Error Message to be restrict to specific user id.

Dear All,
The requirement of the client is that if Purchase Order is closed by ticking the Delivery Completion indicator for partially delivered purchase orders. If a end user tries to prepare the Goods Receipt in MIGO_GR for the closed purchase order, then the system should not allow him to prepare the gr and issue an error message "GR not possible for this purchase order:.
Hence i have activated the error message as follows :-
Version Appl. Area No. Message Text Cat.
00 M7 36 No goods receipt possible for purchase order & & E.
The message is getting flashed at MIGO_GR for closed purchase order.
The requirement is that i want to restrict that if possible at plant level or purchase group level or user id level.
Can any one suggest how can it be done.

Hi,
create new version fo message with Z*
then settings for user/user grp in SU01 and here set the user parameter as MSV and put parameter value as version.

The ultimate solution after you have tried restarting/ rebooting your device (no need to hard reset or restore your device) is:
Click iForgot, then reset your password, change it to your new password. Then go to Store, try downloading any app! Hope this will help because some of my friends had this prob before and all what i did was this way!

Error message while shipping restricted batches

I am trying to get an error message while picking a batch in restricted status.
I have done the following:
1. Set up batch determination at shipping : Condition table set up at the Sales Org. level. Access sequence set up, Batch Search Procedure setup .....
2. Set up an error message in OVM1 for message VL 215
3. Set up condition records in VCH2 for the Sales Org level with indicator N. This is to ensure sending of batch search strategy to EWM.
When I create an outbound delivery for a 3 PL in ECC and enter a restricted batch in the outbound delivery I get no error message. In fact I can do the PGI of the outbound delivery as well.
Can you please tell me how to get an error message for this scenario.

Just found SAP is checking with the requirements date.
Anyhow click the batch split button in your delivery, and then the display batch determination
In that screen you will see 3 buttons with a paper icon, one for strategy analysis which is able to show you whether an condition record could be found and via which access sequence.
then a button for the Determination Log where you can see the details of all 5 steps that are carried out in a batch determination. And finally the Availability check button which actually takes you the CO09. Here click the scope of check to see whether restricted use stock is customized as available.

Error message when activation a packaging specification in ICH 5.0

I created a packaging spec within ICH 5.0. The check function does not return a error. But when trying to activate the PS I am getting the error message:
Package specification not activated; no condition records found.
What kind of condition records does the system mean?

Hi Martin,
You can have a look in the pack spec group and make sure that the flag 'PS_ACTIVATE' it is not set.
That way you will no longer face this error during the activation process.

In-app purchase: Error message when adding a test storekit user

Hi, I'm running into the "The email address you entered already belongs to an existing Apple account. Please try again." when I try to add a test user for in-app purchases. I used an email associated with an existing Apple-id.
I'm running into "Could not convert Apple ID account to iTunes store account." when trying to add a test user with an email-id that doesn't have an Apple-id with it.
I have enabled "in app" purchases and added an in-app-purchasable product id using itunesconnect.
Using the programmer-portal, I've also configured the app-id of the app to enable store kit in-app purchases
I'm assuming that I need to signin with the test-user account for the code to receive the storekit productsRequest:disReceiveResponse callback. However, I haven't been able to create the test user
Does anyone know why both scenarios (described on top) are resulting in an error message ?

If I try to login from Settings->Store, it asks for my credit info which I'm sure is not necessary.
Apple had this to say about that on 8.28.09:
"Setting up Test Accounts for Testing In App Purchase
Before testing In App Purchase in your application, you need to create an In App Test User in iTunes Connect—you should not use other accounts as doing so will result in prompts to enter your credit card number and other information.
Here is how to properly set up your test user for testing In App Purchase..."

In WGM, everytime I try to create a new account and save, this message appears:

I tried to create the user accounts in Server Preferences/users but I can not login.

