Thanks Buddy.
We have some progress. Now data passed from SRM to PI and now stucked in ECC. The XML file in SXMB_MONI in ECC, shows the staus "Transfer to External Application" and in ECC SMQ2 Queue XBQRCCR4400000066 stucked with status "STOP".
While dubugging the relevant we are getting the error '"COMMNICUTION_FAILURE"
And the Payload .xml file is as below :

Hello Experts
I have an issue with data replication from CRM to ECC. My requirement is as follows:
1. There are few countries which have already gone LIVE with SAP CRM & ECC. In those cases, Customers will be created in CRM and the same will be replicated in ECC. The same happens for Quotations/ Sales Orders which gets replicated in ECC.
2. The business requirement currently is to prevent the replication of Customer master based on Account in ECC from CRM system for the countries which are going Live in future. Also teh Sales Orders, quotations which are created in CRM must not be replicated in ECC system & the same must be controlled based on Sales Area in ECC.
I am not sure of which Function Modules in ECC must be checked, so that we can find solution for the above. Probably, I am thinking of going for Z table for maintanenace of account groups and Sales Area in ECC, so that we can have better control.
Appreciate your earliest reply.
Regards,
MohanFor filtering the data that flows from ECC -> CRM you can set filters in R3AC1, R3AC3, etc.
For filtering data flowing from CRM -> ECC you need to filter based upon subscriptions in SMOEAC. You need to use an inteiligent Replication object assigned to your subscription for this purpose. -
SRM, MDM, ECC integration for central contract management.
Hi there,
I am questioned by a client with respect to the possibility of the following scenario -
1. There are several SAP back end systems in place.
2. SRM 7.0 will be implemented as single sourcing system.
3. The SAP back end systems carry different material master codes for the same material and this will remain the same and no cleaning effort to have a unique code across all systems is going to be done.
4. If we use MDM in the mix - will it be possible for the SRM system to act as a central contracting solution and create a central contract with the unique material code in MDM.
5. On distribution of this contract across to individual SAP back end system the back end should map the MDM code to correct material code in that respective system.
Any insights with respect to if this is possible with some enhancements or not at all possible will be highly appreciated.

Could you please tell me how do we assign the debit memo request to the internal order.
I am creating a debit memo request from the confirmation. the debit memo request doesnt have the internal order number that was created in ECC. And hence, I am not able to post the revenue from the confirmation to the internal order.
Could you please help.

SAP SRM -
XI----non SAP systems(i have read onb sdn SUS,EBS systems)
non SAP---XI---SAP SRM
SAP r/3(or)ECC--XI--SAP SRM?
what we need to use on SRM side (sender/Receiver)are they Idocs/RFC/proxies?and what we need to use on SAP R/3 side and thirdparty systems?
please clear me?
thank you,

SAP deliver a lot of XI contents for SRM.
For this have a look at service.sap.com/xi --> Business content --> SAP XI Content --> XI content delivered by SAP --> mySAP SRM
Also refer this realtive thread from jin shin
Re: Http server code 401 reason Unauthorized explanation Unauthorized
There are business package available for the standard SRM and XI integration. For this you can download from the service market place and you can make use of the standard SAP delivered objects.
Most of the time senario involves Idoc/RFC and Proxy here
Some of the docs from SAP service market place are-

Central contract information from SRM to ECC
Hi everybody,
I´m working with an integrated landscape (SRM 7 with ECC 6), and i´m configuring the central contract, but i have a doubt about the information that is sent from SRM to ECC (the leading system about the contract is SRM). The contract description written in SRM is sent to the contract created in MM?????
Thanks for all.Hi, do you mean the texts in contract item ?
This text transfer functionality was delievered in SRM 7.0 and it was linked to ERP 6.0 EHP4.

