Capturing Secondary / Distributor Sales

Hi,
Is there any option in Standard SAP or a work around we could use to capture Secondary / Distributor Sales for reporting only ?

You will have to create Z-programs for the same.
These programs will store the figures in particular Tables & then you can use these figures for reporting purposes.
Consult you ABAPer for this, he will do the needful.
But the success of this will depend on accurate recording (input) of Figures in SAP.

    we are working for a pharma client -- here sales done from company to Stockistis called as primary sales which we capture in the form of sales order.
    their authorised stockist sells items to medical stores ( secondary sales)
    here they want to capture secondary sales in SAP ( that is sales from stockist)

    Hi,
    In Pharma business the sale from company to dealers (wholesales stockists) is considered as first sale (primary sales) and dealers to medical shops considered as secondary sales.
    For one of my client we setup the system to support the above scenario, trying to explain in below points, hope this would help:-
    1. We make dealers as SAP Plant (Distribution Centres), and then we do the stock transfer to that distribution centre from main plant using stock transfer process.
    2. Goods receipt will be done at distribution centres to build the stock.
    3. Then the sales order will be created from distribution centre (Plant) to consider the secondary sales against the medical shops as customer. We used to get the copy of invoices of secondary sales from dealers on daily or alternate day by post as well hand delivered. We have also provided the SAP system access at some of big dealers to key in invoice data directly in SAP from their premises (in this case the invoices to medical shop getting generated from SAP). we have setup background jobs to create the delivery and invoices against the sales orders keyed in, due to you will be received the large volume of invoices for dealers for secondary sales.
    4. Now the issue is the primary sales will not be registered in system, as you will be doing stock transfer being treated dealers as distribution centres. Revert me back if you need primary sales also be registered in system, as above senario the AR will be based upon secondary sales..

  • Capture Change in Sales Order Status

    Dear All,
    I have an issue in which i need to capture all the sales order in which change has taken place in a given day.
    I have checked CDHDR & CDPOS but they arent helpful as they are not updated when there is change in status of sales order.
    Could you please suggest a method by which i can track change in sales order status as well for a given date

    Hi,
    For Overall Header status and administrative data you can check in VBUK table.
    For overall Item status and administrative data you can check in "VBUP" table.
    In both these cases you have to pass the order number number only in SE11/SE16 T.Code.
    For object status you have to check in "JCDS" table.
    In this initially you have to pass the order number in "VBAK" table and then fetch the "OBJNR" for that order.
    Pass this OBJNR into "JCDS" to get the header object status in SE11/SE16 T.Code.

    You can have simple FMS for getting the Document No. of base document.......
    Please try following FMS...........
    Select T0.DocNum from OQUT T0 Inner Join QUT1 T1 On T0.DocEntry=T1.DocEntry
    Where T0.DocEntry=$[RDR1.BaseEntry.0]
    Apply above FMS in Remark field of Sales Order once you copy simply press Shift+F2

    If i want to use VBRK Table my key field is sales document (VBELN) and Item Position(POSNR) . whereas in VBRK VBELN is Billing document no and in COPA VBELN is sale order no. Hence the table lookup can not be executed

    Here two different requirement
    Sales order wise Profitability – Here I have given the solution in COPA report  
    I want to capture Sales order and  related purchase order  expenses  like bank charges, interest, commission, transport, port charges, duty   and exchange gain or loss everything
    So in my 2nd   query shall I go with  account assignment category as E,
    or shall I create each sales as separate internal order
    or when I book the expenses itself  shall I capture the cost  through as copa  characteristic
    need Some more clarity

  • Capturing Sales Quantity

    Dear Friends,
    We have a requirement wherein we need to capture an actual sale quantity brought by a sales person against schedule line quantity in a sales order.  we have a service material for which there is no MRP.
    For example sales person might have requested for 5 resources need to be supplied for the month of July 14. But Sales operations team can supply only 3 resources for the july month. This will be maintained in the Schedule lines. similiarly they will maintain for Aug, Sept, oct, e.t.c
    Now we need to track an actual requirement brought by the sales person(i.e 5 resources in the above case) against the supply(i.e 3 resources) in the sales order for each schedule line. how can we achieve this.
    Please suggest.

    I just created your scenario for my understanding.
    i created a sales order on my IDES with two line items and each line item is having two schedule lines--saved the order.
    Now through VA02--changed Quantities in schedule lines..
    So after running RVSCD100 program i got the report like which is in ALV format..
    So here you can find the changes in Order/Confirmed Qty by clicking on the details.
    The most painful thing here is--if you have more number of lines items --will be very difficult to see item wise.
    so here you can do one thing--ask your abaper to copy this program and he can change the output format to some other report type.If your client is so keen on this--then you can suggest him to modify this program which will give an output of a screen consists like below:
    This requirement Seems to be so simple--but little difficult technically.Hope this helps.
    Order Number
    Order qty
    Changed by user name
    Confirmed Qty before change
    Confirmed qty after change
    Changed date
    Line item No 10
    Line item No 20

    Can you please elaborate on what you mean by "picked up wrong exchange rate". Normally in the "Sales" tab in SO header you have a place where you can enter / see the exchange rate.

