Change Position management porcedure for securities after postings exist

Guys,
We use different position management procedures for securities with local and foreign currency. After posting the currency changeover by using FWKB Corporate Action we would like to go on with changing the position mgmt procedure as well. Is it possible to do so? We tried to use TPM50 Change Position Mgmt Procedure however it says posting already exist and not allows to change.
Please let me know if any workaround could be used.

Hello,
Normally you can use transaction TPM50 to change the position
management procedure, but if already POSTED business transaction
exist it is not longer possible. You can reverse all postings for the position.
Another posibility would be a valuation class transfer (TPM15). This seems
the only way to change PMP if there are posted BTs.

Following the spro configuration will setup the Change Request Management scenario, each spro point has associated the corresponding documentation.
Also in service.sap.com/rkt-solman>solman 4.0>CCC profile you will find valuable information about how to use this scenario.

Changing color management options for printing not possible

I got a problem with Leopard and a Canon i9950 printer. When I choose "Color Matching" from the "print options" pop-up menu, I cannot select "Color Sync" or "In Printer". "Color Sync" is selected, but both options are greyed out and not changeable. So it`s not possible to do a printer color calibration. With Tiger everything worked fine with that printer.

Are you seeing this is all applications or perhaps just in Photoshop or Aperature?

Change of Reconciliation account for Customer/Vendor.

Hello,
Once you made any change of reconciliation account in customer master, you are required to execute F.5D.
Please read the documentation available on this.
This will adjust the postings made to old reconciliation account to new reconciliation.

Images change position and dimension after client edits on admin console!

Hi,
1. After my client uploaded his images onto the site using the admin console they changed position slightly and did not fit exactually into the image frames i had set when i first made the site.
2. When i opened the site on muse and merged changes the images positions and dimensions changed even more than what was being diplayed on the live site? (E.g I originally had two columns of square thumbnails for some slideshows and now i have a single column of rectangle images)
3. I republished to see what would happen it now displays the way it was diplaying in Muse. The site is: www.jacobbuckland.co.uk
My understanding was that when i create an image frame or gallery in muse that any image uploaded via the admin console should fill that frame no matter what the size or dimensions of that image?

Our technical team managed to find the immediate cause for the problem, and a solution.
According to them there was a corruption on a speciffic OLAP file. By deleting it, they allowed it to be recreated on the next application processing. The file in question was found in \Microsoft SQL Server\MSSQL.2\OLAP\Data\UGF.0.db\<APPLICATION>.38.cub.xml
Where <APPLICATION> is the name of the problematic cube.
After that everything is working.

Can you change the units used for size and position in layout editor?

In Aperture 3.4, does anyone know if you can change the units used for size and position in layout editor? The page is set in inches, but the image size and position are given in centimetres and I would prefer to work all in inches to create custom layouts. I can't see any way to change this. If anyone knows how it would be much appreciated. Thanks!

Aperture uses the unit settings defined in the System Preferences. Set the "Measurement Units" in the "Region" tab of the "Language & Text" preferences to "US"; the Aperture will display the Size & Position in inches, if it is the "Book" layout manager you are asking about.

Change in delivery quantity for batch managed items.

Hi friends,
We have activated batch management. During delivery after the batch is determined and if i want to change the delivery quantity say for example from 50 to 30 then first i have to go and adjust the quantity in the batches to toal 30 and then come back and change the delivery quantity from 50 to 30.
After searching the forum i have found user exits, but other than the user exits is there a standard configuration wheren if i change the delivery quantity the quantity is adjusted in the batches. Please advise.

Did you try working with the batch strategy config?
Try working with fields a) Over Del allowed, and b) Qty proposal.

Report for Positions by Trader in Securities

Hi,
I searched for various reports but could not find an option to select Trader in order to generate a report for positions (or journal/transactions/cash flows) in Securities.
I need a report in Securities which should have a selection for Trader and Portfolio fields among others (similar to TPM20). Is there a way in the standard SAP reports?

Hi,
For securities, position management is supported at maximum against ID, Security Account/Portfolio/Fund and Gen Val Class (Fund from EhP4 onwards).
Trader field is not a key figure where you can get accumulated position report.
If you wish to maintain trader wise position, the possible way out will be to map Gen Val Class or Portfolio one to one with Trader. Or develop a customized position report considering trader into consideration but condition/corporate action flows will not be under control as clarified by Ravi. Look for a customer exit code to call Trader in that case.

Dependency Information for Transport Requests in Change Request Management

If two CTS projects are not assigned to SOLMAN projects, it is possible to define a dependency successor/predecessor relation between two transport requests for the import order. For example I can state that I have to import TR 1 only after the TR 2.
When the CTS projects are assigned to SOLMAN projects, even though you have defined the dependency relation, this is not respected and from the Change Documents you can perform the import in the order you want.
How can I activate this check also in Change Request Management?

Some things you could take a look on:
1) start report /TMWFLOW/CONFIG_SERVICES --> here you can define system, client and project specific locks.
2) Transaction /TMWFLOW/CMSCONF --> also some options for locks and definition of critical objects
3) Transaction /TMWFLOW/LOCKMON --> monitor screen for locked objects and requests.
This is actually not the same functionality as have it in CTS projects directly especially as the locks are removed once a request is removed. The most important thing is still missing here (or at least I haven't found a way to activate): sequence control when importing requests out of parallel projects into production (to prevent downgrading).

How to change position for items in shopping cart

I am creating shopping cart using flat file. But i am not able to change the position for items i.e. both items contain position as 0000000001.
Following are the item details of shopping cart which is created through portal. (from tcode BBP_PD)
Items:
Pos Type Quantity Unit Ordered_Prod Description Gross price

Following are the item details of shopping cart which is created using flat file & BAPI BBP_PD_SC_CREATE.(from tcode BBP_PD)

Position is not getting changed for item 2 & only first record is getting uploaded 2 times. My code is creating Shopping cart number .

Change Request Management "There is no task list for this project"

Hello!
I would like to use the functionality of CharM in SOLMAN 4.0.
When I enter the Tcode /n/tmwflow/proj I receive the waring/error "There is no task list for this project" (/TMWFLOW/TRACK_N114)
If I create my own task list via Task list --> create
I get the warning "You cannot change task lists in the SAP namespace"
What are the steps to define task list for my project?
Do I need to configure SPRO ... --> Extended Configuration --> Schedule Manager?
The second warning I get: "NO CTS projects created yet" or
"The Solution Manager project does not have an active CTS project yet".
How can these warnings/errors be corrected?

Goods Issue after STO warning "Price change of % in month / for mater"

Dear all,
This is my process for Inter-co plant stock transfer:
1. Create STO via ME21N
2. Raise Goods Issue from source plant via MIGO_GI
3. I get this warning message "Price change of % in month / for mater", details as below:
Price change of % in month / for material
Message no. M7306
Due to action taken the quantity and value of the material are changed. This leads to calculation of a new moving average price: The new price deviates from the old one by .
Procedure
Before you carry out the posting, you should determine the reason for this difference.
You could check the material line items to find out which postings have led to the current moving average price. If the action taken refers to a purchase order, you could contact Purchasing to find out whether a mistake was made when entering the order price.
Has anyone seen this before and what should be the cause of action? Well, I was still able to proceed with the GI successfully but I'd like to know what has caused the message?

So i received material 100 qty at 20 INR.
Total stock value = 2000
Now as per you:
2000 / ( 0 *6) * 100 = 33.33
I am not getting 390,17 %
