Customer complaint

Dear All,
We want to capture customer complaint in SAP R/3 where following activity should be mapped.
1.Entry of Customer complaint with nature.
2.Action to be taken at client side against complaint enetered (status changed of complaint i.e. person will visit to
customer  within xx date & xx time)
3.Name of Person who will attend the complaint.
4.Suggested solution by the person who attended the complaint i.e. return or replacement or extra discount.
5.Auto creation of Credit memo with reference to complaint no once complaint is going to closed.
6.Credit memo should have release procedure i.e. upto 50000 credit memo released by user X1,>50000 <100000 credit memo
released by user X2, and >100000 credit memo released by user X3,
7.Customer wise complaint history information.
We have currently using MM,SD,PP,QM,PM,FI-CO module. Plz suggest can we able to map this scenario in R/3.
I am able to enter the customer complaint through QM01 t code with nature but other activity I am not able to do that.
regards,
sp shukla.

Hai,
This Notification can be used to link with MM to record the material in / out status.
Then, the balance activities cannot be linked with FI for AUTOMATIC CREDIT MEMO, Release strategy for credit memo can be achieved by configuration.

Mani

  • Customer Complaints Processing.

    Hi,
I am trying to do cusotmer complaints processing. For this I have defined the Reasons for complaints with the abbrivation RETN for the sales document type RE (Return) and given a tick mark for the changeable and check qty. and the followup document for the return is Subsequent free of charge delivery (SDF) document type.
I hope what I did is enough, or is there any other thing to do to address customer complaint process flow ?
    I have created a sales order for the qty-3.for a material M1
then there was a Return of qty-1 of material M1
I have also done the PGR and VF01 and got the credit memo.
Now when I try to do CMP_PROCESSING, I am getting the error message as:
"There is a return that has not been processed for item 000000
    Message no. VCMP012"
What exactly I am missing and where ? Could any one have any suggestions please.
    Regards,
    Venky

Complaints processing in TCode CMP_PROCESSING takes place based on the customer's billing doc or delivery doc which gives rise to the complaint. Not on the bases of return order or delivery.
This is the reason you are faceing error VCMP 012. As already error suggest
    System Response
You cannot create a complaint for an item about which there has already been a complaint.
    Procedure
Wait until returns processing has been completed.
Thus, kindly provide referenced billing doc or delivery doc, which is used to create Return order.

  • How to escalate a claim when being ignored by customer complaint advocate

I have been having significant problems with my Lenovo Y500. While the problem is quite complex, the gist of it is that there is some sort of power issue preventing starting up without AC power. I am also unable to wake my computer from sleep (even when plugged in) without it restarting.
I sent the computer in (which is under warranty) and it was sent back with a re-imaged hard drive, despite the fact that the issue was a power issue. Needless to say, the problem still existed. While arranging a second RMA, I was forwarded to Doris S., a customer complaint advocate. I responded to her initial email request for more information with a detailed email on the same day she sent it. This email was ignored, with no response given for 17 days. I followed up with another response and received nothing back. When I call her office phone, she does not pick up.
I have invested significant time and effort in getting this machine fixed and want nothing more than the working product I paid for. I have been engaged in the RMA process since November...going on 3 months total.
PLEASE - someone tell me how to get this wrapped up and a new/refurbished machine in my hands, preferrably without having to send my laptop in for another month, just to have the repair staff reimage the drive and NOT fix the problem.
I also can't stress enough that Doris S. as well as the repair tech that worked on my machine are two very big reasons I will never buy a Lenovo again. To all potential Lenovo customers....BUYER BEWARE...these guys do not honor warranties in good faith.
Moderator note: full name of Lenovo employee removed per forum rules:  Lenovo Community Participation Rules

Bump - I continue to try to contact Doris S., my customer complain advocate and she has yet to answer, pick up my phone calls, or respond to any of my emails. Does anyone have contact information for an alternative customer complaint advocate or a supervisor in the department?

  • Where is the customer complaint section on the HP site?

