Account Hacked - Services Purchased - Help!

Hello,
My account seems to have been hacked. I have two Paypal purchaes for credit for international calls.
The first bill is $29.99 and the second bill is $11.99
Taiwan 120 minutes 1 month
Taiwan 400 mins 1 month
It appears that someone has been calling Thailand using my phone #. This was NOT me, and I did NOT authorize these purchases.
I need some customer service on getting this issue resolved.
It appears that they have already made 42 minutes in calls in the last 24 hours?

My account has been hacked and unauthorized charges have been made. My 'registered email' address has been changed as well by the hacker ("Registered email address successfully changed. We've updated your registered email address to *edited for privacy* so I'm unable to to login to even change my password. Skype offers no email address or phone number to call for support, even though my account that has been hacked / taken-over is a premium account. Just to get to this forum page was mind boggling and very confusing. I also learned that Skype does not even offer the option to close or cancel a current Skype account (to potentially prevent further charges). I'd rather not post any personal information at this point, therefore please tell me how to ask for legitiamte help from Skype.

Email account hacked - mods please help

I've come here as a last resort because I cannot seem to find anyone who can help = (
My BT Yahoo email account was hacked over the weekend and spam emails sent to everyone in my address book - very embarrassing considering some were clients. I have changed the password but I want to delete the account completely so it cannot happen again.
I have been trying to do this since Saturday night but I am astounded at the difficulty I am having. I have spent a combined total of over 3 hours speaking to various operators in overseas call centers being passed from one department to another - each time I have to recount the same story. I was assured it had been cancelled after my first call - it wasn't. I have been on hold a number of times only to be cut off. I have been promised call backs on 2 occasions which haven't materialized.
I have just finished talking to an operator who has assured me this is being dealt with and he will call me back - he says it should be inactive within 48 hours but may take up to 90 days! - WHY?
I need to delete this account ASAP - it is a free account I have had from the dial up days but was attached to my BT broadband when I had it (I cancelled that some months ago)

Hi Steve. Is this a sub account - it sounds like it from your kind information. If so, then go to my shortcuts option 12b, and after signing in you should be able to delete the sub account easily from there. (Enter your full BTinternet primary email address).
It is an immediate deletion. However the 90 day figure is when that sub account becomes available again for someone else (or indeed you) to use again. Any emails sent to the address whilst it's in this limbo state won't get bounced as non deliverable.
As you've said that you are a non BT BB user - the account may well actually be something different and not a sub account. If so, altering the password and removing all contacts in the online address book should be fine. However any users already contacted could be on a spammers list. Then just don't use the email address again.
If you can, it might be worth trying to find out how the account was hacked in the first place. A phishing attack, or someone perhaps guessing a password based on any social network information provided etc.

Hi All,
Just joined the Forum because guess what, my address book has been hacked yet again! This is despite having changed my password each time, deleted unneccessary addresses and talking to both BT and AOL.
Oh, and I nearly forgot, I have had BT Netprotect Plus all the time.
So would any one like to help yet another poor soul, and no I have never logged on at an Internet cafe or elsewhere

Please give brief details of why you think your account/ address book has been hacked.
Change your password for the account (on a PC other than your own if you can).
Say what system you are using Windows xp,vista, 7 or Mac and whether you are using webmail or an email client.

No I did not change the email that I used to create the account.... Someone made new security questions and when I went to change them I had to verify and it sent the answers to an email address... Get this though... The email address that it sent the answers too waste letters in the middle were starred out like this t*****@aol.com. That's not my email. Why did it not send the questions to my apple ID email account right? if you know how to change the email to a new one that would be awesome if you could share that info with me.

My Account Has Been Hacked/Unauthorized Purchases

Hello all, I'm hoping that you can help me with my problem.
I discovered earlier this week that my Apple iTunes account had been hacked. Unfortunately, whoever hacked my account changed my account information and purchased $100 in gift cards. Luckily, for whatever reason the charges haven't yet (fingers crossed) appeared on my debit card statement. Regardless, I have been trying to contact Apple since Tuesday to no avail. I have not been able to uncover an iTunes customer support telephone number (I may be an idiot, but I looked for about 1.5 hours and didn't find one, only numbers for placing orders, etc.). Instead, I've read that I should use the "Report a Problem" button on the "Purchase History" screen in iTunes. I would be more than happy to do this, IF IT WAS POSSIBLE! Sadly for me, the grey arrow circle is not available next to the order, so I am unable to report it.
I visited apple.com and was overjoyed to find an e-mail form to report unauthorized purchases with. I filled it out and received an automated reply which said to expect a reply within 24 hours. 24 hours came and went and I hadn't received a reply, so I sent another e-mail yesterday afternoon. This is actually humorous because on the second automated reply, it said to expect a response within 48 hours. Maybe they are really busy right now?
I haven't used my iTunes account since I discovered the unauthorized purchases as I'm not sure how Apple deals with these situations. I've left my account the way the hacker left it (with his name, address, etc.). This is becoming quite annoying to me as I would like to download some new apps.
Is anyone out there dealing with the same issue?

Hey folks, this just happened to me too... Looks like purchases happened yesterday and ran up some gift cards, but on the penny of someone elses account information and credit card info. Pretty crazy too, just sent an email and hoping to get this cleared up for my sake and whoever was charged. (I doubt they meant to charge 100 bucks in gift cards to someone named Ruth)
In a crazy way I'm glad I'm not the only one this has happened to... Sorry that this happened to you guys...

