After I factory reset my Iphone 4s, I can't finish the step where it ask for WIFI Network, I guess it don't detect WIFI and can't connect to iTunes also. What should I do?

If you can't see your WiFi then is your router broadcasting the SSID or do you not get to that point?

Your bookmarks and other profile data are stored in the Firefox Profile Folder and won't be affected by an uninstall and (re)install, but make sure that "remove personal data" is NOT selected when you uninstall Firefox.

Yes, due to Incomplete Software Update on your iPhone your Device is now in Recovery Mode and you cannot take a Backup now. But if you have taken a backup earlier then you can Restore that backup on your iPhone after you Reset your iPhone to Factory Settings.

Try using Firefox. Flash usually works on Firefox when it won't on Safari. I noticed that the Safari does not show the same version as Firefox does. Iwonder if that could be the problem. Safari on the left shows 10.1, Firefox show 10.3

My iPhone 4 is on but the screen is black and won't connect to iTunes. What do I do?
My iPhone 4 is in very good condition. But this morning i was on my phone and it froze. So i just put it down and waited for it to go back to normal. A few minutes later the screen went completely black. I though it just turned off so i pressed the home button but nothing happened. It was at about 80% battery so i knew it didn't die, but i tried plugging it in to see what would happen. My phone made the sound that it usually makes when I plug it into a charger but still the screen was blank. I tired to plug my phone into my mac to restart it in iTunes but it never connected. It only connected to iPhoto. I've tried holding down the lock and home button until the apple logo came on the screen but it never did. I don't know what to do. I know I should take it into the apple store but I want to try to get it to work at home instead of having to go all the way out there. Please if anyone has any suggestions that would be great!
If you have attempted the reset, which is holding the home button and sleep/wake button, was it still connected to the computer? Have you tried to do that when not connected. You stated it never came on, how long did you hold the buttons together? If you cannot get it to connect to iTunes then you would not be able to restore the device. You can see if you can put the device into Recovery Mode by following the instructions in this support document. If that does not work, then you are correct, make an appointment at the Apple Store. my ipod is broken as well, my mother threw it at me & it busted. at the top, it says "IPOD DISABLED CONNECT TO ITUNES" the thing is, is that it doesnt connect to anything. when i plug it up to charge, the charging symbol doesnt appear, yet the ipod still charges. Im really confused & i NEED to get this thing to work, it holds memmories. ( the safari also doesnt work, as long as the downloading music. )

there is a program called recboot. you can download it for free in two parts. one part takes your device out of recovery mode and the other puts it into recovery mode. ive used it before but it doesnt always work and you have to be patient. try it and tell me what happens

Go back to the article you asked this question from and use the link to contact the iTunes Store staff in the 'Additional Information' section. If you don't already have a valid rescue email address, you can't reset the questions yourself, and nobody on these boards can reset them for you.
Setting up a rescue email address requires correctly answering two of the questions.
