I can't purchase gems in clash of clans

What happens when you try to buy items, does the 'buy' button not work, do you get any error messages ... ?

    Its about itunes store. When i try to buy gems on game "Clash of clans", it alway said " contact itunes support". Please advice. I have no problem with my credit cart limit or something like that.
    i have purshased 3 or 4 time with same account and same credit card.

    I noticed that i am from Turkey and i am using itunes Turkey store so i am not trying to buy anything from united states itunes store. In addition that, i was able to buy same gems with same username same pasword. I can buy 500 gems from store but i couldnt purchase bigger gems on game clash of clans. Although Sometimes i can buy bigger sometimes not.
    They told me i am unauthorised uneted states itunes store but i am not using that store to buy and i can purchase all other things on itunes store....
    So what is the problem with this gems. May be they dont want to give me:)

  • I can't purchase gems or items on games, what should i do?

    I can't purchase gems and any items on any games. It's been 1.5 weeks.
    I used itunes gift card, for the first time, i played dungeon 4, i can purchase gems.
    In the next day i redeem again, and the issue happened.
    I can't purchase gems on dungeon 4. I tried install n played another games, it still happend.
    Im so frustrate with this, on screen always showing " Your purchase could not complete. For assistence contact Itunes Support"

    Ok, thanks that helps. I don't have an external hard drive though. What about backing up through 'the cloud'? I'm just wondering since my husband syncs his iPod to the PC through iTunes and he's worried that he will lose all the songs on his iPod if the library is lost from iTunes and he tries to 'sync' it up again. I'm not exactly sure how to  'copy the entire iTunes folder' either. I kinda suck at this unless I have step by step instructions, which I haven't found yet on iTunes help or other sources.
    The only way I know how to back anything up is by going back to a restore point, etc. (as stated before, we don't have an external hard drive.)
