How to Cancel Services Online

I have Internet Basic with 3Mbp for $40 a month. Way too expensive. Need to shop around to lower the cost. Please advise how to request a service cancellation online. Thanks!

There is no way to cancel on line. You either have to call in to 1 800 COMCAST or collect up all your Comcast gear and cancel at your local office.

    Apple (and no one else) can not assist (with serial number or iCloud) in finding a lost or stolen iPad.
    Report to police along with serial number. Change all your passwords.

    I recently placed an online order for an Iphone 6 plus and new service. The phone has not yet shipped and I would like to cancel the whole order. The customer service rep over the phone told me I had to let it ship and then refuse the delivery... That just doesn't sound right to me and I do not want to be billed for this, as I'm assuming I will be charged as soon as it ships.     I understand that it is not possible to cancel service online.  I called the number (1-800-VERIZON) and on completion of the prompts at which I indicated I wished to cancel service I received a recording that no one is able to process the request because of the strike.  I am cancelling service because I no longer wish to have a second line.

    OMG, dummy me, I changed providers the day before the strike and now I have nothing, no phone, internet, or cable. Verizon promised a connect date of 08/10 and to date I have no service and It is impossible to get through to cancel service. I did recieve a welcome package from them welcoming me and hoping I am enjoying my new services, what a joke!  Just goes to show who's really running the show and not them highly paid executives,  Well, strike or not, I'm cancelling my service....eventually.  Our only option as I see it is to call BBC or state commissions office  ; (

  • How to cancel a service request?

    I had been running the Ipod in the car and noticed it had gone into the red. I turned it off and it went off normally. When I got home I hooked it to the computer to charge and it froze up completely, no response to anything, hold button, click wheel, weirdest yet, the backlight stayed on permanantly. And the computer did not recognize that it was even connected in Itunes or as a drive.
    So I freaked out a bit and after an hour or so while( after trying what I could which was basically holding controls down and flipping the hold button off and on ) I gave up and put in a service request, and went to bed.
    The next day, I noticed that the Ipod was dark ( which I expected since the battery was almost gone and the backlite was stuck on ). But just for fun I press the clickwheel on and lo and behold, it came back on as normal. I hooked it up to the computer as usual and it was visible to Itunes and the computer as it should have before. So I went through the reset process just in case and relaoded my music.
    So I guess there should be a 6th "R" Let it sit over night and see if it still screwed up the next day
    Now I'm stuck trying to figure out how to cancel a service after already receiving the return box Which was very fast by the way. Like, 2 days. Anyway, I looked all over the support site and could not find anything that looked like what I needed.
    Does anyone have any idea what I need to do to cancel the service request?

    Download Coconut battery, its a smal program that displays battery information and if you have over 500 battery load cycles it might be nearly ready to be replaced. I had to do the exact same thing.
    When the battery gets close to dying it starts to lose the macs PRAM and NVRAM settings possibly eventually stopping you from selecting a boot disk or it might even just randomly freeze and require a restart. If this does happen hold down Command+alt+P+R to reset these parameters on reboot before the grey screen appears.
    If this starts to happen you know it needs replacing

    By confirmation of service I mean document which we can see in SD documents flow (if scenario is without goods movement).
    User need to delete delivery but confirmation of service and sales invoice were posted. We reversed invoice but do not know how to cancel/reverse confirmation of service.
    Additionally u2013 is there any transaction where I can look at confirmation of service? It is NOT possible to look at this document in flow documents.

    It was NOTcreated in CS module. There is nothing in iw33.
    It is confirmation of service in SD module.
    Flow:
    - you create sales order
    - you create delivery with reference to sales order
    - you post goods issue (if quantity for picking is 0 u2013 no movement in stock) confirmation of service will be created by the system. Now I need to cancel this document.

Now my iPod is fully dead, and I want to send another request, but it says I can only make one request at a time (because the other one is still in effect). Does anyone know how to cancel it?     There is no requirement for confirmation as far as i know and BAPI suggested is used for cancelling the confirmation of an order ...In your case   we want a order to be cancelled but what is that you mean by cancellation is it deletion or logical deletion why can't you change the status to what you want using the BAPI suggested by you  and using the appropriate methode available in this BAPI for status change ....provide the status change is permiteed manually ..however CHANGE Change objects and DELETE Delete objects methodes should help you delete the service order which has been created by mistake ....BAPI_TRANSACTION_COMMIT is a must ...

    2. Can I use the financing card (Baraclay, I think?) to purchase the MacBook in person even if I do not have a physical copy? If so, how?

    I'd much prefer to have correct answers in threads so I decided to do some detective work for you. I decided to make two phone calls this morning, one to the "manager on the floor" at an Apple Retail Store and the other to the Apple Online Store Sales & Support group. Both people I spoke with were aware of my intentions on the phone call and that I would be quoting them in this thread.
    If I buy a computer online, can I return/exchange it at the store?
    It depends. If the machine is a standard configuration (has a part number that starts with MBxxx/A) and is not damaged, then yes we can accept it as a return/exchange in store. If it has a customer configuration (has a part number that stars with Zxxx) then no, we are unable to offer an exchange/refund at the store for that unit. If it is DOA we can coordinate a service/replacement with AppleCare.
    Can I upgraded to 4GB of RAM in-store?
    Absolutely, we stock RAM specifically for this upgrade and charge the same price as online. You're responsible to buy the computer and the RAM upgrade first and then we will install it for you.
    Can I use the Barclay's card, even if I don't have it my possession?
    Unfortunately not, we must have the physical card in order to verify the legitimacy of the transaction.
    Are all sales final? (I asked anyways, despite the link provided was for an iTunes purchase and we're talking about MacBooks)

    We bill the card when the unit ships. However, the order must be cancelled prior to its status being changed into "prepared for shipment" as this means we've already allocated the part for shipment and at which point it cannot be cancelled.
