HT3702 i have charges on ny bank statement i did not approve. if this is not corrected. I will file a conplaint against this. I put in for a several return calls and no one has called yet.
I have charges on my account I did not approve. I have sent requested for return phone calls to discuss this problem nd no one has called. If his problem is not corrected. I am reporting it as fraud.

You should contact Apple. If the purchase is not in your iTunes history should not be difficoult to get reimbursed.

therefore i cannot do much of anything. I got Apple to call me but when she transferred me, call was lost and no one has called me back.
my case no. is 405403541.Did you purchase the Mac used? If so, the person should have erased the drive and reinstalled the original system and should have given you the install disks.

I need help! I no longer have access to the email that I opened my icloud account with many years ago and I can't remember my password anyway! However it continues to backup all my stuff. But I have no access to go in and delete items or manage my account. The pop-ups now tell me that my account is full and it will no longer be able to backup items. I would like to go in and delete items that I do not need to make room, but I can't! I have personally gone into the Apple genius store and presented the problem as well as called Apple support and talked with a live person. And no one has been able to help me. I cannot believe that I have basically lost my iCloud accessibility? I have a lot of money vested in music and priceless pictures! Please can someone help me?
I don't know what you mean by "closed" - icloud accounts stay in existence even if you disconnect all devices from the account. You can't delete them.
If you don't recall the ID or the password, and if the link above doesn't provide another way to get to the account, then you are out of luck. -

Under the iCloud portion of settings on my iPhone, I have always gotten the message "account not verified". The email matches and is in fact the same for my accounts on iCloud and iTunes. Has anyone had this problem, and how have they resolved it?
