Control in Delivery(WM)

Dear all
System is allowing to delete the delivery item(VL02N) for which Transfer order is already created and confirmed. How to control this?
Thanks in advance

Hi
I am sorry to persist but as long as the delivery exists and the post ngoods issue has not taken place I am 99.99% sure you will always be able to delete it.
If you think about it logically it makes sense. The TO only states that you have picked the stock for the delivery, The post goods issue confirms that it has left the building BUT in between these two steps anything could happen, Customer cancels, Stock is required for a more urgent order, stock goes out of date, stock gets damaged and there is no more and even the fact that the delivery was created in errror in the first place. In all and any of these scenarios and I am sure many others you need the facility to delete the delivery if required. If you have users that delete deliveries that they shouldn't then this is a Training and discipline issue and not a SAP process issue,
I hope that this helps

how do we control the delivery document, because delivered qty has been reversed with return ordered process,PGR and Cr.Memo also happened,
kindly help me out, is there any control can we use if the preceeding delivered qty has been reversed with return order process, it should not allow the user to cancel the invoice and reverse the delivery.
    Please help me on this
    Earliest solution is highly appreciated,

    Muralidharan S

    Dear,
if you give the rights of cancellation to user then it is happen again and again. so, with the help of your basis team you just cancel the invoice cancellation right from user SAP ID and give the rights to authorize person who only have rights to cancel the invoice.
    That's the standard way.
    Hope it will help you.

  • Control for delivery from projects

    Hi
Is there any way we can control the delivery of components from projects CNS0 using User statuses.
The components in project stock should not be delivered until the User status permits it.
    Kindly advise.

    Hi,
Please create a user status with business transaction "Goods Issue Delivery" as forbidden , and assign the status to the WBS element.
It should work. I have not tried it out though.

    Dear All,
In STO Scenario, how to control the over delivery?
I created a PO for the Intra Company stock transfer & Delivery created in the Background with the T Code VL10B. When I am doing picking using T code VL02N, the system is allowing to add  more than PO Quantity in batches and system displaying the warning message (Specified quantity is greater than the open quantity/Message no. VL287) & allowing to save the deliver document..
Hence plz suggest how to restrict the same.
    Hope it is clear.

I am also in the same boat.
I searched the forum and got the link STO - How to control Over delivery ?
I checked OSS notes 548914, 386340,215488 but to no avail.
I suggested user exit USEREXIT_SAVE_DOCUMENT_PREPARE  in include MV50AFZ1 to my technical team for finding the resolution. So far it is still on hold.

  • Copy control problem : Delivery to Billing

    Hi Guys,
I am facing a strange problem regarding copy control between delivery and billing document. The case is as below:
When I am creating an F2 Invoice from LF Delivery the header texts from the LF Delivery is getting copied into the header taxt of F2 Invoice but this is not working when I am creating a F8 Proforma Invoice from a LF Delivery. The thing is like this LF-F8 copy control was working fine before couple of days and now it's not at all working. I am bit surprised to see this as these document types are Standard SAP document types !!!
Can anyone advice regarding this particular issue?
    Hrishi

    Hi,
Check your Copy Control Settings for
    Taget Doc.: F8
    Source Doc.: LF
    in T. Code: VTFL
    For Header Settings:
Maintain Field: Copying requirement - 009 - (DlvRel.pro forma hdr)
and Check Box: Copy Item Number
    For Item Settings:
Select your Item Category (say, TAN - Standard Item)
    Maintain Fields:
Copying requirements   010  DlvRel.pro forma itm
    Data VBRK/VBRP         000
    Billing quantity     D
    Pricing type         G

