Automatic GR seetings in IMG??

Hi,
I have a scenario wherin the system automatically creates a returns delivery for return sales order and also does a goods receipt.A material document is created automatically with the movement type as 957.
I know that the setting of automatic delivery creation  is in Sales Document type configuration but I am not able to see the configuration for automatic Goods receipt.
Can anyone please let me know where can I see that config in IMG which does automatic GR for a delivery?

Seems difficult through IMG.
Our MM consultant had developed a program wherein through BDC recording , the GR was automatically posted.
If you want i can try getting more details on that.

  • Automatic Batch Determination Not Happening In Delivery

    Hi Experts
    Please note that we are using forecast schedule in sch. agreements for delivery and one is supplied to multiple customers so there are multiple scheduling agreements for a single item.
    In this case when we are doing outbound delivery automatic batch dermination is not happening. And if I tried to do batch split in delivery is not working.
    Can u help me in this.

    For Batch Split you need to maintain  Batch split Item Category - CHSP
    Try to maintain Delivery Item category determination IMG u2013-> LE --> Shipping --> Deliveries --> Define Item Category determination in deliveriesu201C as
    LF(Delivery Dcoument Type) --> NORM (item category Group) --> CHSP(Usage) = TAN
    CHSP - Batch split (Maintain it for your delivery document type)
    2. TAN item category has to be activated for Automatic Batch determination
    path IMG --> LG --> Batch Determination and Batch Check --> Batch Search Procedureallocation and Check Activation --> Activate Automatic Batch determination in SD --> Activate Automatic Batch determination for sales order items
    Activate indicators for TAN item category (Maintain it for your Item Category)
    3. Allocate automatic Serach procedure/ Activate check

  • Fact Sheet generation - CL_CRM_GENIL_CONTAINER_OBJECT issue

    Hi Guys,
    We are utilizing functionality of an Activity Management to schedule appointments using Activity Scheduling and Standalone appointment creation as well. We did use automatic Fact Sheet attachments to the appointments.
    We introduced an ad hoc generation of PDF Fact sheet attachments into the appointments. We are testing our custom solution but we experienced one issue caused by SAP standard code.
    Let me summarize our settings first
    1.We turn off automatic FS generation in IMG CRM->Transactions->Settings for activities->Attach Fact Sheet to activities

    Our custom program ZFCRM_CREATE_FACT_SHEET is basically selecting relevant appointments; Reading information about main partner using FM CRM_PARTNER_READ_OW and calling FM CRM_UIU_BP_PRINT_BACKGROUND. All export parameter are properly filled in.
    This FM is basically calling our Z class ZCL_UIU_PRN_ACCOUNT based on above customizing. For simplification reasons imagine that ZCL_UIU_PRN_ACCOUNT is exact copy of standard SAP class CL_UIU_PRN_ACCOUNT where  CL_UIU_PRN_ACCOUNT is its superclass
    The issue is with the method COLLECT_DATA and section of the code
    lr_collection = lr_buil_entity->get_related_entities(
    iv_relation_name = <ls_model>-relation_name ).
    that returns data for internal tables lt_activities(open activities) and lt_history(closed activities). If we have scenario when we have 3 open and 8 closed activities:
    a. When I generate the Fact Sheet from an Account directly in Web UI CL_CRM_BOL_CORE->get_related_entities is returning 3 records for lt_activities(open activities) and 8 lt_history(closed activities).
    b. When I called it from our Z program the CL_CRM_BOL_CORE->get_related_entities is returning 11 records for lt_activities(open activities) and 11 lt_history(closed activities). It means mixed bag. And this is the issue.
    I did analyze the standard SAP code and the section containing below

    Table IV_PARENT_DATA_REF->RELATIONS is not filled for scenario b. at all. It is filled for scenario a. For our scenario b. it is missing relationships and that's the reason why we got mixed activities in BuilActivityRel and BuilHistoryRel..
    Did you come across similar bug or do you know which note could potentially resolve this issue?

