PO output issue. Create request is missing .

Hi SRM gurus,
We are  using SRM 4.0 with extended classic  with EBP SUS  scanario.
There are some failures in XI  for  change PO request. The error  is as below :
An error occured within an XI interface: Exception occurredA:BBP_PD:007 -No data found A:BBP_PD:017 -The document does not exist. Check entries E:BBP_PD:044 -Object 00000000000000000000000000000001 does not exist Programm: CX_BBP_BD_ERROR===============CP; Include: CX_BBP_BD_ERROR===============CM002; Line: 57.
I have following questions :
1) Original PO does not exists in SUS. Where I can see output option, user selected during  original PO creation ?
Is there any standard table where I can see output options  during all PO versions. ( in version section it is  not displaying  output option for  earlier  versions.
2)   is it possible to post change request before creating  create request ? if yes what to be done ?
3)  How to replicate this PO to SUS. Do new PO is required to be created and existing PO's are required to  be shortclosed ?
Kindly reply.  Thanks in advance.
Regards,
Sachin

Murugan,
1. For the client's user id, the PO output is not showing the company code data in the PO output form. But when we are trying to see the same thing in production in ME23N (we don't have access to make changes in production), we are getting the correct PO form that shows the company code address also.
2. The company code 3278 and output types were created at the same time and moved to production.

I apologize if this is a common error - I tried to research this in the forums but didn't find anything that I haven't already tried. I checked the OPP - it is running with 3 processes - no error in the log that I can see. I checked the profile for the OPP timeout and have increased it....

  • PO output issue

    Hello all Gurus,
I have a problem with the PO output form. We have created new output types and tested them in quality environment and found that the PO is generating the correct output. Then we moved these output types to production environment and tested with our production user ids. There also, the system generated the correct PO output forms.
But when my client tested the outputs he is not getting data in Bill to address and Registration boxes. These two boxes contains the company code address. The system is displaying only the hardcoded data for the client. Not the company code data which is picked up from the tables through the form program. Can somebody suggest me why my client is getting this issue when we are not getting with our user ids in production?
Also, I don't think this is a problem of authorization roles, since this issue is coming only for the company code 3278.
For the rest of the company codes, the user is getting the correct PO forms. Only for Company code 3278, he is getting the incorrect output issue.
We tried to modify the program by updating the font size and character format. But this didn't work.
This issue has been there in my queue since the last one month and it has exceeded the permitted time limit. We are really bothered about this issue but not getting any correct solution for this.
Please, somebody provide me some valuable suggestions on this issue.
    Thanks and Regards,
    Umakanth.

    Murugan,

  • Logon credentials for this request are missing

    Hello,
we are having a probem with our Crystal Enterprise v. 10  environment, running on a Win2003 OS
When end-users Push a report to Crystal Enterprise, they sometimes get a message:
"Logon credentials for this request are missing"
In case end-users than manually logon, they can see the report, if they rerun the report again, it may show the report.
We tried to track the problem, using trace options and looking at the event viewer, but no results.
We do not have these problems on other environments, the only difference is, that this 'problem' environment, runs on a virtual server W2003.
We use CE version 10 with the latest SP (6).
    Anyone has an idea?
    Paul

    Jawahar,
Thank you for your quick response.  We are on version 4.0 and these are Crystal reports.
I was provided with some additional information. It does not seem that the issue is impacting all of our users in China. The IT manager there is reporting that on his machine he is able to access the reports fine, however other users (all using Chinese Windows 7) are having the issue and he is having the issue when using their machines. As you mention and also based on our initial testing, it does not appear that this is an issue with the OS language, however this is why that was provided to me as a possibility.

  • Posting Document not created (export data missing)

We are working on ECC 6.0 and during creation of Cancellation Billing document type IVS for the Intercompany billing, the document did not create Accounting document giving the Posting status as G - Posting document not created (export data missing). However checked the Foreign trade data and the system states that Foreign trade is complete.
Can any one suggest the solution for this?
    Thanks.

