Dear Sir/Madam
This month I've been charged for my photoshop membership.
There are 2 memberships on my account on your site..
In my creative cloud there are also 2 photoshops on 1 computer
I guess I know why this happened
Every time when my bank didn't allow you take the money automatically I had to start a new period,  but it was ok… But as I can see not for this time
What shall I do?
I've just checked, it's the same subscription which stops in august, but it has doubled somehow and wants me to be charged on the 1st and on the 16th each month!…As I can see from the history of my transactions, I have already overpaid twice((

    I have been overcharged for purchases made with my iPad while playing games. My purchases were for .99 not $10 or more. What can I do to rectify this? I have been sent to more places than I can count! Every place I go I am sent to another URL. Never get to talk to a human being!

    Hi, I've just received my bills. I get two separate bills, one for line rental (monthly), one for broadband / home hub.
    My broadband / home hub bill has been overcharged, specifically on the usage details under 'other'. It seems that I'm being charged for calls made during the day, which shouldn't be happening as I am on the unlimited UK anytime plan as regards phone calls, which I set up on 31st March and have a letter confirming the details.
    Anyone got any idea which number I should call or who I need to speak to? I can't just 'query a call' on my bill as that would be a time-consuming process for the number of calls I'd have to query.

    Ok, I'm a little confused here. There could be more!
    Do you mean that you have a bill for landline rental and calls plus a bill for your broadband including home hub phone calls?
    If I'm correct, have you been pressing 5 and then the number you want to call using the hub phone other wise you will be billed for phone calls using the hub phone. If I remember correctly the hub phone calls are free at evenings and weekends.

    Most of the people on these forums, including myself, are fellow users - you're not talking to iTunes Support here, we won't know.
    You've checked the purchase history on your account via the Store > View Account menu option on your computer's iTunes, and have you got any auto-renewing subscriptions ?  If you are in the US then you also need to add on your state's sales tax. If you think that you've been overcharged then you can contact iTunes Support via this page : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption. You may also want to contact your card issuer.

    I think I've been overcharged for a call.  Evidence is I placed a call at a rate of $0.025 duration 01:25 cost was $0.110 a second call at the same rate with duration 01:01:54 was charged at $1.59.  How can this be?  
    I have tried to contact Customer Service without success.  I even got as far as the live chat and got a message saying your chat will start in a new window but no new window appeared.  I want to call this person back but not if it's going to cost me more than it should each time.  
    I've been going round in circles trying to contact customer support and it's wasting so much of my time.  How can I contact them?  I need to talk to someone.

    OK, I feel like a dope.  I've just seen what was probably obvious to anyone looking at the duration of the two calls and realise my mistake.  
    However, I would still like to know how to easily contact Customer Support.  There must be a way of speaking to a person on live chat without the run around I've had.  Why was I unable to connect with the live chat?  Anybody know?

    I moved from PlusNet to BT choosing for their Option 1, 10GB Broadband package as that was the service I was on with PlusNet and we NEVER went over the 10GB. This package deal was advertised as the first 3 months free. Since being with BT we have been consistently overcharged up to £55 a month purely on Broadband, we don't even own a phone.
    After we downloaded software on each laptop that monitored our usage we realised we were nowhere near the 40GB BT was suggesting. Despite proving this, trawling through these forums has shown that people with the same problem have been rebuffed by BT as the software is not "official" and they do not recognise it. It makes you start to wonder why BT don't show you your monitored usage like most other major providers and think that just telling you you've used too much is acceptable?
    As with many people there isn't enough time to wait for a reply and I couldn't afford to continually get these extortionate bills, so I upgraded my account to the Option 2, 40GB package. During this time, myself and a housemate went away on holiday for two weeks and a week respectively, so there should have been barely any usage. Wrong. The next bill was £65 with usage of 45GB. If I'd upgraded, why have I been charged so much and how could I have possibly used so much?
    Is there any body else who has similar problems or has managed to resolve anything with BT?

Ive just checked usuage again and used annother 5gb in 1 week, really dont want to upgrade as il lose my 12 months half price deal, any suggestions?

  • Senior Citizens have been overcharged for approximately 3 years for services that were not used.

