No valid business partner assigned to my user?

I have this error when trying to activate my task list or trying to create any change requests. Can anyone explain where this can be configured?

I have trouble managing change requests and would greatly appreciate some help.
I am able to create an urgent correction to later authorize it and set the automatically created request to "In Development" status, but after this I get the following message and can not continue to the Created status.
Type: Stop sign
Reference object: Header Data
Message text: There is no valid business partner assigned to your user
I would also like to know where (transaction) and how to eliminate change requests.
My user was assigned to me with the following roles:
SAP_CM_REQUESTER
SAP_CM_CHANGE_MANAGER
SAP_CM_DEVELOPER_COMP
SAP_CM_TESTER_COMP
SAP_CM_OPERATOR_COMP
SAP_CM_ADMINISTRATOR_COMP
Do I need any additional roles? Must I assign a BP to my user? If so, where (transaction) and how (will I need aditional priveleges)?

Yes, I am referring to SOLMAN. Where must I do this, what transaction? I tried BP transaction but it only permits me to establish relations between BP's and not with users. I am sorry, but I am fairly new to SOLMAN and need a little more direction. Maybe if you have a good SOLMAN guide for beginners, I would deeply appreciate you sharing it with me.

'Business Partner Assigned to the User' Access Sequence don't work

Hello.
I use access sequence 0008 (Business Partner Assigned to the User) in my Partner determination procedure. But it doesn't work. Corresponding Partner field in service document is empty. But I need that BP linked with logon user filled it.
I've made the same settings on another incstanse of SM and it's work. And what the difference between I don't understand.

Sorry, but I don't quite get it. My purpose is to have 9 policies all working all the time (they did at in one version of firmware). I don't care about time entries for these. All 9 policies are full of keywords and websites to block webpages related to porn to one degree or another. The 10th policy is time-based to prevent internet access altogether for one or two computers through the wee hours of the morning. This, all in leu of having no parental controls.
Again, it would help if there was more detailed documentation on how this all works. This is the first I am aware that time settings in one policy could affect or impede the operation of other policies. How am I supposed to know this?
In any case, I appreciate your assistance and looking into this for me. But can you now tell me how to make it work so the policies will work as I want - the first 9 around the clock all the time, and the 10th one only from 1:30 am to 8:00 am (every day). Please instruct me on how I am supposed to configure this to work, and what specific settings I am supposed to enter... if it is even possible. Or is there another way of accomplishing this on my WRT54G (Rev. 2) product? Thanks.

How to link the Business Partner with the SAP User ID.

We are working on a scenario wherein the resources are created as Business Partners in R/3.
now How to link the Business Partner with the SAP User ID.

HI AP,
Maintain the business partner in role Internet User - BUP005.
Now assign the existing user to this BP .(you can make this assignment in tab "internet user'. Just enter the user name in the field User and save).
You can now see the link in table HRP1001.

You can use the FM:CRM_CENTRALPERSON_GET
pass the input parameter IV_USERNAME as the user name
You can get the result in the export parameter EV_NAME as user's first name last name

Check if Valid Business Partner is Selected in OrderForm

Hello,
I'm writing an (UI) addon for the order input screen. For this addon I place a button on the form. This button should only be clickable when a valid Business Partner is selected.
It should work the same as Combo with contactpersons and the Matrix with items. This is only editable when a valid bp is selected. Can anyone tell me how to do this?
I tried to look already to check if the contactpersons combo or the item matrix is enabled. This is always true, even if it's not posible to select it.

Create business partner with role 'Internet User' via BP

We want to create business partner with role 'BUP005 Internet User'
for purpose to link with created early user su01.
It's work via isauseradm application, Web UI.
Now I want to create new role 'BUP005 Interner user' via GUI. I started Tcode BP.
I filled USERNAME, password, roles. I tried to save BP.
I got this error:
Enter the Internet user
Message no. R11214
You have maintained attributes (logon data, roles and/or fixed values) for the Internet user, without having entered the Internet user itself.
But,
Field 'INTERNETUSER' is not changeble.

1. Have you saved the BP. If Yes, just see if the INTERNET USER maintained is available in SU01.
Yes, but I can not see INTERNET USER in the BP.
2. If you are not able to assign the INTERNET USER, please try to maintain the INTERNET USER in BP.
I can not do it, because I can not change field INTERNET USER
3. If the INTERNET USER field is not available, just check the authorization for the same.
I has all authorization: sap_all.

Hi Judy,
Actually message processors by default have to be a key user. When you just create a BP they become a key user. Then you make them a message processor by giving them the employee role.

Urgent: Business Partner assignment to Org Unit

Hi,
I have created a Organisational Unit and assigned positions to each unit.
However when I try to assign any busniess partner its giving error as below

1. Scheduling existing relationships
2. Creating a new relatonship
The existing releationship(s) was/were successfully scheduled, but the system could not create the new relationship.</b>
Is there any specific config required for the Org assignments, if so pls tell me.

Multiple Business Partner Number for every User

Hi,
For ages the program HRALXSYNC was failing in our system, so via help from an OSS note we have got it running correctly now. The problem is now that it's created a new BP number for ALL of our Users, so they can not edit old Purchase numbers, etc... So the Business Manager has asked me to find out how we can amend these details on Mass prior to them being inundated with calls.
Is this possible?

The email fields is geeting validated correctly.The screen gets locked after certain time.After re-login this fields creates problem.Sometimes it fires even though email is entered.I can not track at what instance this problem occurs.

Invalid Business Partner Assignment via BAdI CRM_ORDER_MAINTAIN

Hi all,
I'm on Solution Manager 7.1 (SP3), and currently, I'm working on BAdI CRM_ORDER_MAINTAIN (method PREPARE) to populate business partner on WebUI (TCode CRM_UI). The Business Partner populated successfully on Parties Involved panel via the above mentioned BAdI.
However, the only thing that puzzled me is; I encountered an error message, Business Partner 302 (Team Lead) is not a business partner, although Business Partner 302 is populated correctly in CRM_UI. Please note that Team Lead is customized Partner Function.
I've checked the master data, and Business Partner 302 does exist. Does anyone knows why I would encounter the above error message eventhough Business Partner 302 has been maintained?

SAP_SUPPCF_PROCESS
SAP_SMWORK_BASIC
SAP_SMWORK_INCIDENT_MAN
In the Work Center the way to split key users and message processors is steered using the authorization object CRM_TXT_ID. In the message processor role, add the attribute Display Text ID SU15.

Tables to link Business Partner number and User Name

Hello SAP Experts,
I'm having a hard time looking for the relationship tables that could link the Business Partner numbers with the user name of a user. I have tried to link the BUT* tables, the USR21 table, and several HRP* tables and I can't seem to find a link. For the table BUT000, the field XUBNAME which is suppose to contain the user names of the users are left blank for some reason.
I just want to ask if there is any other table relationships I can check so I can retrieve the User name of a user using his/her BP number or vice versa. Thank you in advance!

i am not sure about tables but you can use FM BP_CENTRALPERSON_GET to get the user name from BP and vice versa. Get the BP guid from BUT000 table and give that to the FM
