CRM Order Reference Objects List
Hello SAP Experts,
We are trying to extract the CRM Orders list of Reference Objects.
With Datasource 0CRM_SRV_PROCESS_H we can only extract the Main Reference Object .
Also, we can get this list with function crm_order_read, by selecting table ET_REFOBJ.
But is there a DataSource that extracts this information to BW?

Hi,
You should be able to get the same from table OBJK. Use the OBKNR field value for the order number from table AFIH in table OBJK.
Use the ILOAN number obtained from table OBJK in table IFLOT for obtaining the Functional Location key associated to the object list entry. The functional location text can be obtained from table IFLOTX.

PM: how to track the operations in prev.maint order against object list
Dear PM Guru's.
i have one issue in my preventive maintenance scenario. i clubed the same type of machines in one maintenance order under object list tab. and i mention the list operations in maintenance order. suppose in one preventive maintenance order 10 operations are maintained and 5objects are mentioned in that order. Now i like to mention all these 10 operations activities against to 5 objects. how i can assign sequentially? i required like 10operations one by one row wise and 5objects side by side column wise. i would like to update the each operation activity against each machine column? how i have to do this one?
Please suggest me and help me.

Jalendhar MeruguUsing Object functionality, we can maintain many equipments in the order.
But the constraint is that one operation can be assigned to only one equipment. In your case, you have 5 objects. If all 10 operations will be performed on 5 objects, then you have to maintain 50 operations & you should assign the objects.
In other words, if one operation will be performed on 5 objects, then you should define that one operation 5 times & you have to assign to technical objects. You can't share one operation to many equipments. -
On Work Order using Object lists for equip u can manually create Notifi
On a maintenance Work Order using Object lists for equipment you can manually create a notification for each line item.
We want to automate this process to do this when we save the document.
Any ideau2019s on how to do this?

Please check the order's object list (inconsistency SOBJ)

I am facing a strange issue where I have copied a custom task from SAP standard decision task 00008267 caz I needed to perform some custom requirement on it.
I have done evry thing but then I have observed that Agent assignment is not coming at testing client which is on same server.
I also can not modify any thing at testing client.
So I performed SCC1 from testing client and check but still same issue.
Then I thought of re assigning agent at development client but while making it general task it pop up the message "Please check the order's object list (inconsistency SOBJ)".
And after again performing the SCC1 still the issue exist.
Can any one suggest their inputs where the problem could be and how should I fix it.

My requirment is that i have changed the WBS element of all the equipments. Noq these equipments are used in some orders. I also want that the new WBS elemment also get updated in the order. One option is that i open each order and do the reference object data update. But that is a lengthy process. Is there any kind of mass maintenance in which i put all the order numbers and all the master data for refernece object get updated.

Go to IW38, select all the orders where you want to update your reference object - eqpt in your case
Once you get the list, select all the orders
Click on your screen menu "Order -> Carry out Mass Change" Ctrl + F11
On the Popup, choose field you want to replace (use F5 to select the field for change)
Here you can follow two step
First time you remove all the Equipments -
Check Replace only - Enter the Eqpt Id
New Value with blank and then Execute
Second time, you give the new value with the equipment id you need & execute again
Suggest, you can keep the list of workorders handy as on the first run, (if you had selected on the basis of Equipment, you will be pushed to the IW38 selection screen)
Also try first using the test run -
PM Notification to be added to Work Order object list
Hello all,
I am using BAPI_ALM_NOTIF_CREATE to create a notification. I am passing the Order number to the import parameter ORDERID of the bapi. After that I am using BAPI_ALM_NOTIF_SAVE and thereby using BAPI_TRANSACTION_COMMIT.
The issue is that the notification created is not being added to the Object list of the Wor Order.Enable Object list Functionality in Configuration.
IMG - PM & CS - Maintenance & Service Processing - Maintenance & Service Orders - Functions & Settings - Define Notifications & Order Integration
For your Plant & Order type combination, select the option as All Objects assignment to Object list entries Active in Object list column.
Then in PM Order, mention the equipment or functional location or notification. In the bottom, you can find Assignment button. Select each row in object list & click before said button to assign the operations to object list.
Note: There are some threads available for this. Please do some search. You can find the same with screen shots as well, if any. -
Reference object changed in order
All,
Few orders have been changed with the reference object in the header level in the course of order processing, which has led to inconsistency in the data between the object at the time when the order was created and in due course of processing with new object ( Location and account assignment data (Default values)).
There is a need that whenever in due course of processing when the order reference object is changed, the default value in location and account assignment data in order should be updated..
How can we achieve this...We did this via a user-exit at SAVE (IWO10009) which popped up a message telling the user that there was a difference in Location data.

