Maybe that option is not available in your country. It works in the USA

pwmYes, you can sync your own music to your iPod via your computer's iTunes. If you have the music on your computer but not yet in your computer's iTunes then if it's in a compatible format then you should be able to add it via File > Add To Library - if it's not in a compatible format you will need to convert it first.
If your iPod is on iOS 3 then it sync to the iPod app, if it's on iOS 5+ then it will go into the Music app (in iOS 5 the iPod app was redesigned and renamed).

She hasn't changed countries nor regions, she's not using the either store for the first time, nor does she owe anything. She doesn't have a gift card. She's just a person without a credit card. She did have one, and now she doesn't. -

AppleID and passcode used to activate the iPad or it will be useless to you.

I've just updated my Itunes to the newest update (iso7 I think) and now my itunes won't even open. It just jumps 2-3 times on my dock then doesn't open. I have no idea what to do , please help!
Open Finder. Go to the "Go" menu in the menu bar. Press and hold Control and click on Library. Go to "Preferences". Find a file named, "com.apple.iTunes.plist" and delete that file. This won't delete your iTunes content. It will reset iTunes. Try it again.

Connect your device, select it in the left-hand column, then change the settings on the various tabs to sync the media content your library to the device. Anything already on it may be removed. If that would be a problem see Recover your iTunes library from your iPod or iOS device.

Either because you're trying to buy some sort of gift, or the iTunes Store servers are checking the validity of your account and won't charge the card, or there's a problem at Apple's end.

Were you signed in to iCloud?
Did you have Find My iPhone enabled in the iCloud settings?
If so sign in to iCloud.com > Find My iPhone > Devices & select your iPhone

I have 3 Iphone 4's. One of them updates from the App Store with no issues. My other two which are under the same AppleID will not let me do updates. when I try it asks for my Credit card info then after i enter it it says "security code invalid". Has anyone else had this issue and how have you fixed it?

If you can't access the App Store from the Apple menu, Dock, or Applications folder installing the Mac OS X 10.6.8 Update Combo will reinstall the App Store for you.
It's ok to do this even you are already running v10.6.8.