    Hello Mohammad,
About this issue, the incompletion of this cancellation document
arises might because the reference delivery has been archived/deleted.
This is likely due to your current copy control settings (VTFL).
If you have set ' ', in the export determination field this means that
there is a common 'exnum' key between the delivery and billing documents
    LIKP-EXNUM & VBRK-EXNUM are the same.
The result of deleting the delivery is that you also delete the FT data
for the delivery, Because the billing document and delivery share the
same foreign trade table entries, you have in effect deleted the FT data
of the billing document too. This would most likely go unnoticed but if
you then cancel the invoice the system has no FT to copy into the new
cancellation billing document, which leads to this issue.
Firstly you should set the export determination flag in the copy control
of the delivery & billing documents. This will avoid this issue in the
future. Set it to to 'A' or 'B' depending on your requirements.
For the incomplete cancellation billing document, you could use userexit to
    set it as complete:
    You can use transaction CMOD.
Create a project for example FT project button create short text: ....
drop button Enhancement assignment & save use for example local object.
Use the F4-help for Enhancement and look for V50EPROP.
    Drop button Components:
here you will find EXIT_SAPLV50E_005 and EXIT_SAPLV50E_006
In the userexits doubleclick on the includes ZXV50U05 and ZXV50U06
The coding in the userexits should be: C_COMPLETE = 'X'.
Afterwards activate generate ... and save.
    The development class is VEI.
Please also check note 118573 which explains the FT user exits.
    Regards,
    Alex

  • Output type for Delivery note missing for shipping point

    Hi all,
I have a plant setup to email delivery note which uses shipping point SGUS.  Condition record is setup for this shipping point using Del Typ/Shipping Point /Plant.  This uses the communication stragery ZINT.
The email works well for this shipping point.  However, when delivery cannot be email using shipping point CHAL.  I guess this plant has 2 shipping points (sgus and chal).
When delivery is created, output type for email is missing.   I already created condition rec
for LF/CHAL/plant 121.  Still not working.
Can anyone pls provide any suggestions ASAP ?
    Thanks

    Hi MdZ,
I looked at the analysis output.  ZD04 output is what i am after.  Don't understand the followings:
Q1 - why the ordering in anaylsis is different than in output determination procedure. For example:
    In Analysis Output: i have:
    LDOO    -  Output not found
    MAIL     - manual output
    PLOO    - Output not found
    Z940    - Output found
    ZBOL   - Output not found
    ZD04   - OUTPUT NOT FOUND
    The Output Determination Procedure as:
    Step  Counter   CType
    10       1           LD00
    12       1           ZLFX
    13       0           LALE
    14       1           ZBOL
    20        2          MAIL
    75       1           ZD04
    90       1           PL00
    110      1          Z940
Step 10 should be read , then step 12, and so on.  Why is the ordering in procedure different than in
    output analysis ?
Q2. Why did it display ZD04 not found when ZD04 appear on the delivery output as green light ? When i drill down, it show 2 access sequence.  Access 10 stated Output found.  Access 20 stated Output not found.
    Thank you.

  • Multi Instrument Battery output issues !!!!

For some reason Logic is not giving me all of my output configuration options with Native Instruments Battery 3. I no longer have my most used option and all of my songs which use this output configuration now fail to auto-load with logic. I get an error message that says outputs 0-6 not available on some songs and 0-10 not available on others. Almost none, however,auto-load. While I have most kits saved I use extensive routing and re-routing every song just doesn't fly.
I got with NI and they say it could very likely be a Logic issue since Battery doesn't send information about output configurations to logic. Yet, I first noticed this after I fiddled with Batteries outputs because I needed another stereo output. Since then several songs would not auto-load. I found the new 3.0.4 update for Battery and now none of the songs load. I know --- sounds like a Battery problem, but it could in fact be logic too. If anyone has some advice on how to fix this, I'm all ears ... well ... eyes.
By the way Apple Logic guys, if you read this. PLEASE ... oh oh Prety PLEASE give us back the old multi interface from Logic 7. It was Awesome and it ALWAYS worked as expected ! Less clutter too !
    Message was edited by: Rictusergic
the output configurations I am now missing are - anything with 2,4 or 6 stereo outs or 2, 3, 5, 7, 8, 9, 11, 12, 13, and 15 mono outs. I'm not sure what I used to have but it was different from this. I know I usually use 2 or 3 stereo outs max and the rest mono. Are these the options I'm supposed to have with Battery 3 ?

