ECC - GTS issue

Hello
I am facing a problem of ECC fetching data from GTS.
The delivery output is not printing SHip to, Bill to, Consigne and Bill to data on the custom invoice (triggered from delivery document).
As per the Print Program and Smartform, this data is fetched from GTS through RFC. The RFC is active, what I want to understand is where this data is maintained in GTS??
Any suggesstion is highly appreciable,

Hi Prashant,
All this partner information master data is stored as Business partner - standard BUT* tables (but000, but100)
To look up which BP is used as the mentioned partner function for a document, i think you will need to find this link :
/SAPSLL/CUHD - document header
/SAPSLL/CORPAR - Partners for document, column PAFCT specifies the parther function (ship to, consignee...), parnter guid will get you to your BP

System Details.
1. BOE XI 3.1 SP3
2. Crystal Reports 2008
3. SAP ECC 6.0
4. SAP NW 7.x
Scenario: Crystal reports running against ECC system. SSO configured on Crystal Report database configuration option, report is accessed through SAP NW portal (which in turn is configured to BO Info View using KM IVIEW option). Report fails with "The database login information is either incomplete or incorrect" error message.
BUT the same user id (as the user id ) when hard coded ("Use same database logon as when report is run") in Crystal Reports database configuration static option ("Use original database logon information from the report") works fine.
Please let me know your thoughts regarding how to debug this issue?

if you want to have SSO for the report you need to :
- have the SAP Authentication configured and the SAP Roles imported
- the SAP Roles need to have the necessary rights on the BOE Server
and in your case because of the portal part :
- all machines need to be in the same domain
- all URLS need to be fully qualified
- trust between ECC and Portal needs to be configured
- your ECC system needs to accept portal token

Issue with Java Application with ECC - Connection Issue

We have developed one java application to connect to SAP to extract some data. We are using java API (sapjco) to connect to the SAP. Now we are facing one issue u2013 for the ECC while connecting through the java application we are getting u201CUserid or Password incorrect erroru201D, but with the same userid and password we are able to log through the SAP GUI. If we changed the password with all CAPS (Capital Letters) and without numeric values, its working fine in java application (Means its connecting to ECC)
We are facing this issue only in ECC; the same application is running successfully in SAP 4.7 etc. without changing password.
Please Help!

I would draw the conclusion that you have to provide the paaword in upper case. There is a standar java method there that does this for you. Just do it before sending the password.

ECC-GTS : Partner-Customer is not transferring from ECC to GTS

Dear All,
I have created a Customer in SAP ECC system and using Initial transfer of customer to GTS system . I got the below success message .
But, when I go and check the existence of the same Partner in GTS system , I did not find any associated Business partner record for this customer .
I have check transfer log in sap gts under "System Monitoring Tab" but I did not find any error log for this customer .
Can you please help me in this regard by suggesting any other areas where I need to check to find out the solution .

Hi Vinayaka,
Are you definitely checking the correct GTS system? You can run report /SAPSLL/PLUGIN_CHECK_R3 in your feeder system to check that the maintained Logical Target System for GTS.
In GTS, Check the BP transfer in transaction SLG1 for any error messages at the time of transfer.
When checking in transaction BP, are you selecting "External Number" when searching with the feeder system partner number.
Can you check in table /SAPSLL/PNTBP for the mapping between the feeder system BP no. and the GTS no. (field BPVSY relates to external no. ie feeder system. no.) and also check if an entry exists in BUT000.

We have some progress. Now data passed from SRM to PI and now stucked in ECC. The XML file in SXMB_MONI in ECC, shows the staus "Transfer to External Application" and in ECC SMQ2 Queue XBQRCCR4400000066 stucked with status "STOP".
While dubugging the relevant we are getting the error '"COMMNICUTION_FAILURE"

CRM-ECC Integration Issue

Hello Experts
I have an issue with data replication from CRM to ECC. My requirement is as follows:
1. There are few countries which have already gone LIVE with SAP CRM & ECC. In those cases, Customers will be created in CRM and the same will be replicated in ECC. The same happens for Quotations/ Sales Orders which gets replicated in ECC.
2. The business requirement currently is to prevent the replication of Customer master based on Account in ECC from CRM system for the countries which are going Live in future. Also teh Sales Orders, quotations which are created in CRM must not be replicated in ECC system & the same must be controlled based on Sales Area in ECC.
I am not sure of which Function Modules in ECC must be checked, so that we can find solution for the above. Probably, I am thinking of going for Z table for maintanenace of account groups and Sales Area in ECC, so that we can have better control.

