I am getting following error during CCMS BI Setup check. Solution Manager 7.0 SP18 (EHP1)

    Is it possible to get the availability of the physical server (windows) using CCMS ping?
    We have configured it on high availability server and registered the SAPCCM4x and CCMSPING agent to both nodes but facing issue with file system usage monitoring, we are not getting the data for virtual drive, Example: we are getting the data for only 3 drives C, D, S but we are not getting data for other drive like G, Z, F..
    We have checked also the ST06 for the file system there also we are getting the same data.

    Alerts can be set up through CCMS by choosing required monitor sets and configuring auto reaction methods (RZ20). Most of this is pre- defined. Follow the guide below for the same.

    I am new to Oracle apps could someone let me know what all checks do we need to do to see that the credit card setup is working correctly in an environment.

  • TS3989 the uploading and downloading of photos in photostream is not working, it used to work. have gone through all the setups. checked that everything is on. using windows7 pc. any ideas ??

  • BPMon Setup: Check user for data collection

    Dear experts,
    I'm trying to configure Business Process Monitoring in our Solution Manager system and I'm stuck in the step "Check User for Data Collection". See screenshot. I mark this row and click on "Execute Selected". A background job is scheduled and finishes after some 6 seconds, But this step is still marked as "Activity not yet performed". Any idea how this can be solved? I read the documentation, notes and the troubleshooting guide but found nothing about this specific problem.

    Hi Calin
    The status will remain grey as long as there are clients in the managed system that have not been connected to the Solution Manager.
    However, if there are clients the you would not like to connect to Solman on purpose, he can simply set the execution status to “manually performed”, then the activity will be set to green. I have attached some screen shots from a test system so you can see what I mean.

  • DNS Setup Check Required...Please Help

    I have setup a Tiger Server machine running 10.4.9 (IP: 10.0.1.2)
    It is running a DNS server (smserver.strategies.ca)
    The following aliases have been set: mail, www, ftp, vpn. ns1
    Recursion is ON
    Zone Transfer is ON
    Our Airport Extreme N Router has a static public IP
    Port forwarding TCP/UDP on port 53 has been made on the router to point to the server (10.0.1.2)
    At our registrar, I put the primary nameserver to be smserver.strategies.ca with the IP being the static public IP I put on the Airport Extreme Router.
    Something is not working.
    From the outside, if I do:
    host smserver.strategies.ca
    I get Host smserver.strategies.ca not found: 3(NXDOMAIN)
    Same thing if I try with any of the aliases I created.
    What am I missing or doing wrong? Are there any files I need to edit?
    Please help as this is pretty urgent. It needs to result with the public static IP set on the router.

    Your DNS is incorrect.
    If I run host smserver.strategies.ca I get:
    smserver.strategies.ca has address 10.0.1.2
    You shouldn't ever publish 10.x.x.x addresses to the public internet. They're not valid.
    If this machine is running public DNS for your domain you need to enter the proper, valid public IP addresses in your zone file, not your internal addresses.
    If you want your internal clients to see a different result then you need to setup two DNS servers, one for the public view and one for internal. This can be done via one BIND server, using views (which use the source IP address of the query to determine which result to return), but you can't do this via Server Admin, only manually.

  • BPM - Requirement for CCMS Setup?

    Hi all,
    In the BPM setup guide, it says: "The Computing Center Management System or CCMS Alert Monitor (transaction /nrz20) provides the underlying monitoring infrastructure for Business Process Monitoring."
    Is there any further information on exactly what CCMS Setup is required at a minimum in the Solution Manager and in the Monitored system for BPM to function correctly?
    I read the technical prerequisites which are described in SAP notes 784752 - "BPMon in SAP Solution Manager - Prerequisites" and 521820 - "Availability of Business Process Monitoring". The first note does not reference CCMS, and the second one only makes reference to it if you want to use "CCMS Monitors" in BPM.

    521820. This note fix the problem of CCMS monitoring related problem.

  • MTP check box when cme integrates with ccm

    I am reading a document abour cme and ccm integration.The following step indicates that we need to check MTP.
    Step 3 Ensure that the CiscoCallManager network uses a media termination point (MTP). The MTP is required to provide DSP resources for transcoding and for sending and receiving G.729 calls to the Cisco CME 3.1 system. All media streams between Cisco CallManager and Cisco CME 3.1 must pass through the MTP because Cisco CME 3.1 does not support transcoding.
    Questions:
    1. So it means that if I use g729 on the wan between cme and ccm, I must check this one?
    2. If I don't need transcode, i can uncheck this box right?
    3. I notice as soon as check the box, call transfer button not work on ccm phone. Is this a bug or supposed to be?

    * Cisco CallManager must use a media termination point (MTP), intercluster trunk (ICT) mode, and slow start.
    * Codecs on all the VoIP dial peers of the H.450 tandem gateway must be the same.
    * Only one codec type is supported in the VoIP network at a time, and there are only two codec choices: G.711 (A-law or
    mu-law) or G.729.
    * Transcoding is not supported.
    * Codec renegotiation is not supported. For example, if an H.323 call that uses a G.729 codec is received by a Cisco CME system and is forwarded to a voice-mail system that requires a G.711 codec, the codec cannot be renegotiated from G.729 to G.711.

  • Help needed in AP Check Printing R12 XML Tags

    Hi,
    I have taken the standard template and am trying to customize the template for the requirement. I have also generated the XML file.
    I have to restrict the no of invoices to 17 and if only one invoice is there other 16 blanks should print. if I am printing data for single check/invoice number the output is fine. The problem is with multiples sites, the invoice numbers are getting repeated., i..e., for two supplier sites the two invoices are getting printed along with one check number and details and then two invoices with the other check are getting printed in another page.
    I tried to use innergroup_And_V_First_rec= <?for-each@section:OutboundPaymentInstruction?><xsl:variable xdofo:ctx="incontext" name="inner_group" select=".//OutboundPayment"/><?for-each:$inner_group?><?if:(position()-1) mod $no_of_lines_per_page=0?><xsl:variable name="first_rec" xdofo:ctx="incontext" select="position()"/>

    I played with it for some days trying to debug and found that there is a box which is hidden which has 2 lines and PER written. U may have to drag the box to a next page to see the box completely and type in the name of the person for signature and then put the box again. I did that and now it looks fine:)
