Download organization data to Mobile
Hi,
I have problem for download organization data to Mobile (CDB). I maintain organization data by transaction PPOMA_CRM. I have 4 distribution channel '10', '20', '50' and '70'. I maintain default distibution channel at '20'.
But after I download organization data to Mobile via spro (tcode-CRMD_DOWNLOAD_OM). I used option 'initial'. I check data in SMOMITAREA , default distribution is still '10' .
Anyone can help me will be appreciated.

in case the sync between CRM org model and CDB table smomitarea is not working properly you better do the following:
- deassign the particular employee from the org model node, save
- run the sync report in Tx spro mentioned above (delta, not initial)
- check data in smomitarea for particular employee: should be empty now - but I am afraid that there still are some "waste" data
- reassign the particular employee to the org model node, save
- run the sync report in Tx spro mentioned above (delta, not initial)
- check data in smomitarea for particular employee: should be filled now (if the report has run successfully)

Please select the following parameters when downloading the HR Org from CRM:
You can do this in the program RHALEINI (or in the transaction PFAL, which has the same function)
Tx: SM30--> This scenario is activated in T77S0: ALE REPLI
Objects:
1. Plan Version: 01
2. Object Type: *
3. Object Id: Copy the Object Ids which you want to transfer from HR System
4. Object Status: *
Reproting Period: All
Structure Parmaters: Blank
Transfer Mode:
Insert: Complete distribution, this will delete the exisiting and recreate it in Target System
Update: this will update the change records in CRM system
Message Types: HRMD_ABA

Organizational Data not downloaded to MSA
Hello SAP;
We are trying to set up MSA 5.0 SP06 and want to download our
organizational data to MSA. What we have done;
1. Marked the units which we want to download as sales org, sales
office,etc.
2. Marked the units which we want to download "Obj. Permitted in
Determination"
3. Did a synchronization load for "CRM_DNL_ORGMAN"
4. Run the program "Copy Organizational Structure to CRM Mobile" from
SPRO
5. Created a subscription "Customizing ORGMAN" for the
publication "Customizing ORGMAN" and assigned it to the client's site.
We are not able to see the data in mobile, may you please help us in
solving the problem?

CRM Application ConsultantCRM_DNL_ORGMAN is the download object only used for the settings of the common division / replacement division, but has per se nothing to do with the organisational model. This is replicated only via the CRM_ORGMAN_DOWNLOAD report (which you called via the SPRO). This report needs to be called in initial mode for the first time and should be executed with the changes/deletions option afterwards. Be sure that your sales and service scenario is buffered beforehand (Tx SM30, table T770MATTR).
Then all the relevant tables in the CDB should be filled. You can check this via tx. SE16, tables eg. SMOTVKOT or SMOTVTA.
For subscription you need to create a subscription on the publication "Customizing Objects" which includes the DNL_CUST_S_AREA Bdoc which transports these changes.

Offline data with mobile service - How to limit data download
Hi to all,
I have to manage offline data with mobile service.
I have a table with a lot of data but I would like to download data range by range,
let say 100 records for time.
Is it possible to do this with PullAsyn method?
I noticed that I'm not able to use skip function at the query parameter in the PullAsync method.
Infact if I try to use it in the query
await mytable.PullAsync("mykey",mytable.Where(r => r.userid == iUserId).Skip(iSkip).Take(iTake));
I receive this error:
Incremental pull query must not have skip or top specified

DanieleRight now, the implementation of PullAsync() in the .NET SDK, will always try to continue paging until the end. So this will download the initial range, but then continue on with everything after as well (updating skip until no more records are found)
So you would be better off (probably) in letting the inc sync logic handle the paging for you.
To come up with an appropriate workaround, what issue are you running into letting inc sync fetch all the pages sequentially in the background? -

No organization data for service products
Hi,
I create a CRM service order with a service product. Now there is a message, that the product in sales organization and distribution channel is not scheduled.
Our service products in general don't have organization data, cause they occur from r/3 service master data (transaction ac03).
How to assign org.data to service products in CRM? I cannot assign the set type for org.data to the category of service products cause we download the products with the middleware from R/3.

Sercie products will be created in CRM in service product type, while creating a service product you have to assign the Organizational data in sales and distribution tab

How to organize Data Objects and other Objects in SWCV
Hi,
I am looking for Best Practices on how to organize data objects in SWCV as well as other objects such as a Distribution Rules.
We are planning to develop three occasionally connected applications with NW Mobile 7.1 this year and maybe additional one the following year. We will create multiple Standard Data Objects (e.g. Plant, Company Code, Reservations, ...) which are shared in the first set of transactions and in the future transactions.
I have heard before to separate out Standard Data Objects from Distribution Models and have two different SWCV.
Should I have a) one SWCV for all current and future Standard Data Objects and one for the distribution rtules or b) should I separate out common data objects into one SWCV, and all transaction-specific data object each into separate SWCV?
Just wondering if there are any best practices available for this so that I won't run into problems in the future when we want to add more transactions/data objects?
Any advise is appreciated.

