    I got charge five time for apps that were free. I am frustrated because they have it setup where you can not talk to anyone. Everything is either email or a schedule date far out.

    Was this when downloading them, and if so did you change (5 times) your credit card details on your iTunes account ? Each time that you do so a small temporary store holding charge may be applied to check that the card details are correct and valid and that it's registered to exactly the same name and address as on your iTunes account - your card issuer should remove it within a few days or so.

    Sounds like you have multiple accounts that got upgraded. Contact that payments team through the online contact form and they will be able to locate the other account. If you receive an automated reply directing you back to the community, just reply to it and you should receive a  response from a representative within 24-48 hours.

    I am Charged amount of $591 on my bill for a defective device which has already been returned to verizon. I had contacted customer service but they were not able to help me, I got very confusing solutions from all the four guys that I have spoken to.
    Here is the situation. I had a defective samsung fascinate, I called techinical support, after trouble shooting they decided to swap me a motorola droid X instead. I recieved the device and returned the samsung fascinate, I do have the tracking number for the return. Now it seems the warehouse guys are searching for a MOTOROLA DROID X DEFECTIVE PHONE according to fist CS I spoke to. He told me that he is going to put a work order and It will take him 5 business days to retify the situvation. He would give me a call back. I spoke to secound CS as my credit of $-450 was used for this device payment and not my bill?? He told me that is not the case, he put me on hold for 31 minutes( yes, I kept a track of time!) and finally hung up!!!
    I called back from landline, spoke to a nice lady. she told me" Yes, sir I see that we have already received the device, it is waiting to be cataloged in the system". The she told me it is going to take upto 2 billing cycles to see the credit. The incidence was on jan11th. I am already into my third billing cycle!!! She told me she has to put some notes into computer and I should see the credit shortly.
    I called back as my account is set on autopay, which had to be stopped for preventing this overageous transaction. The guy that I spoke to told me I can pay the amount and a balance of -591 dollars will be applied to my account once the device is cataloged.
    My Question to any VZ employee or Tech support is how long will this process take. More so I am worried I will never see my Money Back now!( I am already down by 700 dollars!!). I have returned the device within the 10 business days, the system shows the device recieved, yet I am charger because warehouse is confused about the model being a fascinate and Not a DROID X.
    Someone Please help me regarding this. I am really worried with this event. I am loyal VZ customer for last 7 years.

    No, I got iphone with my two year contract renewal. How Can I get numbers to higher authorities? I have tried CS but they just tell me to wait and wait. Last one I spoke to said they have update my account and I will recieve the said amount by my third cycle? I dont know wheather i should wait for one more month to see If this shows up? My worry is since I have already paid the amount, they will not refund it back, but make excuses to post pone the case. 
    Any VZ employee please help me resolve this issue. I have already contacted Fedex and they have verified both the delivery confirmations to verizon warehouse. They also told me that they can provide signature confirmations for them if required by VZ.

  • Blackberry App - Charged 5 times for App - can't get help

    I downloaded this app this week and was charged 5 times for the app. Could not get an activation code. I contacted the support for the app and they gave me an activation code but said that I had to deal with Blackberry Apps to get a refund. 
    Blackberry apps is impossible to deal wtih. They do not respond to my emails. There is no phone number to call. The Blackberry refunds setup does not work - everytime I try it I get this message:
    "An unknown error occured processing your refund reqest. Please try again later."
    Any suggestions. I guess I am going to  have to copy all my emails and send them by Canada Post to Thosten Heins to get a response.
    Come on Blackberry - you have to do better than that. Other than this my Z10 is working great.

    I do not know for sure what method for requesting refund you are using (there are some links to pages "out there" that I believe are not valid anymore), but the proper method is to ring up your mobile service provider and request escalation up to BlackBerry support. You might have to fight with your carrier...we hear "stories" all the time about the "training competence" of carrier agents. But that is the correct method to use AFAIK.

I love my iphone and the apps for it, I however rely on the free apps, only buying one ONCE in a blue moon, so my question is, why is it, today I bought a .99cent app, it charged me 1.00 four times on my CC? It's a new card because I had to change my info, and I've only bought THIS .99cent app. its the App Genie and its .99. I post here because I know sometimes companies for a new CC put a temporary charge to just check it works, but four 1.00 charges seems iffy... Any help?

    Should be OK, though the machine will run much hotter than usual. It will shut itself down for its own protection if it's in danger of overheating.

    i bought a droid incredible 2 they told me on the phone it would only be a 10 dollar payment for it on special with a two year upgrade down from 161.99 i talked to them for quite a while and made sure that would be the price then i see a 161.99 charge on my bill i call them 2 times being told they would investigate this and get back to me no call back i call again and they tell me that the charge for 161.99 is right i tell them to go back and listen to the recording they say they cannot do that i cannot believe that i was lied to like that and they wont even go back and see that i am being screwed they said file a complaint online cannot find were to file a complaint

    I would also like to point out that listening to calls is something rare and usually cannot be done because there are so many different departments, and only the department can pull a call, and its still not even gauranteed. Most call centers get thousands of calls a day. It would be extremely difficult to go through those calls.
    And if someone reached out to you, and I mean CALLED YOU, please do not order a phone with that person. Do not order a phone on the phone unless you dialed a Verizon Wireless number.
    There is an indirect agent that reaches out to people and makes many promises, and then do not remark the account correctly so there is no way for VZW reps to verify that information.
    So buy direct. Direct, direct, direct.

    Can anyone help. Especially Apple who don't seem to want to allow anyone to report a problem. It's taken me an hour to get this far.     There is no subscription section in my account.
    I am paranoid after reading the above post but it seems there is no way to turn off initial purchases, only renewals can be turned off.
    1) Do all apps explicitly ask if you want to purchase a subscription and give the price?
         Is that required and controlled by Apple?
    2) Or is it possible an app will just charge and give you a subscription when
        a) the app is installed or b) when it is run the first time?
    If # 2 is a posibility then:
    We should be able to disable initial purchases so we don't wind up spending 100's by accident.
    Then if they are disabled we would have to re-enable them to get a subscription
      and after we could disable them again.  If #2 can happen that would be the only way to
      stop an accidental purchase from happining.
    Why - because I know from other places on the internet it ir Real Easy to miss
       something in the fine print no matter how dilligent you are about reading the Terms.
    Can someone answer the questions 1 & 2?
    And if 2 is possible - can anyone offer any advice (besides read carefully - I know that)?

  • Multiplying UDF resulted in wrong amount in Total (LC)

    Dear All,
    I really need your help to solve my problem.
    I created two UDF which are Qty (field type is Quantity) and Price (field type is Price). These UDFs appear in document with the type Service. I create a query which is :
    declare @Qty numeric(11)
    set @Qty = $[$39.U_Qty.0]
    SELECT @Qty * $[$39.U_Price.0] As Price
    And then I created formatted search in Total(LC) in document with type service using that query.
    The problem is, the query sometime result in wrong amount (for example : Qty = 0.5 and the Price = 1000, the query is resulting in 1000 which is the correct amount is 500).
    Please help me to solve this problem.

    Change your declaration of  "declare @Qty numeric(11)"  as
    declare @Qty numeric(19,6)