Unable to read list price in CRM order

i have a scenario where my client maintained new pricing procedure for which he has maintained a list price?(ZPRC) by using reference condition type (PR00) in r/3
i runned all customizing objects relating to pricing and even runned arequest for dnl_cond_a004 all have been succeslfully downloaded but i am
unable to find condition record for list price(ZPRC) when i am trying to Create an order,but i can able to enter the condition type(ZPRC) manually
couldyou tell me what could be the problem why condition types(ZPRC) are not picked automatically.

Check for the Access Sequence of your Pricing in the Order,
In the Accesses Tab in Your Order you can see how the Pricing is Determined and the Accesses that are used to Determine the Pricing Condition.
Check for your Pricing Procedure and the Condition Accesses that you have used for the Pricing Conditions to be Determined.Check the Access Sequence of your Condition Access which determines the Pricing from Price List Ensure it Contains the Table Name "SAP155" This is the Table for the Price List Determination.
I doubt that your Condition Type is not able to Find the Price Record for the Price List for the Article and so it is not Appearing in the Order::Check for the Condition Records have been Downloaded in the CRM Table for Price List "CNCCRMPRSAP155" and then try to sort why the Priceses arenot Appearing in the Order.
Also for Manual Entry for a Condition Record you need to Select the Option "Manual Entry Has Priority"
in the Tab Changes for the Condition Record in Condition Types.

PM Object list & Order time confirmation link tables
Hi Gurus,
We are using the Object list in the maintenance plan and the PM order is triggered. The list of functional locations are maintained in the Object list.
The monitoring / Inspection details are captured against individual object list during the time connfirmation using the SORT FIELD.
To track the time confirmation with reference to the functional locations used in the object list a report needs to be developed.
I can understand that the Object list initial details are stored in the table "OBJK".
However the data update after time confirmation is not refecting in the table "OBJK".
Can anybody share your experiences.

1. During the time confirmation (IW41) by selecting the Object list push button on the top of the page, the "SORT FIELD" can be updated and the "processing indicator" can also be set against each object line item.
2. The updated "SORT FIELD", "processing indicator" information during the tme confirmation can be seen in the order under the tab page "Objects".

Inserting Object link as reference object in Maint Order/Notification

I've mapped pipe line using obejct link,now when i create Maint Order or Notification system displays below mentioned message,
Select a link object as reference object
Message no. IH101
Diagnosis
You are trying to create an order or a notification for a link object, but have not yet selected an object.
Procedure
Place the cursor on a link object. This object will be entered in the notification or order as the object referred to.
In std Screen RefObject thers is no ref object for Link,
Please guide me how we can create Maint.Order/Notification against Object Link,as it is required to track cost as well as history of repairs in pipe line.

i refer page no 18 of SAP book Object Networking (CS-BD/PM-EQM-ON) SAP AG Release 4.6C,
To select a particular link from the list, (IN18)select the object link and choose one of the following options:
Goto --> Change/Display --> link, You reach the object link data screen.
Goto -->Create notification --> Notification type
You reach the screen where you can create a maintenance notification for the link. If a link object is entered for the selected link, the system automatically uses it as a reference object for the notification.
Goto --> Create order
You reach the screen where you can create a maintenance order for the link. If a link the system automatically uses it as a
reference object for the order.

