Adobe did not approve my order?

I just orderd Ligthroom 3. Got the comfirm mail yestoday, but today i got this mail:

Unfortunately we were unable to approve your order in the Adobe Store.
If you have any questions, please contact our Customer Service Department:
I am trying to find a mail addres for support, but I only seem to find phonenumbers.
Is there not a support mail?
What to do?

  • Did not receive items ordered

    I ordered by credit card on 12/10/14 two color cartridges.  The transaction was processed on my credit card but I did not receive my order.  How long does it take for delivery?  How can I check the status of an order?

  • Charged $487.44 for equipment charges I did not approve VZW Edge

    I am quite fed up with this company. Initially I had wanted to pay off the edge on one of my lines to upgrade to a new device, which at the time was only $108.29 and then I could upgrade to a new phone. Instead of charging me the 108.29 to upgrade, they charged me for a full buyout for $435.56 on 9/19/14. Since then I have gotten that money back, and I had thought everything would have been fixed, but I was wrong.
    Since then, for another number on my line, verizon has claimed I want to buy out that phone, and now instead of my bill being the usual around $232 it should be, the bill is $720.20 for a buyout I NEVER APPROVED. I found this out on friday and called verizon and they told me there was nothing they could do until Monday, and that they took our number down and would call us on monday and sort it out. We tried calling the number back that they gave us and there is no answer, and we still have yet to get a call and my bill hasn't been adjusted. I have about had it with this company and want almost nothing to do with verizon anymore. Is there any one at all who can help or give me advice on how to move forward from this? Because I am NOT paying this bill at the price they are telling me it is. I did NOT approve a full edge buyout, and even if I did, they did it on the wrong line. I need this fixed asap. So any help would be nice. Thank you.

    I am having this same problem. Before the updates, the Adobe Flash player NEVER crashed in Firefox (it did in Google Chrome all the time) and now it's crashing in all my favorite games....Farmville, Frontierville, Yoville, and Treasure Isle. It doesn't seem to be effecting the less-detailed Zynga games, such as Mafia Wars or Vampire Wars; and I can go into more detailed games that aren't Zynga and they seem to work fine too. I am not 100% sure what exactly the problem is, or who is causing it because I had a Firefox update, and then an Adobe update to the 10.1 beta. So I'm not sure if it's one or the other, or both of them put together.
    I have uninstalled/reinstalled the flash player so many times my mind is numb, and even tried to find the one I had prior to this new 10.1 and nothing has worked. I even did what that link Chris posted to do, and I thought it had worked at first...I actually got to go into my Farmville and Treasure Isle for a little bit, then it turned around and crashed again.
    This is literally driving me crazy trying to figure it all out.....and it upsets me that everything was fine one day, then after some updates, everything is messed up. And it's just my luck that it effected some of the games I like to play the most.

  • Order cancelled but Bestbuy did not refund the order

    I tried purchasing two reference GTX970 on Bestbuy.com last weekend, tried like three times and all said "unable to verify information". I gave up and found out bestbuy on ebay so I went on ebay and bought it. I checked my bank account today and found out one of the order from bestbuy.com was refunded, but the another order went through and took my money. Then, I logged onto my bestbuy account and check and it said the order was cancelled. Can anyone help me out I don't want to lose that $800 on nothing. Thanks.

    To Apple all sales are final. The fact that your child has the password to make a purchase implies consent.
    Apple sometimes gives one-time refunds. Is this a large enough purchase to use your possible one-time refund?
    When the receipt arrives in your email for this purchase use the Report link to start a conversation with iTunes Support about a refund.
