If not, I must cancel all 1000 kg, then PGI again 700 kg, It has to many step. Can I make a partial cancellation?
Please show me.
Thank you in advance!
Hongdm.

I want to know whether we do only partial reversal 300
I have already answered to this query
Once a delivery is PGId for any quantity, then it cannot
     be corrected and it has to be reversed
You have to follow the standard process only; that is VL09 and VL02N.

  • Restrict cancellation of outbound delivery if goods receipt exist

    Dear All;
    I wan to ask you if i have cross company po-post goods issue  in the supplying plant-post goods receipt in the receiving plant.
    the problem is my client can cancel goods issue before cancellation of goods receipt that makes negative stock in stock in transit.
    how can i restrict cancellation of outbound delivery if the goods receipt exist
    regards

    Hi,
       There is NO stock in transit in case of cross company STO and system will allow delivery cancellation even after GR. The standard design is well explained in the note: 25220 - No stock in transit with cross-company purchase orders
        If you want to restrict the delivery doc cancellation, you have to go for development. Please check the BAdI: LE_SHP_DELIVERY_PROC as mentioned in the thread: Re: How to restrict reversal of PGI after GR is made for a Inter company STO

  • Cancellation of outbound delivery

    Hi Guys,
    Can you help me fix my issue? I need to cancel a certain outbound delivery. I already performed VL09 to reverse the goods movement. But when trying to cancel/delete the outbound delivery in VL02N, the following error appeared:
    "No credit segment assigned to credit control area RO1."
    Do you have an idea how can I avoid this kind of error message? Thanks!

    Hello
    Check the settings in the transaction OVAD - the setting for the delivery type.  If this group is filled there - the system
    assums that the credit checks should be executed for the delivery.
    The another way will be to check the credit control area for the delivery - it is the field likp-kkber and check
    the settings in the transaction OVA8 for this likp-kkber/likp-ctlpc/ delivery group from the OVAD. In the OVA8 you can deactivate the credit check or create your own routine posting it into the field NO_CHECK. You need to set the bypass-credit_management = X for the delivery types (e.g: STO ones).
    You might have activated from the Standard BADI_SD_CM, the following methods related
    to delivery:
    FSCM_COMMITMENT_UPDATE_DELVRY
    FSCM_CREDIT_CHECK_DELVRY
    You could also step in that BaDIs to know if they are playing any role on possible implemented code.

  • Cancel of outbound delivery

    dear all
    i do good issue outbound delivery but now i want to cancel only one item from outbound delivery.
    how can i cancel one item from outbound delivery?i don't want to use transaction code VL09 because that do cancel all of the items.
    please guide me
    best regards
    ramin

    Hi
    Only option is VL09.
    First reverse the PGI via VL09, then remove the line Item which you actually wanted to reverse from VL02N, and again do the PGI for balance Line Item.

  • Cancelling a Outbound delivery

    Due to batch problem, we need to modify some line items in an outbound delivery. We cancel the problematic line items from outbound delivery and process the PGI for balance items. For the deleted items, we create fresh outbound delivery and process it while creating new TO. I have a query:
    For the deleted items in first outbound delivery, how the material be transferred from 916 to original storage bin?

    Hi
    You could use transaction LT10 and just look at st type 916 and then select the lines required and move them but this will show all of the stock in 916 of which some I am sure will be genuine.
    If you know the delivery numbers of the ones that are finished with then in LT10 in the line of storage bin use the arrow that points to the right and in the selection box type in the deliveries you want to see and you will see them only.
    If you have a list of the deliveries you could cut and paste them in to here.
    You can only use LT10 if you want to move a complete line, e.g. if there is a lone of 100 pieces of a material you can only move 100 and no other number but if you want to move the complete line it is a great transaction.
    I hope that this helps