Reference object data update in Location tab page of order
Hello
When a reference object in notification/order is changed, the location and account assignment data is updated in order location data by standard settings in SAP but any changes to the master data of the existing reference object is not changed in Notification/Order location tab page.
But there is an option that when you change the data in the technical object and you need the same to be reflected in order location data for which this order has the reference object, we can use the functionality of clicking the right mouse in object list and so the data will be updated in notification/order.
Please explain how to carry out this step "of clicking the right mouse in object list and so the data will be updated in notification/order"..
I have changed the Location data/Account assignment data of techincal object in its master data and now i want that to reflect in Work order.

Keep the cursor in Equipment field & right click the mouse. You can find the option Update Reference Object Data.
Select that option, you will get updated details in the Notification / order.

Complete product list in ICSS catalog for Reference Objects:Products
In my current scenario, I have products that belong to different sales areas and while I create a catalog, I have created different variants for different sales area and assigned the products accordingly.
The problem is, in the catalog usage (SPRO->CRM->Web Channel->e-service->catalog usage), I can create 1 catalog indicator corresponding to only 1 catalog variant and the same indicator I am giving in the XCM for ICSS catalogs. The problem is, as different variants have different products, the user would never be able to see the complete list of products but can only see the products belonging to 1 variant (whose indicator I have given in the XCM). The expectation is that the user should be able to see all the products (irrespective of the sales area ) in the Reference Object field (ICSS catalog).
I tried different combinations like-
1.Creating catalog views and assigning BPs. There is no option though of assigning a view in ICSS catalog
2.Giving all the indicators in XCM separated by u2018,u2019. I was hoping that the string would be read with a delimiter in the code.
3.Only giving the catalog name while creating the indicator in SPRO (Variant is not a mandatory option there). This resulted in runtime errors on the UI when I tried to access the catalog

Checked the values in the Visual Admin -> Trex Service--> nameserver.address value is filled with the host name and port number
But no nameserver.backupserverlist is maintained . If it required should i give the same server details of the above property ei "namserver.add*"
And also i found that in the Tcode SES_ADMIN , everything is blank and also in the ICSS/B2C/ADMIN portal . the Catalog Cache Statistics is blank, there is no Key or Catalogue Guid is present
Please suggest me where to check now again .

Meaning of field GUID of a CRM Order object in Datasource 0CRM_CONTACT_OUT
Dear Sirs,
The standard datasource Customer Contact: Outbound (0CRM_CONTACT_OUT) delivers a field Guid of a CRM Order object (0CRM_0HGUID).
What does this field acctually give you?
Is it a GUID of a acctual order created in CRM for the given BP (in a given marketing element, targetggroup)

thanx for your help, with which I go a step further. What I need is to obtain a service order GUID(at last the external reference number) according to a notification number in SAP Support Desk. In CRM_JCDS, CRM_JEST I got a lot of infos but not the notification number, so that I could not establish a relationship between them. And I'm not quite clear what you mean by FM STATUS_TEXT_EDIT(why I should edit the status text)? Can you explain more?

PM preventive PM Order confirmation on the basis of object list

In paintenance plan I have funtional location.In object list I have 5 Equipments.Now when order is generated there are 4 operations.All the operation is same to all equipments.Is it right.
Now when I am going for its confirmation,I don't know how to do the same on the basis of Equipment i.e object list.Can any one help me out with the steps involved in the same.

1.In your case here we would do confirmation for each order operation and that will be applicable for all the eqpts in the oblect list of the order.
2. If you want to generate separate order with same operations for different eqpts then use maintenance item in the maintenance plan .Thus maintenance order gets generated for each maintenance item in the maintenance plan.The same order would be applicable for the list of eqpts in the object list of maintenance item ..
