HT4061 I cannot purchase lives for Candy Crush while I am able to buy app .

Why can't I make purchases when playing Candy Crush? I can buy apps from iTunes.

Are you getting a specific message such as "your purchase could not be completed at this time, contact iTunes Support" or something to that effect? If you are getting that message, then you have to contact iTunes support.

    Try this and see if it helps. Refresh your iTunes account. Sign out of your account, restart the iPad and then sign in again.
    Settings>iTunes & App Store>Apple ID. Tap your ID and sign out. Restart the iPad by holding down on the sleep button until the red slider appears and then slide to shut off. To power up hold the sleep button until the Apple logo appears and let go of the button.
    Go back to Settings>iTunes & App Store>Sign in and then try to purchase again.

    - Quit the App by opening multi-tasking bar, and swiping the App upward to make it disappear.  (For iOS 6, holding down the icon for the App for about 3-5 seconds, and then tap the red circle with the white minus sign.)  Relaunch the App and try again.
    - Restart the device. http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1430
    - Reset the device. (Same article as above.)
    - Reset All Settings (Settings > General > Reset > Reset All Settings)
    - Delete the App, then reinstall it.
    Test the issue after each step.  Make sure to quit the app as described before each followup step.

    I'm trying to clear a (BSO, v 11.1.2.1) database, and it's failing with the following message:
    Error: 1013020 Cannot clear data for database [Daily] while other users are connected.
    There are no other users connected first of all. Second of all, I've never had a database fail to clear just because other users were connected. Has anyone seen this before?

    WHen ever u start essbase application ..there is services starts in task manager called "ESSSvr" . The number get increased when keep opening as number of application you open ..So what i say is when u see no users in sesssion and no batch runs ahead , u can stop the Application in EAS and automatically it will log off all the users from that respective application ..And then start again the application and u can perform ur task
    this usually happnes when some one is connected with excel addin or Same EAS open by another user remotely..thats what i have seen in my exp's

    You don't need to install iTunes for the purchase history. You can see it in your iPad (iTunes > Purchased), but you need to install it if you want the order numbers

When I buy a song I get an email but sometimes my bill shows for more than .99 or 1.29, it might show for 7.00 or more and when I call the number on the iTunes account I can never speak to an actual person. What should I do?

    Sometimes iTunes clumps bills together... look inside the email to see if there is a list of what you purchased. If you notice when you make a purchase it never comes out right away.. .its sometimes a week later before it comes out or you get an email. If during that week you purchased other items itunes may bill those together.

  • Can't buy moves for candy crush on my iPhone.  message says "failed to contact store"

    i'm a candy crush closet user on my iPhone 5s.  i have played for about 1 1/2 yrs.  i no longer get the daily bonus wheel, and would like it back. it just disappeared one day.  getting bonuses can help you move on to the next level without a purchase of any kind.
    but, worse...i'm stuck on a level (305) and don't have the option of buying more moves.  i get a repeated message that says " failed to contact store".  i've asked at the genius bar in our local apple store, how i can contact the store, but was told it's the game company's problem and they need an update.
    i've read every forum on "king's" website and even emailed them my dilemma only to get a generic response that i should back up my phone before i download ios8.01.  but, my problem occurred way before the new iPhone update.
    i'm not a Facebook user (some forums say you have to be, and some say you don't), but that shouldn't affect my option of contacting the store.  i sure could use your advice and suggestions. it's a love hate thing.  i like the game, but am so disgusted with not being able to move to a new level.  it's too difficult to get past without the purchasing the extra moves.  i know, i might be considered a loser for even wanting to pay for any part of a silly game. still...i want to have the ability if  you know how i can do it.

    You should mention in your contacts with Apple that the developer is only responsive with a auto-generated reply email and has not followed up.
    I have asked the Hosts to put this in the iPhone forum for a more targeted response. Know that that forum is likely inundated with iOS8x issues, so no promises.

    Did you download that game, or could somebody else have downloaded it or synced it to your iPad ? And the id that shows in Settings > iTunes & App Store is your id - if not then tap on it to log out of it and then log back in
