Infinity blade3, in-app purchase fail but paid it

Infinity blade 3 , I in-app purchase gold 4.99$ but it show error , I try again 6 times, its still error . But today I recieve bill payment 29.94$ form my credit card. How can i cancel this payment or how can I recieve correct gold ?

    I wanted to buy 51 gold for battle camp,so i tapped the option for 51 gold,and it prompted me for my password,so as usual i enter it in,and the circular loading icon shows up,and then asks me again whether i want to buy the 51 gold pack for confirmation,so i tap yes or buy,didnt really notice,and the loading icon popped up again and then it dissappeared,i checked my gold,3 gold left(that was the gold i left from previous transactions).So i got worried as this is my firt time and i restarted the app,still no gold,then it keeps prompting me to enter my password.I then turned on my computer and went to itunes and sure enough,i was billed.The date shows 28 december(today).So is there a fix to stop the app from prompting the signing in/password? I sent help requests to apple and pennypop(battlecamp publisher),any chance i will get refunded or be given my gold? P.S i was in the bedroom at the time of transaction and the internet was slow.

    We are not psychic... You don't tell us what country's store you are using or even what the app is...
    Go to the App store in iTunes. Find the page for the app, and click the link for the developers web site.

    Hi, so I just done an in app purchase and was not given my purchase, but the credit from my iTunes was taken. Is there anyway I can fix this or get a receipt to send to the app creator in hopes of getting my purchase?

    I did that.  Clicking "report a problem" doesn't bring me to the screens shown on your link; it opens the Apple Support website.  That's how i got here to ask the question.

    Hi guys please help me out here, I can't seem to do a simple in-app purchase for any of my games, but I can purchase any app from the AppStore on my iPhone 6. This have been going on for more than a week now. As a gamer I am truly disappointed .

    Restart your device and try again. If it fails, Delete your app and try again is my suggestion.

    I'm just trying to find out if anyone has had this problem and if so what the solution was. I use a visa debit card for iTunes purchases and have had no trouble before. I have this card specifically for internet purchases. Yesterday I transferred $8.50 into the visa debit card. Which made my balance in the card $8.50. I then made an in app purchase for $8.49. This went trough fine. Later I went to upgrade an app and it wouldn't let me, saying there was a problem with a previous purchase. I checked my visa debit balance and it was .1cent so obviously the $8.49 had been taken out. I checked my purchases on iTunes and it is saying the in app purchase hasn't been paid for. I emailed help and they replied basically saying they haven't received the payment and to pay for it. Because it was a credit purchase it won't show up in my bank transitions for a few days. I have no doubt the money went to apple though. I have no automatic payments set up on the card and haven't made any other purchases recently, and the amount gone is the exact amount of the in app purchase. I know I'll have to wait until it shows  up in my transactions but I can't use my account until this is fixed so I'm just wondering if anyone else has been through this, thanks in advance.

    Did you allow for Local Taxes ?
    If not... your iTunes Account my be showing that Money is owed.
    No one here can see your Account Info as this is a User to User Forum.

    I bought the service Traffic HD via in-app purchase, from TomTom. Enter my TomTom account, my Apple ID and the purchase was successfull. I even received the invoice from Apple.
    However, the service is never activated! This lasts for 3 days and so far, nothing. Already contacted TomTom but they excused and said I had to contact Apple. I don't believe that and I'm trying to solve the problem. But did anyone have the same problem? And if so, how did you solved it?
