Getting screwed out of my BestBuy Gamer's Unlocked Membership

So I have been a gamers unlocked member since I believe March of 2013. When Bestbuy upgraded the program with all the cool stuff I knew I had to sign up for the 2 year membership. I never received my e-mail to upgrade for the $30 for 2 years. So I made a post on here where a helpful admin sent me a coupon to let me upgrade my gamer's unlocked membership. Of course for everyone that knows that this coupon expired Dec. 31 2013. I believe I went into bestbuy maybe around mid december to go ahead and upgrade my account. I rightfully did paid my $30 and continued to purchase NEW games to receive that 20% off discount.
So time goes on and I finally made a new game purchase yesterday, which was Plants Vs Zombies for the Xbox One. Once the cashier rang up my bestbuy id my game wasn't being discounted. Granted on their screen it states I was a gamer's unlocked member. On top of the employee being completely unaware that gamers unlocked members receive the 20% discount. So after speaking with a manager I was told just to call 1-800-bestbuy. 
So I call this morning and the rep, can't seem to find when I purchased my gamers unlocked membership. She states the only way I can get my membership is by my receipt. But the problem is I can't find my recepit let alone I don't know if I ever received one for purchasing the unlocked membership. I don't even remember if I paid with cash, card, certificates. All I do know is that I purchased the dang membership and my account even had stated I was a gamers unlocked member through 2015. Now suddenly it doesn't even state I'm a gamers unlocked member. 
Now I'm being screwed over my membership that I paid $30 for, I wasn't able to get my discount on my Plants Vs Zombies purchase. Titanfall is releasing in 2 weeks, which I need my discount for, And everything else for the next 2 years. So is their anything that can happen for me? I don't know how this happens. I have my membership on my account and suddenly it disappeard. On top of at my Bestbuy the employee's have messed up several times when I purchased video game items. When I first stated how I had to post on this forum to receive my upgrade coupon it was because the employee never issued it out to my account. The employee's at my bestbuy are really unaware of what they are doing when it comes to this stuff. So maybe what the rep. told me and the employee never applied it to my account. But then I would be confused because my account showed I had the Gamers Unlocked membership linked to my account. So this is all very confusing and it's wrong it can be taken away from me for Bestbuy's mistake. I need some serious help.

Thank you for being a My Best Buy member.  I am sorry for any concern you've had with your Gamers Club Unlocked membership.  While these were sent out via an automated system, and not any individuals at your store, I can understand your disappointment at not receiving it.
I was unable to locate a purchase where your renewal was purchased in December, so when your previous unlocked membership expired a few days ago, there was no renewal on the account.  If you have the purchase receipt, please send me a private message with the Customer Service Pin Number and I'll be happy to ensure that purchase is attached to your account.

    Without providing specific purchase information I can say that your membership would have expired last fall were it not for the complimentary extension we offered members.  That being the case, your Unlocked membership benefits were extended until Feb. 10, 2014.  
    You would have been eligible for a $30 renewal coupon if you were interested in renewing, and we were recently able to offer an added time frame to provide those.  Please see our post linked below for more information on how to receive a coupon.

  • Cannot get screws out of 4s

    I changed the back of my iPhone a while back and the screws came out and went back in perfectly. The back smashed today, I have the original back that is in great condition and I need to change it (preferably without taking it in to the apple store). The only problem is the screws don't seem to want to come out or do anything for that matter. I have the 5 star screwdriver that I previously used to change it however, it doesn't seem to be having any of it. Any ideas on how to get them out?

    As there are no user serviceable parts in an iPhone, it's possible that something was damaged when you originally swapped out the back. You can try taking the phone to the Genius Bar at your local Apple Store. However, as the phone has already have unauthorized work done on it, they may not be willing to help you.

  • All of a sudden, Gamer's Unlocked membership is gone

    I went in to trade in a game and the system wouldn't give me my Gamer's Unlocked discount.  The cashier tried with her account to see if it was the system and it also didn't work.  Are some accounts affected?  Can't even order a game with discount.
    My membership is supposed to expire Feb 17/2017.  Had this account since the whole Gamer's Unlocked thing started and I have always followed every rule.  I usually buy my games, beat them, then trade them in.  Never did any hanky-panky like you read about in other forums.
    Help would be appreciated.

    I went to store to renew my gamers unlocked membership yesterday. Casher scaned the coupon but it didn't go through. Casher scaned my reward card, typed the sku for gamer's unlocked membership and scan coupon. Tried multiple times with different scanning order but got 'declined' message. Did I get a defective code?

    I keep getting kicked out of my games.  Just got a replacement iPad

    What have you tried to fix it ? Have you tried closing all apps via the iPad's taskbar and then doing a soft-reset and seeing if that makes any difference ?
    To close all apps, double-click the home button to open the taskbar, and then press and hold any of the apps on the taskbar for a couple of seconds or so until they start shaking, then press the '-' in the top left of each app to close them, and touch any part of the screen above the taskbar so as to stop the shaking and close the taskbar. (With iOS 7 you swipe or drag an app's screen from the taskbar up and off the top of the screen to close it.)
    A soft-reset : press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the iPad equivalent of a reboot.

  • Incoming MIDI data from unassociated devices still gets sent out in 2.1.3

    The problem I have reported numerous times for previous versions of MainStage is still present in 2.1.3.
    An incoming MIDI CC value that is NOT associated with a device is being sent to other channel strips. Last night before rehearsal, I added a Minimoog XL into my rig. It's connected via its own MIDI port on a MOTU 128 Express. I discovered that when I turned the Vol control on the Minimoog, it sent out CC 7 and CC 39 (LSB values for volume) messages to a channel strip associated with a VocalLive voice processor and had absolutely NOTHING to do with the Minimoog.
    As reported before, this also happens for CC80 and CC81 and I cannot see any reason why such events would get sent out to other channel strips if there is no explicit mapping defined. 
    I had to add in new dummy knobs to explicitly block these values, further polluting my layout, which is already full of knobs defined just for blocking stuff.
    A generic MIDI device set to listen on all inputs and MIDI channels with output blocked does NOT stop this from happening.

