Automatic sap mail to mrp controller

Hai friends
After MRP run automaticaly mail trigger to mrp controller .
For this requirement ,what are the settings needed ?

For trigering automatic SAP mail to MRP controller you have to go with User Exit,
User Exit for MRP is
User Exit is M61X0001
Function Module EXIT_SAPLM61C_001 and
Include ZXM61U02
In above Include you have to apply funbction module which triggers the automatic mail

I don't know the total function but I am trying my best and share the knowledge upto my best level.
For completing the total function you have to take help of both Abaper and basis person.
We have also set automatic mail function not for MRP but for DMS.

In CO01 > Click on Go to > Missing Parts > Missing Part list
In Nxt Page Click on List > Send to > Mail recipient
In the Recipient tab enter SAP user id of MRP Controller and Recipient type SAP Log on name and click on Send icon at Top left.
SAP Mail will go to MRP Controller SAP Work place in box.

Hi,
If you follow the steps and click on 'Assign Agents' it list the workflow template that is triggered e.g. WS03100020. If you open the builder (transaction SWDD) and view workflow WS03100020 you can see that there is no triggering event specified so you cannot activate the event linkage.
Also the object used in this workflow is BUS1001and not BUS3020. If you want to trigger this workflow then you should check what event should triggered it and add it to the workflow via SWDD => Basic Data => Triggering events.
What transaction should trigger this workflow? Switch on your event trace and recreate thje scenario. See what events are raised and see if one can be used to trigger the workflow. If no events exist then try to find user Exit or BAdi and trigger your event using function module SAP_WAPI_CREATE_EVENT or use SAP_WAPI_START_WORKFLOW to trigger event directly without events.

F4 help for MRP Controller not adjacent to Plant

Hello Dear all,
I need F4 help for MRP controller on selection screen but only valid values for the plant value entered in the selection screen
If select option for Plant and MRP controller are one below the other on selection screen, then F4 help for MRP controller gives relevant values ony for that Plants entered.
But if they are not adjacent to each other F4 help for MRP controller gives all possible values. In such a case should we code separately for F4 help of MRP controller.
Any suggestions.

No, this is normal. There is no time value help in Web Dynpro ABAP.

Automatic e-mail on initial Goods Receipt

After we create a new product in SAP, we need a way to automatically e-mail a list of people only on the initial receipt of that item. We do not want an e-mail to go out on following receipts. Also, we would like the list to be specific to each plant that it is received into.
Example: We create a new product in SAP and receive it into plant 1010 two weeks after it has been created. We want SAP to e-mail three people in plant 1010 that the product is ready to sell. We do not want them to be e-mailed anymore when that product is received again.
Is SAP capable of this?

Though this is not the exact solution you are looking for , I suggest you to try activating missing part check for your plant , and use reservation for the initial procurement. If you do the correct settings in this , you can do the customisation to get the mails to the MRP controler of the plant.

Nullpointer on com.sap.tc.webdynpro.progmodel.controller.MessageManager

Dear all,
i have two web dynpro components, say A and B.
A is using component B.
When i push a close button in B, i do the following things:
1. wdComponentAPI.getMessageManager().reportWarning("Some warning!!!");
2. wdThis.wdGetICLRequestDetailsController().leaveRequestDetails();
This leaveRequestDetails() fires a plug (standard) to leave back to my component A and component A deletets the componentUsage when needed... ( if(hasActiveComponent()) )
Component B has a view with an inputfield for an amount (bigdecimal). When this has valid input and i push the button and execute 1. and 2. everything works fine and i see the warning on the view of my comp. A.
When i put invalid input in the amount field ( for example some characters) and i push the button, i see an error message on my view in comp. B. (automatic validation)
When i correct the input and push the submit button again while the previous error message is still visible on the screen (so there's no event trigerred since the automatic validation), i get the following nullpointer exception on calling the deleteComponent method in component A:

When i do the same again, but without reporting the warning before leaving comp B, i don't get the nullpointer exception and can continue interacting on my view in component A.
Can anyone tell me what's the cause for this nullpointer? is it a bug?

