  • CO88-Error :Perform the planned price change for material

    Hi Experts,
While running CO88 i get this error. "Perform the planned price change for material ". My material is manage at S and it doesn't have any marked cost. The status is FR and no other status on cost etimate for the article are active. what i shoul do? why if i run the PP order with KO88 i don't have any error?
Please help i'm facing the closing period.

    Hi,
If dynamic price change is active in your system the first posting in the new period of this material tries to
    - release a future cost estimate of that period OR
    - change the price to the future price in accounting view
(if the future price date is reached)
Unfortunately this dynamic price change does not work in order settlement. Therefore you are asked to perform the price change first by t-code CKME (or CK24).
If you are using price determination control 3, any price change or release should always be the first transaction in a new period to avoid any inconsistencies.
The dynamic price release will only release the price with transactions which involve material movement and this is not the case by posting invoices and order settlements.
if you are in period 12/2009 then a settlement in 12/2009 does not require the release cost estimate of 01/2010.
But if you are already in 01/2010 therefore settlement in 12/2009 is a posting into the previous period. This will change also data of the current period. Therefore the cost estimate has to be released first.
Another option, if you don't want to receive this message, would be to change this message from Error to Warning (check note 434752).
    Please follow the following steps:
    T-CD:OMRM
    Message M8 394
=>you set the message type to '-' for error message M8394, that means no message is to be issued.
    regards

  • Error while doing MIRO-Perform Plan price

  • Standalone Messaging Plan Price Changes??

Am i right that VZW has eliminated its standalone unlimited text messaging plan for $20 per line per month (which i understand you can get as a bundle) and replaced it with it with a 5000 text (plus unlimited VZW to VZW texting) for $20 per line per month?

AFAIK, the $20 add on has always been 5000 + unlimited M2M - unlimited is available on the Talk & Text plans for $20 more than the Talk plan for an individual line (which is basically what you are looking for) or $30 more for a family plan for unlimited on all lines.
The only situation I can see the $20, 5000 text plan making sense is on a family plan where only ONE line needed the texting.  Otherwise it's more cost effective to pay $30 and have unlimited for all rather than add ons for each line.
As an individual plan, you'll pay $20 more to add on  5000 to a Talk plan, or $20 to switch to Talk & Text for unlimited - no-brainer to go for the unlimited . . .

  • Planned cost in service order does not reflect PO price change

    Dear experts:
I set up a service order for external processing using control key SM02. I enter the purchasing data e.g. price, vendor, info record. I determine costs and the system calculates the planned cost for purchasing correctly.
On saving the service order, a PR is automatically created. Then I raise a PO for the PR, and change the PO net price.
I now return to the service order and determine costs again. However, the system still calculate the planned cost based on the price in the external operation, not the changed PO net price. Only if I remove the price in the external operation and determine costs, will the system calculate the planned cost based on the PO net price.
I have played around with the Customzing setting for valuaiton variant (transaction OKP8). Changing the strategy sequence for External processing does not seem to make any difference.
Has anyone encountered this issue before?
    Thank you.
    With regards,
    Dan

    Hi,
In standard functionality the System will calculate the Planned price from the filed where you maintain the price for that operation.
The Planned price is PR price only for any order. The PO price is actual price/Market price,Once the GR will be done then the PO price will get update in the Actual cost of the Service order.
This is standard Functionality,If you want to update the planned price with the PO price then try with User exit to update the price. The field is PKOSTEN for the planned price.

  • Plan activity price change (how to trace the change documents)

    Hi Gurus,
In KP26 the plan price is 10 but later (Both the prices are in same period) decided as 10.50 and posted the same.In the report i can see the current plan price 10.50 only.Is there any report that i can trace the first plan value 10.
For ex if i have posted 3 plan documents in KP26 by overwriting one bye one, i can see only the last one.how i can trace the first 2 documents.

You have to mark 'Plan integration' indicator in plan version settings for CO Area / Fiscal Year dependent data.
Unfortunatelly you cannot mark it if any plan data exist. Otherwise plan lane items are overwritten.

