In R3 the status shows as Shipped. In CRM the order shows as Open

Hi,
When I check in R/3 the delivery status is complete but for the same order the status in CRM is Partially shipped/open.
Can anyone help me in diagnosing this issue?

Hi Khan,
There is no standard Middleware tool availible for replication of status information.
To do this you must write a Report (and schedule it daily) with the following steps:
1. Collect all R/3 orders from today, where the status has changed (see change documents or table jest).
2. Collect the related crm-orders with an remote Function Module (own FM).
3. Update these crm-Orders with FM CRM_ORDER_MAINTAIN (crm table crm_jest must be updated).

    Hi Experts,
    Have you had a situation in SBO 05 where the an invoice has been paid but the status shows Open? This is a very weird problem I am having. The BP's recon does not pick up these 'Open' Invoices at all, and the BP's balance is correct!
    These 'Open' invoices have not been converted to any other documents according to the system, and I can pinpoint exactly how they where reconciled.
    Any advice will be highly appreciated.

    Hi All,
    I have a csv file which contains booked order information, that I need to upload into oe_order base tables. In the file there will be order date, order no and distributor no. I need to do a validation to check the order date is in an open AR period before loading into base tables.
    Any help with the query or which tables to look into is of great help to me.

  • I ordered a 16GB silver iphone 6 on 10/12 and it still hasn't showed up in my order status/order history. Does this mean that the order hasn't been processed yet? If so, when can I expect it to be processed and then shipped out?

    I know its only been a couple of days since I ordered it and I shouldn't be concerned that the order hasn't processed yet, but I would like to know when it will be processed. I have an iPhone 4 and its in terrible shape, I'm anxious for the arrival of my iPhone 6.

        Thanks for clarifying mattminsch. Other users may have placed the order before you and shipping depends on many factors, down to the time the pre-order was placed. There is no way to forecast if your pre-order will ship sooner than estimated, but if it does you will be able to tract it using the order status page you've been using.

               I would like to know the orders which are still not completed . In Va05 Report i am getting orders which are already completed. But when i check document flow in Va02 It is showing status accounting document not cleared.I am sure that billing is already done for this orders. Kindly help how to change the status to completed.

    You are getting the status as "Not cleared" which means that the payment has not yet been done.
    Please do this by using the T.Code "F-28".
    Goto the T.Code "F-28".
    Enter the date,G/L account,Amount.Select the document number.
    Click on "Process open items".
    Enter your document number.Ensure that the not assigned is equal to "0".
    Click on Simulate.
    Save.
    Before doing this goto the T.Code "FBL5n".
    Click on "open items".Your sales order will be displayed in open items.
    When you pay this amount it will be displayed in "Cleared items".
    Simultaneously,the status will be changed.

    Has anyone upgraded the Ironport ESA to 8.5.6-074 and had the issues of Raid status showing unknown? After we upgraded our appliances we are having issues with our ESA appliances showing the RAID status as unknown. When we reported the issue to CISCO we were updated there were no issues reported at all. Could anyone please confirm if you have experienced the same issue.

    There are times post-reboot, that you'll see and get notification of RAID sub-optimal --- meaning that the appliance is running through on a health-check of the appliance's RAID.  You should be getting a notification once RAID status has returned to OPTIMAL, or as per the older OS revisions, READY:

          Well from my past experience I would say it was just a coincidence when approval and release happened in close vicinity of time. Check the time of the event occurrence in the log and also the time of approval. If they are very close then it might be the case that as soon as the approval happened someone released the PO directly from the transaction. Who did ? check the log for that. Event creator.
          Now the thing is are you able to replicate this error again? or it was just one isolated incident.

  • Order Line status is Awaiting Shipping but the header status is Closed.

    All,
    I have few order lines which are in Awaiting Shipping Status but the order header is closed.
    When I checked the Shipping Transactions, the lines are backordered.
    I did release and ship confirmed the lines and now the line status is closed.
    My understanding is that the header flow should not get closed until all the lines in are completed and closed.
    But in this scenario, its not the case. Is it a bug (or) its the standard functionality (or) is there any way we can control this?

    You are correct - this is not supposed to happen. But every now and then Oracle workflow hiccups and causes these kinds of issues.
    You can raise an SR and ask Oracle to give you a data fix script.
    Or you can write your own script to reopen the header.

    There is no download as such. When you purchase QT 7 Pro, you are just purchasing a registration key that "unlocks" the QT 7 "Pro" editing features already built into the QT 7 Player but not activated without the key. Since you are listed as using the Lion OS, you need to check your "Applications > Utilities" folder to see if QT 7 is already installed there.
    If it is, then you will need to open the app, open the "Registration..." window under the "QuickTime Player 7" Menu and enter the "Registered To:" and "Registration code:" entries to activate the "Pro" features. Be sure to follow the instructions found on the web page I will post below.
    If it is not already installed in the "Applications > Utilities" folder, then you will have to first download and install the special QT 7 Player v7.6.6 software found on the download page which is linked to the web page containing both installation and registration instructions which is included below.

    I have found the correct error definition in english.

    I have updated my bios to the latest version.
    I have just tried to uninstall all USB-drivers, and reinstall them.. Still no luck

    It seems to depend on a variety of different things.
    Verizon appears to be going by the process time of orders, and not the order time of orders.  Your process time will be the timestamp on your confirmation email.
    It also depends on which model, GB, and color you ordered.  The 6+ were in high demand and low supply.
    It also depends on which warehouse (order location) your order was being processed through.  Verizon reps have told me that some warehouses have more of certain phones than others, and if your order went to a warehouse that doesn't have enough of that particular phone then you are SOL and will have to back for a backdated order.
    There is a possibility you will get it, but if you ordered any of the 6+ models, then it is unlikely.

    In a 2 Node + 1 QS sun cluster 3.2 cluster, clq status is showing quorum sever offline even though the clq process is running on the quorum server. to make the quorum server online, i have to either remove and add the quorum server from cluster, or incase if there is a failure on any one of the node's both th nodes will reboot and once both joined to the cluster, I can see clq status showing quorum server online!!!
    Why is the quorum server going offline automatically?

    Hi,
    I asssume you mean the scqsd process is running on the QS, right?
    A QS is shown as offline, it the monitor could not reach it when it last tried. This is usually due to a networking problem.
    If you issue a clq status, the monitor checks again and if it can reach the QS will change its status back to online.
    If this does not happen, check your logs, what kind of error message showed up.
    Does clqs show on the QS show the correct information?
    It is obvious, that if a node dies and the QS has been offline prior to the node death, that the other node will die as well due to lack of quorum, i.e. it has less votes than needed. You seem to have a basic networking problem or something is really wrong with your QS.

  • Is anyones iphone 4 status still "Not shipped yet" for delivery of the 24th

    Hi, My order is supposed to deliver on the 24th but still says not yet shipped and most peoples have shipped already. I ordered mine on the 15th at 4:34 PDT. It doesnt even say prepared for shipment. I got the ccs email on the 16th. I never got an email saying that i have to accept terms or anything though.

    I ordered mine On the 15th at 11.00 GMT/UK, i got the email this morning(3.45am) that it had been shipped, but im unable to track it via UPS, So i phoned UPS to enquire and they told me they had it on there system but it had not be collected yet and it could be Friday 25th before i get it.
    So tell me this, what was the F'ing point of pre-ordering the iphone 4 and getting it a day late, when i could just go to my local o2 shop and get one at 8.02 tomorrow. The o2 shops in the uk are only selling to o2 exsiting customers.
