Flash CS6 crashing after installing Createjs extension
Hi,
I've downloaded the trial version of Flash CS6 which works fine, but when I install the CreateJS extension Flash will not open
without crashing. My operating system is Windows XP Service Pack 3. See attached screen grab of what I get on screen.
Does anyone have any ideas, I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling several times with no success.

Today, I installed Apple OS X Maverick. everything works just fine except Illustrator CS6 crashes everytime I opned it. It worked perfectly well before the install. I'vee downloaded the latest versions of Flash and Air. Can anyone help?

It is never really advantageous to rush installing a new operating system upgrade or even certain updates in some cases for these very reasons of incompatibility. It is best to just watch and wait once things are officially released and be aware of any issues overall or specific to your given workflow to avoid such issues. Generally early adoption has just about as many drawbacks as it does positives, its best to be patient and wait for any "real world" issue to be resolved by all parties after a big release. With Mavericks being FREE I am sure many are not waiting however. ;-) -

My iPhoto keeps crashing after installing the latest update, can't do anything! It used to crash when importing but now I'm at the point where I open the software and after 2 seconds it crashes (nothing connected either). What to do? Can't access any photos
Try this: launch iPhoto with the Option key held down and create a new, test library. Import some photos and check to see if the same problem persists. If you can create a new library and import some test photos then the problem lies with your original library.
If that's the case make a temporary, backup copy (if you don't already have a backup copy) of the library and apply the two fixes below in order as needed:
Fix #1
Launch iPhoto with the Command+Option keys held down and rebuild the library.
Select the options identified in the screenshot.
Fix #2
Using iPhoto Library Manager to Rebuild Your iPhoto Library
Download iPhoto Library Manager and launch.
Click on the Add Library button, navigate to your Home/Pictures folder and select your iPhoto Library folder.
Now that the library is listed in the left hand pane of iPLM, click on your library and go to the File ➙ Rebuild Library menu option
In the next window name the new library and select the location you want it to be placed.
Click on the Create button.
Note: This creates a new library based on the LIbraryData.xml file in the library and will recover Events, Albums, keywords, titles and comments but not books, calendars or slideshows. The original library will be left untouched for further attempts at fixing the problem or in case the rebuilt library is not satisfactory.
If iPhoto crashes while trying to create a new library then try this:
Make a temporary, backup copy (if you don't already have a backup copy) of the library and try the following:
1 - delete the iPhoto preference file, com.apple.iPhoto.plist, that resides in your
User/Home()/Library/ Preferences folder.
2 - delete iPhoto's cache file, Cache.db, that is located in your
User/Home()/Library/Caches/com.apple.iPhoto folder.

3 - launch iPhoto and try again.
NOTE: If you're moved your library from its default location in your Home/Pictures folder you will have to point iPhoto to its new location when you next open iPhoto by holding down the Option key when launching iPhoto. You'll also have to reset the iPhoto's various preferences.
If that fails to help a reinstall of iPhoto is indicated. To do so you'll have to delete the current application and all files with "iPhoto" in the file name with either a .PKG or .BOM extension that reside in the HD/Library/Receipts folder and from the /var/db/receipts/ folder,

Then install iPhoto from the disk it came on originally and apply all relavant updaters.
P.S. If you're still running Tiger, 10.4.6, then the above may not apply. If you're running a newer system you should update your profile so we have a better idea of where you're at.

Premiere CS6 crashes after enabling GPU acceleration
is there a reason this would be happening? i'm running the Nvidia 680M.
I'm currently running 8.17.13.271. when i attempt to install the new driver (306.97) for the 680M i get 'could not find compatible hardware'
The GPU seems to run fine when i don't enable GPU acceleration. after i enable GPU acceleration in the nvidia control panel i get major problems. computer crashes on boot on premiere and after effects. It takes me about 2 hours to get it to boot out of safe mode after it crashes.

Illustrator Crashing after installing OS X 10.10
Anyone have any idea why Illustrator keeps crashing after installing OS X 10.10 Yosemite?
Was working yesterday, but so far has crashed every time I have opened it up this morning,
TIAIllustrator CS6 ran fine before I installed OS X 10.10 Yosemite on my MacBook Pro. But it never ran once afterwards. When I launch AI CS6, it says it needs a legacy version of Java. Did anyone else encounter this? I don't want to install the older version of java without knowing if it'll fix the problem, or what the impact will be to other programs which all seem to run fine after my upgrade to Yosemite. Any guidance out there?

Nobody can tell you anything without proper system info or other technical details. The standard answer with all text issues simply is, that you have a "bad font" on your system and need to get rid of it.

My macbook pro crashed after installing maverick. I lost all my photos however the iPhone iPhoto app still has these photos so how can i access the package contents to recover these photos?
We'll need to know more to beable to help. Do you want to try to restore your photos from your iPhone to your Mac, or try to recover the photos from the old iPhoto Library on your Mac?
What is the situation of your Mac now? In hat way did it crash? A hardware problem with the drive? Does the system not start properly? Does iPhoto not launch? Do you still have the iPhoto Library on your mac or a backup, so we could try to rescue the photos there?
What versions of iPhoto are on your iPhone and your Mac?