  • Production Order GR with Planned Price

    Dear All,
We are using following steps for production order=
    1) Create BOM, for Semifinished material with Price control = "S"
    2) Create Roting, with all Keys PP01, PP02 and PP03 with Material allocation to respective steps
    3) Standard Cost Estimation using CK11N and CK24
    4) Create Production order using CO10 with Material and WBS Element.
    5) Material issue against Reservation. But the material may be changed after releasing prodction order first time. And Actual issue for the BOM material may be more or less in qty.
    6) Final confirmation with completion of last phase confirmation of production order.
    7) Production Order TECO
    8) Prodction Order Settlement using KO88
Now my problem is while I am doing final confirmation the GR done is with Planned price (Based on BOM) + Subcontracting charges which it is set with production order while releasing it for the first time.
Kindly tell me is the system behaviour is correct or wrong?
We are expecting that GR should happen with the actual material issue price + Subcontracting charges only.
    Please reply.
    Thanks & Regards,
    Vishal Kadia

    Vishal,
    This is for your information.
If you have production order of 1 EA- Starnadar Price =10 rs
    Raw material cost=5
    Activity Cost=2
    Overhead Cost=2
    So COM=9 rs
Suppose after production order creation plan cost is 9 rs, hence after confirmation there is no varience (plan vs actual) so actual cost is also the same 9 rs.
Now as you said if system will go for GR against actual cost, that will post in cost of good mfg account at the time of GR.
As per std SAP after GR also you can issue the material to that order, hence if you will go for more goods issue of new material against that order (unplanned issue) of rs 5 for the same order then the actual cost will again change (recalculated), but for that oredr material is allready GR with actual cost, then you will not able settle the cost of newwly issued material on that order.
So whatever the plan and acual cost GR will be done against std price maintioned in material master ( 10 rs)
    This is my understanding.
Hopes that will clear your dought.

  • Manual price change control from quote to sales order

    Dear Gurus,
I'm currently investigating possibility of config for the following requirement.
    1. Sales person creates quotation (VA21) and performs manual pricing changes accordingly.
    2. Quotation is saved with 'blocked' status automatically.
    3. Quotation 'blocked' status is removed upon approval.
    4. Sales order is created with reference to quote and all pricing is copied but changes must NOT be possible.
I have configured steps 1 to 3 but am now a little stuck on step 4. Since the quotaion document and the sales order document share the same pricing procedure (ie same condition types), how can I allow manual price changes in the quotation but not in the sales order?
Many thanks in advance for any helpful tips!
       -Alvin

    hey sorry,
You can do by requirment in pricing procedure of sale sorder
change condition type from no possible manually to manual has priority.
next in requirment in pricing proedure, use below logic in your routine.
    form kobed_XXX.
      sy-subrc = 4.
      if komp-kposn ne 0.
check: komp-kznep eq 'X'.   "no price change, no manually entered
                                           "price
      endif.
      sy-subrc = 0.
    endform.
    Prestep
    form kobev_020.
      sy-subrc = 0.
    endform.

  • Mass price change for inforecord

    Hi All,
Can I do a mass price change for inforecords? We are in ECC 6.0....
I have checked transaction MEMASSIN but there is no field for price in this txn.
    Regards,
    V S

Yes it is Possible. But, not thru any Mass Transactions.
You need to Perform a BDC for ME12. Go to ME12 and Select Conditions Tab and Select the Gross Price Condition and Click on remove Line and Create New Gross Condition with New Price and Per Unit.
Hope it will Solve ur Query.

  • PO price change date

    Hello,
Is there a field in the PO where the date of the last update of pricing elements is saved? In my case, if there is a price change and the user modifies the price, the date of this change is required to be stored somewhere for further processing.
    Thanks.
    R.

So if I want to retrieve this info by some ABAP code, I have to read tables CDPOS then CDHDR with the appropriate keys, right? I think this is not the best way in terms of performance.

  • Credit note on price changes

    Hi,
My customer would like to raise a credit note due to price changes on the item. Currently once we raise a credit note, the quantity is also returned to stock. Service type cannot be used as they would like to track the gross margin of each item. Thanks

    Hi Jenny,
Based on the note 539982, the only one is to use service, here is the note :
Issue a credit note without returning items to warehouse
    Symptom
How can I issue a credit note for a customer regarding a certain item invoice without returning the stock items back to the warehouse?
    i.e : a discount for a customer concerning a specific invoice
    Other terms
credit note, invoice, return, warehouse, service, discount
    Reason and Prerequisites
    No error. Need of information
    Solution
You should generate a Service type credit note. Do not copy the invoice
to the credit note. This will cause a reverse stock transaction and
will close the invoice. To solve this problem, please perform the
    following steps:
       1. Go to AR/Sales in the command center.
       2. Click on "credit" note and select "service" on the top left of your window.
       3. Select the customer you want to issue a credit note for.
       4. In the column "description" type in the item invoice number.
       5. Select account code and price.
       6. Add credit note to the system by pressing the add button.
    Rgds,