For filtering the data that flows from ECC -> CRM you can set filters in R3AC1, R3AC3, etc.
For filtering data flowing from CRM -> ECC you need to filter based upon subscriptions in SMOEAC. You need to use an inteiligent Replication object assigned to your subscription for this purpose.

ECC-GTS : Partner Replication not Working

We are facing problems when trying to replicate master data from ECC to GTS.
Getting the error message
Of 1 selected partner(s), 0 were processed successfully
Message no. /SAPSLL/PLUGINR3111
Diagnosis
Not all partner masters have been processed successfully.
Procedure
You can access the process protocol in the Legal Service system. This protocol contains more information concerning the type of error that has occurred.
Am sure that there is some changes that needs to be done in the message type DEBMAS, but not sure what i am missing here?

Hi Carl,
That table holds the settings for logging. You can reach it through configuration, via IMGpath:
SAP Global Trade Services
> General Settings
>> Assign Control Profile for Logging
You should make sure that you have entries for the Business Partner, sub-objects /SAPSLL/BP_DISTR and /SAPSLL/PARMA. Generally you should assign Profiles MD_BP and MD_BPM respectively, but whilst you are encountering difficulties, it could be useful to assign GN_TST (General: Full Log) instead.

ECC plan issue

On running an ECC plan with resource constraint only, planned orders are getting generated at the end of planning horizon, though there is demand next week.

Routing for this item has a resource with usage of 12 Hr. so 2 qty should get schedule on a day.There are components in BOM with max purchasing lead time of 7 days only. Planned order is getting generated with Need by date of 28-May but Sugg start and Due date of 10-Dec-2010 (end of planning horizon)
Please suggest what is driving this behaviour.

We had similar issue with ECC plan. We were using a common resource (which was not CTP enabled), on all routings for lead time rollup calculation. We also have some capacity resources.
To resolve the issue, we created a resource group and added it to all capacity resources. In the ECC plan for the 'Calculate Resource Requirements' we selected 'Bottleneck Resource' and included the Resource Group.
This resolve our issue.
If you are using similar setup, this will help.
We have another issue under the thread 'ECC Plan Resource Availability is Considered before Component is Available' in the forum. We appreciate any help in this.

ECC Connection Issue

I am doing MM-SUS interface. I raised the Purchase Order Request in morning, connection is not there from ECC to XI. Connection is available at evening time only. I want to get the Total purchase order requests from morning to evening at evening time only. How can I proceed for this. Please suggest me.

Hi,
     I think you have Files at source and IDoc's at target in ECC.
     There is an option in XI to plan your File Adapter, i.e. Availability Time Planning to remain active for particular period of time in a day.
     This configuration is done through Runtime Workbench in XI. If you plan it properly to remain active for some time in Evening. It will pick up all the files in evening and will send it at one go.
Goto RWB--> Communication channel monitoring on the top rightmost corner you will find an option called "Availability Time Planning" Select that option it will pop anothe window where you can find the option to setup your channel available for particular time.

PCo 2.2 - ECC Connection Issue

We have got PCo 2.2 version. I have to call a simple BAPI from PCo agent.
I have created new destination system of type: RFC Destination (SAP NW).
I have followed the steps mentioned in:

But, I am not able to connect to ECC system. I have given application server name, SAP router, System No, Client, User Password and other details correctly. I am also getting the same error when I am creating the connection from SAP SM59 transaction.

ECC upgrade issue

Hi experts
I need to copy some modification in one of the standard program from previous version to new version.
previous version is in 4.6C and new version is in ECC 6.
As I am using object key for the new version, the program is not getting opened in Change Mode and its giving error as "Carry out modification comparision first, Change Not possible" .
Any idea how to solve this one

Check the OSS not for the object.

Reading GTS Customs Document Data from ECC

Hi,
I need to read customs document data for a corresponding delivery in ECC and do further processing in ECC based on customs document data. Is there any function module available either in ECC/GTS (RFC enabled) to read the customs document data?

Hi Anu,
unfortunately there isn't any. The data flow is basically always ECC-->GTS. Only status data and some special data is retransferred (preference flag, commodity code etc.).
Why would you do this? The customs document is based on ECC documents. What is there in GTS that you needed in ECC but is not there?

Error in GTS when creating a sales order

Let me first say that I have researched the forums and web for my answer to no avail...there is not a lot of information out there for GTS issues.
When creating a sales order in ECC 600; I am receiving errors...I have looked at SLG1 in order to get more information on these errors. I have validated my config in GQ0 and it appears to be correct. Here is my errors I am receiving:
