Line breaks not passing from flash to asp

Hello,
I've came up with a very anoying problem, and I need it fixed
asap.
The problem is as folows:
I have a form in flash that contains a number of fields. One
of those is a input field with the purpose of capturing the
impressions of the user on a given subject. Needless to say that
that impression may contain paragrafs, and line breaks. I'm using
flash 7 publish settings and passing the values of the fields via
LoadVars. The problem seems to be that no line breaks are passed to
ASP. All the special characters are passed correctly, the HTML is
coded as UTF-8 so that the portuguese characters are correctly
decoded, but no line breaks are shown. I need a quick solution to
solve this problem of the line breaks.
Can someone give me a quick hand on this?

Your solution is very simple... too bad I happened to create
a solution on a much more complicated way... I ended up by escaping
the string, detecting where the %0D was found, and replaced it with
<br>. A much harder way to get to the same result... On
future ocasions im gonna use your solution, which is way much
simpler and doesn't require the number of coding lines that I had
to create for the same purpose.

I down loaded Elements 12, it is installed but do not open. Do not pass from sign in page. I have windows 8 OS.

Hi Jeff. Yes, I was prompted to enter my Adobe ID, after that the program did not continue. It only show a little circle spinning on the lower right. But after 5 minutes it still was spinning.

Scheduling Agreement -Schedule line should not pass the requirement to MRP

Hi Friends!
As we all know the scheduling agreements is outline agreement with future schedule lines, with this system will pass the requirements to MRP for the schedule line which is even after 5 years, so my requirement is if the schedule line date is above 15 days from the current date then requirement should not pass to MRP.
solution which we gave is, SA initially will determine the schedule line category as CN (which will not transfer the requirement) and a batch job program will run daily and it will check for each schedule line if any of the schedule is with in the 15 days from the current date then it will change the schedule line category from CN to CP.
Now the problem is , by using Batch Job which program I have to call to change the schedule line category?????
1. we tried BAPI_SALESORDER_CHANGE but when we are changing the CN to CP it is not performing ATP where as if we do manually it is performing.
2. we tried BDC but here also we facing some strange problem i.e. while recording the ATP screen is not populating where it is coming while doing manual.
Can someone let me know which one program we should call in Batch job to do this change.

i also failed in changing shedule line category in userexit and in BAPI.
in one case, i succeded in doing it with a bdc after MV45AFZZ / userexit_save just bevore the datas are reset but after the commit-work is processed.
the other possibility is, to change the accepted amount in userexit RV03VFZZ / USEREXIT_AVAILABILITY_OUT.
3. possibility is, to block the order with a delivery - block , same as the credit-control-block. This block can be set in MV45AFZZ or perhaps in BAPI too.

Problem in formatting of long text -- line break not recognized.

We have a PO smartform in our SRM system and we are facing problem with formatting of long text on the smartform for long texts maintained for the PO.
for ex, we maintain the long text as --
"this is long text for item 1.
1. this is line 1.
2. this is line 2."
On the smartform it is displayed as --
this is long text for item 1. 1. this is line 1. 2. this is line 2.
So basically, the line breaks in the text are not considered in the smartform .
Any suggestions on how to fix this issue ??

Hello Harmeet,
Which Std. FM are you using to fetch the PO texts? If the PO doesn't exist in your system, i'm afraid you cannot use Include Texts as mentioned by Harsh.
As an alternative you'll have to create a table & pass the text lines to it! I don't think SmartForms are not smart enough to identify new-line character.

Field Value not passed from IDOC (orders01) to File Generated

Hi All,
I have added a custom field to a PO at item level (ekpo-Ztest)and Passing it to OUTBOUND IDOC.
In process of passing to IDOC(ORDERS01) i mapped the field to segment E2EDP19001-MFRPN and i see the value in the IDOC when i view it in WE02.
The problem is when i generate a file i don't see the value of E2EDP19001-MFRPN
We are already using QUALF,IDTNR,KTEXT of E2EDP19001 and i see all the values of these fields being passed from IDOC to file generated .
Let me know as i'm missing anything in here

2)May be i 'm using version 000 and its out put length is only 108 and these fields(QUALF,IDTNR,KTEXT) together occupy 108 and there is no room for my new field but My IDOC dispalys E2EDP19001 and E2EDP19002 and also it displays my new field but its the output file generated that doesn't show the value

Values not passing from form to context attributes (value attributes)

Hi Experts,
I have bound the properties of theadobe interactive form (WD-Java) to the context attributes but the values are not passing to the value attributes at runtime.
For your information I have not bound the pdfsource binary attribute of the view to the custom controller pdfsource binary attribute.
Please advise.

Is it allright to have the Data Source as a ModelNode (mapped to the controller context node) and then have Value Attributes under the ModelNode which are then bound to the adobe form input fields.
I know its frustrating to advise on such questions without looking at the code actually. But I would definitely need your support.
If possible could you mail me a project of yours where you have the form being PREFILLED with some values coming from a RFC FM and then the same form gets posted to SAP though another RFC FM.

OK. When I create a Fresh Adobe Interactive Form application, it works fine.
The problem Im facing is in the case, when Im using an existing PDF file created in the ABAP stack (TCode SFP). I am importing this PDF file into the WebDynpro Java Application and then binding the fields. So in this case the context binding does not work.
You guyz are right, I need to check if there is any other script which exists. But still what are views after this update?

my 2811 router was not able to from flash
while it booting it was showing below message. please find the image.
after this using tftp i was uploaded the ios after uploading it was booting sucessfully. after booting when i reload the router
the above message was showing. then i have to reload the ios. config reg is 0x2102, ios is c2800nm-adventerprisek9-mz.124-24.T.bin
and 15T. bot the ios. on this i have to configure mgcp for fxs ports.
please help me.