  • Credit Control at Delivery Level

    Hi All SD Gurus,
We have a situation where the customers are creating Sales Orders thru access provided online via the internet.
We want to set up Credit Control at Delivery level so that in case the credit limit is exceeded the system should stop the Delivery if the Credit limit is exceeded.
We are combining the Delivery, i.e a Single Delivery is created for multiple Sales Orders.
Is it possible for the system to be configured to allow delivery of those items in the sales order sequentially till the credit limit is exhausted, e.g.if the pending Orders are for 25 Lacs and the credit limit for the customer is 15 lacs and when we run the delivery thru VL10A the system should deliver sales orders upto a value of 15 Lacs sequentially.
If this is possible please explain how this can be achieved where we are combining the Delivery.
    Regards
    Rajkumar

    http://help.sap.com/saphelp_47x200/helpdata/en/7f/1d85347860ea35e10000009b38f83b/frameset.htm
If you want control at delivery level you do these setting allong with other creditmanage ment configuration settings.
    SPRO>Sales and Distribution>Basic functions>Credit management/Risk management>Creditmanagement-->Define credit groups(02and 03 are the standard groups for
    Delivery and PGI)
-->Assign checking group to sales order or delivery , here you click on credit limit for delivery types here you assign the credit group 02 or 03 to your delivery type.
-->Define the automatic Cradit control with these combinations
    Creadit control areaRisk categoryCredit group(02or03).
-->Maintain the credit limit in FD32.

  • Copying control from Delivery to Billing

    Hi Experts,
I created a new requirement for Copying control from Delivery to Billing. And it works in our develop server.
But when I transport it to our test server, it dumps with message can not find the include which my new requirement in.
But I go to SE38, there is the include.
I really have no idea about this. Any advice will be a help.
    Thank you in advance.
    Richard

    Hi,
Please follow the step mentioned below it will solve your problem.:::
1)The first step for correcting this type of short dump is to execute the RV80HGEN utility  program to re-generate all VOFM routines. Unfortunately, running this program does not always solve the problem. executing RV80HGEN did not work.
The output report for RV80HGEN denotes that all routines were activated, but the parent include was not repaired.
    2) Since RV80HGEN did not solve the problem, the next step is to manually regenerate the program index of the program that contains the VOFM routine. For billing data transfer routines, the program is SAPFV60C
    3) From the program editor, navigate using the menu to Utilities>Update navigation index.Executing this function will solve the problem.
Hope your problem is resolved !!!

  • Uploading capital planning/cost control/project delivery mgmt modules in Primavera Unifier 9.12

    Hello All,
I have successfully installed Primavera Unifier R9.12 on my system. I had searched a lot but I didnt find any document which tells you how to upload capital planning/cost control/project delivery management module in Primavera Unifier R9.12. Can anyone pls share the steps or document.
    Thanks
    AKHIL

    HI Akhil,
I'd love to help you in this area but i only know the product from a tech/install side of things.
My functional colleagues had the exact same gripe that you have regarding sample data - unfortunately with the way Unifier is designed in regards to it being both customizable and difficult to delete/change some objects it doesn't quite lend itself to having sample data the way P6 does.
    Good luck playing/learning the tool

  • Control over delivery in service master

    Hi,
we have purchasing value key which is assigned in material master.the value set in this key help to control the over delivery in the PO. is it possible to restrict unlimited receipt for service PO.
    Regards,
    Anjali

    Hi Anjali Kumari ;
I think that you do not want to maintain in service master data. Also , you can procure with or without service master, it is possible.
    I recommend ;
    1- Create a screen layout - required fields : delivery tolerances - tcode OMF4
2- Maintain EFB parameter , add this layout Z01 type. Assign it users.
3- After that this users create PO when they have to fill this area in po.

