Confirm Account Holder Status Frustration

Hi,
After upgrading my broadband package 4 or 5 weeks ago, I've been unable to confirm my account holder status, it always says "Sorry, something has gone wrong. Please try again later." . I have tried creating a new BTID as suggested elsewhere on this forum with the same BT account, but this has the exact same error.
I have now spent the last 4 weeks repeatedly going round in circles talking to BT Customer Support on the phone and this seems to be going nowhere, they promise to call back and never do. Is there any way to escalate this issue and just get it fixed?

  • Account Holder Status.

    Over a period of weeks I have been trying to have my BT profile granted Account Holder status. To do so requires a 4-digit PIN. For security reasons these are sent out by snail mail, taking up to a week for each PIN. I have had seven PINs over a period of 5+ weeks, none of which has worked. Last week I received three PIN letters in two days. BT staff do not seem to know what they are doing and I was told by one supervisor that the PIN system is a shambles, which I can certainly confirm. I need to achieve account holder status in order to get access to My Extras, including BT Wi-Fi and BT Mail. I am surprised to find no reference to this problem in the forum. Are there any more fellow-sufferers out there?
    My Extras shows the following error message:
    "We can’t retrieve your Extras, either because you have a calling plan or a broadband service in this account or because you are not the account holder. Please let us know if you do have a calling plan or broadband service in this account and you are th..., so we can amend your profile."
    Selecting the link takes you to a form relating to faulty hardware and has nothing to do with account holder status or PINs.

    I tried to edit my last message, but ran out of time. It is no longer relevant in the light of what I have been trying tonight.
    My problem is becoming more clearly defined and it would appear that the reason I have no access to BT Wi-Fi and BT Mail is because I do not have a BT ID based on a BT Mail address.
    After writing the last message I remembered that I had not installed the BT Wi-Fi app on my new Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 so I have just done so and the app will not accept my current BT ID (which is my Mail.com email address) and password. The error message says I must be a BT Broadband customer.  Reading the BT requirements again it would appear that I cannot have BT Wi-Fi unless I have as an ID a BT Mail or BT Yahoo! Mail address. The latter was deactivated by BT at my request. The fact that BT Wi-Fi is still running on my Galaxy S2 smartphone must be a hangover from my original ID based on my deactivated (or in the queue for deactivation) "*@btinternet" address.
    For the record the BT ID based on my Mail.com address was set up by a BT staff member during a telephone conversation and she also suggested the password, which I am still using. Is that not a clue to the resolution of this problem? Let me have a new BT Mail address which I can use as my ID and everything will drop into place. Ha!
    As an aside, I installed the BT Cloud Extra on my desktop PC and Galaxy Tab tonight. I used my Mail.com address, and it was accepted no bother at all.

  • Can't claim account holder status!

    I have exactly the same problem that others have previously listed here, of not being able to claim account holder status on my account.  I spoke to BT about multiple accounts that I had attached to my customer number and requested that all would be removed except one under my current email address.  BT deleted the primary account and left me with a guest account which does not have the account holder status....cheers for that!!  Now I've been waiting three weeks, on and off chat, on and off the phone, multiple emails sent and absolutely no satisfactory conclusion to the issue.  Without account holder status I cannot use BTsport online or use BTcloud, thus I cannot access important backed up documents etc.  How on earth can I get someone to resolve this issue if I keep getting hung up on, or re-queued in chat?  This is appauling customer service for something that should be relatively easy to rectify!!  Please can anyone help?

  • You are not the account holder woes...

    Bit of a long story this...
    I used my email address to help my mum to sign up to BT about five years ago as she didn't have one. She has since left BT and uses another provider.
    I thought nothing at all of this when upon moving into my newly purchased home I signed up to BT for myself about a month ago, using the same email address as had been used all those years previous.
    I received the account number through the post and proceeded to sign up to myBT for online billing. On attempting this it stopped me as my email was already on the BT system. I used this address to log back into my mum's now long cancelled account and amended the email address of that one to another of my email addresses so as I could use my favoured address for the online billing. When I completed this registration it told me that I was not the account holder and that my mum was. 
    I used the chat help several times and was told that this was resolved within 7 days and to try again after that. I heard nothing and about 2 weeks later I have logged on to find the issue still remains. I again took to chat and the helper cancelled the myBT account connected to my mother's name (with the email address I didn't want to use) and told me it should now work. It didn't. Nothing changed.
    Tired of the chat service I then took to the phones. Three hours later and I have got nothing to show but a monumental phone bill (I do not have a phone to connect to the landline to take advantage of the 0800 service) so had to rely on the 0330 numbers. I have explained my problem to about 12 people, been kept on hold for over 30 mins, been promised a call back which never came, had an attempt to sell me additional services (insult to injury?!) and still nothing. Basically it now seems that nobody at all is the account holder and that nobody can access this profile.
    I can not access much of the myBT functionality and I can not watch BT Sport through the online service (literally the only reason I went with BT). The latest is that somebody will call me tomorrow although I am not going to hold my breath.
    This is the error I am getting... There is no option to change the account holder on the page, I can either click to go back a page or ring the number which I found of no use at all.
    Some of our services, such as the BT Wi-fi, BT Cloud and BT Sport Apps, are only available to the BT Account Holder. We may ask you to confirm if you are the Account Holder before you can use some BT services. You can check and change your Account Holder status on this page.

    I have access to two accounts...
    One in my mother's name using an email I don't want to use which is now (thanks to the BT employee on chat) not connected to any BT account. If I try and connect it using my account number it states that it willl be a guest account because *my mother's name* is the account holder. 
    One in my name with the email address I want to use. This is connected to the correct BT account but is again just a guest account with no access to the BT sport online app that I purchased the service for.
    I've paid for a year's line rental up front by credit card but before I call the bank and ask them to reverse this payment and cancel the direct debit for the monthly payment can anyone help at all?

    I think the only way you are going to solve this is with mod help. Mods will post a contact us link after reading this post.

  • Not account holder

    I have tried unsuccessfully for two days; making numerous phone calls to BT, to get them to sort out my account so I can access BT Sport.
    MyBT says I'm not the account holder, the account belongs to dcwales2012, strange as I am dcwales2012 (real name not shown). Tried to edit account, nothing works, because I'm not account holder, can only change email and phone numbers. No other accounts registered to my name, or hidden.
    Last call to BT yesterday, when they said account would be changed in 48 hours. Checked this morning and account had been changed, but to wrong email address. Still says I'm not account holder.
    So after speaking to three BT call reps, sitting in a chat queue for 45 mins only to be thrown out when I reach number one in the queue, I've gone one step forward and three back.
    Does anyone have any ideas, other than the ones posted in other topics, because I've tried them all but with no success.

    After some more research I logged into My Bt then went to edit account (didn't do anything) at the bottom of page back to profile, this opened up into My Accounts and under Residential account holder status You are not the account holder If you believe that you should be the account holder, please call 0800 800 150. So again I phoned and after 20 minutes I spoke to a guy who insisted I am the account holder and swiftly passed me onto tech support who guess what never answered after a 45 minute wait. I have been going round in circles for two months now and I am close to giving up on Bt

    In the vendor master, payment transaction,, I would like to get the account hold or reference details field in the IDOC field when the payment in done by F110.
    Does anyone how to bring that field.

    The IDOC has three parts, the header (Content, structure,sender,receiver and status) Data segment (Segment number and field of 1000 character), status records.
    Modifications to IDOC can be done by the ABAPer by changing the logic in the program. Please discuss with the tech team / change / test .

    My By account says I,m not the account holder

    bt rep says it does n't matter & confirmed i had btsport on my account - which i knew already as i tried to register again & i got the - good news youve already .... message
    Went to btsport and got message sorry you can't access the btsport app ...because MY NAME is the account holder

    I think you may find you have a number of profiles associated with your account and the one you are using isn't the account holder. Go through the "I've forgotten my BT ID! process and put in your email address and any other email address you may have used in the past to see if there are any other profiles. Then you may have to reset the passwords on the other profiles to see which is designated as the account holder.
    BTW I've been through this and found the correct BT ID that is the account holder but still having issues see my post.

    I have a transaction type Z010 for interaction record that is copied from standart 0010 transaction type.
    I define dependent transaction type SRVO that is service order as a follow up of Z010
    My requirement is to open automatically open service order screen after confirming account
    As agents must do everything vey quickly while they are on phone, it is needed urgently.
    Now they have to open Z010 interction record screen, have to press follow up button, click to clipboard and then can open the scrren of service order.
    How can we automatically open service order screen after confirming account??

    I read it and see that interaction record is automatically created. How can it be made, is it a standard customizing?? Our interaction record is created automatically when follow up process-it is service order here- is created. First we confirm customer, then press to Interaction Record at the left hanside, then in this screen we press follow-up button, then click on Activity Clipboard, then service order screen is opened. I want to pass two steps, pressing Interaction Record and pressing follow up record, how can I do this??
    Exactly I have to define process type Business Activity for interaction record, I can't give Service Order process type directly to interaction record. Service Order type must be dependent to business activity, is it true?? If there is a way to directly giving service order type as an interaction record type, and making interaction record creation automatically after confirming, my problem is solved as very well.

  • How do I post an Invoice with 'on hold' status using this BAPI?

    Hey everyone,
    Okay, I'm working on an interface that will take Incoming Invoice information we receive from vendors and post it into the SAP system.  I'm still relatively new to ABAP, so it's a little slow-going for me...
    The BAPI is IncomingInvoice.  What we want to do is try to post the Incoming Invoice using the CreateFromData method.  That part, I'm clear on.  However, if there are any problems, the client wants us to post it with a status of 'on hold.'
    I'm been doing a lot of searching and a lot of BAPI documentation reading, but I'm not finding the answer.  I thought at first I could use the Change method, but it looks like I have to have an Invoice already out there in a particular status.  So if the CreateFromData somehow fails and doesn't really post an Invoice, then I think using the Change method is pointless.
    I thought the answer was to use the PreliminaryPostSingle method, as the documentation states that "enables you to post provisional invoice documents. Provisional invoice documents have the status 'on hold', 'on hold (from parking)', 'parked', 'parked as complete' or 'parked and released'."  But here's the kicker -- it expects IMPORT parameters of the INVOICEDOCNUMBER and FISCALYEAR.  But I don't have those yet, right?  Why does the method tell me it can post documents with this kind of status, but it expects me to provide key fields to an Invoice that doesn't yet exist, doesn't have a field that lets me set the status, and only returns the standard "return" table?
    I'm pulling my hair out on this one, guys.  I'm really hoping someone out there can help out.  As always, helpful posts will be duly rewarded with points.  Thanks everyone!

    Vyerah, sorry for the delay in the reply, but we only recently decided how to approach this.  Due to further discussions about the criteria, it was decided that we wouldn't worry about the "on hold" -- if we try to post an Incoming Invoice and it fails, then it'll be reported as such in an output file.
    Certainly made my life easier, as I thought I was going to have to clone the BAPI and try to get it so that it posted with an "on hold" status.  I'm very, very surprised to see that, apparently, SAP doesn't provide a function or BAPI to allow you to post an Invoice as "on hold."  Oh well.
    Anyway, I wanted to give you the update.  Thanks again!

    It sounds as though you are experiencing an issue with an Apple ID and authorizations. Based on your post, it sounds like you are familiar with the authorizing and deauthorizing process. The Apple ID in question (your wife's email) may be originating from the iPhone you are attempting to update. Is it possible that your wife created an Apple ID or iCloud account which is signed in on that iPhone?   • Message got struck in hold status in message monitoring.

    Hi SDNers,
                 I am doing Idoc to File scenario. I triggered an Idoc and it is successfully processed in XI and got struck in message monitoring with hold status.
                 After repetetive attempts of restarting the message, still it is in hold status.
                 Even if I tried to cancel the message, it is not cancelling as it is in hold status.
                Can anybody please help how to process the message or can anybody explain how to cancel the message from message monitoring, which is in hold status.

    If the message that has not yet been delivered is not in error state, the problem cause is probably that the message is blocked in the QRFC queues of the Integration Engine.
    Check queue status
    Call the Integration Server and call transaction SMQR in the sender and receiver Integration Engine in the corresponding system client.
    Check the status of the scheduler and the status of the XBQ* and XBT* queues:
    u25CF     Inbound qQueues
    XBTI* (ExactlyOnce)
    XBQI* (ExactlyOnceInOrder)
    u25CF     Outbound queues
    XBTO* (ExactlyOnce)
    XBQO* (ExactlyOnceInOrder)
    u25CF     Acknowledgment queues
    XBTB* (ExactlyOnce)
    XBQB* (ExactlyOnceInOrder)
    u25CF     Large message queue
    XBTL* (ExactlyOnce)
    If the scheduler has the status Waiting, it is waiting for free work processes. This is why delays occur when XML messages are processed.
    If not all necessary queues are registered, you can search for queues with the name prefix above using transaction SMQ2. Use transaction SXMB_ADM to register the queues in this case.

    We have created the sales document by referring the billing document of contract no.Aftre that we have raised invoice for sales document. Now system is generated both invoice , accounting document and the value is appearing against the invoice document. However the status against the accounting document is showing as not cleared. I want to know where we could see this status in Table,
    Normally we can see the status in FPLT for contracts since its having the billing plan no. Suppose if the billing plan is not available like S.O , How to check the status in table?
    I have refered so many tables but not helping. Since i want to get the uncleared value of accouting document.
    Please help me.

    The accounting document status in the document flow is determined dynamically when you display the document flow,
    it's not saved in a specific table.
    Here is the relevant logic:

  • After F110 run in the payment file the account holder details are missed

    After running the F110 pament run, In the payment file the ACCOUNT HOLDER name is missing . The ACCOUNT HOLDER details must picked up from VENDOR MASTER. This  is happening when ACCOUNT HOLDER and VENDOR  are different. When ACCOUNT HOLDER and VENDOR  are same it is displaying Correctly.The Bottom line is when VENDOR=ACCOUNT HOLDER, in the payment file it is displaying the VENDOR name correctly. But When VENDOR is not= ACCOUNT HOLDER, in the Payment file ACCOUNT HOLDER name is blanked out. The bank requires the name in that field in the payment file.

    We are using the program RFFOJP_T and when payment file is generated, some of the payment details are missing.
    I have executed payment run for 5 payments and only one 1 has come to the file and below 4 are missing.
    The following payment documents/payment orders were not updated

    Some Messages are stuck in Runtime workbench of PI in Holding status,When I resend the messages they return to same status again.
    The messages are sent on 15-5-2014.I could not find those messages either in SXMB_MONI or SMQ2.
    Now how to resend the messages successfully.Appreciate your help in this.

    If it is EOIO then you can go the Messaging System and there you can find  the message which is blocking the other queues. Check the first message and delete it
    And go to runtime work bech ---Message Monitoring --Adapter Engine and filter Holding message and Resend/cancel the first holding message
    If it is not successfull stop and start the recevier communication channel. This will work