OK - i was able to get around the issue, but it is still a bug. If anyone else is having this problem here is how you fix it.
When you load logic it will tell you a specific output configuration which can not be loaded. In my case it was 10 on some and 6 on others. What you have to do is open Battery and set it up for EXACTLY that amount of outputs. Now re validate Battery using the AU manager and it should auto load the battery file ( NOW SAVE IT!).

  • Problems issuing continuous requests to a server through URLConnection

    Hi ,
I have a URLConnection object 'uc' obtained from a URL object tied to a server URL.
i m issuing HTTP requests continously to this server by calling ' uc = u.openConnection()' everytime
Hence this will return me a new URL Connection object everytime.
After some 300-400 requests, the program ends abruptly , this may be due to shortage of resources to be allocated to the I/O streams of the URL connection.
My question is -is there some way to issue multiple requests from the same URL Connection object ? or is there some other method of issuing multiple requests which does not consume a lot of resources ?
Note: The server accepts only GET method, so i cant write the contents to the output stream of the connection to translate it to a new request every time .
    Thanx

My question is -is there some way to issue multiple
requests from the same URL Connection object ? or is
there some other method of issuing multiple requests
which does not consume a lot of resources ?
A HttpURLConnection instance can only be used to issue one http request. What can be re-used is the underlying TCP connection, with the keep-alive header (HTTP 1.1 persistent connections). But that should be handled transparently and by default by the servlet engine.
The later is able to manipulate the stream to increase performance, if you do not close the stream, i.e you don't call conn.disconnect() or by specify the "Connection: close" request property
    ( conn.setRequestProperty("Connection", "close") )
So, you shouldn't actually close the steam, just flush it (if you close it, the physical socket connection will be terminated).
All the http persistent connection/keep-alive issues were apparently fixed in J2SE 1.4.1 ....(are you using 1.4 ?)
To optimize further, you could take a look at :

  • Error Creating Request - Risk Analysis in CUP

Initially, we had the issue of not being able to create requests in CUP. I read around and found out that I needed to go to Configuration > Risk analysis and change the "Perform Risk Analysis on Request" to No. I tested and I was able to create a request. This tells me that SOMETHING is wrong with the Risk Analysis in CUP. So since its a Risk Analysis error, I when into a requested and selected Run Risk Analysis and go the following error.
"Risk analysis failed: Exception in getting the results from the web service : Service call exception; nested exception is: java.lang.Exception: Incorrect content-type found 'text/html' "
But before anything. I just want to verify if its an authorization error with our webserivces id. Any input?
    Thank you,

    1. In the CUP Configuration-> Risk Analysis.
Under the section "Select Risk Analysis and Remediation Version"( or "Select Compliance Calibrator Version" for version below CUP 5.3) make sure that the following web service is given in the URI, if the "Version" selected is above 4.0.
In the server name and port number, enter the corresponding entries of the Compliance Calibrator (CC) or (Risk Analysis and Remediation (RAR)) server entries on which it is installed.
The User given under this section should have the administrator access for the CUP and RAR.
CUP is 5.3 and we have the correct URL. The user is given the following roles:
    AEADMIN
    CC_Administrator
    VIRSA_CC_ADMINISTRATOR
Please review the attachment for the list of actions in these roles. Please let me know if there is an action that the webservice id should have. In the link below, be careful of all the download buttons. Choose the "Save file to your PC: click here" link and open the file. (not save)
    http://www.2shared.com/document/8dOC7v6E/actions.html
    2. Make sure that the user provided in the CUP connector has the access for connecting to RAR and it should also have the administrator rights of the RAR.
Should the access be provided from the roles/actions from above?
    3. Make sure that the password of both the users given in the above points is not expired i.e. they have been reset in UME.
You can check the same by once logging into the UME through that users. In case it asks for the password change, then the password is expired and you need to change the password and give the new password in the CUP.
Should the password ever expire for this ID? I will double check on the password.
    4. The logon language of both the above users should be maintained in UME.
I am not sure how to check this, please advise.
    5. Also check that the connector in the RAR is working and is able to connect to the backend SAP system.
I tested the connection in CUP and connection was successful. How can I test the connection for RAR?
    Thank you in advance,
