so? Answer is "Nokia stopped manufacturing this model" with this pathetic situation You will get to hear with iVRS upon connecting -- to take short survey about customer's satisfaction moreover Nokia CC guys will also remind you to take Customer's satifaction survey at the end of the call.
Thanks for taking the time to read

  • WORST CUSTOMER SUPPORT EVER EXPERIENCED........... WAY BELOW IN PROFESSIONAL ASPECT.

I am a new member of BB community and faced the worst experience today just for taking a internet setting for 9360 by calling a the customer support centre.  Either it does not connect or put on hold for eternity.  Surprised to have this experience.  Is this going in a professional manner or not.............
Can anybody help me out in this..............

Just having the same issue there, which is real not fun, I have not tried to contact them, but looking at  your experience I am not sure if I should.
My key comes from the back of a laptop o so I guess that would be a W7
OEM, and that could explain why you can't download a ISO from their website, would that also your case ?
Also could it be because we are attempting to get the ISO after the product became EOL ?

Maybe I will give a go with the customer care people and maybe I will get a right answer ;)
    Will keep you posted

  • Lack of CARE from Customer Care - Need an Aust con...

I raised a complaint via the contact us above and to be honest.
it is the WORST experience I've ever had. The customer care is useless. It has now been over a month and everytime I go back to them, they answer with the same response. I posed several questions and they come back with the same answer and NEVER answer the questions I've asked.
To be honest, they must be imbeciles as no matter how many times I point out my questions,. they still don't answer them,.
I'm fed up with Nokia and will not recommend it to anyone. I've also sat down with the board of my company to phase out the use of Nokia's as there is no service.
Please provide me details of an Australian manager I can raise my complaints through as my next step, in the next few days, will be to go through the ombudsmen and drop a side not to Today tonight/A Current affair. As I've seen ALL over the net and on the forums, there are a lot of unhappy people with a useless product!

    Hi usivaj,
I have found your complaint in the system, and will ask the Australian Care team to contact you as soon as possible.
If this or any post answers your question, please remember to help others by pressing the 'Accept as solution' button.

  • Can Care Centre install another language into 5800...

My phone is purchased in Malaysia, and I'm using original firmware which only support input in Malaysian language, Indonesian language, English and Simplified Chinese.
I wish I can TYPE Traditional Chinese (Hong Kong) on my phone (it's able to display both traditional & simplified Chinese, actually I can also input Traditional Chinese by handwriting but I found that typing is easier to me than handwritting)
So can anyone tell me if I can ask the Nokia Care Centre to install language pack into my phone so that I will be able to do so?
    Great thanks!!!!!!!!!!!
p/s I prefer to input by stroke, not pinyin, and I want Chinese (Hong Kong), not Chinese (Taiwan)^_^
    Solved!
    Go to Solution.

Care center can install language packs.. but it may be related to the regiononly..Also there may be a cost involved.. and the worst thing is any firmware update will remove it...

  • WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR 5130C

HI All, This email is in reference to job sheet number 143433527/090908/23 at Nokia Care, Pitam Pura (Kapil Vihar). ·         NOKIA 5130C·       DATE OF PURCHASE 12-07-09 Above details are of my Nokia phone, I have submitted my handset to Nokia care on 08-09-09, as it was turning off while making and receiving any call. They gave me a call after 1 hour and told my handset has been repaired and working fine. I checked my cell phone but it was in the same condition. They asked to submit handset to get it repaired in their higher department and will be back on 23-09-09. I went back on the mentioned date but they said they will take more 10 days. As without phone I unnecessary missed my office my new interview call and other things.  In between those days I made a call to Nokia Care at 303303838 to enquire about my handset. The customer care executive told me that they cannot help me as my handset  has been sent to higher department and will be back after 10 days.  On 27-09-09 I got my handset back with a promise that it is now AS GOOD AS NEW. Initial issue was resolved, but at the same time several horizontal grid lines started appearing on the  screen. They said once you will charge the battery and change phone theme, the grid lines would disappear. When I did the same at my home nothing happened and screen started flickering and hazy with those 100 horizontal gridlines.  On 28-09-09 morning I made a call to Nokia Care at 303303838 and told the same story they said today Nokia care is closed so kindly go and check the same on 29th. But now, my phone condition is worst and with blank white screen. Nokia care checked my handset and told me that they cannot repair my cell phone and screen is damaged and need to be replace and they even cannot take my cell phone for repair.  Now I cannot see anything on my screen. WHATS A FUN IN PURCHASING NEW BRAND NOKIA PHONE. I am disappointed now and need new same phone as a replacement within 24 hours. If this query would not be entertained and reverted within 12 hours. I will go to consumer court. Raman Gupta

Mr. Guppy , what I see your complaint mail is not so kosher , after one day you have realized the problems why did not go back the store you have purchased the device ? Why do you want to use Nokia warranty is there some thing wrong to exchange it ? It seems some one really mass it up the device before they sell it to you so why blaming Nokia to give you a brand new phone , see there are so many discrepancy in your story and they don't add up and creates a grate deal of suspicious , your problem is not the Nokia , your problem is the place you have purchase it , I hope you are not going to blame Nokia for your unemployment too and ask them to give a replacement job , grow up man and get a life ,  i have delt many times with Nokia customer care over a leget  subject and they are very good and extremly profesional ,