    You might have to put breakpoint in function module CRM_UIU_BP_PRINT_BACKGROUND
    Check the values in parameter - IT_BOL_RELATION
    Also check values returned from querying table crmc_prn_contr2 (its at line 76 in our system).

    Inclusive:

If the free goods discount should not applied as credit for return that doesn’t make reference previous discounts.

Ex: the customer having a free sub-item generated by the system to represent the 10 free cases. The user could like to have a discount applied to the 100 cases like item equal to the value of the 10 cases.
    Note: Free goods can only be configuring on only document type “C” that means. We can’t configure free goods inquiries in quotations.

  • ChaRM and CTS+ for EP 7.0 in SolMan

    Hi,
    I've been trying to get CHaRM working for EP 7.0 in our SolMan systems for a while, but have not been able to get it working. I've read through and followed all the documentation on the resources page here, the Solution Manager documentation on help.sap.com and service.sap.com and all the notes I can find. We are running SolMan 7.0 SPS 17, and the Portal is on NW7.0 SPS 15.
    I have configured SMSY, populated from SLD and assigned to a system (I've tried NETWEAVER 7.0 - Enterprise Portal main instance, and ERP 6.0 - SAP XSS main instance) and assigned the dev and prod systems to a locical component.
    I have configured STMS, a single client independant consolidation route from dev to prod. The dev system is defined as a Non-ABAP "source system" in TMS, and I've set the communication system to be the solman system/client.
    The CTS+ config all seems to work, I can create/release transports and add objects to transports from the EP dev system.
    When I try to implement ChaRM, I create a new maintenance project. I add the portal landscape component to it, and activate change management. This works. When I try to create the task list, it fails trying to create the project IMG for the system. It gives me the error -

    Diagnosis
    You want to create a new maintenance cycle. An error has occurred.
    When you create a maintenance cycle for a maintenance project in the Solution Manager (SMI project), a project is created in the Central Transport System (CTS project), per logical development system. This CTS project is required as an attribute for the transport requests.
    A CTS project is always assigned to an implementation project (IMG project) in the physical system. There must be an IMG project in all physical systems in an SMI project, in which a system change (development/maintenance) can be made.
    If there is no IMG project in a system, one is created automatically. The generated IMG project has the same name TEST as the SMI project, but there cannot be an SMI project and an IMG project with the same name in one system, for system-internal reasons.
    In SMI project TEST there is a development system in the same physical system SMU as the Solution Manager.
    System Response
    If one of the development systems is in the same physical system as the Solution Manager, the IMG project cannot be created automatically.
    Procedure
    Create an IMG project manually in system SMU. In the path: SAP Menu -> Tools -> Solution Manager -> Project Administration.
    Choose the SMI project TEST, go to the 'System Landscape' tab, and then the 'IMG Projects' tab.
    Select an entry for the system SMU and try to create the IMG project. The system tells you that a system of the same name already exists, and asks you whether you want to choose another project name. Answer 'Yes', and change the project name.
    You should then be able to create the task plan.
    SMU (solution Manager) is not in the system landscape of this project, I expect that it is trying to create the IMG in this system since this is the communication system for portal dev. However, since it's not in the landscape, it isn't in the IMG tab to be able to create manually as described.
    If I try to create the IMG project for the Portal Dev system directly in the project, I get the error -
    Error getting RFC destination for logical system EPU
    Message no. SMSY_PPMS_API044
    Diagnosis
    No RFC destination was found for the logical system 'EPU' .
    System Response
    The RFC connection to the system 'EPU' cannot be created.
    Procedure
    Create the required RFC connection in the Solution Manger System Landscape Maintenance.
    Any advise would be appreciated.

    Hi James (and others),
    I trust you have resolved your issues with ChaRM and CTS+.
    If you are running a partuicularly extensive landscape you may want to consider a third party alternative to ChaRM.
    Particularly one that integrates with CTS+ (to include non ABAP such as Portal, NWDI Java and so on).
    There are several available, the one I am most falimiar with (Note: I do work with Revelation Software Concepts) is Rev-Trac and you can read user reviews at http://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/ecohub/solutions/revtrac
    If you run an EcoHub search on Change and Request Management or similar the other alternatives should be returned.