  • Cancelling a Confirmed TO with HU for an Outbound Delivery

    We are using Handling Unit Mangement and Warehouse Management . Each Piece has a HU Number and we created an outbound delivery with 5 items. 5 Transfer orders are created  and  4 transfer orders are confirmed for 4 items and we had only one unit of stock for the other item and we found that the item is damaged and cannot be shipped, so I need to cancel the Transfer orders created for other items so that i can remove the delivery off the shipment. we do not ship partial. so we will ship the delivery in the next load,
    The Transfer orders are created with movement type 601 & When i tried to unconfim the confirmed transfer orders using
    1) LT0G with movement type 602 I got an error message : "Delivery 80001495: Function not yet supported for TOs for HUs"
    2 ) I tried to create another Transfer order through LT01/LT10 using movement type 602  so that i can bring the stock from 916/001/0080001495 to some other storage type and some other bin, but i got an error message stating that "Enter Requiremetn Number and type"
    Can any one of you suggest how to canel the confirmed Handling untis for an OBD.
    I searched the forum but could not find the right answer for this situation.

  • STO - outbound delivery partially do PGI in warehouse

    Based on the STO, we are creating outbound delivery,  most of the outbound delivery has nearly more than  200 line items, out of 200,  nearly 120 line items TO created and  confirmed, now the user wants to save PGI for only  confirmed 120 line item, but system wouldn't allow us to confirm partial PGI, for these user have to delete the remaining 80 items  then only system allow to do the PGI.
    Is there any possibilities to save the outbound delivery partially, then for the next time when we open the same outbound delivery remaining unconfirmed line item have to show, and it allow us to save the remaining items.
    Thanks in advance
    regards
    Shivani

    Hi,
    Error message VL609 is designed to prevent PGI before picking was
    complete. If not, posting cannot be carried out unless you
    change delivery quantity. Partial postings are not possible!
    Function 'copy picked quantity as delivery quantity' could be used.
    To sum up, It is not be possible to goods issue a delivery that is not
    fully picked and for that reason error message VL 609 is issued.

  • Reverse/Cancel Outbound Delivery and Billing documents

    Hi all,
    My question is...How do you reverse/ Cancel Outbound delivery and billing documents and what will be the reversals in  Accounting document and how are they updated.
    Regards

    Hi,
    If billed delivery is to be reversed,  Then
    1. First cancel the billing with transaction code vf11
    2.Then reverse the PGI with the transaction code VL09
    3.Cancel or delete the Delivery in vl02n
    4.Delete the sales order.
    Accounting entries will be reversed by cancellation of the invoice and material movement will get reversed after doing VL09.

  • Open production orders and outbound delivery after go-live

    Hello All,
    I tried to search answer for this question but could not find answer.
    Could anybody suggest, what to do with open production orders and outbound delivery after go-live when WM is activated. As, after go-live WM-PP interface will be activated and system should consume material from storage bin specified in control cycle and that will happen for newly created production order after go-live,but what about existing production orders how to update production supply area against work center in production order.
    Similarly with outbound delivery how to update WM status after go-live.
    Thanks in advance

    Thanks to both Jurgen and Sander
    Regarding production order yes, one way is to re-read PP master data in production orders, but is that the only way to handle this or do we have any other option?
    I was aware of re-read PP master data but it will real time consuming and also if it will problematic for already released or partially confirmed production orders.

  • Status of Outbound Delivery in case of batch split

    Hi All,
    I have a query regarding the status updation of outbound delivery in case of a batch split.
    I have a delivery with 10 qty of batch managed material and is distributed from ERP to EWM. As per standard SAP, the following 2 options exist to carry out a batch split in EWM
    1. Create batch sub items in the Outbound delivery Order
    2. To adopt quantities pertaining to multiple batches during WT creation from the 'Stock can be removed' tab.
    We are using the second option as per business requirement. The process is working fine if i create & confirm multiple WT's at one shot i.e in this case i created one WT for 5 qty with batch-1 & one more WT for balance 5 qty with batch-2 & confirmed both the tasks. System created 2 batch sub items automatically when WT's are confirmed & the header status of 'picking' got updated as 'completed'.
    However the problem is when i create only 1 WT for partial quantity. For eg. in this case i created onle WT for 5 qty of batch-1 & confirmed the task. System created 1 batch sub item for 5 qty & also updated the 'picking' status in header to completed. My understanding is that since entire delivery quantity is yet to be picked, the picking status at header must be 'partially completed' & not 'completed'.
    I have checked the status profile & have status types DER & DPI active. Does this require any config in the status profile OR Is there any other way in which i can achieve this functionality ( i.e. Header status must be 'partially completed' untill entire delivery quantity is picked.)
    Would be glad if you can share your thoughts on this.
    Regards,
    Smitha Pai.

    any help????
    I want to know how can i code this??

