Lightroom 4 order still pending after 17 days, no support via phone

March 8th I chatted with tech support about returning lightroom 4, they said I was eligible for a free upgrade and placed an order.
I chatted again a few days ago with someone because it is still pending and they said someone would e-mail me within a few days to tell me why the order is still pending.
I called them today and after 26 minutes and 52 seconds on hold I heard a click and the line went dead.
What can I do?

If you already have a ticket number, you should be able to reference that either by phone or online.

    1. There is no CC registered to the ID with which you had signed.
    2. There are entries of Adobe in Host files of the computer.
    3. The activation count has increased.

  • Refund still pending two days after date given

    Hi
    I have been sent a refund by a vendor on the 24th.  Firstly I didn't receive any emails from paypal about this which was a bit annoying as I was thinking the vendor was ignoring me.  Secondly, it says 'Pending' until the 31st of July....which was friday. The status is still 'pending' 2 days later. Is this because the vendor doesn't have the funds in their account? or because of the weekend? I really need my money as I have been out of pocket and chasing this up since the start of July!
    Any ideas when I should receive this? Is there anything I can do to sort it out (I have emailed CS and the vendor but may not hear for  while).

    I have the same issue,I paid £75 for an item on e bay,the seller then looked into postage cost,said it was way too much and refunded my money,now the amount going and then being returned,is showing in my paypal account,although funds not showing up,just says sent,then refunded,but the money has not been returned to my bank account.My bank has said,7 to 10 days possibly.Can anyone back this up,as could really do with it back in my account now,as I purchased another item from someone else.Thanks for the help..

  • Tried to change plan, 9 hrs later it says "Order Still Pending"

    Selected what was needed on website to change plan from 900 minutes to 450 minutes, 9 hours ago. Got no confirmation and the website still says "Order Still Pending". How can that be? Isn't this an automated change? Is this a glitch? It seems to be stuck. How can I resolve this?

    It is not a glitch. Verizon makes it as difficult as possible for you to change to anything other then the Share your Wallet plan.  You need to call Customer service and let them try to convince you that the Share your Wallet plan is so much better for you. They will offer you all kinds of things they never intend on giving you and if you stick to your guns, they will change the plan to what you want but you have to put in the time to get it done.

    I referred to the kb and have tried contacting chat support, but they referred me to someone who couldn't get back to me for 2-3 business days and didn't really explain what they were referring me to.
    I have followed the steps for converting my trial into a paid account but I can't seem to find the serial number I am supposed to use to license it. Where would I find it?
    It says I should have received it when I purchased the product (online) but I don't think I did.

    I ordered BT Infinity 2 on Tuesday (5th), I'm migrating from another broadband provider and already have a BT line.
    When I ordered I provided my MAC and was quoted an activatation date of 12/02/2013.
    So far I've no further contact from BT after the initial order confirmation email received on the 5th.
    I'm fairly sure nothing will happen on the 12th now, I just tried ringing BT but they didn't really say much. Tracking the order online via the order reference number just says it is pending and they can't display the order details.
    Does anyone have recent experience of ordering BT Infinity 2 to share? What exactly is the activation date when ordering meant to mean?

    The activation date is when you get Infinity installed as an engineer will install it for you.
    My activation date was 2 days after my install.

    I have maintained all the settings needed for lean order (creating ERP sales order from crm opportunity in CRM webui).
    Now when i create a ERP sales order in CRM using LORD, there are certain condition values determined correctly (note that they are variant based condition values).
    However depending upon the sales scenario, certain conditions are to be deleted from pricing details at item level. So, far no issue.
    After I save this ERP sales order, and go to see it in our ERP system, i find that those condition values are still there !
    I am unable to understand why this is happening.

    Thanks for your reply, for your question "One more point confirm with you, you create sale order in CRM as a CRM order ( type LORD), and the order will transfer to ERP by CRM middleware, right?" , the answer is no i dont create a CRM order, however i create an ERP order in crm webclient. This feature of CRM 7.0 is explained in following documentation:

    As you also asked me to change the settings of condition type as manual input, which cannot be done because this will affect our business process to large extent, and my users will not accept it, hope you understand my situation
    Please let me know if you can help me in some other way, or you want me to check some more settings.

    Hi, you might get away by using a back screen protector probably a glass one BUT the back screen is easier/cheaper to fix/repair than the front so i would invest in that solution.....better than than water damage & a **bleep** of a lot cheaper

    you bought the upgrade version meaning you have a previously purchased lightroom.  after entering your lr5 serial number you're being prompted for that previous version's serial number.
    enter the correct number at the correct time and installation will proceed.

    Hi folks. I was thrilled to have gigapower service installed on Mon, July 20th, but have so far not recieved internet speeds consistent with gigapower. According to my order status summary, the installation is complete and order status is pending.  I've contacted customer service several times (3 times via phone and once over internet). Each time I've been assured that it will be fixed shortly. Instead, the service is still not activated after nearly two weeks. We do have internet connectivity, but not what we are signed up for. In addition, we've recieved several confusing emails and one snail mail about returning recievers we no longer possess and ones we are currently using-- no idea why. Also, our HBO GO won't log in any more at home... not sure what this has to do with the rest of the issues but this began after gigapower was installed. I'd appreciate any help with this-- the installation guy spent all day getting the new equipment set up, seems a pity that some kind of logistical issue is keeping the service from working!