So besides my printer NOT coming with a USB cable, this crooked HP company does not have a complaint section or is it just very hard to find? Is this forrum the only thing that HP has that resembles a customer complaint section? It looks like it's meaningless and exists only to make us think we actualy have a say in what goes on with this corporation.

This forum is not a customer complaint forum.  It is a peer to peer support forum where people can come to get help from others like themselves.
If you want to contact HP with an issue see the "Contact HP" link on nearly every HP page.

  • Would someone tell me where the customer complaint is?

I have bought T520 5 months ago for 2000 pounds.
The rescue and recovery never works, the wifi stopped working after 3 weeks, and the computer can not be shutted down.
To fix the problems, I upgraded my warranty from carry-in to on site, the worst part is I spent 2 weeks and 5 phone calls to upgrade my warranty, the first 2 calls provided me wrong e-mail address, which the custome service blamed this fault on me!
I searched the entire website and can not find a place for customer complaint.
So I was wondering if someone has found it or it doesn't exist at all.
Thanks very much for information and advice in advance.

    Hi Cybabyfish,
Having just done a quick search, i have come across this email address...
    [email protected]
Doesn't seem much of a direct complaints line, but having searched, it would seem that many people are finding it difficult to get directly to the complaints team.
The site I found though does give a telephone number as well...

  • Customer Complaints

    Hello Gurus,
I need some advice regarding a customer complaints scenario.
    Scenario:
Some goods are sold to the customer. The goods are having a warranty of say 6 months. Customer rejects some goods due to some reason in the warranty period and he is eligible for replacement of the same.
I know we can create a returns order and then create a subsequent order
    My Question:
How do we set the warranty period for the goods.
How do we make sure that the goods outside the warranty period do not get the replacement and do not get delivered?
    Regards
    Mahesh

  • HP OfficeJet 6600 customer complaint

HP OfficeJet 6600 customer complaint.   Since I have had this printer i have been able to print successfully 12 times.  The paper feed does not work consistantly.  It spits out meaningless error messages that can not be cleared.  The cartridges are ridiculously expensive.  Now it is spitting out blank copies and using up ink.  I assume this is a printhead issue.I would never by any HP product again.  I will never shop in the chain again I bought this printer again. I know it is futile to complain since there is no effective customer service.

  • Customer Complaints in qm

    Dear sir
pl tell  me   what are the custmer complaints , which are able to map in the QM SAP SYSTEM.
    thanks and regards
    Baswaraj

    Hello Baswaraj,
Customer complaints can be maintained in SAP QM module.
    1.     You have to assign the inspection type 06 to material master.
    2.     The moment 651 movement (inwarding of customer returns) occurs, it creates one inspection lot of origin 6.
    3.     Record the defects against this lot through QA11 / QA32
    4.     Quality notification will automatically be created for this.
    5.     You can see summarised reports in MCOV, QM15.

  • Write a conclusion at notification Q1 - Customer Complaint completion

My user wanted to add a conclusion/Report writing at the completion of Customer complaint notification.

Can someone please advise how can we do it in Standard QM notification? is there any fuction that supports this requirement.

    thx
    M. Daar

    Daar,
We have 3 ways for such requirements. See these numbered portions in the picture
    1. GOS toolbar
Attach your Conclusion document in the form of a .doc, .xls, .pdf etc to GOS toolbar as an attachment/s.
    2. Notification Long Text
Give your Concluding story in the Notification Long Text.
    3. Additional Data Tab with DMS links (092 screen area)
Make your Conclusion report as a DMS Document (DIR) and assign in the Additional Data Tab.
(If no such tab is available, have it through configuration)

  • Not responding to Customer Complaints!Hickory Tree Road/ Peters Creek Location Store