  • Is it possible to change pricing procedure in sales order VA02

    Hi,
    My client need to change the pricing procedure in their RETURN order because they implemented a new pricing procedure for the specific distribution channel.  However, since the return order was created with reference to invoice, the old pricing procedure was copied instead of the new that was implemented.  Is there a way that they can still change the pricing procedure in the return order?  Here is the scenario for better understanding.
    1. Sub-distributor sales order created (distribution channel = 60) on 5/24/2014.  The pricing procedure maintained was ZRVB01.
    2. Delivery and Billing was created on the same date with pricing procedure ZRVB01.
    3. A new pricing procedure ZRVB12 was created for distribution channel 60 on 6/2/2014.
    3. Return order was created with reference to the billing document in step 2 on 6/24/2014.  The pricing procedure of the return order was still ZRVB01, instead of ZRVB12.
    4. In VA02, the field pricing procedure is not modifiable.
    Need advice how my client can proceed in correcting the pricing procedure on their return order.

    Since your requirement is to calculate the different price for the returned qty, please check for the return order if you can make any manually change the price as required.
    Please note you can not change the pricing procedure in document, but you can change the price of the material as suggested above.
    I assume you already knew the pricing procedure determination, how it is determined.(Sales area+DPP+CPP).
    If you want to have different pricing procedure to be determined for the same customer in return sales , you must have the following determination so that it would be determined the 2nd pricing procedure during return order.
    Example :
    For standard sales : Sales area + DPP in OR(A- standard)+ CPP( 1 standard) =ZRVB01
    For return Sales : Sales area + Dpp in RE (B- return)+CPP(1 standard) =ZRVB12.

  • Capture Customer Class in time of BP creation from Screen

    Hi All,
    I am facing a problem that I need to capture  Customer Class , Sales Area Template and ID type in time of BP creation in DCHCK event. I have to check if user is putting these value correctly or not. If user entered wrong value then I have to through error message and not to save to BP.
    Foe example I am using 'BUP_BUPA_BUT000_GET' to get all other data along with BP type and so on.
    Plesae help regarding this if any one is aware of it.

    When I am Loading data from R/3 Production to BW 3.5 Production half of the Sales Documents are Missing which are start with Alphabetical and I have done right LO-Cokpit procedure properly for

    Hi,
    Have you done an init on 11 extractors.
    If not do an init (Filling of the Setup tables) without any selections.
    What I think is happening here is that in your init selections you have put a numerical range for the document numbers. Thats why the alphabetical docs are not comming.

There are many such sales orders.Is there any way in which we can get the details of all such sales order? One way whic i understand is to look at the table where the excise line item details are captured.? Pls guide

    There is some issue in our config  for pricing condition in salesorder due to which BED and ASE has not been captured for certain sales documents. The requirement is to get a list of Sales order , which would show the excise duty captured in each sales order.

    When a line item is deleted from the sales order(VA02) ,
    the outbound idoc getting triggered for the sales order has the information about the rest all line items other than the deleted line item.We now want the information about the deleted line item in the Idoc .

    I am using ORDRSP message type , where in E1EDP01- ACTION contains value  "000" .
    And the Deletion line item is not been captured, is there any configuration setting required to
    capture the deleted line item in Idoc.
    Based on the posting in this thread i understand that there is an  indicator which has to be set .
    Please let me know what is that indicator and how to set it?

  • Sales Org. structure reallignment

    First thanks for taking the time to read this post. I would like to have your expert suggestions for the below scenario.
    In our client organization, a country is mapped as sales org in SAP, different product lines are captured in the sales division level, the country is divided into mutiple sales districts and it is captured as sales office in SAP, district is further sub-divided into mutiple territories and it is captured as sales group in the system. Customers will be created at the bottom of the sales structure.
    The business is highly dynamic and they would do geographical reallignment every year. For eg, To start with, we may have created 8 different sales offices in the system. But it could be reduced (for eg. 6) or increasted (for eg. 10)  in the next year depending on the market situation. The same could happen with the sales group also. So the underlying customers need to updated with new sales office and sales group. How can we do it easily considering the master record volume (approx. 200,000). How will it impact other areas like demand planning, allocation, pricing, commission and etc. Is there any alternate approach to handle it differently?

    Sales pricing, commission will be effected in case you sales office and sales group will be part of it, you need to input the condition record for the same to caluculate the pricing and commission.
    Since this is your business requirements, you have to go with it, and later you need to maintained the condition record as required.
    For demand planning is based upon creation of sales order, i don't it will impact mutch in it.

    I am facing a situation in current implementation scenario. The Client manufactures product in their plant and performs stock transfer to depot. This part is OK. Now they want to transfer product from depot to sales office and sale the product through a sales office and get the sales value captured on the sales office.