The following is a working solution for me:
MessageManager mManager = (MessageManager)wdComponentAPI.getMessageManager();
mManager.reset();

Currently we run Program 'RMMRP000' as a batch job to create Planned orders and requisitions.
The client wants that Planned orders and Requisitions should be created for a particular MRP controller and for all the others only Requisition is to be created.
I implemented Exit 'EXIT_SAPMM61X_001' in the following manner by passing MRP controller to user_key.
IF mt61d-dispo <> user_key.
no_planning = 'X'.
ENDIF.
But as you can see that this will not meet my client requirement.
If any of you has worked on similar requirement / if any one knows that this is achievable or not,
please share your inputs.

Automatic e-mail of remittance advice to vendors following the Payment Run

Hi,
We are implementing the Automatic e-mail of remittance advice to vendors following the Payment Run(F110) for one of our company code located at UK.
But we have already implemented this process for one of the company code located in US using the Business transaction event 00002040 and it is working fine.
Now i want to find out if we could utilitize emailing the employee reimbursement remittances for UK as we do here in the US using the same BTE.
I just want to know if our current BTE (business transaction event) can be set up for their group also along with generating the SAP script to format the remittance.

MApping of MRP Controller in SCM

Hi Friends,
I am a bit unsure of integration of MRP Controller between ECC and APO.
My understanding is that the MRP Controller field in automatically populated into the SNP or any other Planner field in APO when the material is integrated. We need the user exit EXIT_/SAPAPO/SAPLCIF_PROD_001 to populate the value into the Extras field .
Is my understanding correct ? or do we need the user exit to populate the MRP controller into APO ?

Hi Ranjini.
There is something else you need to be careful of here.
In ECC, MRP Controllers are configured at the plant level, whereas in APO planners are configured globally.
This can lead to the situation where you are trying to map many to one.
For example, MRP Controller '001' in Plant X = Traded Goods but MRP Controller '001' in Plant Y = Manufactured Goods. You would only be able to create 1 '001' planner in APO.
This would mean that you have to create an APO planner for each MRP Controller/Location combination, meaning you couldn't use the same numbering convention as the MRP Controllers.

We would like to be informed via SMS/Mail about the Availability of satellite system.
When we assign a Local auto-reaction method for this MTE (Availability_SysPercent_ABAP) we receive the SMS/Mail notification only in case we manually start the auto reaction method from RZ20.
When we try to assign the central auto reaction method from RZ20 we get the following error:
Assignment for local system only works with nodes from agent segments
What is the procedure for the automatic SMS/Mail notification in case of local auto-reaction method?

As I have understood, you want to be informed each time a satellite system is not up and running ?
Option 01
========
1. Install the CCSMPING agent in SOLMAN
2. Create your satellites systems through RZ21 - Technical Infrastructure - Availability Monitoring - Configure CCMSPING ...
    Create all satelittes systems ...
3. Then, from SOLMAN_WORCENTER, in SYSTEM Monitoring, you have the status of each satellites systems created
    in RZ21 (point 2).
This option will not advised when a satellite system is down. But from one WEB page, you will have the status of all satellites systems.
Option 02
========
1.Install the CCSMPING agent in SOLMAN
2. Create your satellites systems through RZ21 - Technical Infrastructure - Availability Monitoring - Configure CCMSPING ...
    Create all satellites systems.
3. RZ20 - SAP CCMS Monitor Templates - Double-click on "Availability and Performance Overview"
    Open "Availability" - Then, all satellites systems which have been added under point 2 will appear.
4. Select one satelitte system
5. Open "Availability"
6. Select "ABAP: Checked by CCMSPING.<solman-hostname>.00"
7. When selected, click on "Properties" button.
8. Then, you assign here an auto-reaction method - for example :
    "ccms_send_alert_to_alm_ccms_containerv4".
9. Copy this method to Zccms_send_alert_to_alm_ccms_containerv4.
10. In this method, add you email address.
11. Then, check that job "SAP_CCMS_MONI_BATCH_DP is running. This job collects data in the CCCMS (RZ20).
12. Then, the alert will be automatically sends to your email adress.
