HT201263 iPad 3: it just shows apple logo and even with force shut down it comes up to same.. Last time it went in recovery mode and itune couldnt resotre.... real s````t product... not happy.
is any one can help? it that a system or just some app issue? and why it happens during charging or just after charging........

- iOS: Not responding or does not turn on
- Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode

- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
- Try on another computer
- If still not successful that usually indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.

i have tried all these methods n above which i mentioned before....
- Powering off and then back on your router.
- iTunes for Windows: iTunes cannot contact the iPhone, iPad, or iPod software update server
- Change the DNS to either Google's or Open DNS servers

- For one user uninstalling/reinstalling iTunes resolved the problem
- Try on another computer/network

in the end i went ot market n paid him 1.94$ and he restored it to 6.1.5... and said apple has closed other ios updation except 6.1.5 ...but still thank u soo much learned some new stuff from u... -

Hold both Home and Power buttons for exactly 10 seconds, then let go of Power button, keep holding Home button until iTune detects iPhone in Recovery Mode, usually this take less than another 20 seconds. If the iPhone screen is black, this is DFU Mode. If anything is on the screen this is not DFU Mode. Keep trying the above process until you get DFU Mode (which is Recovery Mode with Black Screen). Then Restore the iPhone Firmware. -

It's not uncommon for it to not work the first time and sometimes, you have to try it a few times. Turn off your antivirus software and your firewall while you are trying to restore the iPad. Enable them again after you restore.
If that still won't work, post back with detailed information as to what exactly does happen as you go through the process. -

First try a Reset ( No Data will be Lost )
Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button at the same time for at least Ten seconds... (But can take Longer)... until the Apple logo appears. Release the Buttons
If no joy... Try a Restore...
1: Connect the device to Your computer and open iTunes.
2: If the device appears in iTunes, select and click Restore on the Summary pane.
3: If the device doesn't appear in iTunes, try using the Steps in this article to force the device into Recovery Mode.

if that dose not work then you can always put it into DFU mode by connecting to your computer and holding down the home button and sleep/wake button for excatly 10 seconds and then relesing the sleep/wake button and keep holding down the homebutton till iTunes tells you it has detected an iPad in recovery mode then just do a restore

I was updating my Ipad2 and when it was done it went to the apple logo and wont leave that screen it also will not charge. Ive tried resetting and it turns off for a second then come right back to the Apple screen.
Try and force iPad into Recovery Mode:
1. Turn off iPad. Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button for a few seconds until the red slider appears, slide to turn off.
2. Connect USB cable to computer; leave the other end alone
3. Press and hold the Home button down and connect the docking end of cable to iPad
4. Continue holding the Home button until you see the "Connect To iTune" screen
5. Release the Home button
6. Open iTune (make sure you have the newest version of iTune)
7. You should see "iTunes has detected an iPad in recovery mode"
8. Use iTune to restore iPad
Note: You need to be patient and repeat the above many times to recover your iPad -
