Print number pages and formpages in a spool of multiple smartforms

Dear all,
I have created a program that create a spool using 4 smartforms. For each smartform the program can be create one o more pages. at the moment in my spool I have this situation:
document #1:   smartforms#1 pag 1/1,
                         smartforms#2 pag 1/2, pag 2/2
                         smartforms#3 pag 1/1,
                         smartforms#4 pag 1/5, 2/5, 3/5, 4/5, 5/5.
document #2:   smartforms#1 pag 1/1,
                         smartforms#2 pag 1/3, pag 2/3, pag 3/3
                         smartforms#3 pag 1/2, 2/2
                         smartforms#4 pag 1/4, 2/4, 3/4, 4/4.
How I can modify my program in order to have this result:
document #1:   smartforms#1 pag 1/9,
                         smartforms#2 pag 2/9, pag 3/9
                         smartforms#3 pag 4/9,
                         smartforms#4 pag 5/9, 6/9, 7/9, 8/9, 9/9
document #2:   smartforms#1 pag 1/10,

My printer is printing the page and approximately 10 seconds later spits out a blank page.   When I am printing multiple copies they print and then there is a blank second page. I have HP paper. By the way my printer is only 3 weeks old. I have cleaned the rollers, no paper jam...Started out of the blue. I have tried printing current page only....printing selection only...this is a pain and I expect more out of a new product. Was in love with it until now. I cannot even make it print a test page from the control panel.

Welcome to the HP Community ,  I noticed your post about your Officejet 6100 now printing out blank pages after changing the ink cartridges, and wanted to reach out to you with my own suggestions. I would say to have a look at the guide below and try the troubleshooting steps to see if they can clear up the blank page printing concern. You can also power reset the printer and make sure the printer is plugged in directly to the wall outlet, avoiding power bars and surge protectors. This ensures the printer is receiving full power. If the issue continues, please contact HP directly to see about a replacement printer if the printer is still under warranty, and if not, perhaps they may have a trade in option. Troubleshooting guide: HP Officejet 6100 ePrinter Series (H611) - Troubleshooting Print Quality Issues Reset Instructions:Turn the printer on.
With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the unit.
Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
Wait at least 15 seconds.

Reconnect the power cord to the rear of the unit.

I have HP paper.....taken paper out....moved the guides. Cannot print a test page from the panel....I have press the x it just cancels the selection.

Single spool for multiple smartforms

Hi,
I am using Function modules SSF_open and ssf_close for creating single spool for multiple smartforms but when i try to run the program in background then the job is getting cancelled...........and if i run the program in foreground then the program is running fine giving single spool for multiple forms........
so the problem is that job should run in background if i run it in background instead job is getting cancelled.
please tell me the solution how can i get the single spool for and multiple smartforms as well as the job should run if i am doing so.

Print Archived document - and get it into spool

I need to merge the ServiceOrder - shoppaper - with another pdf document.
My suggest will be to print the shoppaper again, and pick it up in the spool - the issue with that is, I need the service order to be printet in the spoolfile, so I can pick it up later by selecting from the spooltable.
The problem with this, is that I can't get the service order number to be printet on the spool.
Any who know how I can do that ?
Another solution could be to reach the pdf file from the archive server, and run a copy of program RSPO0023, so the pdf file can be "moved" into the spool.
The problem with this is that I don't know how to point out the pdf file on the archive server.
Any who know how I can do that?
Or do any have a better suggest than above?

No other application can open PageMaker files, only PageMaker. You'd need a copy of PageMaker (and license) and a Mac of ancient vintage, one with a floppy drive. The ancient Mac is needed not just to read the floppied but to run PageMaker which won't run on modern Macs.
Frankly, if you have a paper copy, scan it and start from that!

How to suppress blank page and selection criteria in SPOOL ?

My Z program submits two programs to spool and converts the ABAP List in the spool to PDF and emails.
After upgrade to ECC6, the first (a report painter report) resulting PDF there was one blank page and the contents were displayed on second page. For the second report (RKPEP003 - CJI3) the selection criteria that the report used was printed as the first page of output and the result on a subsequent page. The same thing happens when I individually execute these two reports directly in SE38 with the same selection criteria. I believe the blank page is there in the spool because when I view the spool as a RAW, there is a P in the first column, however the spool shows that there is only one page in the first and two in the second (this is true - one for selection criteria "which I don't want" and then the actual content). In 46C, when I look at the RAW view of the spool there is no additional P's in the first column.
I do not want to have the blank page on the first report and the selection criteria listed on the output of the report. How can I do that ? I am thinking get_print_parameters can in someway get me there, but I am not sure.

The first report painter program writes a regular ABAP list.
The second outputs an ALV.

Stops after printing first page and does print graphics, etc. on page

I am using WIN 7 64 bit, and until I got a new computer with this on it, my Photosmart 5580 worked fine. I bought the CD with the correct driver and software for WIN 7 from HP. However, when printing a web page, it leaves blank wherever a graph etc. should be and only prints the first page. I know somewhere there is a setting to print background, and maybe that got unchecked in putting in the new driver. I can't seem to find where to set that. I do not believe that would have anything to do with only printing one page when I have selected ALL. Thanks for any help anyone can give me.