Been a Verizon/Alltel Business account holder for 13 years and always been satisfied until recently. It's bad when a store gives you the District Manager's number and she doesn't repsond to your complaints either. My 17 year old daughter went to a "satellite" store and upgraded her phone which we gave verbal permision for her to do by phone. But then she comes home with two new digital data cards that they told her were free and bill us for subsequently. When I go to return them, they give me one hassle after another and even as of today, it still hasn't been accomplished after numerous attempts. They changed our plan and extended our contracts on all our devices when she upgraded   and now no one will even attempt to fix the problem. I have assured them this issue is not going away, I will definitely be getting a lawyer involved now due to the fact that they allowed an underage person to  make changes to my account. When all it really would have taken was a simple phone call from  the District Manager and someone making the location correct what they should have never done in the first place. I have a long list of complaints all stemming from one visit that occurred when my daughter upgraded her phone. Unfortunately, guess sales commission outweighs good judgement and customer satisfaction with Verizon these days. Beware Do not go to the Hickory Tree Road/Winston Salem Location Store-  As a matter of fact, JUST AVOID VERIZON ALTOGETHER!

Actually, YOU allowed an underage person to do this when you gave them permission over the phone. No one to blame but yourself.
When all it really would have taken was a simple phone call from  the District Manager and someone making the location correct what they should have never done in the first place. I have a long list of complaints all stemming from one visit that occurred when my daughter upgraded her phone. Again, after permission was given by you over the phone as you stated earlier in this post.

Also it seems you should avoid personal responsibility for your own actions.

  • Blocked Domain causing Customer Complaints

We are a marketing firm providing deployment services as an ESP for our client, a national business trade show and exposition company.  We utilize a dedicated transmission domain with associated IP's bound to it for deployment of customer emails.  Each IP has been SenderScore certified through Return Path.  These emails are specific to shows that recipients are either about to attend or have attended in the past.  It is essential to our client's continued business success that they are able to communicate with their customer base with important show information via email.
I have requested whitelisting through your online service with no success.  This is becoming an increased issue with their attendees utilizing Verizon’s email service.  They are complaining to our customer and are losing  business as a result of these emails not being allowed delivery.
We work diligently with our client currently utilizing dedicated IP's to ensure best practices with respect to their list hygiene and maintenance.  The IP's are used exclusively for this customer to communicate with their customer base of trade show attendees and publication subscribers.  We remove hard bounces and opt-outs in real-time.  Every message sent clearly identifies the source relationship and is CAN-SPAM compliant with respect to physical postal address and functioning opt-out link.
We utilize ReturnPath to monitor our reputation scoring, which all average 90 and above.  Our complaint rates and unknown user levels are very low.
We completely honor and respect Verizon’s efforts to stem the tide of spam.  However, in this case, we feel that having this domain blacklisted is unwarranted.  We respectfully ask for a review of the details surrounding this request.  Please help us understand if an unknown problem exists so that we may better comply with your acceptable use settings to remove the domain listing from your service.
    Thank you.

  • Customer complaint and dissatisfaction of services and treatment provided

I RARELY complain and try to just get on with things but this company has just about made my situation as bad as it could ever get. Where do I begin? I chatted with them as I noticed I had a charge on my account that was supposed to be part of my international favorites (that I pay for every month). The woman said the following (verbatim as I have a screenshot): "You'll not be charged for this and please be assured it will not happen again". Then went on to say the credit amount will be reflected before the bill is generated. This chat was several weeks ago BEFORE my bill and I have proof in a screenshot of the chat message. Of course they have it as well but refuse to take responsibility for this. I then received a text message yesterday saying I had to pay the full amount (without the credit) so I chatted again and the final answer was that the credit was going on the next bill. SO not only was I lied to but now they have had the audacity to say that there is nothing they can do now that the bill has been generated. I KNOW that there is something they can do. They are the company, their accounts, their billing. I called this morning as the chat service was obviously NOT working and was told again that there was nothing they could do. Washing their hands of their responsibility once again. AND on top of that, my last month's device charge had not been deducted and I was late on payment. I NEVER unauthorised any payments. I was told to call my bank. BUT before hanging up I wanted proof of credit. Carmen advised she had sent the text to my phone 3-5 times and also sent a email and I have yet to receive either. I tried to keep her on the line until I had some type of proof but she would not stay on. Why were they not able to send me text or email? THEY ARE the phone company I pay for these types of services??? I went on to call my bank who then advised that there had been no transactions on O2's end and are now sending a letter that I will get within 5 working days to have written proof from my bank that no such payments have been UNAUTHORISED. So I found myself wanting to make a payment I did not want to make in the first place and could not do it!!!! RIGHT?? Get where I am going with this? I propose to this company that they take a serious look at the treatment of customers and most important that they VALUE their customers because without them they would NOT exist. Bottom line is they did not keep their word and I am not happy about that. Not once did I feel any type of retribution for what they have caused. Yes, they credited my account and it will show on my next bill but it is about the principal of the matter and the respect they should have for their clients. I wonder if I will get a response from this? Probably not. I bet this gets deleted from their FB page. below is the copy of my chat Inline image 1 looking forward to hearing someone.  Best

