Deliveries that belong to different shipping point assigned to shipments

Hi,
We have a scenario, where we have one plant - one shipping point and one transportation planning point.
Users in the traaffic department are able to (human error) assign deliveries that belong to different shipping point to one shipment. In our case user is trying to create a shipment for canada warehouse by mistake he assigned couple of deliveries that belong to one of US warehouse. Is tehre any setting in the system to restrict this.

Unfortunately into selection of deliveries there is no authority check for the shipping point.
User only selects deliveries but not display/change.. Here it is when check is done but not
at selection.
It could only be achieved under modification into LV56LF01 FORM alle_lieferungen_lesen
adding a check for authority object v_likp_VST.

In my current system there are a lot of shipping points assigned to Plants. It is taking a lot of time to delete them. Is there any easier way to delete all these assigments in bulk? Please let me know if there is any report that I can run inorder to delete them.

GO TO SPRO -> Enterprises structure -> Assignment -> Logestic Execution -> assign shipping point to site then search for plant and delet the shipping point which you don't want to keep,
and
SPRO -> Logestic Execution -> SHIPPING -> assign shipping point and delet the shiping points from shipping point determination

Loadbalance for servers thats belongs from different Vlan

Hi,
We are using FWSM and ACE module in our switch. We have to configure our new application in cisco ACE. Our exiciting servers and vip are in vlan5 and new servers and vips are in vlan 6. vlan 6 is defined in FWSM. We have craeated one interface vlan 6 for the application. While checking the interface status through "show interface vlan 6" we are getting the following error.
Not assigned from the Supervisor, down on Supervisor
We have already assigned vlan group to supervisor. We have allocated same interfce vlan to context also.
kindly suggest what chould be the issue.
Kindly suggest can we do the loadbalance for servers thats belongs from different Vlan???

We are using cisco 6509 switch with FWSM and ACE module.
We have created interface VLAN 6 in FWSM and ACE and assigned the IP as follows.
FWSM Interface VLAN 6 is 10.6.10.55 and ACE Interfce VLAN 6 is 10.6.10.60.
We have 2 servers in the same vlan (.49 and .50). and they are physicaly connected to switch vlan 6 and logicaly connected to FWSM interface vlan 6.
We have defined the VIP as 10.6.10.51 and that is not pinging from our network.
Server default gateway and ACE default gateway is FWSM interface vlan 6 IP(ie, 10.6.10.55).
We dont want to change the server gateway as ACE interface vlan 6 ip.
KIndly suggest how can i achive the loadbalancing with out changing my server gateway to ACE IP.

Different shipping point for returns delivery

How do i assign a different shipping point for returns delivery when the material was actually shipped from another shipping point?

Hi Salag,
As our expert suggested by using 2 shipping point you can create delivery. Delivery will create based on single shipping point.
In you scenario if you want to ship the return goods with different shipping point then go with new configuration.
For Normal sales order OR maintain the shipping condition 01 in the respective sales document type OR
For returns order maintain the shipping condition 02 in the respective sales document type RE.
When comes to shipping point determination shipping point will determine based on
   Order:        SC Loading Group Plant -- Proposed S.P -- Manual S.poimt
    OR    :        01 0001AAAA -
>     XXXX             --- YYYY
    RE     :        020001AAAA -
>    YYYY
If you don't want to go with different SC then manually change the Shipping Point in Returns sales order before creating delivery.

Plant and Shipping point assignment

Dear All,
As a standard process we have copied the plants and shipping points in the development client and i have deleted the default shipping point and assigned the newly defined shipping point.I have forgotten to assign one plant and shipping point and i have even deleted the default shipping point.Now i have to assign the plant x to the shipping point x where i am not able to find the plant in the ovxc screen.Is there any way to find the missing plant or i have to delete all the assignments and reassign again.
Help required as early as possible.

1) Check in OX10 whether you could see that plant
2) Check in OVXD whether you could see that shipping point
If the answer to both is yes, then you should be able to see in OVXC also. If not, better try to delete in the above areas also, recreate and then check in OVXC

OVXC - Shipping Point assignment to plant problem

Dear Gurus,
I have created a shipping point called: BER1 in EC02
When I want to assign it to my plant which I created earlier with the same name BER1 in OVXC, the system can't find the plant.
How is that possible when both structural objects have been created?
Please help.

However I forgot to assign the plant to: Sales Organization + Distribution Channel
How stupid have I been...

Sales order-different shipping points

Hi friends,
When I do a delivery after creating a new sales order with one line item, I am encountering an error which says that delivery cannot be done as delivery split becasue of dfferent points. I have even checked in OVL2 the shipping, loading group and plant and saved the same but still iam encountering the problem.Even shipping point is assigned to comp.code.Give me a solution for this.

hi,
i think this problem is because of copying plant,shipping point,loading point,loading group etc.you have to carefully check that not more than one
of this is prevailing in your settings.kindly delete the unwanted ones(which must have come along with during copying).
The second possiblity is that you check for the order combination field status
and set it accordingly.
I hope these should help you to solve your problem.

Shipping Point Assignment to Plant

Can anyone tell me the T Code to assign Shipping point to plant.
Though. I have defined plant in Enterprise Structure, when i go the assignments and try to do this assignment there is only the standard plant appering in the structure and hence am not able to assign the Shipping point for my plant.Am working on ECC 5.0

How can I correlate two columns that belong to different worksheets?