How come Leopard let me use the WGM in standard mode?
While SA complains that it won't work in Standard Configuration, WGM does not. There is some fault in the logic of this for which I don't have an explanation.
If I want to get control on Dock, selection of Home folder, config of Proxy... which I think are basic things, do I really need the advanced mode?
If you wish to have complete control of all client settings, yes. There really is no disadvantage of using an Advanced configuration other than the learning curve.
So if I switch to advanced mode, there is good chance I won't get this error message anymore, right?

Hello PC users! I have installed iTunes on my laptop confirmed correct installation by Apple tech and iTunes will not connect. Try this first - Reset the iPad by holding down on the Sleep and Home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons. (This is equivalent to rebooting your computer.)
Or this - Delete the account in Mail and then set it up again. Settings->Mail, Contacts, Calendars -> Accounts Tap on the Account, then on the red button that says Remove Account.

I have an error message: "Windows cannot access the specific device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permission to access the item." I have re-installed and I have the same message.

My husband click a disallow button that came up and now I can't get Firefox to work again. I uninstalled and re-installed, I upgraded to Windows 7 and still have the same error message.

Do a clean reinstall and download a fresh Firefox copy from http://www.mozilla.com/firefox/all.html and save the file to the desktop.
Uninstall your current Firefox version and remove the Firefox program folder before installing that copy of the Firefox installer. 
Don't remove personal data when uninstalling.
It is important to delete the Firefox program folder to remove all the files and make sure that there are no problems with files that were leftover after uninstalling.
You can skip the step to create a new profile, that is not necessary for this issue.

Customer is working on 2005B (2005B 7.40.252 SP00 PL39).
They are working on this database since 2009.
No upgrade was recently done.
when trying to add a new user they get athe following error:
"A user was added outsite the application. Delet it, or preform'Restore Numbering' [Message 3512-7]"

Go to Administration--> Utility and select the restore no. series.
Update this and try to add User.
But do it first in your test DB.....

Outlook error when collapsing groups on TS - specific users only - cleanviews and new profile didn't help.

We have a Citrix environment for app publishing.
Office 2007 is installed, and the users use the published outlook 2007.
For some users only(not all users), when they arrange by "from" and in-groups they get an error when they try and collapse groups.
Error is "There are no items to show in this view".
It does not affect all users.
Troubleshooting attempted:
Recreated user's profile. - No change
Made user an administrator
-Logged in locally
-ran outlook in safe-mode -> no change.
-ran cleanviews -> no change
There were no policies applied at the time, and there are no user specific configurations.
I can't find any other articles which might be pertinent. How should I troubleshoot this?

Error message "Outgoing calls restricted by FDN" - what do i do?

I am getting this message but unable to locate an FDN setting in the list. I have a Motorola Android 4 for another few months.

We definitely want to get that feature disabled! FDN stands for Fixed Dialing Number. This feature allows users to restrict outgoing calls and messages to selected numbers. The best way to disable this function is by rebooting the phone. Power down and then power it back on. If this still doesn't resolve the issue, we will be able to replace the sim card and activate on the phone. Keep us posted!

Error message "Enter a Printer" when the user clicks on PO out put preview

Dear SRM Gurus,
We are using SRM 5.5 extended classic scenario. When the user presses on Output Preview of PO we are getting a message that "Enter a Printer" and not able to see the preview. This messge we are getting for some particular PO's and for other we are able to see the preview.

Please maintain default Printer for Organizational user in PPOMA_BBP (Attribute - PRI)...
In PPOMA_BBP, your purch org must be defined under (or at the same level as) a company. This company org id (defined in function tab) will be used to read address and use it as "contact" addresse. Check this point, correct if necessary and tell me if this is ok.

Error message on startup when non Administrator user

I have installed Premiere Pro CS4 on MAC OS X and run it successfully whilst logged in as Administrator. However when I log in with a standard user account, I get the following message when starting the application:
"The application Premiere Pro quit unexpectedly. Mac OS X and other applications are not affected. Click relaunch to launch the application again. Click report to see more details or send a report to Apple."
I'm assuming this may be a permissions problem, but haven't a clue where to look first. If anyone can throw some light on this matter, it would be very much appreciated.
Tried giving 'everyone' full access to the Premiere folder but that didn't work.