Crazy that you have to keep chasing this. Just a couple of observations,  I would never rely on live chat to deal with anything account related, a credit can be added to the account immediately. This obviously wasn't done and that's unacceptable, it should have been applied when agreed. However the adviser was correct about not being able to alter the bill once it has been produced, the system won't allow this and it will have to now applied on your next bill. Keep an eye on My O2 and I agree with  about making an official complaint via the link. Very poor customer service and experience.

  • Need to file a customer complaint with Corporate(Sony 4k TV)

Hello I am a very frustrated Sony customer I purchased a Sony Bravia 4K TV model # XBR-65X850b from best buy on March 29, 2015 since then the TV has had issues 1. The color I'd faded and looks washed out 2. I can't keep the TV connected to the Internet with either wired or wireless setup( and it's not my internet provider that's been ruled out). 3. The 3d is unwatchable ghosting is visible and it jumps into 3d without there being any 3d content on the screen.  I can be watching regular TV and boom 3d will pop on. I called Sony to get this fixed and I keep getting the run around this TV is still under warranty but Sony doesn't want to help.  I spent my hard earned money well over 2 thousand dollars for this set and you would think that something could be done.  I received this email on July 16, 2015 that reads: Bryan Wilson, Sony appreciates your contact. Dear Bryan, Thank you for contacting Sony regarding your television repair, we have set a repair appointment for you on 07/22/2015 morning. Repair will be performed by our authorized service center HD Repair, the television will have to be in a serviceable position when technician arrives, please make sure the television is not wall mounted. In case you have any problem with the appointment you can contact them at 800-638-9682 and reference your case number: E61511913. Please feel free to contact us if you have further questions. Regards, Connie - C197 Sony Customer Experience TeamWe hope that the information provided has been helpful. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us via the following web page:http://esupport.sony.com/US/perl/support-contacts.plSincerely,Sony Support Then a week goes by and nothing. So I called the 800 number for HD repair and they tell me that Sony hasn't giving them the tracking number for parts needed and until they get the parts they will not send out a technician. HD repair also told me that if and when they get the parts in they will call me and schedule the appointment.  Then another two weeks go by and the repair technician from my city who is suppose to fix my TV called me and ask me why is your repair still in my que for over a month he asked if I canceled my repair.  I told him that the last I heard was Sony was ordering parts.  The guy told me to call HD Reair and Sony and find out when the parts will be order because he has seen this happen too many times before where Sony will put customers repair off and not get their unit fixed and the warranty will expire and the customer will be left with a defective TV. So I called HD repair and still the same "Sony hasn't updated us on the tracking info for the parts".  So I called Sony customer service to see if the parts was order and on the way but this guy keep me on hold for over an hour and gave me the number to call HD Repair again!!!!!  What I just got off the line with them and they said you guys was the problem.  So this goes on for another hour and he tell me that he has not tracking info and he has no other information to tell me other then the info I have in the email about my repair.  So two hours and I get no where near getting my set fixed. So I asked the Tech that you had me on the phone for over 2hrs and you knew nothing about my case the whole time and he tells me "yes you are right Bryan I'm sorry".    It's been over a month and nothing but the run around. This is the info the technical support guy gave me:  From: JOSAFAT, DANIEL JAY VILLANUEVA

Did you pay with a credit card? If so I would call and see if they have some sort of dispute resolution to help. I would also involve the retailer. They have better ways to deal with Sony than we do.
That is what I would do with such a new purchase. Many credit cards extend the warranty as well.
    It is worth a shot.