  • Credit control field not visible in customer master after checking Spro

    Hello Gurus,
    I have configured Automatic Credit Control In IMG.
    I have checked all the necessary spets required for the avtivation of Automatic Credit Control.
    But I am facing in problem and will appreciate all your help for this problem.
    In Customer master> Sales area data> Billing Document--> delivery and payment terms. Within delivery and payment terms the feild for credit control area is not visible.
    I have checked in spro>financial accounting> Ac rec & Ac payable>customer account>master data>preparation for creating customer master> define account groups with screen laypouts (customers).
    Within Define account groups with screen laypouts (customers)>account group 001(soldtoparty)details>field status>sales data>billing-->Hedging and credit contr. area I have tried it with optional as well as reuired entry and still the credit control field is not visible in customer master.
    Pls provide me the steps as well as solutions for the problem.

  • Shippment cost settlement - reg.

    Hi,
       I created shipment cost number (Using Tcode VI01) based on the shipment number created. Then we tried to settle the shipment cost by clicking the Transfer button in the Settlement tab in the Tcode VI02.
            But while settling system is checking for the Service PO availability. We have created the service PO also. But we don't know where to assign this Service PO to appear in the shipment cost number.

    Normally After checking the Transfer check system will create the Service PO automatically based on the IMG settings.
    You can see the Service PO Number in the Service procurement tab (Adjusent to Settlement tab) in the field Purchasing Doc.
    I don't think you can assign service PO Manually in the shipment cost document.

  • Shippment cost (VI01)- Settlement date

    Hello,
    I had recently implemented shipment cost process to the business. As usual I did all the config settings in the development server and tested the output and transport moved to testing server. There in the testing environment I found some interesting issue.
    In the shipment cost document line item level u2018settlement dateu2019 is turning out to be in gray mode however under development server it is not turning it into gray mode. I believe there was nothing wrong in the transports moved. I had already cross verified to make sure all the transports moved properly. Can you please diagnose why this is happening?
    Also I would like to know through config settings, is there any possibility to keep the settlement date not in gray mode for the line item of shipment cost document(VI01). I checked at item category level but I didnu2019t find anything which related to my requirement. Please advice.

    Hi All,
    We have configuring Shippment at my client site.but they have some unique reuirment for shippment cost.
    They are using shippment for stock transfer from plant to depot.
    but as per them when we calculate shippment cost in (VI01) shippment cost should not be calculate unless Good receipt confirmation(GR No)-MIGO has done from depot.and they want GR No field should reflect in VI01 intial screen.
    In short they want shippment cost should not be post to the account unless Good receipt has done.
    They want to restrict shippment cost for GR confirmation

    it is done through ova6 Transaction code.  more over i am sending you the screen shot of credit check managment stps. follow this u will not get any error while u r determining the order.
    pl. follow the steps of credit check.
    1. Define the credit control area under img=definition=financial accounting= define cr.control area.
    2.assign it your company code and ur sales area under assignment under img screen.and assign it your sales document types and delivery types and pgi.
    3. create the credit groups for your customers. it can be determined or happen in three stages either in Sales order , or else in delivery or in Post goods issue (PGI).
    the menu path for credit groups as IMG= SD=BASIC FUNCTIONS= CREDIT MANAGEMENT AND RISK SETTINGS= DEFINE CREDIT GROUPS.
    ex: Z1 - credit groups for sales order
    Z2 - credit groups for delivery
    Z3 - credit groups for PGI
    4. define the risk categories. it is required b'coz the customer is of high risk, or medium risk, or low risk customer.
    it is under IMG= FINANCIAL ACCOUNTING= FINANCIAL ACCOUTING AND GLOBAL SETTINGS= DEFINE RISK CATEGORIES.
    ex: Z1- LOW RISK CUSTOMER
    Z2 - MEDIUM RISK CUSTOMER
    Z3- HIGH RISK CUSTOMER.
    5.maintain automatic credit control check for ur credit control area and credit groups of the customer and risk categories. so that the credit check will determines automatically. menu path is IMG=SD=BASIC FUNCTIONS= CREDIT MANAGEMENT AND RISK CATEGORIES= DEFINE AUTOMATIC CREDIT CONTROL.
    6. while u r creating automatic credit control, pl. copy from the std. one and make changes. so that all the existing details will copy and fine tuning have to be done by the SD consultant. basically this is integration with FICO.
    So copy it from any one of the 1000 credit control area and make changes like
    dynamic credit as C and activate the open for order and deliveries and save
    i.e maintain credit control area + risk categories+ credit groups for the customer.
    7. finally maintain the credit limit thru FD32 for ur customer. activate everything on that screen.
    if you follow those rules, definetely cr. limit will determine for you.