HP 3210 printer prints blank pages and only half the first page

When I updated to Firefox 4.0.1 my HP 3210 printer now prints blank pages before and after the correct page and then only prints half of it. It prints with no problem as before in Internet Explorer but I cannot keep going back to WExplorer just to print.

You have not said but it sounds like you are using a Macbook pro with retina display.
Pages is exhibiting all sorts of problems with the Retina display which Apple is supposedly working on.

HP LaserJet Pro CM141 prints blank pages and jams on nothing

My HP LaserJet Pro CM141 is printing mostly blank pages. Some pages come out with thick, verticle lines of smudged gray but other than that, it's totally blank. It does this for printing or copying and wireless or connected via USB. It started doing this after a wierd occurance where it would not stop printing the same print job over and over. After restarting it several times, I finally got it to stop printing the same print job but now, as I said above, it just prints blank pages. It also frequently claims to have a paper jam when it hasn't even attempted to take up a sheet of paper. The scanner still works, it's about 4 years old. The black cartiridge supply is at 90% although the colors are admittedly at 0% (but the lack of color never caused a problem before, I just print everything in black and white.) Since you have only one toner cartridge with toner it is possible that toner cartridge has an issue. I would try at least another known good black toner cartridge.

Printing blank pages and margins

hi,
I am trying to print an illustrator document and I am having 2 issues:
1. I don't know how to alter the print margins.
2. I have 6 pages all up and only 5 are showing showing in the print preview, 1 is just showing and printing as blank and I can;t figure out why.

We can't know. you have not provided any exact details about your document, your system, your version of AI, your print settings, your printer. You need to do a lot better and explain properly.

HP 4500 Envy won't Queue Text Documents of Any Kind (but prints test pages and pictures)

I have a brand new HP 4500 Envy that was working fine for a few weeks and now won't print text documents of any kind - .txt, .doc, .pdf, you name it. I can print pictures and test pages but that's it. I've already tried the HP Print Doctor, updating the drivers and the like, but none of these solutions work. I need to get this up and running quickly - any suggestions? --- Thanks

I have the same problem.
I think that it should be related with Windows 7 SP1.
I installed on 2 different laptops, one with Windows 7 and one with Windows 8 and there I can print all kind of type documents.
But on my HP 1120 can I not print any document, only jpeg and scan works.
And here I have Windows 7 SP.

The HP software don't completed the connection of the printer.

I understand that you're experiencing issues when trying to print from Microsoft Office and Test Pages from your Windows 8.1 computer to your HP ENVY 4500 e-All-in-One Printer. However, you are able to print from all other programs from your computer to your printer. I would like to assist you today with resolving this printing issue.
Recently Microsoft has released a Hot Fix to correct 'Offline' or 'Partial Printing' issues within their latest Windows 8 and Windows 8.1 Operating Systems as they recognize this as an issue within their Operating System. The issue occurs when you have a networked printer and a corruption with the WSD (network) port on the Windows Operating System. This issue appears to affect a variety of networked makes and models of printers. Therefore, I am going to have you run the Hot Fix to correct the network printing issue. Please click here to install the Hot Fix. Once the website opens select the button for Hotfix Download Available. Please follow any onscreen prompts to install the fix. Once the fix is installed you should have no issues printing to your printer.
If the printing issue persists, can I please have you click here to download and run the HP Print and Scan Doctor Tool. This Tool will run on your computer and 'fix printing' issues for you. Should any driver, software, or connection conflicts be found than the HP Print and Scan Doctor Tool will attempt to resolve those conflicts for you. Once the Tool has completed please test printing again.

My 4890dw Image Cllass Printer prints one page and then shows error message.

After clearing the error message, it will print multiple pages (including the first one). Have reinstalled the driver; no help.

Printing blank pages and cannot align cartridges

I have an HP OfficeJet J4680 All-In-One
The printer is not used often and is at a seasonal home
In the winter I thought I needed new ink cartridges so I bought new ones. The printer did not really produce a readable finished product.
I am now trying to get it to work with 2 new cartridges and getting more and more frustrated.
I was able to run a TEST page; the colors were not as bright or bold as they should be
I was able to send a page to print but I cannot copy or scan from the glass bed of the printer therefore not able to align cartridges.

I would like to help you with the poor print quality you are experiencing. Please use the following document to troubleshoot the issue. This will guide you through the necessary steps; Printed Colors Are Not the Colors Expected.
If the issue persists, I recommend calling HP and letting the know the issue as well as the steps you have already completed. It may be helpful to even let them know you completed all of the steps in HP document #c01481811.
If you are in Canada or US call 800 474 6836, or you can Contact HP Worldwide.
Although the printer may be out of warranty, HP can discuss what options are available, they may even be able to offer you a discount on a newer model.
