Although i share your feelings and are not very happy with iOS 7 myself i think your should rethink how to express this anger. Since this is a user to user forum and apple will not directly read in here you can go to www.apple.com/feedback to tell them. If you lower the tone down a bit it is much more likely that your feedback will be considered.
Now bad feelings, though.

If you restore from iCloud backup the apps will be automatically downloaded. If you restore from iTunes backup the apps and music have to be in the iTunes library since synced media like apps and music are not included in the backup of the iOS device that iTunes makes.

When I repair permissions in disk untilities, I get one result that cannot be repaired:

Welcome to the Apple Support Communities!
I understand that you updated your Apple Id and password but now you are being prompted for the old information in iCloud. You are on the right track by changing the Apple ID back to the previous email address temporarily so that you can sign out. You should not need to verify the email address. After you edit the Apple ID back to the old email address and then sign out of iCloud on your iPhone, edit the Apple ID back to the address you would currently like to use. There is no need to change the password again, only the email address, unless you prefer to update the password again.

Change your Apple ID temporarily
If signing out and back in to iMessage or FaceTime didn't help, try these steps:
Change your Apple ID to the Apple ID you used previously. You shouldn't need to verify the email address.
Tap Settings > iCloud. Complete these steps only if the Find My [Device] setting is turned on:
Scroll down and tap Sign Out, then tap Sign Out to confirm. If you're using iOS 7 or earlier, tap Delete Account, then tap Delete to confirm.
Tap Keep on My [Device] or Delete from My [Device]. In either case, your data remains in iCloud and will be updated on your device when you sign in to iCloud again.
Enter the password for your previous Apple ID.
Change your Apple ID to the new email address that you want to use. You'll need to verify the email address.
Return to Settings > iCloud and sign in with your new Apple ID.

If they were songs you purchased from itunes, try redownloading them from your purchases...
if that doednt work, make sure the optuon to copy files to itunes media folder is checked in settings, then find and download from the net. and re-add them to your library -

Same thing here. Must be related to the big MobileMe outage at the moment. You'll find you can login fine on the "My Apple ID" website; but iTunes will reject it. I guess we have to wait it out.

How do I delete an App that did not fully install and Will Not delete in the usual fashion?

If you have the Download (or .dmg) then go to System Preferences > Security an Unlock the Padlock for the General tab.
You may need to set the bottom option "Anywhere" to allow Apps not from the App Store to be installed.

Hello, well im having some problems with my ipod 4th gen it will not turn on and when i plug it in to itunes it will not come up saying i need to restore. when i try that it will not complet. the ipod will not do anything at all... please help me i havent got extra money to spend..

My phone turned off over night and will not turn back on even when plugged in. Is there anything that I can do?
If you've left the phone plugged in for at least a half-hour with no results, then try holding power and home buttons simultaneously to do a soft reset (settings) only. If that doesn't work, try seeing if iTunes will recognize the device and let the computer charge the device.

My iphone 4S went black and will not do anything. It was in my hand when it happened. It is 14 days hold, and has not had nay other problems. Anyone know whats up?
Is the phone charged? Did you try connecting it to a charger? Try a reset of the phone, hold the sleep/wake and home buttons together until you see the Apple logo and then release, ignoring the slide to power off screen if it appears. This will restart the phone and will not have any affect on your data. See if that takes care of it.

I run Firefox 9.0.1 and will not upgrade, ever, unless I see signs that Mozilla has radically altered its development direction and discarded most of the boneheaded, broken, anti-user development that has gone into versions more recent than Firefox 1.x. Actually making your mission statement more than an empty promise might be a good place to start.
Let's see...anything else? Oh yeah, any developer who advocates overriding or ignoring user settings, or taking control away from the user, should be kicked off the team. (and investigated as a possible Government mole, but that's a lot to ask for). I hear Konqueror and Safari are looking for new devs. It gets old fast when you try to get support and instead get haughty "You're doing it wrong, stop doing that" responses. I'm doing exactly what I intend to be doing and if you can't support that, someone else will. If you really gave a damn about your users, you might start by backporting security fixes to previous versions instead of spewing out a cacophony of incompatible new versions so rapidly you end up confusing and alienating users and making them switch updates off entirely. I mean seriously, what happens when Firefox hits triple digits? You could stick a decimal in front of it, and name that build after a historic baseball player who had that batting average. But even then you will run out of players in a few months.
It's truly sad. I switched to Firefox because it was the best browser. But Firefox has been backsliding horribly since around 2.0, and the other browsers seem to be in about the same boat. Firefox IS still the best browser - but only if you use an ancient, unsupported version. Take it in and see what the technicians say is wrong and then how they want to handle the iPhone. If the iPhone has a problem covered by the warranty then you should have no problems.