  • TS01: Remove other flows from transaction and save

    Dear Experts,
    TRM has been customized whenever a new transaction is created (using TS01) and a specific Business Partner chosen (Counterparty), additional flows for commissions (0301 u2013 flow type) and transfer fees (0302 u2013 flow type) are automatically generated based on IMG u201CDefine Derivation Procedures and Rulesu201D and its assignment of u201Cderived flowsu201D of the specific BP.
    For a specific  transaction our customer wants to remove the second flow 0302 u2013 Transfer fees although its deal has been performed with the same Counterparty that in its derivation rules include this flow (0302 u2013 Transfer fees). The business scenario is that this counterparty has always derived flows (Commissions and Transfer fees) but for this single one transaction it does not charge transfer fees. 
    When I create the transaction (TS01), after filling the payment amount, I move to u201COther Flowsu201D tab. In this the two flows have been automatically created. Then I choose the second line with 0302 flow type and I choose u201CDelete Rowu201D. Although initially the line disappears from the u201COther flowsu201D list, when I press Enter or Save the transaction the line with 0302 flow type reappears. It seems as I cannot remove the flow.
    Additionally I cannot change the amount of the flow!
    Does anyone know how to remove the flow and save the transaction and /or change the proposed by the system amount?

    Hi,
    For transaction derived flows, you can only change the amount but cannot remove the item as it is derived by default.  In case for  a single transaction you don't want the derived flow, you can remove it from the standing instructions of the counterparty and then create the transaction and then add the instruction back. 
    Or you have to add the same flow in the reverse direction for the same amount in other flows so that is gets nullified.

    We are implementing CRM 2007 IC Webclient and are quite surprised to see that there is no standard component that shows all products from master data that are linked (through stadard relationship type PRDBP) to the confirmed BP, but only the related IB and its components.
    Does this component exist and we have not found it? If not, could you please guide us in order to create a new component that may offer this functionnality?

    Here is how it works:
    1. Account Identification: Customer contacts you and you identify the account using phone, name etc. You confirm the account and if there is a IBase it will be determined automatically.
    Note: Now this customer is in Context for all transaction created during the session. The session will end when you select "END " button on the toold bar. Untill then you cannot confirm another Customer.
    When Customer and IBase are confirmed you'll navigate to Interaction record automatically. You need to maintain following details to navigate to Interaction record automatically on "Confirm".
    IMG > CRM > Interaction Center WebClient > Master Data > Define Account Identification Profiles
    Select your profile and Account Navigation enter values for fields:
    UI Obj. Typ = BT126_INR
    UI Action = B
    2. Interaction record: The identified account is transferred to Interaction record and related partners are determined using partner determination procedure.
    You'll need to maintain Assign Partner Functions to Business Transactions to resolve your 2nd question:
    IMG > CRM > Interaction Center WebClient > Business Transaction > Assign Partner Functions to Business Transactions
    Here maintain the following entry:
    Trans Type = Interaction record
    Customer Partner Function = Sold to
    Contact Partner Function = Contact person
    Agent Partner Function = ICAGENT
    I hope this resolves your issue.