Added new field to cube but data not passed from DSO

(BI 7.0) We added new fields into a cube. The fields already existed in the DSO. When we ran the process chain in development for the first time after making this change, we notice that the 'historical' data for these fields is populated in the cube. When we do this in our quality system only new data passed to the cube is updated. In development in the sub-chain DTP request we see all previous requests listed under selections. In quality it is only the latest request. The only difference is that the DeltaInit flag in the DTP request in development is ticked (extraction mode) - but not in quality. Does anyone know whyb this is?

Adding fields to cube doesn't affect delta status...The delta DTP should be able to handle delta requests automatically.
I guess in you quality system, the cube already got all requests updated from ODS before you importing the change request. And in develop system none of the requests in ODS were updated before the change.

Itunes Music Not Recovered From Flash Drive

I backed up my itunes library on a flash drive. My new computer will not play Apple purchases. The error messages are "Computer not authorized", even though it has been, or "Original file could not be found" and the file will not come up when I hit the "locate" button. The Apple store has no record of former ID's under my e-mail address, and only has one purchase on record.
I have not had any problems with Amazon purchases.

Since my initial response I've looked in a little more depth at the track names.
All my files are stored and played at CD quality from the original CD rather than MP3.
It appears that track names are extracted from the Library and look a little different from those that appear in the iTunes playlist.
I see now that the first element of the track name is the track number from the original CD. So if my playlist is made up of 3 CDs then all the track 01s get stored first and played first, followed by track 02s etc.
I do not think it will take a great deal of effort to renumber the tracks from 01 to xty in what ever order I want them played since I usually play complete albums all the way through.

BTW. Based on this I went out today and bought an 8Gb flash drive that I shall use to take our music with us on holiday. Saves a great weight in CDs! (and lets us get under new airline weight restrictions)

Values not passing from program to Layout

My requirement is I need to set company logo in Invoice ( VF03 ) if a particualar condition satisifies, for this I have set a FLAG in my
driver program and called the FLAG in my Script Layout.
Here my issue is, for certain invoices the FLAG set in the program is being called in the Layout and Logo is displayed in invoice copy ( when excuted both in foreground and back ground).
But in certain invoices, if run in foreground none of the values ( means not only flag but also all the values to be passed to layout)
is displayed in invoice. It is only displaying the hard coded values in the layout ( showing blank page ).
and if I run in background all the values are passing to layout except all Global Variables (flags) in the program even though it
has value in the program.
Please advice what should be the problem, I have checked with my Functional and it seems to be fine in customization part.

I have tried it, but still not able to figure out the exact problem....since while running in background or foreground some of the all values including my logo are displayed in invoice but for some invoices none of the values from driver prgram is getting passed to layout while running in forground....but when run in background all values are passing except the FLAG set in the drvier program.
what should be the reason for this ? for some invoices all the values from driver is passing to layout but for some cases its not passing

Mdt 2012 sp1 command line does not run from task sequence

I am hoping I can explain this correctly. I am using MDT 2012 and having an issue with running command lines, powershell and batch files that I setup.
The task sequence is set to use an account called "MDTService". it has rights to join the domain but is not in the local admin group of the reference image. a domain GPO renames the local admin account CoAdmin.
when running a command line to, for example, run xcopy a folder and subdirectories to the "program Files x86" directory, it does not copy.
When I log on to the system and use an admin account to manually run the command I do not have an issue. if I log onto the system with the MDTService user and run it, it fails.
How do I get the commands to run from the MDT task sequence? I do not want to make the MDTService user an admin. I have tried the run as option in the task sequence but that did not work. maybe is set it wrong. I used a domain\Admin
account which did not work.
what can I clarify or logs can I post to provide more details.

Line-height not working with flash and css

I'm using dynamic text in Flash with CSS, but line-height
doesn't seem to be working with. Is it supported? If not, what is a
work around to get my text to look they way I want?

I believe this is due to a corrupt file in your profile. You can confirm this if you create a new temporary Firefox profile ([http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Managing+profiles managing profiles]) and if the problem disappears.
To fix this problem (hopefully), do this:
- access ''about:support'' in your location bar
- click ''Open Containing Folder''
- close Firefox
- delete the file ''downloads.sqlite'' (send it to the recycle bin, if, for any reason, you want to get it back later)
- start Firefox
Now the problem should be solved. I believe it's simply a matter of this file having become corrupt. For whatever reason. It's really unfortunate, but I hope this fixes the issue.

New field data not passed from BupaSearch to BupaCreate

We have 2 new fields on BupaSearch. When we hit the create button to create a new BP, any data entered in the 2 new fields is not then passed through to the BupaCreate view. I've debugged in method 'CREATE_ACCOUNT' in BupaSearch, where it sets up parameters but the fields are not available to use at this point for some reason. So, for example, the following will fail:
lv_nickname = lv_query->get_property_as_string( 'NICKNAME' ).
Can anyone point me in the right direction ?

I need your help. Im trying to create a new field "identification type" in a view. This field is existing as a attribute of "BuilIdNumber" object. Im able to add this as context node. But when i include this field in view, and launch webclient, this field is disabled, Can you help me on this. I have used the wizard for creating a context node.