Cannot Delete / Cancel / Reverse Service Purchase Order. Please Help....

If you create a service entry sheet, process the service entry
approval,post an invoice for an amount greater than the Service entry
then, cancel
the entry sheet and add a new service specification (i.e. same entry
sheet), the following problem occur:
1. You can no longer cancel the invoice if the services of the entry
sheet are deleted.
2. After changing the entry sheet and renewed acceptance of services
performed, a posting takes place where the value differs from the
value of the entry sheet.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a Service Purchase Order of $2,675.00
2. Create a Service Entry against the Purchase Order for $2,675.00
3. Approve Service Entry against the Purchase Order for $2,675.00
a/c postings Dr Expense $2,675.00
Cr GR/IR $2,675.00
4. Create an Invoice against the Service Purchase Order for $6,452.50
a/c postings Dr Expense $3,777.50
Dr GR/IR $2,675.00
Cr Vendor $6,452.50
5. Create Credit Memo $1,537.00
6. Revoke the Service Entry against the Purchase Order for $2,675.00
I am expecting the Reversal of the Service Entry figure is $2,675.00, but instead, the Reversal of the Service Entry figure is $1,537.00. Why is that so? I need to be able to Reverse/Delete the PO. Please help...

I have had my main account hacked again for a second time and cannot get access back. I just got some skype notifications that there have been 12 purchases made in China on my acount. I cannot recover my password as it never sends me the recovery email. I do get the emails that someone is making purchases on my skype account but I cant seem to do anything about it.
The account receovery asks me when I opened my skype acount and I have no idea. I lost access to this account so long ago that I have given up getting it back but just got a second bout of transactions .
Can anyone help me with this please?

It appears to me that you have created a new Skype account as you posted your enquiry here on this message board - use this new account to contact Skype Customer Service to report the fraudulent use of the other account, to request alternate verification details to confirm your "ownership" of the other account, and to remove saved payment details. I would not recommend choosing the "account recovery" path as you have previously attempted.
If you can recover the account, so much the better. If not, request the account be removed.
Last and certainly not least, report the unauthorized purchases to the issuer of the payment method on file. The charge-back process will likely trigger Skype to suspend your first account.

Condition type for deduction in service purchase order

Hi All,
Our client has scenario where in transport service Purchase order, client wants to deduct some part of amount as a security fund.
E.g client takes transport service from vendor amounting Rs. 1000 and client deducts Rs. 10 as a security fund so payment to vendor is Rs. 990. This deduction amount should go to separate GL.
Kindly let me know how can we map this scenario? I guess we can do this with the help of condition type but dont know from where to start and what will be the nature of condition type.

What client is going to do with security deposit? Do they settle over a period of time?
Based on that you can do the config setting.
Case 1) Retaining of security deposit.
If client is not paying back and wants to keep the security deposit. They Wants to have track record of the same. Then you can use Z condition type by copying R002 discount using M/06 and assign GL in OBYC for that condition type.
Case 2) paying back security:
Create Z condition type by copying any freight condition and assign GL in OBYC
While creating PO use condition type.
While repayment of security deposit FI will use same GL as Db and vendor account as Cr using F-44.

I Created Service Purchase order but when i am doing GR/IR MIGO and Invoice Verification MIRO.it is not allowing me.my question is for Service Purchase order whether we can do GR/IR and also MIRO Transactions.

Hi,
If you are using item category B then you are not using Service Purchase orders.
Service POs use item category D and are quite different to "normal" POs that is why everyone has been getting confused by your problem.
What you are doing is using normal purchase orders but usinf them for ordering services (with a limit on the value, i.e. item category B).
So let us get this straight first. You are using normal purchase orders with item category B.
If you want to control the GR flags then this is done by configuring the Account assignment categories, using the config transaction (Not by document type, this controls which fields are visble or changeable).
The path to the config is MM > Purchasing > Account assignment > Maintain account assignment categories.
So it all depends on which account assignment category you use and all are available for your "service" POs (except blank) and non-service POs.
I hope this clarifies the issue.

Service Purchase Orders extraction

Can anyone please tellme where can I find the account assignment for each service line on a service Purchase Order? (not each item, but each service line associated to each item). I really need to find this because I need to extract data from one server and load it into another using BAPI_PO_CREATE1.
I used BAPI_PO_GETDETAIL1 to get the data on extraction, but on account table it only gives me the account data by item, not by service line.
Can anyone help me? I really need to solve this soon.

Subcontract Service PO Help

Dear all,
I have doubts in creating subcontract service PO. Here is my scenario. I have a project going on which i hire subcontractors to perform the planned activities. Thus, i created on Service Purchase Order in ME21N and listed the activities performed.
1) I need to make an advance payment of 10%. How do i make an entry in SES to allow accounts make the advance payment?
2) Sometimes, there will be partial payments. And after the project is completed, there may be late penalty for example 5%. But after doing SES for the partial payments, i am not able to modify the PO pricing conditions since it has already done SES. How do i go about this problem?

you can save invoices before GR documents when you set up your system according to the information from knowledge base article 1496165.
Regarding subcontracting in service PO item, please refer to note note 634395, question 1.

Every cess/tax will require one GL account against it.
So in your case 3+3 different GL accounts for sales & purchases.