On the iPhone you cannot access the "package contents" - IOS hides the file system from the users. To restore photos from your phone share all iPhoto photos to your Camera Roll, that are not already in the Camera Roll, and then connect the iPhone via USB and import the Camera Roll to iPhoto or Image Capture. To retrieve photos from a corruptrd iPhoto Library on your Mac we need to know the version number and more about the "crash" you experienced, the state of your mac, the system, the data. Please post back with more details.

Entourage crash after installing update 10.6.4
Entourage 2008 keeps crashing after installing 10.6.4. The problem seems to be the database. I have tried rebuilding the database, I have copied it, I have moved it: nothing works. Please advise!
It might help to reset the connection settings on your Mac using these steps one at a time until the problem is resolved, recognizing that, depending on your problem, not all of these steps will make sense:
1) Use the AirPort menu bar item to turn AirPort off, then on again.
2) Try to select your Wi-Fi network from the AirPort menu.
3) In the Network panel of System Preferences delete the AirPort item from the left column, then add it back.
4) In the same panel as (3), define a new location and see if you can make that work.
5) In the same panel, select the AirPort connection item, click the "Advanced" button, select the "TCP/IP" tab, then click "Renew DHCP Lease".
6) In the folder /Library/Preferences ( _not_ <yourhomefolder>/Library/Preferences), move the folder SystemConfiguration onto the Desktop, then restart your computer. See if you can now make your AirPort connection work.
These steps may not help, but they'll only take a couple of minutes to try. Before you try these, if you have any special network settings on your Mac for things like DSL credentials, note all your network settings, because the latter steps will destroy them. If you got all the way to the last step, if things don't work any worse than before, you can trash the saved SystemConfiguration folder. -

Why is Adobe Flash CS6 crashing sporadically when resizing MC's or shapes?
It doesn't happen all the time but when Flash crashes, it happens when i'm resizing a symbol or a shape.
I'm using Flash CS6 v 12.0.0.481
Processor 2.7 GHz Intel Core i7
Memory 8 GB 1333 MHz DDR3
Graphics AMD Radeon HD 6630M 256 MB
Software OS X 10.8.1 (12B19)
-LineI'm going to add my voice to this bug report. Adobe Flash CS6 crashes sporadically for me (numerous times per day), and it's almost always when I am editing a vector shape control point using the subselection tool. If I select a control point and nudge it with the keyboard arrow keys, I haven't encountered a problem. But if I select a control point, then click and drag it to reposition it, I often get the spinning wheel followed by a crash. Is this really a bug or a problem related to my own hardware/software configuration?

I 've modified 3 files boot.properties
/u01/Oracle/Middleware/user_projects/domains/endeca_domain
specifying username=endeca and password=welcome123
but it's stail failing with same error.
Any idea?
Anything else that must be changed?

My HP Pavilian m7050y & Monitor HP vs 19c keeps crashing after installing windows 7.
I knew there was a problem when I first installed windows, because the windows logo was not centered on the monitor after intial startups. I did adjust it a little by pressing auto/select on my monitor, and that helped with the centering a bit but it is not perfectly centered.
The screen goes blue and this is the message I get when it crashes and restarts.
Problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage
to your computer.

Once windows is fully rebooted all pages, and the display look ok, until it crashes again. I searched for updated drivers on the HP and Windows site but could not find any. The one that is currently installed is called (Generic Pnp Monitor).

Did you run the Win 7 Upgrade Advisor to assure that your computer is compatible? There may be a problem with compatibility. Also, which version of Win 7 are you running; 32-bit or 64-bit?

Computer crashed after installing new itunes version
My laptop just crashed after installing the new 9.0.2 upgrade. Upon reboot I received a dos screen that said my computer shut down due to a recent download and asked if I wanted to reboot in safe mode or normal mode. I chose to reboot normally and the computer would not boot. Now my laptop won't power up at all. Is there anything I can do, or has itunes killed my laptop??
Please help me ! I don't understand why I had to restore to factory settings and then when I tried to re-sync it kept telling me iTunes is not working. Why ??

I hope i provided all requested system info, if not, please LMK. Out of the blue, my computer stated that I did not Adobe Flash installed when trying to watch a TV show on Hulu. Never had the problem before. So, I installed the "required" download Adobe ActiveX 10. Rebooted after installing. IE immediatly began crashing on every site that Flash was required. I uninstalled/installed at least 10 times...same problem. I looked at different discussions and the first thing I see going wrong for me is that I don't have a Macromed folder under my System.
Currently, I have uninstalled the program just so I can send this thread; otherwise it would be constantly giving me error messages.
Help?

Thanks!Hi, You are missing a Flash file and the fact that you don't find that SWO in the addons means that for some reason FP wasn't Installed correctly.
