KPF6 Internal Order Planning

Hi
We have entered I/O plan via KPF6 and subsequently actual consumptions were entered. However, in the period screen "Total plan consumption" column does not get updated.
How can this be fixed?

Hi,
Are you referring to statistical Internal orders ? An order can either be integrated in planning or statistical;there are
no statistical orders that are integrated in planning.
The line items for cost element planning in TS KPF6 is stored in table COEJ. Line items in are only written if it is
plan-integrated, (as per note 201162).
KPF6 is merely displaying SUMMARIZATION records, but no line items.

Internal Order Plan Line Items not appearing in KOBP

Hi,
I have entered internal order plan using transaction KPF6. I can then see it in reports like S_ALR_87012993, S_ALR_87012996, etc. In these reports, when I double-click on an item, it opens up another window which enables us to select order actual line items, order plan line items, etc. Once I click on order plan line items, system automatically takes me to transaction KOBP and displays the line item.
What is surprising is, instead of going thru all the above, if I directly execute transaction code KOBP, I do not see the plan line item. I have seen a similar issue in another forum (link hereunder) and apparently the issue there was with planner profile. In my case, I am sure I have entered plan and trying to retrieve the line item (using KOBP) with the same planner profile.

I have also checked that the authorization group assigned to the planner profile is blank and that is the authorization group my user ID is assigned to.
Any thoughts!

After going through you thread, I have tried entire process in my system and it is working fine....
I don't see any problem...
Are you using BAPI or Excel Upload for your planning?

Internal orders - Plan Line items are not uploading into SAP!!

Hi Experts,
Am uploading the budget values as plan line items of Internal orders(AUFK table) from my Z prog. by using BAPI_COSTACTPLN_POSTPRIMCOST.......in Return table(bapiret2), am not getting any error messages........so, am taking it for granted that, upload is successful.
But, when I went to KOBP transaction.........I did not see any values for the internal order in question.......but, just now, I uploaded successfullly!!
Let me know that, Why its happening like that? How to fix it?

I've lil doubt if this BAPI really update the internal orders in KOBP transaction.
However just refer:
bapi_costactpln_postprimcost
Use BAPI_COSTACTPLN_POSTPRIMCOST
And refer relevant OSS which is mentioned in Above threads.

I want to know what is the exact difference between Planning & Budgeting of Internal order ?
How do we differentiate them ?

Internal order planning for machine

Hi,
our client requirement is to plan machinery costs in Internal order.
As per my knowledge we can plan primary costs and secondary costs.
how can we plan the asset costs in Internal Order with asset numbers.

kindly activate the commitment management for the controlling area.
Also the commitments placed on the Internal Order will be checked against the actual amount and an error/warning message shall be raised accordingly.

Sales Order value updating in the Internal Order Revenue Planning

Dear All,
We have created an Internal Order and entered the planned value of the Revenue & Costs.When we create the Sales Order ,the Planned Revenue value of the Internal Order is updating by the Sales Order Value,but as per the client requirement ,the planned value of the Internal Order should not get updated by the sales order value.
Please note that we have activated the CO-PA.Is this CO-PA activation is affecting the Internal Order planned values by the Sales Order value?.If so how to come from this issue.
Please help me as how to resolve this issue.

Thanks for giving the appropriate SAP Note and I have referred the said note,but in note the SAP has said that
"The attached modification deactivates the update for the order for all order categories (CO internal order, PM order, CS order)."
In our scenario we need to update the planned vales in the CO Internal Order ,PM Order and CS Order except the Sales Order value.Is there any other alternative solution without affecting the CO Internal Order,PM order and CS Order?
Please share as we are in the process of testing.

Internal Order's Planning change history

Hi Experts,
As per our requirement, we want to track changes made in Internal Order (Tr .code KO02) whenever changes made in only planning (not in Master data for which we are able find change documents). Also for Planning changed history we are able to find recent user which had done changes in the planning but we are not able to find what changes made by him & previous history of changes.
I already checked the tables CDHDR, CDPOS, CDCLS and Tr.code AUT10 but not able to find any Internal Orders Planning change history. any suggestions are highly appreciated.

Use KOBP to see line items in order planning. Change the layout to show user, date, cost element, order.
As plan data is not master data there is no change history, but documents posted for planning data.

At our client system, they are maitaning planned valued in KPF6. And they have not defined any budget profiles, availability control and orignal budget(ko22) for the internal order eventhough the commitment management is active.
So, without maitaning budget profiles, cann't we give a warning message (planner profiles we are maitaning)

inputs will be order number or order group from period to to period and fiscal year.
report fields should show order number, cost element, Budget amount, actual amount, variance, cost center plant.
so kindly suggest me how to build report for the above requirement and what are all the table i need to join in sap SQVI qiery.

Hope you have sorted out the upload of plan data. For uploading the budgets the work around is below:
Upload the budget data as plan using the planning layout suggested by others. Then in the transaction KO22 select the budget column and use the copy view option under Edit menu and select Planned total.
Once the Budget details are uploaded you can upload the plan values later.

The order has been settled and when we try to close this in KO02 we are getting the following error.
" Still there is a purchase order commitment"

BAPI KPF6 POST PLAN COST FOR INTERNAL ORDER AND COST ELEMENT

Hi all gurus,
I would like to use in a custom report a BAPI/Function Module that help me to simulate KPF6 in order to post planning costs for internal order and cost element (layout 1-401).
So the input should be:
1) Version
2) period from
3) periodo to
4) year
5) internal order n.
6) cost element n.
7) value
I found a lot of BAPI but don't know the correct one and how to use it (example how to fill the input value).
Can anyone help me on that?

In additio to the previous I found the BAPI_COSTACTPLN_POSTPRIMCOST but don't know if it's the correct one and how to use it (some example fitting the my case will be very appreciated).

Internal Order Total Plan cost

Hello All,
When the internal order is getting created in ECC from CRM, it should be able to show the plan cost based on the estimated values.
Can you please help me by telling the correct config/ enhancement that needs to be done to achieve the same. Please note that the Internal order in ECC gets created for each transaction/ service order created in CRM, so manual planning using KP26 is not of the any help for us.

Report on overall planning on internal order Several versions

Hi All,
Is there a standard SAP report which can output the overall planning done -for a given Internal order, For All the versions side-by-side ?
There are reports and transactions like KO13, which show the planning done for one given planning version. but I need a report where all the versions can be compared together.
Awaiting the responses at the earliest.

There is no such report or t.code for version comparison available in Standard SAP. You need to develop a report using Report Writer tool as per your requirement.