  • ALE distribution of planned material changes made using MM12

    Greetings,
I have searched and come up empty-handed looking for an answer, perhaps someone in this forum can point me in the right direction.  I am trying to find out if there is a tcode and idoc message type that will distribute a planned material change, prior to it's activation, while it is still in it's planned state.  While in the source system, I can see these changes in mm14, I do not see the "future" values as part of the MATMAS generated by a BD10, nor as part of the ECMMAS generated by a CC92 transaction.  Ideally we could allow material master changes in our source system on a future date using the same ECM number as a BOM change for example, and distribute these changes together to the target system, prior to the ECM effectivity, without further requiring a additional BD10 to be performed after the material change activation date.  Does anyone have advice on this?  Thank you for any info you can provide.

    1. Activate change pointers
    2. Customize it to check for status before activation and trigger the distribution. (I think it should generate even if the material is not activated so no customization required - but just test and confirm. It's been a while I've looked at this).
    3. Maintain this in your distribution model and distribute master data accordingly.

  • Price Changes from 5 January 2013

BT Broadband Option 1 increases from £17.80 to £18.85
BT Broadband Option 2 increases from £22.50 to £23.80
BT Broadband Option 3 increases from £26.80 to £28.35
BT Infinity Option 1 increases from £21.00 to £22.20
BT Infinity Option 2 increases from £26.80 to £28.35
The standard line rental price increases from £14.60 to £15.45
The Unlimited Anytime Plan increases from £4.90 to £5.15.
What if I'm unhappy with the price changes?
We're sorry you're are unhappy about how the price rises affect you and would rather that you stayed with BT as we believe we offer fantastic services and products. We've kept a number of our key prices frozen since December 2011 and will be freezing many of our prices again from the 5 January 2013 until 2014 at the earliest. However if you contact us directly within 10 calendar days of receiving our price change notification you may cease your services without penalty.
Well I for 1can not afford to pay anymore than what I'm paying so I'm off.

    It's lunacy.
Just had "the email" myself and I'm wondering just how many millions BT must have spent in their fight with SKY for advertising that customers come to BT for phone, broadband and vision and how many, including me, will be staying.
I can't afford these price hikes.  We are in a recession in the UK - or hasn't BT noticed?
Going to have to change provider.  Shame on BT to them and to the customers who have already been paying a lot more than the competions prices - and I wonder how they will explain the (massive) migration from BT to other providers in January to the shareholders
I am going to apply for my MAC in December, so I am not in the pile up!

  • Update of project planning after change in activity type

    Hello Experts,
we are doing manual activity input planning ( CJ40 ) via customer report per year equal to project dates.
This means if we change activity plan price ( KP26 ) in future years, we need to recalculate the planned values in project system.
If we manually change values in CJ40 after changes in KP26 the system calculates the new monetary value in background
Example: Planned on project 10 Hrs a 20€ = 200€ // change price of activity type to 30€ // Plan 1 additional hour in CJ40: Monetary value changes to 11 Hrs a30€ = 330€ and posts +1 Hr with +130€ price difference.
Is there a opinion to adjust/update the monetary value after changes in KP26 without changing plan values?
    Thanks

    Hi Frank,
I am not sure what kind of project cost planning you are using.  Usually it is either direct WBS cost planning with CJR2 or cost roll up from Network Activities and Orders or ECP.
The system will take AType price relevant for the period. If you have 100 hours with price 20 for Year N and 50 hours with price 30 for Year N+1, the planned cost will be 2000 + 1500 = 3500.
CJ40 is the Overall Planning, but you still can select a year (as a period). In the Overall view you have no button for Activity Input, it will show up only when you select a year.

    Paulo

  • Price change MR21

    Dear all,
While changing price for a particular inhouse produced semi finished item through Tr.code MR21
System  is giving error like below
error: A current or future standard price exists for material 610000000000000037
         Message no. CKPRCH025
    Diagnosis
A current or future cost estimate exists.
    Procedure
You can set the price of a marked cost estimate through the radio button
'Default Planned Prices' and release it by saving.
    Please suggest the way

    hi
try transaction code CKR1 and reorganize the existing cost estimates.
Basically you can not change any standard price if prices have already been released for that period.
Using this transaction code you can reorganize the standard price released earlier and then you can use transaction code MR21.