    The technician that personally visited the home confirmed, while servicing a technical issue, that the FIOS service sold to the Senior Citizens were not needed and not used. There is no need for the package that has been paid for over the years despite attempts to reduce the monthly bill with customer service. The home has no computers or any other device that needs a internet connection. Please help these seniors that are on a fixed income.

  • I have been overcharged for an Ipod Classic replacement service?

    Yesterday I have applied for the Apples Ipod replacement/repair service. I had confirmation that they had shipped the new replacement out but I have been charged both ($140 - which I agreed to pay for the cost of the service), but also $194 on top of that and had no confirmation on what that payment was for! Is this just a deposit so I will get it back when I ship my broken ipod classic to apple? Please someone respond as I am rather annoyed of this hidden payment. Thanks.

    THERE NO LICENSE. I am paying for a one year membership (paid 10 months and have not add access to creative cloud) So I recently had to request a month trial period which I am currently using. Please explain that?! Can I please have a telephone number for the North Africa Middle East Region so that I can discuss this matter with someone? Why is this so difficult.     I have been battling Skype for over a year on overcharges related to my Skype telephone number subscription and frankly I am sick to death of the overcharges, inability to modify my subscription, the incompetence of the online chat tech support professionals and complete and utter unwillingness to respond to legitimate concerns about overcharges on my account and the need to have credit issued back to me and my account brought up to the subscription program I choose to purchase. Skype has absolutely NO CUSTOMER SERVICE whatsoever through email, bulletin boards, online chat and after over a dozens of tweets directed at twitter accounts Skype, Skypesupport and microsoft over many months with no replies, I am absolutely sick to death and disgusted with Skype and Microsoft, it's people and services. I demand that these problems be resolve, my account credited for the last two Skype number subscription charges and I be allowed to upgrade my Skype telephone number subscription to the extended subscription plan of my choosing and NOT BE FORCED INTO PURCHASING SUBSCRIPTION PLANS THAT I DO NOT WANT OR NEED! I expect someone from Skype to resolve this issue immediately, today, March 31, 2015, as I have been after Skype to correct these ongoing issues for a year to no avail.

    2. If you now wish to change the billing frequency to annual you need to cancel your Number at your account page [you won't lose your Number as it is reserved for you for 90 days]. Cancellation is effective on the renewal date of your current billing cycle.
    3. You can then repurchase the same Number using the annual billing option.
    4. Skype Numbers are not refundable so your proposal isn't possible.

    I too have been overcharged $932 on our account this year after reviewing what we were billed then paid.  After contacting Verizon via telephone a customer service rep pulled up our account and said $300 worth were late charges but she couldn't account for the rest.  It looked to her as if we were overcharged between $600-$650.  My point was that is if we weren't overcharged the extra $932 then we probably wouldn't have accrued late charges of $300 but we agreed to the $600 credit via telephone.  She was supposed to call us back by now to confirm the credit but has not.  When we contacted Verizon tonight they had record of the phone calls and the credit request but this other rep said our account was correct and we had to pay that extra $932 with still no explanation of the additional charges (we have only ever used a 1/3 of our data plan each month, never been over on minutes and never been over on texting).  There is $608 due by the end of the month.  When that is paid, we would pay Verizon $4008 this year for 2 Droids and my 12 year old son's little 5 year old flip phone which we keep.  It's only used if he's elsewhere, he hates using a phone.  Like I said, never went over on data, text or minutes.  Is that specific enough?  It seems Verizon is accusing people of not telling the entire "story" on this thread and all I know is I'm not a liar, I'm broke.

    Hello there!  Being put on hold for that too long is really frustrating and I know how it feels.I may provide some ideas on how to solve that issue, however, it will not assure you that any of these solutions can solve any of your concern.. Have you checked your account online?Does your device usage justify the amount being charged at your account?
    Have you ever enrolled in some plans or promos lately?Have you made any downloads in the net which requires money transactions?Have you checked your data limit if you gor over it?Have you connected your account in some websites that requires money transactions?
    If you ever answered YES to any of those questions,better HAVE your ACCOUNT USAGE on your SCREEN and TRY TO REMEMBER your TRANSACTIONS.. or Call Customer Service Representative and tell them to forward your call to the collections department... *there are instances where in an account user device makes downloads over the net without the authorization of the account holder.