Now i want to create seperate SWCV2 for defining distribution model.
How i should proceed..I cannot see the uses option while creating new SWCV2 ( Only option i see is 'backward compatibility checkbox : uses NW04/NW04s MI Application')
where to check the following which you have mentioned?
SWCV2 was created and inherited SWCV1 in uses tab of SWCV2.

Missing Organizational Unit Data in Organizational Data Sales
Hi,
when using and working with CRM transactions, I cannot put in the neccessary Organizational Data Saes according to my wishes. (every field should be filled in,)
Org. Unit, Object name, Org. unit, Sales Org. Sales Off. Sales Group, Dis. Chan., Division
VKORG001 Sales Area.. o 50000015 VKORG001 01 01
=> no data are set for Sales Office and Sales Group so far in "F4" entry
This data occur in our Org.Modell and can be choosen manually as well. BUT as soon as they are maintained, the field "Organizational Unit" is empty again and so the transaction has error again.
Any idea about?

In CRM goto tcode - SPRO - Customer Relationship Management - Master Data - Organizational Management - Assignment of Organizational Units from SAP ECC - Assign SAP CRM Sales Offices to SAP ECC Sales Offices & Assign SAP CRM Sales Groups to SAP ECC Sales Groups - To maintain Sales Office and Sales Groups.
Then goto tcode PPOMA_CRM and configure the organization model as per your requirements.

Organizer data won't sync in Windows 7
When I try to sync my organizer data, it gets to the device calendar, hangs for about half a minute, and then dies without warning or errors.
additional info: Using a Curve 8900 that is about 3 weeks old on T-Mobile. Sync worked fine in XP. Just installed Win7 this week.I installed XP mode (virual xp system that runs on Win7), and was able to sync.

Hello *, when creating appointments or tasks no determination of organizational data takes part as it configured in CRM backend and working fine for identical transaction types in WebUI. Unable to download the data perfectly into excel sheet
Hi Frnds,
when i am trying to download the data from the output of a report into excel, some of the records(line items/rows) are getting stored in one of column of the excel sheet. Fog eg: my report outputs 500 line items. In excel after 100 rows the next 5-10 records/rows are storing in one column. so at the end of excel sheet i may not find total 500 records/line items.
Plz suggest me how to handle this.

No organizational data exists on item level (error message)
Hello everybody,
I still have this error message when try to create a shopping cart : 'No organizational data exists on item level'
Following a lengthy discussion with SAP Support, SAP recommended that I remove the reference of the Purchasing Organization and Purchasing Group to the backend system (R/3).
After removing the reference I was able to complete the SC creation process, but I got an error at the PO creation process, where I am unable to release the PO since it is not linked to a backend (R/3) Purchasing Organization/Group.
I am currently using SRM 4.0 with EBP 5.0 in Extended Classic Scenario.
I need an Urgent help on this issue !!

If You have own PO document type (ZCS) then don't hange it.
in SYS attrib add a local EBP system
If you don't use local categories, You don't need to add product cat. * for local system.
in my ppoma_bbp company have two purch orgs.
-for local (fields with purch org and system id is empty)
-for backend (fields with purch org is filled from backend system.)
Example:
Company (function with company code PW01\R3100)
- Purch org local (function purch. org. checked but not filled)
- Purch group local (function purch. group checked bud not filled)
- Purch org backend (function purch. org. checked with values PZ1\R3100)
- Purch group backend (function purch. group checked with values PZZ\R3100)

Enhance component ICCMP_BT_INR in BSP_WD_CMPWB if it's not been done yet.
Enhance view InrHeaderViewSet if it's not been done yet.
In view controller implementation class for this view (in my case it was ZL_ICCMP_BT_INRHEADERVIEW_IMPL) redefine GET_TAB_LINK_TABLE method in the following way:
METHOD get_tab_link_table.
CONSTANTS: c_orgdata TYPE string VALUE 'InrOrgData.BTORGSET/OrgSet',
c_partner TYPE string VALUE 'InrPartnerId.MainWindow'.
CALL METHOD super->get_tab_link_table
RECEIVING

* hide org. data tab
DELETE rt_result WHERE id CP c_orgdata.
* hide partners tab

Other way is:
Enhance component ICCMP_BT_INR in BSP_WD_CMPWB if it's not been done yet.
Go to Runtime Repository Editor there.
Delete InrPartnerId.MainWindow and InrOrgData.BTORGSET/OrgSet views from the viewarea Header of the ICCMP_BT_INR/InrHeaderViewSet.
But personally I've preffered first one. Just to remember what was actually there in standard.
