How do I complain to Adobe about a lying representative?

While investigating the purchase of a Photoshop CC subscription, I specifically asked an Adobe Rep if I would have to reinstall my plugins from CS6.  His short answer was NO.  This was clearly a lie to pad his own personal bottom line.  So, do I have a means of transferring my plugins from CS6 or must I go through the aggravation of reinstalling them?  As I'm well within the 30 cancellation period, I've a good mind just to cancel the subscription and run CS6 as long as I can.

I apologize for posting in anger earlier.  A second Adobe Rep indicated that it was possible to transfer plugins from CS.  Here is the pertinent exchange:
Sandesh: I check and see that you must be a option to import plugins In Cs6 . However I request you to contact us back tomorrow since our Imaging Queue is not available right now.
Charles Mills: Do I understand you correctly that there is a way to import plugins from CS6? If so, I will, as you request, contact Adobe again tomorrow.
Sandesh: Thank you.
Sandesh: Is there anything else I can help you with? Charles Mills: Yes. You didn't answer my question. Do I understand correctly that there is a way to import plugins from CS6?

    If you purchased the software from a different country, be aware that your credit or debit card credentials must be associated with the same country where you reside.

    I pay, and have been paying for a long time, a subscription to Adobe for use of CS6, specifically InDesign. I get emails from Adobe thanking me for my payments.     Is there any way to officially complain to Adobe about installing McAfee software? In last several updates of Flash I did not see any option to opt out and since I don't need this "tool", every update to Flash is followed with uninstall. I install Flash Player updates to fix possible Adobe issues and security holes and not to add bloatware to my computer.
    I am looking for links or emails where I could effectively address this issue, not an outsourced customer service site that won't escalate the problem anywhere.

    How can I lodge a complaint about Adobe Flash Player? When I updated Adobe Flash Player this morning it also installed a McAfee scanning software without any warning or notification.     This is a an old complaint. I would have thoughtas much bad karma as Adobe has received would have stopped this practice espcially since it found that many time McAfeee either gets protection signatures wrong or cause more problems than it fixes.
    I don't know whether mailto:[email protected] is still effective.
    At one time a disgruntled Adobe products user created a FaceBook or twitter page. And many in past have claimed when there complaints got ignored or laughed at by Adobe. They suddenly got action whe airring their complaint on this FaceBook or Twitter page.
    There should be a big warning Box stating:
    Adobe is about to install a package Called McAfee  on your computer. If you do not wish to instal click checkmark here.
    Do you wish have Adobe install Products not requested on your computer yes__  or no__ please use a √
    And to adhere to wishes of the customer.

    hello, i couldnt find any other way to complain apart from forums
    My friend and I bought coins on a game. He bought rather a large amount and put it in alliance. someone else in alliance hacked the game and fed people fake coins and our alliance too. Haypi Kingdom then took the coins (which is fine) banned his account and left it at that. they also too my friend's 650 coins he bought and now refuse to refund or give them back as they were not hacked and were not used.
    The developer refuses to contact us and the support refuses to contact us.
    instead of resolving the issue they are ignoring us. He spent about $50 and they wont refund!
    what can we do or how can i complain?
    there is evidence to show the coins weren't hacked. They just wont give them back.
    we didnt ask for the hacking nor want it. incredibly frustrsating!

    I've searched but cannot find how to complain to Apple about Tappages, an app by Wombat.
    Tappages has not worked properly for three months - the Back Up Files function always fails - and in spite of repeated requests for help have never had a reply or seen the problem fixed.
    I also want to warn others not to buy Wombat's apps as I suspect they may have gone out of business - and even if not offer no support.

    If you've bought it then you should be able to leave a review, either directly on the iPad via the app's page in the App Store app or via iTunes on your computer. You can use use the 'report a problem' link from your purchase history : log into your account on your computer's iTunes via Store > View My Account and you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it ; click on that and you should see a list of your purchases ; find that app and use the 'Report a Problem' link.
    Some people have had a problem with the 'report a problem' link (it's been taking people to this site on a browser instead of showing a form in iTunes) - if it does that to you then try contacting iTunes support via this page : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/- click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page.

    See pic below, taken just a few days ago. No iPhone 5S on display, No iPhone 5c. They finally removed the clear plexiglass case they used to have over the phones,  because it was so scratched up you could hardly see through it. This is totally nasty and trashy.
    Now if you go to the Samsung part of the display, it is full of the latest phones - all prominantly displayed. Notice also the Samsung poster below the Apple section!
    How can Apple let their products be displayed like this? I hope Angela Ahrendts will turn this around. I would be embarrassed to have my products displayed in this way. Also, the sales staff knew absolutely nothing about iPhones. Walmart is not helping Apple or its image. 
    I don't know how to formally complain, so if there's a better way to do that, please let me know.

    Nothing is ever as easy as it should be, though I've no idea what you were doing that took so long. Takes at most 5 mins to insert a SIM card, choose a language and activate the phone. At that point it is working. Another 5-10 mins should get you connected to your email account. You can add media & apps when you're not busy doing something else, and the phone can still make & receive calls while you're doing that!
    The web is geared towards always on all you can eat broadband. If you run mobile broadband with a data cap or escalating charges then you need to manage the usage carefully, it is nobody else's problem.
    Sorry if I've come over a trifle harsh on your first visit here, but these forums are for users to help each other resolve technical issues. However badly your first day setting things up went there is nothing to be done about it now, A little research, or a chat with a knowledgeable friend or colleague, or getting the phone set up at the store would have made it easy. Chalk it up to experience and move on.

    Your complaint is not with Apple.  You bought from an unauthorized seller.  Your complain is with that seller.
    As you have been told more than once, Apple has nothing to do with this.

    The Danish government is pressuring Apple to admit this is a design flaw, but so far they have not commented on the subject. If you have local consumer protection agencies, you could try making a complaint to them about Apple, but I'm not sure I like your chances.

    While it is possible you have a faulty unit I'd agree that the menu system took a step backwards with the itunes store centric take 2.0+ software. I think I'm in the minority here though. Apart from the 2.0+ top level interface being butt ugly and confusing to navigate, it simply isn't as responsive as 1.0/1.1 and I think most of this is to do with displaying a combined sync/stream menu. if you sync stuff try setting 'show only synced items' in the AppleTv device tabs in iTunes and see if it makes the issue go away - easy to revert back.
    Huge libraries (number of files not actual size of the files) can also be problematic given AppleTV's modest hardware specs but that's more exception than the rule.
    With streaming/syncing combined I also think any network deficiencies show up more than they used to.