    (I've already submitted this at the feedback link (which, by the way, has no entry for 2.1.3 in it) but I am quite pessimistic about this getting fixed, it has survived many versions of MainStage....I don't understand why)
    This is so disappointing.

    That's partially why I'm so concerned about this --- I cannot conceive of a scenario where this behavior makes any sense --- essentially some external synth can generate arbitrary MIDI data which just goes out through other channels, and that data is at best of no interest and at worst can actually screw up the receiving device (which happened to me when my Korg Oasys was sending out CC80/CC81 as part of a program change and it was changing a parameter on my Minimoog)
    It seems to me that they could have fixed this quite easily by providing (perhaps an extended version of) a MIDI Device that REALLY blocks everything so users with the problem could just throw that one gadget into the layout instead of having to make a bunch of knobs to block all sorts of things.

  • Cant get tv out working

    im trying to get tv out working on my ati x300.
    i connected it to my main display and noticed the framebuffer kicked in during boot. it changed the console res to 1680x1050. i cant see anything on my crappy little crt tv.
    looking through the wiki it says to run xrandr but i believe i would need to be connected through svideo for that to work.
    if im using vesa i can see whats going on and log in without any problems. i cant run xbmc though.
    if i use the radeo driver i get nothing. and again, it looks like the res is being set too high even though i defined 800x600 in xorg.conf.
    removing xorg.conf i still get nothing.
    you guys have any ideas?

    Wow, I'm glad I found this topic, I was beginning to think it was just me. Just like you guys, I have tried everything, and have received the same results. I really hope we can get an answer to this soon, because I need to run Sax 'N Dottys Karaoke presenter, (via Windows Vista/BootCamp) next week!! Without a video out, Im screwed. (Unless anyone knows of a comparable MAC Karaoke presenter that will read MP3G's)

    I keep getting timed out of server notice after I open a facility and then go to the next facility. It will also time out when working on the fields such as plowing on a friends farm, or planting on my own.

  • From Word DOC to Acrobat PDF... borders and lines get screwed up.

    I've been looking this up for days now and have yet to find a solution.
    I have a MS Word document that has a bunch of tables with borders and sometimes just text with borders for stylistic reasons. In Word, it all looks perfect.
    But, when I convert it to PDF using Acrobat, many of those borders get screwed up in various random ways.
    Sometimes certain borders get thicker, sometimes thinner, sometimes invisible altogether. Sometimes it's only certain lines of the same border (just the left side, or just the top). I see no real pattern to what's causing it to only happen in certain cases only.
    What makes it extra annoying is that if I zoom in or out a certain amount, the borders will look the way they are supposed to look. Some will look perfect at 100% zoom only, and some will look perfect at 75% zoom only.
    This has been driving me insane. Does anyone have any idea how I can fix this?
    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    - basic table, black borders throughout
    - shaded headings, black outline border
    - shaded subheadings, black outline border 
    However when convert to PDF:
    - 'displays' NO top cell border for some/all shaded rows

    - each conversion, diff lines missing/incorrectly sized
    - however converted pdf prints perfectly fine

  • [SOLVED] Connecting my guitar to my pc and get sound out?

    I have a guitar and a cable that came with the game Rocksmith for ps3. The cable is a regular guitar cable with a usb out. Is there any software that I could use to get sound out from my pc. When I connect it to my pc, it recognizes my guitar as a microphone.  I searched and all I found was some $500 windows software. Thank you for all the help.

    I just wanted to get sound out of my computer because I have no amp or any money to buy one right now. I have some nice computer speakers and thought that the cable might work since it is a usb. I'm not using my ps3 because it broke or else I would just use my tv. But thanks for the idea. I'll keep looking around.

    I don't know what you mean by "all recommended measures."
    Please tell me that it has NEVER been jailbroke.  If that's the case, here are some standard repair procedures:
    First, try a system reset.  It cures many ills and it's quick, easy and harmless...
    Hold down the on/off switch and the Home button simultaneously until you see the Apple logo.  Ignore the "Slide to power off" text if it appears.  You will not lose any apps, data, music, movies, settings, etc.
    If the Reset doesn't work, try a Restore.  Note that it's nowhere near as quick as a Reset.  It could take well over an hour!  Connect via cable to the computer that you use for sync.  From iTunes, select the iPad/iPod and then select the Summary tab.  Follow the on-screen directions for Restore and be sure to say "yes" to the backup.  You will be warned that all data (apps, music, movies, etc.) will be erased but, as the Restore finishes, you will be asked if you wish the contents of the backup to be copied to the iPad/iPod.  Again, say "yes."
    At the end of the basic Restore, you will be asked if you wish to sync the iPad/iPod.  As before, say "yes."  Note that that sync selection will disappear and the Restore will end if you do not respond within a reasonable time.  If that happens, only the apps that are part of the IOS will appear on your device.  Corrective action is simple -  choose manual "Sync" from the bottom right of iTunes.
    If you're unable to do the Restore (or it doesn't help), go into Recovery Mode per the instructions here.  You WILL lose all of your data (game scores, etc,) but, for the most part, you can redownload apps and music without being charged again.  Also, if you have IOS-7, read this.

    - Reset:
    Press and hold the On/Off Sleep/Wake button and the Home
    button at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
    - Restore from backup via iTunes
    - Restore to factory defaults via iTunes.