I am using beginner user of Numbers 3.2. I also thought of copying the columns of interest into a single sheet but don't know how to do so.

If you are looking for a column that will update as your reference column changes, try this:
In the first cell of your destination column type "=" (without the quotes)
Navigate to your reference column and click the header of that column. Click the check in the formula editor. You are back at your destination cell.
Copy.
Click the destination column header and paste.

Shipping Point Determination for Sub contracting Process

Dear Experts,
While processing the GR for a Sub Contract Purchase Order, we are getting an Error 'VL 100 - Shipping Point XXX doesn't exists'
However, I am not understanding where from this Shipping point is picked.
Checked the Shipping point determination based on Loading Grp, Shipping conditions & Plant. But that is a different shipping point, and it is being picked while processing the outbound delivery for sending components thru 541 Movement.
It is clear that the Shipping point XXXX is not existing, but not sure, as where from that Shipping point is being determined while doing GR

Check the following :
Are u posting GR through VL31N .
If yes, just check the receiving pt entered in Header Data - Shipment Tab.

Wrong SHipping point in delivery due list VL10G

Hi All,
We are facing vague issue related to delivery due list where it shows worng shipping point with respect to order.
Order has shipping point XXXX where as in deliverydue list it shows YYYY....
We checked the table responsible for showing values (Table VEPVG) in delivery due list.. It shows wrong shipping point YYYY as well...
Any idea why there is discrepancy...

Shipping point ZHYD is still assigned to a picking

HI Experts,
I have created ZHYD shipping point through copy from 1000 shipping point. Now i am going to assignment but the shipping point ZHYD is assigned all plantsu2019 am trying to delete all plants except ZHYD.but system showing fallowing error message,

Multiple Shipping Point in One Plant

Hello.
How to decide if we create another shipping point or not.
We have two warehouses, located far from each other.
The design is to have just one plant, and create two storage locations.
Should I make two shipping points for each warehouse and assign to just one plant?

Shipping point requirement is based on physical locations from which shipment is done, in case you are using Logistic execution then based on shipping point shippings will be done.
If you have two wh and want to create seperate deliveries for both wh use two seperate shipping points
you can automatically determine based on plant, loading group and shipping condtion.
from help you will find few other reason for which seperate shipping point decision can be made
list list, printing ...etc
Define, copy, delete, check shipping point
In this step, you define the shipping points in your company or edit
    shipping points that already exist. In order to adapt the functional
    scope of a shipping point to the organization in your company, you
    should process the following check list:
o   The shipping point is the top level in the organization for
        shipping.
o   A shipping point can be allocated to several plants.
o   A shipping point can be divided into several loading points.
o   A delivery is always initiated from exactly one shipping point.
        Thus, all items of a delivery belong to one shipping point. Groups
        of deliveries also belong to exactly one shipping point.
o   You can influence delivery scheduling via allocation to departure
        zones.
o   The shipping point can be proposed automatically during order
        processing depending on the plant, loading group and shipping
        condition.
o   A shipping point has an address.
o   The shipping point is used as a selection criterion for lists of
        deliveries and the work list deliveries.
o   The shipping point is used as a selection criterion for processing
        deliveries like printing, picking or goods issue.
o   You can determine the printer destination for messages differently

Controlling PO incoterms/delivery address from SO shipping point

We want to be able to create sales orders with individual Purchase orders ( Purchase orders created with sales order as account assignment - one PO for SO/SO Item )
We want to select freely between multiple shipping point in different countries within the same plant ( in free trade zones )
What is the best way to ensure that the purchase order reflects the different shipping point ? As this is DDU, the Vendor needs to know where to send the goods. You could imagne that the Incoterm 2 would be dynamically set according to the shippingpoint, but the Incoterms in the PO are static - header from vendor master, item from inforecord. Also is the PO delivering address not updated.
We are afraid that the vendor sends the goods to one place and the DSP will attempt to pick up at another ...

All i need is 2 W/days for picking and 2 W/days for loading from the shipping point. Do i need to delete duration also? i have deleted the workign times. Also , i do not need anything from Routes as well. I maintain duration , do i need to maintain them in days for all the possible routes ?? Since my pick/loading times are based on shipping points only , do i have to maintain this data for routes and wt grps ?

Choosing shipping point when delivery is performed

I have the following scenario:
A sales order that contains two items. Each item has a different shipping point.
When I deliver the sales order (from VA02), the system creates an outbound delivery using the shipping point of the first item (and only delivers the first item, OK). I need to force a concrete shipping point (depending on the user, not the first item).
How can I do it?

Thank you for your answers. I do not want the both lines into one delivery (shipping points are different). I want to chose the shipping point used to delivery (Delivery is created from VA02). Now, always is the shipping point of the first item that determines the shipping point.
Example 1:
A sales order contains two items:
Pos 10: Item A shipping point 01.
Pos 20: Item B shipping point 02.
If I perform a deliver from VA02, the shipping point used to delivery will be 01.
Example 2:
A sales order contains two items:
Pos 10: Item B shipping point 02.
Pos 20: Item A shipping point 01.
If I perform a deliver from VA02, the shipping point used to delivery will be 02.
So, the first item is used to determine the shipping point. I need to determine the shipping point depending on the user. I am looking for user exits or badis... (nothing at the moment)