    Hi,
    In the BADI, you can get reference to Delivey Object
    lo_dlv_ppf TYPE REF TO /scdl/cl_dlv_ppf.
    lo_prd                TYPE REF TO /scwm/cl_dlv_management_prd.
    get delivery reference
      lo_dlv_ppf ?= io_context->appl.
    Get the attributes DOCID, the find the status of the documents accordingly.
    Now get the instance of the Delivery management:
    lo_prd = /scwm/cl_dlv_management_prd=>get_instance( ).
    Then read Delivery header and items using the below method based on DOCID:
    APPEND is_docid TO lt_docid.
      ls_include_data-HEAD_PARTYLOC  = abap_true.
      ls_include_data-HEAD_DATE      = abap_true.
      ls_include_data-HEAD_TRANSPORT = abap_true.
      ls_include_data-ITEM_DATE      = abap_true.
      ls_read_options-data_retrival_only = abap_true.
      ls_read_options-mix_in_object_instances = abap_true.
    CALL METHOD lo_prd->query
            EXPORTING
              it_docid        = lt_docid
              iv_doccat       = is_docid-doccat
              is_read_options = ls_read_options
              is_include_data = ls_include_data
            IMPORTING
              et_headers      = lt_whr_headers
              et_items        = lt_whr_items.
    You can find header status in lt_wr_headers.
    Or based on DOCID, get status from table /SCDL/DB_STATUS.
    Hope that helps
    Vinod.

  • How to do automatic rounding in outbound delivery?

    Hello,
    I have been trying to implement a simple rounding rule where the system will always round down to an integer (NO decimals) for both sales order and delivery.
    I have configured rounding profile (rounding method 3, with a rule that rounds down) and turned on rounding on the sales and delivery items. The problem is that the outbound delivery never does any rounding. While I can error the delivery creation, I cannot make it round down.
    For example, 1 box = 100 EA and I have 150 EA.
    A customer orders 2 box of the material in the sales order. Sales does a partial confirmation of 1.5 box. When I create the delivery, SAP does not round down the quanatity from 1.5 Box to 1 box.
    Any ideas?

    Hi Abdul,
    One suggestion here.
    Try using alternative unit of measure. So in your material master you define relation of 1 Box=100 EA. The Ordering unit in material master also has to be BOX.
    While placing the sales order you use order unit as BOX meaning you will order for 2 Boxes and based on the rounding profile and quantity available ( say 150 EA) it should confirm only 1 box in the order since you  would want to deliver only one box.So then rounding in the delivery is not relevant as far as I can understand from your post.
    Trust this helps.

  • Language of material description in Outbound Delivery

    Hi,
    I have created an STO for a new Greek customer Plant and the communication language in the customer master data for this plant was set to Greek.
    As consequence, my Outbound Deliveries from an Italian Plant have been created with a Material Description in Greek...In the meantime, I changed the communication language in the customer master data to english to have the description in english for any new outbound delivery created...
    I deleted the deliveries with wrong language and tried to re-create them after this language change but the problem is still the same (material description in Greek).
    So, it seems that the customer language taken into account is the one that was assigned to the customer at the time the STO was created...The language change will only solve my future documents (STO) so I am looking for a way to correct my deliveries already created as I can not cancel my STO...
    Thanks,
    KAK

    Hi,
    Thanks for reply. But I dont think this works. In another instance of SAP where this functionality is working, I have checked the Item usage and its not CHSP. It is V and batch split is happening.
    Still, I will try once and let u know if this works.

    Vishal