Logical systems assignment when SRM and ECC are on 2 different servers
Hi SRM guru's,
What is the standard practice for Logical system creation and assignment when ECC and SRM are on 2 different servers.
I could not able to find which i created a logical system in SRM server which i created in ECC
Same for the ECC also.
how do i assign logical system of SRM to ECC
vice versa.
your prompt response is appreciated.
RegardsHi Sai,
Logical System Naming/Creation procedure is not dependent on the servers but it is just a logical representation of a system.
As you are trying to name logical systems for ECC & SRM, please follow the below procedure which is usually recommeded by SAP and followed.
Logical System : <SID>CLNT<Client Number>
For Example if you have a client 300 in system DE0 (also called SID), the logical system name will be DE0CLNT300. And it will be same for SRM system.
You can refer the below document which eplains the creation of logical system and RFC destinations etc
http://help.sap.com/printdocu/core/Print46c/en/data/pdf/CABFAALEQS/CABFAALEQS.pdf
Note: Only while configuring the RFC Destination, the servers will play a crucial role.

Reports 6i and WeBDB 2.2 Integration Issues
1. I have installed reports6i andintegrated with WebDB 2.2 by running the fo

oracle_home\report60\server\security\rwwwvins.sql webdb and
\oracle_home\report60\server\security\rwenable.sql
as described in the webdb& reports6i integration issues document in oracle r

rts6i beta site.
Afterinstalling, when i logged to webdb as webdb user, i was able to see sev

However, when i log as an userwhere i have created forms components i am una

needs to be providedto the user., however i had given grants to following ro

withRW_ADMINISTRATOR, RW_POWER_USER, RW_DEVELOPER AND RW_BASIC_USer
nullHi Matt,
You didn't mention but do you also wish to install the database(8i) on the same machine ?
I am also trying to install all these products(+8i and designer 6i) on the same box but I am concerned more about the min. resources needed before I get started.(I put up a question about it on the 6i Forum, but nobody has answered yet !)
The correct install order should be Forms/Reports 6i then Forms/Reports 6i Server and then WebDb 2.2.
Forms /reports server needs a http listener and installs en configures the WebDb listener for the job.(you are prompted for this during tho have the install process). This is handy if you are intending to use WebDb anyway. When you install Webdb it detects the already installed WebDb listener and does not reinstall.
You do have the SYS password on the database you will use to stored the WDK and WebDb schema.
About installing the demo.....
I dont' think there are any special issues.I have never done it.
If you are intending to install an 8i database on the same box there are some important things to consider with respect to the install order and what products in which Oracle home must be installed.
1.Forms/Reports first in the default_oracle
home.
2.Then Oracle 8i in a 2nd oracle home call
it ora81 for example.
3.Then WebDb in the non oracle 8i home !!
This is just a quick summary.
If you run into any problems let me know
Good Luck.

Function Module to send Vendor Master Data from SRM to ECC
Hi Guys
I heard there is a function module in SRM which can send Vendor Master Data from SRM to ECC please confirm for me if there is such a function Module and what is it called. ThanksHi,
Vendor Master data is replicated to SRM from ECC. Standard Transactions (BBPGETVD,..) will be used to replicate the data from ECC.
Vendor Master will exists in ECC, so there is no point in sending the same back from SRM to ECC. If the requirement is the other way around, we can use the transaction BBPGETVD in SRM system.
Hope this helps.

Reading attachments from CFolders(SRM) to ECC(PO)
Hi All,
I have a requirement where i need to read the attachments from SRM to ECC.
When the bidders bid, they attach files in SRM, these files are saved in the C-Folders in SRM Box.(No DMS)
Now, when the PO is created from the RFx, the attached files should also be transferred.
1. Is there a direct way by configuration?
2. If any development has to be done? where should it be done? SRM or ECC?
3. Can we read the files on runtime or do we need to pull files from SRM and store it in ECC?
4. BBP_CREATE_BE_PO_NEW: BAdI of any help?
Please suggest.
Thanks
Johnson George.Hi,
UNSPSC code is generally passed to R/3 in the MPN fields EBAN-MFRNR (Manufacturer), but you need to take care here as the MFRNR field is 'hidden' and unchangeable. (See note 615722)
So perhaps the usage of a custom field in your case would be easier.