  • Authorization Control on Delivery Schedule without PR reference

    Dear All,
My client wants to control authorization of users for adding delivery schedule in purchase order, where, the user should not be able to add a delivery schedule to Purchase order without referencing to a purchase requisition.
This is required because, some users are adding delivery schedule to existing purchase orders without referring to Purchase requisition, which is hampering my MRP results.
The authorization of creating purchase order with reference to PR is already controlled using parameter EFB. But this does not stop uses from adding new delivery schedules in existing purchase orders, which were created referring to PR.
For example - PO Number ABCDEFG / Item Number 10
    Delivery Schedule No. 1 -  01-03-2011 / Quantity - 10 EA / Reference PR - VWXYZ / PR Item 10
    Delivery Schedule No. 2 - 05-03-2011 / Quantity - 12 EA / No reference PR
    Delivery Schedule No. 3 - 10-03-2011 / Quantity - 8 EA / Reference PR - TYIEMX / Item 10
    Delivery Schedule No. 4 - 25-03-2011 / Quantity - 20 EA / No reference PR
I want that the users should not get the authorization to create delivery schedule no. 2 & 4 in above example.
Can any one let me know how to do this?
    Regards,
    Prashant

    Hi
Please use the BADI - ME_PROCESS_PO_CUST for enabling the check that a requisition is mandatory for Creating a PO line, ensure that the same check is applied for the schedule lines as well to prevent the inclusion of new schedule lines without  a PR
    Thanks & Regards

  • STO - How to control Over delivery ?

    Dear All,
In STO Scenario, how to control the over delivery?
Please note that I have already assigned a tolerance % in my Purchase Value key & same has been assinged to my material.
Now when I create a STO for this material system is picking up this Overtolerance percentage. But Still If I create a delivery more than the PO Qty (which exceeds the tolerance %). System is allowing to save the delivery.
Hence plz suggest how to restrict the same.
Please note that I am selecting the Partially Delivery indicator in STO as A - Create a delivery with qty. greater than zero Since tolerance wont work if I select Partially delivery allowed.
    Hope it is clear.
    Thanks & Regards,

From OSS note 548914 Over/underdelivry tolerances for GR/GI for stock transp.ord.
             R E L E A S E  <  4.70
Stock transport orders without SD processing / delivery (for example movement type 351 for the goods issue, Transaction MB1B, MB11):
During the creation of goods issues for stock transport orders the system does NOT include overdelivery tolerances (T156F-FELDM = DM07M-UETMG) maintained in the purchase order item. The system checks only against the quantity ordered during which the system may display message M7022, which can be customized. This is valid for both stock transfers within a company code and for cross-company-code stock transfers.
Stock transport orders with SD processing / delivery (for example movement type 641 for the goods issue, SD Transactions VL02, VL10):
If these are stock transport orders with SD processing, the system neither checksduring the goods receipt nor during the goods issue against the quantity ordered + overdelivery tolerance.
             R E L E A S E   >=  4.70
As of Release 470 there is, if required, a check against underdelivery tolerances (Field V_T161W-TOLKZ) during the goods issue for the stock transport order. Otherwise the checks are as described for the earlier releases. Customizing: IMG => Materials Management => Purchasing => Purchase Order => ..underdelivery tolerances

  • Authorization Control for Delivery Document Deletion

    Hi experts,
I know there's way to control the deletion of Sales Document through V_VBAK_AAT and V_VBAK_VKO.
However, how can I control the deletion of Delivery Document (in t-code VL02N)?
    Thanks in advance.
    Chin

    Hi,
if you can't find a standard authorization object using standard tools such as SU24 and ST01 then there is a BADI LE_SHP_DELIVERY_PROC with method CHANGE_FCODE_ATTRIBUTES. This method is called whenever screen is displayed and can be used to exclude menu items e.g. Delete Delivery. So you can create a custom authorization object which will be used to control access to delete function.
    Cheers

  • Control Unplanned Delivery Cost in miro

    Dear All,
I want to limit the Unplanned Delivery cost by some %, say my Total invoice amt is Rs 1000 & i need to set 10% as the limit for Unplanned del cost field. so max i can enter upto Rs 100 here. How can i achieve this ?
    regds,
    CB

    Hi,
Guess there is no tolerance limit which can be set on Unplanned Delivery Cost.
This feature itself is there to map any Unplanned cost in MIRO,  hence there is no logic in having a tolerance for it.
    Hope this answers.
